The restrictions concerning the use of the radio waves have become severe, the marine radar with low spurious is being developed. Therefore, it is necessary to develop aids to navigation as a radar beacon can respond to new type of marine radar. Because the system of radar in the future is an indetermination, new radar beacon should correspond to old and new radar system during a transition period. New radar beacon that is also able to respond to pulse radar, pulse compression radar and FM-CW radar were considered in these years in Japan. The sign of the response of Morse code in a new system is generated by the delay synthesis system. Computer simulation and actual examination using trial circuit were curried out. A big possibility was set up in the development of the new radar beacon that was able to correspond to old and new radar system. These results and the state of new radar beacon is mentioned in this paper.
In recent years, attempts have been made to greatly improve the display quality of active-matrix liquid crystal display devices, and many techniques have been proposed to solve such problems as gate signal delay, feed-through voltage and image sticking[1-3]. To improve these problems which are caused by the feed-through voltage, we have evaluated new driving methods to reduce the feed-through voltage. Two level gate-pulse was used for the gate driving of the cst-on-common structure pixels. These gate driving methods offer better feed-through characteristics than conventional simple gate pulse. Optimized step signal will compensate by step pulse time and voltage. The evaluation of the suggested driving methods were performed by using a TFT-LCD array simulator PDAST which can simulate the gate, data and pixel voltages of a certain pixel at any time and at any location on a TFT array. The effect of the new driving method was effectively analyzed.

A new method of measuring pulse arrival time (PAT), which is usually used for the estimation of systolic blood pressure, in an unconstrained manner using a chair, is proposed. The capacitive-coupled ECG (CC-ECG) measurement system and the air cushion with balancing tubes system were used for unconstrained PAT measurement. Firstly, the correlation between the standard PAT (S-PAT) from the photoplethysmography (PPG) and the PAT measured in an unconstrained manner (U-PAT) was evaluated. It was observed that U-PAT, which is the time delay from the R-peak of ECG to the steepest decent point of air cushion pressure wave, is significantly correlated with the S-PAT. Secondly, systolic blood pressure (SBP) measured by the radial tonometer is compared to the U-PAT. The ten-beat averaged U-PAT removed respiration effects and demonstrated a high intra-subject correlation with SBP in all participants. Finally, the tonometry SBP was estimated from these U-PAT values for one participant intermittently during half a day.
Randomizing the switching frequency (RSF) to reduce the electromagnetic interference (EMI) of switching power converters is a well-known technique that has been previously discussed. The randomized pulse position (RPP) technique, in which the switching frequency is kept fixed while the pulse position (the delay from the starting of the switching cycle to the turn-on instant within the cycle) is randomized, has been previously addressed in the literature for the same purpose. This paper presents a double-hybrid technique (DHB) for EMI reduction in dc-dc switching regulators. The proposed technique employed both the RSF and the RPP techniques. To effectively spread the conducted-noise frequency spectrum and at the same time attain a satisfactory output voltage quality, two parameters (switching frequency and pulse position) were randomized, and a third parameter (the duty ratio) was controlled by a digital compensator. Implementation was achieved using field programmable gate array (FPGA) technology, which is increasingly being adopted in industrial electronic applications. To evaluate the contribution of the proposed DHB technique, investigations were carried out for each basic PWM, RPP, RSF, and DHB technique. Then a comparison was made of the performances achieved. The experimentally investigated features include the effect of each technique on the common-mode, differential-mode, and total conducted-noise characteristics, and their influence on the converter’s output ripple voltage.
The output characteristics of a laser-diode pumped electrooptic Q-switched Nd:YAG ceramic laser were investigated. The output energy of a Q-switched Nd:YAG ceramic laser was optimized under an output coupler reflectivity of 77%, a laser-diode pulse width of $1,000\;{\mu}s$, and a delay time of $985\;{\mu}s$. The output energy of the Q-switched pulse was measured to be 0.35 mJ with a pulse width of 4 ns under a pump energy of 17.9 mJ. The output efficiency and the peak power were 1.9% and 87.5 kW, respectively.
The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate the microleakage of 5 curing methods in class V composite restorations which are composed of two-step light curing, pulse-delay cure, low curing-light intensity, moderate curing-light intensity and high curing-light intensity. In this study, class V cavities were prepared on buccal and lingual surfaces of 50 extracted human upper or lower molars on cementum margin. Single Bond adhesive and Z-100 shade A2 were applied for each group following the manufacture's instruction. The experimental teeth were randomly divided into 5 groups of 10 samples (20 surfaces) each. Group 1: two-step light curing; Group 2: pulse-delay cure; Group 3: low curing-light intensity; Group 4: moderate curing-light intensity; Group 5: high curing-light intensity. After 500 thermocycling between $5^{\circ}C$ and $55^{\circ}C$, the 60 teeth were placed in 2% methylene blue dye for 24 hours, then rinsed with tab water. The specimens were embedded in clear resin, then sectioned buccolingually through the center of restoration with a low speed diamond saw. The dye penetration on each of the specimen was then observed with a stereomicroscope at ${\times}20$. The composite resin/tooth interfaces were examined under Scanning Electron Microscopy. The results were statistically analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis One Way ANOVA and Dunn's Method. The results of this study were as follows. 1. In all groups, the leakage values seen at the enamel margin were significantly lower than those seen at the dentin margin(P<0.05). 2. No group in this study showed significant differences in leakage values at both the enamel and the dentin margins(P<0.05). 3. In all groups, the gaps seen at the enamel margin were significantly lower than those seen at the dentin margin(P<0.05). 4. The gaps in this study showed significant differences and two-step light-curing and low curing-light intensity produced significant less gap than high curing-light intensity(P<0.05).
Advantage that light transmission treatment way of most suitable through skin can investigate light directly in part ar there is difference in ability photoelectricity month by diverse complexion of horn character department which is branch or head of a family outside part of skin and treatment according to various patient can be inappropriate. By result that this research uses color information after search each color ingredient that ingredient of HIS and YIQ that use method, color information to use skin impedance way and color information through skin area ion and difference video to do fixed measuring by light investigation way by skin impedance corresponds to skin color in an experiment though is most universal result according to patient's skin model area detection each single person's skin model through videotex automatically create and because measuring, investigate skin color, energy, wave length, approximately, transmission time, model of most suitable that draw pulse delay and so on and want and special quality, and saved standard of disease treatment pulse modeling by skin impedance, and design and manufacture light investigation pulse modeling system of most suitable by skin subordinate, and constructed suitable treatment pulse database by skin color.

An all-reflective, simple noncollinear second harmonic (SH) autocorrelator is described for monitoring the shot-to-shot behavior of ultrashort high-power laser pulses. Two mirrors are used for the dispersion-free splitting of a pulse into two halves. One of the mirrors is able to adjust the delay time and angle between two halves of the laser pulse in a nonlinear crystal. We present the possibility of real-time measurement of the pulse duration, peak intensity (or energy), and the pointing jitters of a laser pulse, by analyzing the spatial profile of the SH autocorrelation signal measured by a CCD camera. The measurement of the shot-to-shot variation of those parameters will be important for the detailed characterization of laser accelerated electrons or protons.
In this study, the spray characteristics of blended fuels with biodiesel were investigated. The experiments were performed for the effect of mixing ratio and injection pressures on the spray behavior. Conventional diesel fuel and biodiesel fuel and blended fuels were used as test fuels. Through the spray visualization system, composed of a Halogen lamp and High speed camera. The process of spray injection was visualized. Fuel containing biodiesel has different spray pattern on account of the high viscosity and large surface tension. Through this experimental result, we found that, after solenoid driving pulse generates, the increase of injection pressure enables delay time to get shorter, but the increase of mixing ratio makes delay time lengthen.
This paper describes a high-speed Dual-modulus Prescaler (DMP) for RF mobile communication systems with pulse remover using selective latch technique. This circuit achieves high speed and low power consumption by reducing full speed flip-flops and using a selective latch. The proposed DMP consists of only one full speed flip-flop, a selective latch, conventional flip-flops, and a control gate. In order to ensure the timing of control signal, duty cycle problem and propagation delay must be considered. The failling edgetriggered flip-flops alleviate the duty cycle problem andthis paper shows that the propagation delay of control signal doesn't matter. The maximum operating frequency of the proposed DMP with 0.6um CMOS technology is up to 2.2㎓ at 3.3V power supply and the circuit consumes 5.24mA.
