  • 최근, 스포츠, 디자인, 감성 과학 등의 분야 등에서 IoT 웨어러블 디바이스를 활용하는 여러 가지 연구들이 매우 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 시계, 스마트밴드, 안경 등 IoT 웨어러블 디바이스로부터 얻어지는 혈압, 심전도, 피부온도, 피부전도도 등과 같은 인간 생체 데이터는 의미있는 미래 응용들에 적용될 수 있다. 이러한 생체데이터는 인간의 감성변화와 물리적 상태등의 개인의 상태 정보를 얻을 수 있으며, 개인의 감성과 물리적 상태는 고객들의 가치있는 소비와 유관하게 연결되어 있기 때문에 이러한 방법은 현재 시점에서 그 중요성이 더해가고 있다. 그러므로, 개인적인 정보는 고객의 감성을 다루는 문화 산업의 마케팅에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 예술과 기술 사이의 융합 연구의 전체적인 구조를 활용하기 위한 구현 스텝들을 보인다. 이러한 예술과 과학의 융합을 통해, 뮤지컬 산업의 창작과 마케팅의 효율화를 증대하고자 한다.

Voltammetric Determination of Copper(II) Using Glassy Carbon Electrodes Modified with Nafion-DTPA-Glycerol

  • A glassy carbon electrode(GCE) modified with nafion-DTPA-glycerol was used for the highly selective and sensitive determination of a trace amount of Cu$\^$2+/. Various experimental parameters, which influenced the response of nafion-DTPA-glycerol modified electrode to Cu$\^$2+/, were optimized. The copper(II) was accumulated on the electrode surface by the formation of the complex in an open circuit, and the resulting surface was characterized by medium exchange, electrochemical reduction, and differential pulse voltammetry, A linear range was obtained in the concentration range 1.0${\times}$10$\^$-8/M∼1.0${\times}$10$\^$-6/M Cu(II) with 7 min preconcentration. Further, when an approximate amount of lead(II) is added to the test solution, nafion-DTPA-glycerol modified glassy carbon electrode has a dynamic range of 2 orders magnitude(1.0${\times}$10$\^$-9/M∼1.0${\times}$10$\^$-7/M). The detection limit(3 $\sigma$) was as low as 5.0${\times}$10$\^$-6/M(0.032ppb). The interferences from other metal ions could be reduced by adding KCN into the sample solutions. This method was applied to the determination of coppe,(II) in certified reference material(3.23${\times}$10$\^$-7/M, 21ppb), sea water(9.50${\times}$10/sup-7/M, 60ppb). The result agrees satisfactorily with the value measured by Korea Research Institute of Standard and Science.

합곡자(合谷刺)와 전침(電鍼)으로 치료한 간질성 방광염 4례 증례보고 (The clinical observations of 4 case of Interstitial cystitis patient treated with Hapgokja(合谷刺) and Electroacupuncture)

  • Interstital cystitis(IC) is a disease of the bladder that is characterized by inveterate irritation due to non-specific chronic inflammation. The symptoms of IC are chronic pain, frequency, urgency and sleep deprivation These symptom's are contained to the Lunbing(淋病) in oriental medicine. We observed 4 cases of patient with Interstitial cystitis, the results are as follows. Methods & Results : All patients were treated by the same method. Treatment was performed by means of Hapgokja(合谷刺, The needle arrived to the bladder wall) with electroacupuncture(electric stimulation was 5mA mixed pulse, low frequency 2Hz and high frequency 30Hz, intensity was adjusted to inside the scope where the patients perseveres.) The electrodes were placed CV2 to CV3, both K11, K12. Conclusions : 1. As the result, uses the Hapgokja(合谷刺), with the electroacupuncture, symptoms are remarkably improved and got the satisfactory effect in the treatment. 2. In Hunner's ulcer type, the first treatment was not satisfactory, and second time, after 15 times treatment, there were maintain urgency, 8 times nocturia, 70 percents bladder pain. 3. 3 patients of nonulcer type were treated for 44.8 times(average) and improved started after 5 times treatment. After 2 month's treatment, there were no frequency, no urgency, and remain 1 or 2 nocturia, 30 percents bladder pain.

  • 본 논문은 단위 역률을 갖도록 직접 시비율 펄스폭 변조 방식으로 제어되는 3상 매트릭스 컨버터의 평형 및 불평형 부하시의 동작 특성을 고찰한다. 시스템의 해석으로부터 얻어진 중요하고 유용한 사실을 정리하면 다음과 같다. (1) 단위 역률 제어 알고리즘은 부하측의 변수에 의해서가 아니라 입력전압에 의하여 정해진다. (2) 평형 3상 부하가 리액티브 부하인 경우만 아니라면 입력측 역률을 1로 만들 수 있다. (3) 불평형 선형부하의 경우, 매트릭스 컨버터의 등가입력 특성은 비선형저항과 같다. (4) 입력 주파수와 출력 주파수가 특정한 관계를 가질 때, 입력측의 각상은 동일한 평균전력 분담률을 갖는다. 해석의 타당성과 유효성은 시뮬레이션과 실험결과를 통하여 검증하였다.

  • 내부 순환 장치를 대규모화함에 따른 혼합특성의 변화를 추적자의 분산실험을 통하여 고찰하였다. 분산특성을 나타내는 무차원수 Bodenstein 수를 5L, 5 50L, 500L 규모의 세 장치에서 공탑기체속도, 액체 순환속도, 포기관의 높이에 대한 직경비의 변화, 빛 반응관의 직경에 대한 포기관의 직경비의 영향에 따 나타내었다. 5L 규모의 장치에서 Bo 수는 공탑 기체속도의 증가에 따라 증가하다 가스 해리 현상의 발생으로 증가폭이 둔해지는 경향을 나타내었으며, 5 50L와 500L 장치에서는 공탑기체속도의 증가에 따라 Eo 수가 감소하였는데, 이는 역혼합의 영향이 크게 나타난 것으로 판단되었다. 또한, 500L 규모 장 치에서 Eo 수의 변화는 50L 장치에서 보다 낮은 공 탑기체속도하에서 변화하는 것으로 보아 대규모화에 따라 흔합이 더욱 빨리 발생함을 알 수 있었다. 차원 해석을 통하여 각 변수틀간의 상관관계를 구하였고, 회귀분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결과식을 구하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 새로운 하프브리지 공진형 인버터 토폴로지와 디지털 제어회로를 제안하였다. 제안된 인버터는 부하환류 모드를 제공함으로써 펄스폭 변조방식을 통해 출력을 제어할 수 있다. 따라서 부하측 고유 공진주파수를 추종하는 PWM 제어가 적용될 경우, 부하측 임피던스가 변화하는 조건하에서도 인버터 출력단의 변위율을 항상 1로 유지할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 하프브리지 공진형 인버터의 동작원리와 전기적 특성 및 통상의 하프브리지 인버터와 비교한 손실해석에 대하여 고찰하였고, 제안된 알고리즘을 구현하기 위한 디지털 제어회로를 제시하였다. 또한 제안된 인버터의 유효성을 확인하기 위한 실험을 통해서 얻은 결과를 제시하였다.

Development and Ergonomic Evaluation of Spring and Autumn Working Clothes for Livestock Farming Workers

  • Objective:In this study, we designed working clothes for livestock farmers to wear in spring and autumn to improve their work efficiency, conducted a physiological test on their performance, and evaluated their comfort. Background: In recent years, livestock farming in Korea has expanded, yet farmers' safety and sanitation levels remain low in hazardous environments that include organic dust, toxic gas, and heat stress, as well as the risk of accidents. Furthermore, most livestock farmers wear ordinary or dust-resistant clothes that are unsuitable for rearing livestock and compromise their safety and health. Thus, it is important to design specialized working clothes for livestock farmers that are comfortable and that minimize their health and safety risks. Method: To this end, we examined the literature on livestock (poultry, swine, and cattle) farmers' safety and sanitation issues, designed appropriate working clothes, and tested them in terms of sensory feel, physiological response, and subjective comfort. Results: The respondents expressed satisfaction with the new working clothes. The results of a physiological test showed a decline in temperature and humidity inside the clothes, a lower pulse rate, and a lower oxygen intake compared to the measurements taken when famers wore their previous working clothes. This indicates a fall in heat stress and fatigue, which was mostly consistent with the results of the assessment of subjective comfort. Conclusion: The results of the analysis show an improvement in the comfort of the new working clothes compared to the dust-resistant clothes that are widely worn. Based on this study, the new working clothes need to be further tested and evaluated to improve the design. Application: This study is expected to contribute to designing better working clothes for livestock farmers.

직렬아크현상의 검출기술 및 장치 (Detection Technique and Device of Series Arcing Phenomena)

  • 전력계통에서 아크현상이 원인이 되는 전기화재는 전기제품의 사용증가에 따라 급증하고 있으나, 이들 사고를 방지할 수 있는 확립된 방법은 없다. 이들 배경에서 본 논문은 공기조화기에서 직렬아크 검출 기술과 장치에 대한 실험적 결과에 대해 기술하였다. 공기조화기의 불완전한 접속부에서 발생하는 직렬아크를 모의하고, 주파수 스펙트럼을 FFT로 분석한 결과, 190 kHz~250 kHz와 900 kHz~1.6 MHz 에 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 저역차단주파수가 170 kHz이며 60 Hz를 176 dB까지 감쇄시킬 수 있는 아크검출 및 파형정형 회로를 설계하였다. 또한 스위치 조작, 인버터 운전 및 서지 등에 의해 발생하는 노이즈로부터 직렬아크신호를 분리할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 적용실험은 UL1699에 규정 되어있는 아크발생장치를 이용하여 여러 형태의 공기조화기에서 수행되었으며, 99 %이상 검출능력을 나타내었다.

Chaotic particle swarm optimization in optimal active control of shear buildings

  • The applications of active control is being more popular nowadays. Several control algorithms have been developed to determine optimum control force. In this paper, a Chaotic Particle Swarm Optimization (CPSO) technique, based on Logistic map, is used to compute the optimum control force of active tendon system. A chaotic exploration is used to search the solution space for optimum control force. The response control of Multi-Degree of Freedom (MDOF) shear buildings, equipped with active tendons, is introduced as an optimization problem, based on Instantaneous Optimal Active Control algorithm. Three MDOFs are simulated in this paper. Two examples out of three, which have been previously controlled using Lattice type Probabilistic Neural Network (LPNN) and Block Pulse Functions (BPFs), are taken from prior works in order to compare the efficiency of the current method. In the present study, a maximum allowable value of control force is added to the original problem. Later, a twenty-story shear building, as the third and more realistic example, is considered and controlled. Besides, the required Central Processing Unit (CPU) time of CPSO control algorithm is investigated. Although the CPU time of LPNN and BPFs methods of prior works is not available, the results show that a full state measurement is necessary, especially when there are more than three control devices. The results show that CPSO algorithm has a good performance, especially in the presence of the cut-off limit of tendon force; therefore, can widely be used in the field of optimum active control of actual buildings.

STUDIES ON PRODUCTION AND EFFICIENT UTILIZATION OF LIVESTOCK EMBRYOS BY IN VITRO FERTILIZATION AND MICROMANIPULATION IV. NUCLEAR TRANSPLANTATION AND ELECTROFUSION FOR CLONING IN BOVINE FOLLICULAR OOCYTES

  • This study was conducted to develop a method for production of nuclear transplant bovine embryos using in vitro-matured (IVM) oocytes and to examine the effect of different conditions of electrofusion on fusion rate and developmental capacity of donor nucleus transplanted to enucleated oocytes. Eight- to sixteen-cell embryos derived from oocytes matured and fertilized in vitro used as donor blastomeres and IVM oocytes were used as recipient oocytes. Oocytes were enucleated immediately after 23-24 h IVM and then reconstituted with a donor blastomere in two different micromanipulation media. Fusion rate and subsequent development of the reconstituted oocytes was compared under the different electric stimuli and recipient oocyte ages. Success rate of enucleation was significantly higher in TCM-199 medium containing FCS than in DPBS. The high fusion rate(75-94%) and development (6.4-14.8%) to morulae and blastocyst (M + B) were obtained from 0.6-0.75 kV/cm DC voltage, although total cleavage was not different among the electric pulses. Most optimal condition of electric stimulation for fusion and development was 1 DC voltage of 0.75 kV/cm, in which 80.5% of oocytes were fused, 80.0% and 31.7% of which was cleaved and developed to M + B, respectively. No M + B was obtained from 1.2 kV/cm DC voltage regardless of pulse frequency. Recipint oocyte age at electrofusion greatly affected the cleavage and subsequent development to M + B, showing high rate at 40-41 h oocyte maturation. These results suggest that a suitable condition of electrofusion for donor nuclei derived from IVF may be 1-2 DC pulses of 0.7 kV/cm for $70{\mu}sec$ and that processing of a transplanted nucleus in IVM oocytes may be affected by maturation age of recipient oocytes.
