화학사고는 화학물질관리법으로 체계적으로 관리되고 있다. 하지만 유해화학물질 폭력사건은 용어 정의, 사례에 대한 연구 등이 전반적으로 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현 법령의 문제점을 고찰하고 국내 외 사례를 통해서 개선사항을 도출하여 유해화학물질 폭력사건 예방을 위한 법적, 제도상의 개선방향을 제시하는데 연구의 중점을 두었다. 제안한 개선방향은 1) 법령의 개정을 통한 예방 강화로 (1) 주관 부처의 선정 등; 2) 온 오프라인 상거래에 대한 규제 강화에서는 (1) 개인 구매량 설정 등; 3) 환경부 중심의 예방, 관리 체계의 강화로 (1) 화학물질평가위원회를 통한 지속적인 제도의 개선 등 3가지 방향에 대해서 제시하였다.

오늘날 정보자원관리는 정보시스템 조직에 있어서 매우 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 민간부문 뿐만 아니라 많은 공공기관 역시 정보자원에 대한 관리를 강화하고 있다. 특히, 이러한 정보자원관리의 핵심 요소 중 하나가 서버의 성능관리이다. 따라서 서버의 성능을 결정하는 것은 서버의 구매조직에 있어서 중요한 이슈이다. 본 논문에서는 공공부문 정보화사업을 중심으로 서버의 성능측정 및 검증, 성능 측정 관련 국내 현황, 통합전산센터의 사례들 토대로 공공부문의 도입서버의 성능측정 및 검증 관련 이슈와 문제점 등을 살펴보고 성능측정 및 검증 관련 이슈와 문제점에 대한 해결방안으로 서버 성능에 영향을 미치는 요소를 재시하였으며, 아울러 공공부문의 환경적 요인을 고려한 서버의 성능측정 및 검증방안을 제시한다.

International Procurement refers to the actions governments and public institutions worldwide buy goods and services. With the WTO agreement on government procurement, most procurements are realized by bidding, which accelerates the opening-up of International procurement. Today International procurement has drawn the world's attention. The scale of international procurement market has been developing fast, reaching about US$ 5.55 trillion this year, In our country, however, due to the difficulty in initial market access to local procurement, the participation in taking international procurement is quite inactive, especially when compared with our exporting scale. The UN procurement market has procurement rules that countries which make contributions to UN and developing countries are favorably treated, and non-discriminatory and public competition in bidding and the optimum purchase are kept, and so on. It has its own head office and many subsidiary agencies. Actually the international procurement market offers an international marketplace for suppliers of all tangible goods and services. Therefore, UN and international procurement markets are great significant foreign markets to our country. But our country lagges behind in international procurement as it has not reached to our monetary contribution to UN. Therefore, it's essential to stimulate our company's participations in the UN procurement market. To fulfil this purpose, first of all, this study analyzes the current status of UN procurement market and Korea's current participation status. Then it investigates the procurement information system of UN and Korea's international procurement market information system as well as assistance system. Based on the above, by studying on the actual spots of the interview investigations on the registered firms in UNPD, this thesis discloses the problems with the Korea's national information system and assistance system on UN procurement market. Finally, this study raises the efficient plan for the integrated international procurement information system & assistance system.

Usability study of the CU Medical "i-PAD" AED was conducted to validate the usability of the device, primarily focused on the trained user as well as the utility of the training material. Comparing these results of the trained participants to those obtained by Callejas et al. (2004), who studied video-trained users of two commercially available Philips AEDs (FR2 and HS1) using a male manikin only, the participants in this study were more successful (100% vs. 85.7%-FR2 vs. 88.9%-HS1) and faster to shock (58.5s-i-PAD vs. 91s-FR2 vs. 90s-HS1). While the focus of this study was on validating ease of use for trained bystanders, the results of the untrained condition showed that, from a usability perspective, these devices perform as well as any other AEDs already approved and available for purchase for untrained bystander use, as evidenced by the comparison to various published research results.

본 연구는 코로나19 사태로 인하여 최근 이슈로 떠오르는 '마스크 5부제'에 대한 온라인 뉴스 기사와 카페글을 분석하여 언론과 대중들의 반응을 담고 있는 매스 미디어와 소셜 미디어 의제를 파악하고, 그 차이점을 알아보았다. 분석을 위해 네이버 뉴스 기사 전문 2,096건과 카페글 1,840건을 수집하고 데이터 전처리 과정과 정제과정을 거쳐 단어 빈도분석, 워드 클라우드, LDA 토픽모델링 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 매스 미디어에 비해 소셜 미디어는 '대리 구매', '개학 연기', '마스크 사용', '마스크 구입'과 같이 실생활 관련 토픽이 나타나 개인 미디어의 특성이 반영되어 정보 전달의 기능 보다는 개인의 의견, 감정, 정보를 교류하는 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에 적용된 연구방법의 적용으로 다양한 미디어 분석을 통해 사회이슈가 공중의제화되고, 정부의제로 진화하는 정책의제설정 과정에서 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Farmers E-Market is a website that allows agricultural workers to direct market their products to buyers without the use of a middleman. That theory is blockchain system will be used by authors to accomplish this. The system, which is built on a public blockchain system, supports sustainability, shippers, and consumers. Farmers can keep track of their farming activities. Customers can review the product's history and track its journey through carriers to delivery after making a purchase. Farmers are encouraged to get information about their interests promptly in a blockchain-enabled system like this. This functionality is being used by small-scale farmers to form groups based on their location to attract large-scale customers, renegotiate farming techniques or volumes, and enter into contracts with buyers. The analysis shows the use of blockchain technology with a farmer's portal that keeps the video of trading data of crops, taking into account the qualities of blockchain such as values and create or transaction data. The proposal merges python as a programming language with a blockchain system to benefit farmers, vendors, and individuals by preserving transactions.

The purpose of this study is to find out the successful way of the hospital management focusing on the OCS. More than 40 educational hospitals have OCS. However, only five of them were chosen for the research. Questionnaires are collected from more than 750 persons working in five educational hospitals and some of them were interviewed. The major conclusions of the study can be summarized as follows: o The OCS has simplified the treatment procedure for outpatients, and the outpatients' waiting time has been shortened. o Higher rate of satisfaction was found among the personnel in general. o The number of patients who visited outpatients clinics has increased, so as the hospital profits: the personnel are rescheduled or sent to other departments the number of employees in hospitals have decreased. o The system has the positive effect on large hospitals with over 1000 beds, highly invested hospitals, well computerized hospitals and where the personnel are much interested in the system. o The managers' and the doctors' intention to utilize the OCS is the most important factor influencing the patients' convenience, the simplification of the work and the rate of the employees' satisfaction about their duties. The suggestions for more efficient hospital management through the OCS are as follows ; o The managers and the doctors are need to decide to make active use of the OCS. o The hospital can be run more effective under the clear management purpose. o The work in the hospital must be standardized based on patients' needs. o The OCS must be built and developed mainly for the users' utility. o The education of the personnel and the inspection of the program are necessary before the OCS is introduced. o The hardware should be thoroughly benchmarked before the purchase.

This study is aimed at the ready-mades size system and satisfaction of consumers size for woman's wear at domestic market which are made by public production systems. This study, particularly, is focused on jacket of 20-30 aged woman's wear in twenties & thirties female clothe. The procedures of this study are as follows; 1. Select 25 domestic clothing companies that its product has targeted in twenties & thirties female and investigate the system of each pattern size 2. Select 259 female in twenties & thirties randomly in Seoul survey a standad of females jacket purchase. Analysis of this study is based on SPSS statistics program, technical statistics, $X^2$ and ANOVA verification. The results of studying are as follows; 1. The survey of pattern size of the domestic females clothing companies has shown some distinctive feature at age and body type of their consumers. 2. Crucial point of female consumers in twenties & thirties is a design and fitness of their jacket while they are purchasing their jacket. 3. Female consumers have some dissatisfaction for the variety of size, difficulty of purchasing and size of bust, shoulder & length of arms of their jacket.

In Korea, EMS Fund Operation seems to move the opposite direction to right way. The most initial EMS fund was consumed loan for some emergency patients without any particular results. Since 2002, the use of EMS fund also has shown a tendency to shift one side. By the results, it was 44.3% to support emergency medical centers, so called hospital EMS system and 28.4% to purchase ambulances and helicopters, and 1.6% to operate Central Medical Center, prehospital base in the EMS fund consumed in 2004. It was never supported for the environmental improvement and development of universities, colleges, and private EMS units having the primary responsibilities. The initial EMS fund using should be used for prehospital base, e.g., prehospital staffs, communications, and facilities and balanced development between public and private EMS units than any other fund using.
