This paper deals with the questions: Are media user's activities labour? Or rent? These questions have provoked a debate in the critical media studies and Marx's theory. But it is not a matter of choosing either labour or rent. Even if user's activities could contribute to valorization, it needs some mediating process. Media Platforms-Google, Facebook, etc.-play a key role, and have to employ other forms of labour. Labour in media platform produces some capital commodities. In view of media platform, Smythe's audience commodity can be considered as capital commodity. Assertion in this paper expected to provoke new debate on media platforms and its labourer.

A single window platform must be successfully established by implementing CDM/UCR in WCO and UNeDocs in UN/CEFACT, which is part of the framework of standards for secure and facilitate global trade. Core success factors in single window platform for international trade depend on political innovative capacity, advanced leadership of high ranking officials and departments in charge, effective collaborations between the ministries and offices concerned which are supported by supreme executives, self-controlled coordinations between users, convenience and access availability to users, promotion and marketing, identification on predictive impediments, financial raising and revenue model payable, communication's strategy, valid legal basis etc. To settle a stable ubiquitous e-trade platform, firstly, procedures and practices of customs clearance which different from one another mutually must be standardized globally. Secondly, the international standard electronic data exchanges must be introduced to facilitate and simplify customs clearing procedures by holding administrative informations in common between public institutions. thirdly, cooperative work model must be accepted with enhancing outsourcing business between reference groups (export-import firms and IT service providers).

Gas composition has a significant impact on the dispersion behavior and accumulation characteristics of blowout gas. However, few public studies has investigated the corresponding effect of gas composition. Therefore, this study firstly builds the FLACS-based numerical model about an offshore drilling platform. Then several scenarios by varying the composition of blowout gas are simulated while the scenario with the composition of "Deepwater Horizon" accident is regarded as the benchmark. Furthermore, the effects of the gas composition on the flammable cloud volume, the influenced area of flammable cloud, the influenced area of hydrogen sulfide and the critical time of the hydrogen sulfide spreading to the living area are analyzed. The results demonstrate that gas composition is a driving factor for dispersion characteristics of blowout gas. All the results can give support to reduce the risk of the similar accidents incurred by real blowouts.

Therefore mega projects need a new program management information system to start the project's success. It seems to be increased rapidly that practical uses of intelligent Dron for public mission performance such as surveillance, prevention of disaster accident, relief etc with Dron technology development. Dron is needed for major technology realization of detection and trace technology of target, flight control and obstacle avoidance during flighting, detection and control of landing point functions to use smart safety-city platform construction. This dron system cause a great ripple effect technically and promote industrialization in the field of new technology. In this paper, an effective analysis and design method of dron system software will be presented by showing user requirement analysis using object-oriented method, flowchart and screen design.

Although encryption for data protection is essential in the big data platform environment of public institutions and corporations, much performance verification studies on encryption algorithms considering actual big data workloads have not been conducted. In this paper, we analyzed the performance change of AES, ARIA, and 3DES for each of six workloads of big data by adding data and nodes in MongoDB environment. This enables us to identify the optimal block-based cryptographic algorithm for each workload in the big data platform environment, and test the performance of MongoDB by testing various workloads in data and node configurations using the NoSQL Database Benchmark (YCSB). We propose an optimized architecture that takes into account.

This research is to raise awareness of food safety by designing and supporting a hazard food information notification platform for consumers. To this end, the design was carried out by dividing the process into a data extraction process, an application screen design process, and a CNN-based food inference process. Data was collected through public data APIs and crawling, and it was sent to each activity screen designed for Android studios so that it could be output. As a result, when the platform is executed, information on hazardous food names, registration dates, food classification, manufacturing dates, recovery grades, recovery reasons, recovery methods, company names, barcode numbers, and packaging units can be intuitively and conveniently checked. In addition, CNN-based food inference processes allowed mobile cameras to infer harmful food and applied various quantization techniques such as Dynamic Range, Integer, and Float16 to compare the degree of improvement in inference performance. As a result, the group that applied basic quantization and treated device resources with GPU showed the greatest improvement in inference performance. Through this platform, it is expected that the reliability of food safety will be improved by making it more convenient for consumers to recognize food risks.

This paper explores the concept of enhanced smart tourism as a response to the challenges and opportunities arising in the post-pandemic tourism landscape. The COVID-19 pandemic has not only halted the global tourism industry but also prompted a reevaluation of its sustainability, technological integration, and impact on local communities. The need for a paradigm shift in tourism is emphasized, focusing on digitalization, innovation, and resilience. Enhanced smart tourism is characterized by a shift from traditional practices to innovative governance models, increased emphasis on sustainability, and the integration of technology for better management and visitor experiences. The paper discusses the four pillars of enhanced smart tourism - Technology, Sustainability, Accessibility/Mobility, and Innovation/Creativity, and their expansion in the post-pandemic era. Furthermore, the significant role of data in smart tourism is examined, highlighting the importance of data valuation, management, and ethics. The paper proposes frameworks and methods for data valuation and emphasizes the necessity of a comprehensive approach to data within the smart tourism ecosystem. The conclusion points to the need for further empirical and conceptual research to fully realize the potential of enhanced smart tourism.

Reselling, an activity of purchasing high-scarcity products and selling them back at high prices, has gained popularity among those in their 20s and 30s in recent years. This study examines the resell activity process of the MZ generation using the online second-hand platform and its inherent meaning. Interviews with 15 participants in their 20s and 30s showed that respondents have four purchase stages: being influenced by social media, collecting and comparing information using various social media, purchasing efforts, and post-purchase behavior. The research derived three inherent meanings of resell activities: (1) means of self-presentation and differentiation, (2) confirmation of investment skills and aptitude to lead fashion trends, and (3) pleasure of consumption. Respondents indicated meeting self-satisfaction through public selfies on social media. In addition, they emphasized the empirical pleasure during the buying journey by collecting product information, comparing prices, and negotiating with buyers. Our findings confirm the spread of resell activities from minority groups to enthusiastic youth. This study is significant for focusing on fashion products that attract attention in the resell market and examining the respondents' consumption experiences from various perspectives.

The paper discusses technology platforms as an instrument of science, technology and innovation policy in light of their use in industrial R&D. The authors assert that the technology platforms approach as a policy concept refects special organizational and institutional features learned from industrial technology platforms. The characteristics of industrial technology platforms are reviewed, and their impact on the organization of research, development and innovation activities in companies is explored. Second, the industrial technology platform is examined in the context of European Technology Platforms and the recent initiative for technology platforms in Russia. Finally, the technology platform concept implications for the STI policy context are discussed.
