Seoul Metro Line 9 (SML9) is the first subway line that private capital invests in Korea. SML9 will cross Seoul, linking the Gimpo Airport to the Gangnam district (25.5km) opening in the first half of 2009. SML9 has a new model in Korea constructed by metropolitan government and private company and operated by specialized public transportation service provider. SML9 is confronted with tough environment of stagnated public transportation and strong competitor, Olympic city expressway. And SML9 is under pressure for showing high efficiency as non-governmental organization from both customers and government. Consequently SML9 must lead the maximum efficiency by using its material and human resource. It is necessary that SML9 raise a competitive power and display its ability in active collaboration with relative organization and company. Hereupon, I propose renovation plans from viewpoint of operation field of SML9, (1) efficient train scheduling regime focusing on the combination of express and local train (2) close connection of other mean of transportation and (3) effective connection convention with Airport Railroad (AREX) as the line connected directly.

The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of integration of informational technologies in the administration of justice as a necessary component of the development of the informational society in Ukraine. In general, informational technologies make it possible to create new forms of organization and interaction of bodies of public authorities with society, to introduce innovative solutions for legal regulation and organization of public relations. More and more services for citizens are moving to electronic format. Judicial reform is aimed at ensuring more comfortable and convenient interaction with the courts. The need for the usage of informational technology in the proceedings is preconditioned by the global informatization of modern society, the development of new forms of interaction in the civil sphere with the usage of electronic means of communication: the global Internet, mobile, and satellite communication systems and more. "Electronic justice" involves the use of information and communication technologies in the implementation of procedural law.

Text data mining ('big data methods') is one of the most widely used approaches during the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, text data mining on Scopus databases or Web of Science (WoS). Text data mining is widely used to collect literature for later bibliometric analysis, and in the end, it becomes a literature review article. Therefore, in this article, we reveal the trend of publication of literature reviews in Scopus journals from Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia. This article describes two essential parts, namely 1) a comparison of international publication trends and subject area of literature review publications, and 2) a comparison of Top 5 for Authors, Affiliation, Source Title, and Collaboration Country.

정보통신 표준화기구는 일반 사기업 또는 공공단체와는 다른 독특한 조직 구조와 특성을 가지고 있다. 조직구조상으로는 조직 이론상의 Adhocracy와 가장 유사하다 할 수 있으나, Line과 Staff의 명확한 역할구분과 같은 다소 상이한 특유의 조직형태를 취하고 있다. 또한, 결과물(표준) 도출 과정을 규정한 작업방법(working methods), 외부환경의 변화를 수용하는 유연한 조직체계, 그리고 Line과 Staff 인력 구성의 2원화 둥이 차별적 특성의 예로 들 수 있다. 본 논문은 표준화 조직의 특징을 경영학적 관점에서 구체적으로 분석하고 효율적인 조직설계를 위한 함의를 도출하고자 한다.

그동안 지식관리에서 별로 주목받지 못했던 주제인 지식보호는 조직의 생존과 밀접하게 연관이 되어 있으며, 조직의 성과향상을 위해 중요한 자본인 지식을 보호한다는 의미에서 그 중요성이 민간기업 뿐 아니라 공공부문에서도 매우 크다. 본 연구에서는 정부조직과 민간기업의 지식보호정도의 수준을 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 비교, 공사집단 간 T-test 검증에 의한 비교, 공사더미변수를 독립변수로 한 회귀분석을 통한 차이비교 등으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 공사부문간 지식보호에 있어 뚜렷한 차이가 존재함을 알 수 있었으며, 그러한 차이가 공사부문간 특성에 의해 영향을 받음을 경험적으로 밝혀내고 있다. 특히, 조직안위와 관련된 지식에 대한 외부접근으로부터의 제한에 있어서는 공사부문간 가장 큰 차이를 보이고 있다. 또한 외부로부터의 오남용이나 중요지식의 외부유출에 있어서 모두 민간기업이 지식보호에 더 적극적이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 정부조직의 지식보호에 있어 정책적 시사점을 논의하고 있다.

효율적인 전자정부의 구현과 민원 업무의 개선을 위해서 정부의 모든 행정 기관에서 전자민원시스템을 운영하고 있으나 정부 각 부처의 업무분석과 연계의 미흡으로 인하여 민원인의 만족도는 크게 향상되지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 N부의 사례를 기반으로 하여 민원인의 민원처리 시간을 단축시키고, 업무행정 비용을 절감할 수 있는 민원업무통합관리모델의 핵심 구성요소를 제시한다. 이를 위하여 현행 민원업무 프로세스를 분석하여 문제점을 찾아 개선 요구사항을 도출하고, 민원업무통합관리시스템의 시스템 설계의 원칙을 제시하고 구현한다. 구현된 통합 관리시스템의 효율성을 민원인과 내부 업무 담당자 및 관리자의 관점에서 분석 검증하여 그 효율성을 입증하였다.

New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) promotes R&D that individual private sector enterprises can not undertake by themselves. To do this, it utilizes an extensive network that supports cooperation between industries, universities, and public research organizations. NEDO's government-funded R&D budget for FY2005 totals approximately 148.8 billion yen. Fuel cells and hydrogen technology development project is one of NEDO's emphasizing projects. The budget size was ${\yen}$20.8 billion, corresponding to about 60% of annual expenditure of Japanese government for fuel cells in FY2005. These projects consist of 8 programs as follows.

This study is to examine the public participation activities in the progress of the design competition, purposed to provide urban public spaces by the reuse of industrial heritages. Through the case studies of Berlin Tempelhof Parkland, Mapo Depot and Seoul Station 7017, following activities are common: citizen idea competition, forum, field trip, survey and winners exhibition. However, those activities are more closely organized to the competition process in Tempelhof Parkland, than other tow projects of Seoul Metropolitan Government. Also, it enables to clear and develop the public ideas more that those programs such as survey, citizen idea competition and field trip, are linked to each other in the case of Tempelhof Parkland. It could be achieved by the unified organization between competition preparation and public participation operation.
