Seoul Metro Line 9 (SML9) is the first subway line that private capital invests in Korea. SML9 will cross Seoul, linking the Gimpo Airport to the Gangnam district (25.5km) opening in the first half of 2009. SML9 has a new model in Korea constructed by metropolitan government and private company and operated by specialized public transportation service provider. SML9 is confronted with tough environment of stagnated public transportation and strong competitor, Olympic city expressway. And SML9 is under pressure for showing high efficiency as non-governmental organization from both customers and government. Consequently SML9 must lead the maximum efficiency by using its material and human resource. It is necessary that SML9 raise a competitive power and display its ability in active collaboration with relative organization and company. Hereupon, I propose renovation plans from viewpoint of operation field of SML9, (1) efficient train scheduling regime focusing on the combination of express and local train (2) close connection of other mean of transportation and (3) effective connection convention with Airport Railroad (AREX) as the line connected directly.

The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of integration of informational technologies in the administration of justice as a necessary component of the development of the informational society in Ukraine. In general, informational technologies make it possible to create new forms of organization and interaction of bodies of public authorities with society, to introduce innovative solutions for legal regulation and organization of public relations. More and more services for citizens are moving to electronic format. Judicial reform is aimed at ensuring more comfortable and convenient interaction with the courts. The need for the usage of informational technology in the proceedings is preconditioned by the global informatization of modern society, the development of new forms of interaction in the civil sphere with the usage of electronic means of communication: the global Internet, mobile, and satellite communication systems and more. "Electronic justice" involves the use of information and communication technologies in the implementation of procedural law.

Text data mining ('big data methods') is one of the most widely used approaches during the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, text data mining on Scopus databases or Web of Science (WoS). Text data mining is widely used to collect literature for later bibliometric analysis, and in the end, it becomes a literature review article. Therefore, in this article, we reveal the trend of publication of literature reviews in Scopus journals from Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia. This article describes two essential parts, namely 1) a comparison of international publication trends and subject area of literature review publications, and 2) a comparison of Top 5 for Authors, Affiliation, Source Title, and Collaboration Country.

Standardization organization has distinctive characteristics compare to normal organization such as private or public one. For instance, adhocracy structure model having distinctive role between line and staff, working methods that makes deliverables-standards, flexible organization to cope with rapidly changing environments, and the deferent type of human resource composition between line and staff, and so on. In this paper, we analyze the distinctive characteristics of standardization organization in detail, and we draw the implication from these characteristics for designing of effective standardization organization.

Unlike knowledge sharing or knowledge transfer, knowledge protection has received little attention in the literature. Knowledge protection play a very important role in keeping organization competitive. This study explores the differences in knowledge protection between public and private organizations by T-test and regression analysis. The results of this study shows that the level of knowledge protection in public organizations is lower than that in private organizations. There is even larger difference in the level of access to key knowledge from outside between the two sectors. Such difference can be explained by the unique characteristics of public sector organizations. Understanding why the level of knowledge protection differs between the public and private sector is very important. This study presents lessons and implications for management leadership.

To establish efficient e-government and to improve the quality of public services, online public services are in operation in every administrative organization. However, due to the lack of analysis and connection between each government organization, the satisfaction of the civil users has not been improved very much. This research presents the core components of Integrated Management Model for Public Services, which can minimize the time for processing public services and the expenses for administrative procedure, based on the example of N Ministry. For this purpose, it analyzes current process of the public services to find out underlying problems, deduces requirements for improvement, presents and implements the design principles of Integrated Management System for Public Services. The efficiency of this Integrated Management System was proven with the analysis from the viewpoints of civil users, internal service representatives, and their managers.

New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) promotes R&D that individual private sector enterprises can not undertake by themselves. To do this, it utilizes an extensive network that supports cooperation between industries, universities, and public research organizations. NEDO's government-funded R&D budget for FY2005 totals approximately 148.8 billion yen. Fuel cells and hydrogen technology development project is one of NEDO's emphasizing projects. The budget size was ${\yen}$20.8 billion, corresponding to about 60% of annual expenditure of Japanese government for fuel cells in FY2005. These projects consist of 8 programs as follows.

This study is to examine the public participation activities in the progress of the design competition, purposed to provide urban public spaces by the reuse of industrial heritages. Through the case studies of Berlin Tempelhof Parkland, Mapo Depot and Seoul Station 7017, following activities are common: citizen idea competition, forum, field trip, survey and winners exhibition. However, those activities are more closely organized to the competition process in Tempelhof Parkland, than other tow projects of Seoul Metropolitan Government. Also, it enables to clear and develop the public ideas more that those programs such as survey, citizen idea competition and field trip, are linked to each other in the case of Tempelhof Parkland. It could be achieved by the unified organization between competition preparation and public participation operation.
