This paper aims to examine the application of cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis by public universities in Vietnam. In the context where Vietnam is gradually transferring financial autonomy to public universities, the conduct of a CVP analysis in relation to these public universities is particularly urgent. Research samples were collected in 2018 and 2019 by surveying Vietnamese public universities. After collection, the data is synthesized by excel file, conformity check, data cleansing and data analysis on SPSS software by tools such as Frequency statistics, price statistics, and means. The results show that: (1) universities used the CVP analysis in decision-making, (2) information related to the CVP analysis used for decision-making by administrators remained simplistic and lacked cost-control details, and (3) the application of the CVP analysis by university administrators for decision-making was neither comprehensive nor coordinated. The findings also show that, given the current conditions in Vietnam, increasing the governance in public universities is essential, as is contributing to reducing costs, increasing universities'income, providing the best service to students, and improving the quality of training. The study calls for the flexible application of the CVP analysis, which will provide information to help managers at Vietnamese public universities make the best decisions.

Web 2.0 which is characterized by openness, sharing with others and users' active participation has a strong impact on Individual and business environments. New technology such as open-API, RSS, collective intelligence gives various benefits to the website user. Recently, the Web 2.0 paradigm has also affected the public service. Many public service organizations are also adopting Web 2.0 applications to improve their ability for serving users more effectively. However, there is a contradiction between value of public service and that of web 2.0. Web 2.0 which pursues openness and freedom of expression can impair the accuracy and reliability of public information in the public sites. We conducted a case study on EBS which reflects the Web 2.0 strategy for websites renewal. To cope with environmental changes, EBS began reorganization of the web site and applied Web 2.0 strategy for leveraging an easy to use and user satisfaction. This research shows that how to Implement the Web 2.0 strategy and what is the limitation of it. The findings of this study suggest practical implications for Web 2.0 strategy in public web sites, especially for educational fields.

공개키 기반 기술의 발전은 전자정부, 전자금융, 전자결제 등 다양한 서비스를 가능하게 하였으며, 완벽한 안전성을 가지고 있는 것으로 평가된다. 하지만, 최근 허트블리드 버그 등 공개키 기반 이용 기술에 대한 취약점이 지속적으로 발견되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공개키 기반구조의 안전성 및 신뢰성을 검증하기 위해, OpenSSL을 이용하여 키쌍의 충돌율을 분석하였다. 실험은 OpenSSL을 이용하여 5개의 사설인증기관을 생성하고, 각 사설인증기관에서 200만개의 인증서를 생성해 총 1,000만개의 인증서를 생성하여 키쌍 충돌 여부를 분석하였다. 실험은 다음과 같은 과정으로 수행되었다. Openssl을 이용하여 5개의 사설인증기관 생성, 각 사설인증기관에서 200만개의 인증서를 생성, 총 1,000만개의 인증서를 생성하여 키쌍 충돌 여부를 분석하였다. 실험 결과 1,000만건 중 35,000건, 즉 0.35%의 확률로 공개키 개인키가 충돌을 발생하였다. 이는 전자상거래, 보안서버 등 다양한 분야에서 충분한 위협이 될 수 있는 요소이다. 향후에는 공개키 기반기술의 위협요소를 제거하기 위해 난수생성기, 큰 소수 선택 문제 등 깊이 있는 연구를 진행할 것이다.

In this study, it is helpful to open and construction personal blog of korean traditional costume and traditional culture contents.

In this paper, we investigate automated data validation techniques for artificial intelligence training, and also disclose open-source frameworks, such as Google's TensorFlow Data Validation (TFDV), that support automated data validation in the AI model development process. We also introduce an experimental study using public data sets to demonstrate the effectiveness of the open-source data validation framework. In particular, we presents experimental results of the data validation functions for schema testing and discuss the limitations of the current open-source frameworks for semantic data. Last, we introduce the latest studies for the semantic data validation using machine learning techniques.

This study investigated the information environment of lecturers in Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State, Nigeria, in relation to their information seeking behavior, extent of use of the polytechnic library, perceptions of the resources and services of the library, level of awareness and extent of use of the open access model of scholarly communications, as well as the challenges of accessing and using information resources. It adopted the survey research method, using a questionnaire for data collection, while the descriptive statistics method was used to analyse the data, using tabular presentation and simple percentages. From a population of 280 lecturers for the study, a purposive sample of 164 was drawn. The findings showed that the lecturers' information needs are focused on online use; they hardly use the polytechnic library due to their perceptions of the resources and services of the library. They are, to a greater extent, aware of open access initiatives, but do not publish in open access outlets, while various challenges affect their access and use of information resources for teaching and research. A recommendation was made, among others, that the polytechnic management should pay more critical attention to the library especially in the areas of adequate, current and comprehensive collections on all the programmes of the institution, as well as the provision of wireless internet services on the campus through a public-private partnership arrangement.

An open problem proposed by Safavi-Naini and Seberry in IEEE transactions on information theory(1991) can be reduced to a combinatorial problem on partitioning a subset of binary matrices. We solve the generalized Naini-Seberry's open problem by considering a certain class of binary matrices. Thus a subliminal channel of r 〉 1 bit capacity is systematically established for Naini-Seberry's authentication schemes. We also construct concrete examples.

현재의 학술 커뮤니케이션 위기는 잡지의 위기가 아니라 정보 유통상의 광범위한 위기이다. 그것은 STM 학술지의 구독비용이 대학도서관의 예산 증가율을 상회함에 따라 학술 및 연구자료의 접근력이 축소되거나 상실되는 것을 의미한다. 그래서 오픈 액세스 잡지(OAJ), 저자 셀프 아카이빙(ASA), 학술기관 레포지터리(AIR)를 전략적 수단으로 하는 오픈 액세스가 대안으로 등장하였다. 이에 본 연구는 오픈 액세스의 최근 동향을 개관하고, OA 전략에 내재된 장애요소와 다양한 현안인 학술정보의 공공재 논쟁, 무료접근의 신화와 한계, 저자의 비용지불 모델, 저작권 귀속문제 등을 분석한다.

본 연구에서 공개 의료 빅데이터 분석을 지역사회건강조사 2012~2014년 자료를 이용해 개인의 건강관련 삶의 질 차이와 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 제안논문에서는 공개의료 빅데이터 분석을 위해 Hadoop 기반의 Spack을 이용해 병렬처리 지원을 위한 클라우드 메니저를 구성하고 개인의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 하드웨어의 제약없이 빠르게 분석하였다. 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 개인적 특성과 지역사회 특성으로 구분하여 단계별 다수준 회귀분석(ANOVA, t-test)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 개인별 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 남자 평균 73.8점, 여자 평균 70.0점으로 남자가 여자보다 건강관련 삶의 질이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

최근 서울에 자동차 보유 대수가 급증함에 따라 주거나 상가 밀집 지역에서 주차 문제는 갈수록 심화되고 있어 이에 따른 주차공간 확보 및 기존 주차 공간의 활용할 수 있는 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 공유경제 개념을 도입하여 개인이나 단체가 소유하고 있는 주차 공간을 사용하지 않는 시간대에 주차 가능 공간을 다른 사람들과 공유할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 플랫폼은 웹, 안드로이드, 라즈베리파이, 데이터베이스로 구성되어 있으며 실제 주차장에 설치된 초음파 센서와 CCTV 이미지를 분석하는 OpenCV를 이용하여 현재 주차장의 사용 중인 공간과 비사용 중인 주차 가능 면수를 분석하고 분석한 정보를 사용자들에게 제공한다.
