Based on the actual research, one subject was selected and stimuli were manufactured. The analysis and examination of the effects of hair dyeing have produced the following conclusions. (1) As a result of dispersion analysis about the image effect according to hair colors, a meaningful difference is recognized in the item and indicates that hair color variation influences the image effect. (2) As a result, extracting the factors that hair colors can influence the image, 3 factors were extracted. The first factor is an intellectual image, the second factor is an active image, and the third factor is a comfortable image. (3) Image effect in hair colors are as same next. Red and Orange color clearly indicate the image of 'charismatic', 'lively', 'positive', 'active', 'light' and 'gorgeous'. Blue and Green color indicates the image of 'unfriendly', 'hard', 'cold' and 'uneasy'. • Purpose: This study aims to explore the effects of personal characteristics, satisfaction, quality of care, role performance, image, awareness level of public hospitals perceived by community residents on use-experience of public hospitals. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 2,100 community residents around 39 district public hospitals. The questionnaire was designed to collected information on personal characteristics and community awareness of public hospitals. The community awareness consists of 5 factors and 15 items. The data were collected utilizing call-interview by a survey company. Results: The personal characteristic and community awareness were shown significant differences between having use-experience and not-having use-experience of public hospitals (p<.001), except gender. As the results of multiple logistic regression, the significant variables of use-experience of public hospitals were satisfaction (OR=1.06 95%CI=1.010-1.116), quality of care (OR=1.07, 95%CI=1.016-1.134, level of awareness to public hospitals (OR=1.50, 95%CI=1.378-1.632), age (OR=0.43, 95%CI=0.236-0.785), education (OR=1.62, 95%CI=1.013-2.590), type of medical security (OR=0.37, 95%CI=0.142-0.945). Conclusions: Public hospitals have to effort to improve community awareness through providing quality of care, and role performance. • In this paper, we proposed an algorithm for an effective public key and private key generation to implement a secure asymmetric watermarking system against the public key attack. The public key and private key generation is based on the linear transformation using a special matrix and the keys are designed to be able to have high correlation value. We also proposed a counter plan of public key attack. This method uses a multiple public key generation and distribution. As the results, the correlation value between the public key and the private key is high in the watermarked image. After the public key attack. this can detect the correlation by using other public key.

  • In general cases, the conventional internet connected to a terrestrial network is transmit too large medical images. To overcome this low speed transmitting rate problem of the interned, we have studied about an image division communication system as a fast telemedicine system. The image division communication system was 5-10 times faster than the conventional terrestrial internet link. Also we have developed a Web-based telemedicine system that can access every permitted server of hospitals via the internet. Studied image division communication corrected problem of other reflex quality decline in erratic transmission of reflex by transmission speed imbalance that is problem of single communication techniques that used in existing reflex transmission. Also, could keep quality state of fixed reflex gouge abnormal transmission speed. Visual Basic and C++, ASP programming techniques were used to make our system and it can access and retrieve medical information and image through only public web browse such as internet explorer without additional specific tools. To increase the transmitting speed of our telemedicine system, JPEG method was used. In conclusion, we were able to develop a fast and public telemedicine system using the proposed image division communication system and Web technology. Image division communication system technology increased the speed of the conventional internet and Web technology extended the scope of use for telemedicine system from intrahospital to public use.

  • This study would investigate the impacts of coffee shop companies' mecenat activity on identification, corporate image, love mark and loyalty. For sampling, an investigator who visited the coffee shops in person conducted surveys with customers. 800 copies were distributed for 11 days from May 23 through June 2, 2018, and excluding unreliable questionnaires from the collected questionnaires, 711 copies were used in the final analysis. As a result of the analysis, it turned out that the higher social contribution, purity, public interest and preference, the higher identification became. Also, the higher social contribution, public interest and preference, the higher corporate image became. On the other hand, it turned out that purity had a negative (-) impact on the corporate image. It turned out that purity and preference had positive impacts on the love mark, while did not affect social contribution, while public interest had a negative (-) impact on that. It turned out that identification had a positive impact on the corporate image, and identification and corporate image had positive impacts on the love mark. Also, identification, corporate image and love mark had positive impacts on loyalty. It is expected that the above research result would provide practical implications for coffee shop companies' marketing techniques in the future, and further, it is judged that it would play a positive role in the quality of life of consumers who experience coffee shop companies' mecenat activity.

  • This project purpose to develop a "custom patient gown" can satisfy with functional and aesthetic aspects for improving the problems of the existing children's patient gown that no unified image and discomfort in cooperation with the Public Design Development office as part of the citizen-friendly design improvement projects which one of the public politicizes of Seoul. The following are the results of design process for children's patient gown applying the universal design. First, the children's patient gown of the shape were classified into patient gown, rehabilitative gown and special gown and based on human-centered design to pursue the custom patient gown. Second, the color used pastel shades part of the Seoul colors and focused on emotions with color therapy theory. It was emphasized the aesthetic aspect by arranged the colors which harmonized with the main colors, also classified the wards and sizes. Third, for the functional materials of patient gowns was used the washable fabric and tender processing. Fourth, the accessories were matched the unified image and colors are suitable for the hospital environment such as bibs, aprons, and bedding. Fifth, Haechi, the symbol of Seoul was used as the logo. The Haechi logo and emotional message were applied to patient gowns to enhance the communication efficiency between patients and their guardians. As described above, the custom patient gowns for children's hospital will have significant ripple effects when they are expanded to national, public and private children's hospital. Such a qualitative change will pursue the respect and value of human by expanding the areas of public design for adults, the weak and the old-age society in future.

  • Schools have developed together with local communities, as leading public buildings that represent local communities. Most elementary schools are located in walking distance, so that makes it possible to maintain close relationships with local residents. This study examine outside space where the school buildings are restructured for new images through public park project. The results of this research as follows. 1st, Public park project of school facilities is charge of key role to improve urban image. 2nd, Public park project of school facilities promote environmental, social and educational participation of school members. 3rd, We need to develop a outside space plan and to gather diverse opinions before we start on the Public park project of school facilities. 4th, It is important to maintain the space desirable through sharing of roles by members of schools and local communities. Public park project of school facilities has to be the center of participation, process, commune and practical use.

  • Previous technology of remote sensing was focused on analyzing raster image and gaining information through image processing. But now it has extended to diverse fields like automatic map generation, material exploitation or monitoring environmental changes with effort to utilizing practical usage. And with rapid expansion of information exchange on Internet and high-speed network, the demand of public which want to utilize remotely sensed image has been increased. This makes growth of service on acquisition and processing remotely sensed image. GeoNet is a Java-based remotely sensed image processing system. It is based on Java object-oriented paradigm and features cross-platform, web-based execution and extensibility to client/server remotely sensed image processing model. Remotely sensed image processing software made by Java programming language can suggest alternatives to meet readily demand on remotely sensed image processing in proportion to increase of remotely sensed data. In this paper, we introduce GeoNet and explain its architecture.
