노인전문요양시설 거주층의 복도 및 휴게홀 이용행태 (Using Behavior of Corridor and Lounge at the Residence Floor in Skilled Nursing Facilities for the Elderly)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic information about the facility planning to reduce elderly isolation and to improve their rehabilitation ability. Four re%archers observed the using behavior of the elderly residents in the corridor and lounge of 5 facilities. The results of the study were as follows. The using rate of the lounge wis higher than that of the corridor since most of the elderly were controlled by the staffs at the lounge. The facility could decrease the crowd of the lounge by arranging the sofa at the corridor-especially surrounding the atrium. The use rate in the lounge was very dependent on the time of the day, because its use was influenced mainly by daily schedule, and this resoled in it being largely inactive most of the time. A counter plan is needed to encourage natural interaction among the elderly. Individual or small group activities are required in addition to the regular programs. Since the furniture arrangements_(sofas and tables) at the corridor could induce elderly isolation and inactivity, various equipments should be arranged for the self-controlled activities. The indirect participation in the regular activities, which are usually conducted in the lounge, should also be considered in the corridor so that the elderly could observe them at any places.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze spatial composition of elderly skilled nursing facility and to provide basic information for setting up the detail facility architectural guidelines. The results of the study were following: the residential spaces of the facilities in this study were more or less overcrowded since their capacity were more than 5 elderly residents. The dimensions of some residential spaces did not even come up to the standard of elderly welfare law in force. On the other hand, the facilities had a tendency to use a space with multiple purposes or to allocate a space but to leave it with no use. Moreover comparing with the 1st floor, which was mainly for the staffs and had enough space to spare, the upper floor which was for the elderly residents, was crowded with nursing staffs and elderly residents and had densely closed residential and public spaces. For the problem solving, law and regulation modification is needed according to the case study about the usage and using frequency of each facility space. And the crowded area for the elderly residents could be enlarged through the reduction(or combination) of the rarely used spaces and moving a few residential spaces into the 1st floor.

일본 유니트형 노인요양시설의 기능별 공간구성 분석 - 동북지방 농촌지역 5곳 사례를 중심으로 - (Space arrangement Analysis of Unit Care Facility in Japan - 5 Case Study in Tohoku Rural Area -)

  • There are many advantages to unit-care welfare facilities' care services for the elderly in Japan. The field research was conducted after holding interviews with employees at five elderly welfare facilities in Japan. This research analyzes the space arrangement of unit-care welfare facilities in Japan's Tohoku rural area. The purpose of this study is to provide design data on the space arrangement of a unit-care facility for Korea. The results of research are as follows. 1. Cafes, restaurants, and stores were operated in the elderly welfare facilities, which were open to the general public as well. Therefore, local residents frequently visited. 2. The kitchen, living rooms, private bedrooms and construction of the elderly welfare facilities were similar to that of normal residential houses. 3. The event hall is conveniently located at the center of the facility. 4. It was easy to understand the health status of the elderly by having a health office in the open living room. 5. There were open spaces which are frequently used by the homebound elderly, including room rehabilitation, daycare and short term residence. The above results will be used for space planning data in Korean unit-care facilities.

구내 정보통신설비를 위한 정책제안과 통합구축모델 설계 (The politic suggestion and the design of integrate-construction model for installation of the residential IT facility.)

  • 본 논문은 정부에서 추진중인 유비쿼터스도시의 성공적 건설을 위하여 공동주택에 설치되는 홈 네트워크설비를 포함한 전기통신설비 및 방송공동수신설비의 기술기준과 초고속 정보통신건물인증제도의 문제점을 알아보고 해결방안으로 주택법령의 주택성능 등급표시 제도보완과 유지관리를 제도화 하기위한 주택법계열의 전면적인 검토 보완 및 개정안을 제시하였다. 또한 기술기준만을 적용한 건축물과 초고속 정보통신건물 인증 2등급 이하 취득 건축물 그리고 상기 해결방안이 법제도화가 되었을 때의 건축물에 대한구내 정보통신선로 통합구축 모델을 각각 설계하여 제시하였다.

공간관리 현황조사를 통한 대학시설관리방안에 관한 연구 - 국립대학의 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on the Facility Management Method through Actual Condition of Space Management - Based on the National University)

  • To enhance the administrational efficiency and for university facility and space management to be public, this research suggests a competent and an objective evaluation system and index. The study will assist national and university finances to contribute towards advanced education. Furthermore, figure out the space management condition of national university by utilizing the evaluation system, and through that suggesting efficient special management method. According to the result of this study, evaluation system for university facility can be widely divided into seven categories; system preparation, members conference, propriety of space allocation, propriety of management system, space use ratio, time control of space use, imposition index of surplus use. Based on these subdivisions, the space management category contains 19 evaluation items and the marking system allows perfect score of 100 points. In result of examining space management condition using the evaluation system, space management was well enforced in research focused university group where as in education centered university group, it shows relatively low enforcement. It also illustrated that efforts of evaluation items were required in categories of imposition index of surplus use and special use ratio in order for efficient space management.

폐기물 소각시설 최적가용기법 연계배출수준 (BAT-AEL) 설정 (BAT-AEL Calculation in Waste Incineration Facility)

  • As the public interest in environmental issues increased, the "Act On The Integrated Control Of Pollutant-Discharging Facility" was enacted. Through the integrated environmental pollution prevention act in which 19 industries with large environmental impacts are sequentially applied, pollutants can be managed in a medium-integrated manner and integrated permission of the business unit is possible and BAT can be applied to enable a scientific and proactive environmental management system. In addition, if the facility with BAT works normally, the pollutant emission is offered with the range of lower limit to upper limit. This study analyzed the overview of Best Available Techniques-Associated Emission Levels (BAT-AEL), and its setting procedure and method, and then suggested the BAT-AEL of a waste incineration facility. In comparative analysis on Emission Limit Values (ELVs) of EU, this study tries to propose improvement matters and development directions if the relevant standard is revised.

종합병원 입원환자와 외래환자의 만족도 요인 분석 - 의료기관 서비스평가 자료를 활용한 실증 분석 - (A Study on Major Factors on Patient Satisfaction of General Hospitals in Korea - Analysis of factors associated with in Health Service Evaluation Program by the Korean Government -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate these major factors on patient satisfaction, and to examine the affecting level of major factors in. The subjects in this study was 70 hospitals that were surveyed the hospital evaluation program containing the survey of patient satisfaction by KHIDI(Korea Health Industry Development Institute) from 1997 to 1999. The collected data was analysed SPSS for Windows(Ver 10.0). On basically, frequency analysis, t-test, and ANOVA was performed and, for more analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, logistic regression analysis was utilized. According to this study, the major factors of inpatient satisfaction are divided 3 types facility factor, manpower factor, and service factor. And the major factors of outpatient satisfaction are analyzed 5 types; facility factor related direct medical service, facility factor related indirect medical services, manpower factor, pharmacy factor, and facility factor related utilization convenience. The importance of this study lies in the identification of major factors on hospital patient satisfaction.

대학시설 공간관리를 위한 Web GIS 시스템 구현 (Implementation of Web GIS System for Space Management of University Facility)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 정보화 사회로의 급속한 변화에 따른 대학 캠퍼스 내의 시설물들을 관리하고 활용하는데 있어서, GIS를 이용하여 웹을 통해 관리 및 서비스 할 수 있는 기술적 가능성과 장점 등을 확인하고, 이에 따른 Web GIS 공간관리시스템 구조를 실현하는 것이다. 연구결과 GIS 기술을 이용한 대학시설 공간관리와 웹 기술을 이용한 정보의 활용 및 서비스의 접목이 가능함을 확인하였고. 이에 의하여 기존에 정보 구축에 드는 비용, 시간, 노동력 등을 절감할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 웹 환경을 통한 "정보화"라는 시대적 표구에 부응하여 DB 구축의 방향을 설정하고, 사용자 중심의 인터페이스를 설계하여 실용적인 시스템 구조를 제시하였다.

공립학교 시설물 유지관리 체계 개선방안 (A Study on the Maintenance System Improvement for Public Educational Buildings)

  • As of August 2005, there are 9,007 facilities for public primary, middle and high schools in Korea. But because of depopulation, hereafter it is expected to allocate much more budget and interest to utilizing the existing facilities reasonably rather than new buildings construction. At present the maintenance of educational facilities is depend on not a preventive but a post preservation. And there is no established maintenance organization and system, which causes both facility deterioration and squandering of the nation's resources. Thus the object of this paper is to examine a maintenance system of established public school facilities and to improve the system which is enable to maximize the efficiency for the existing maintenance organization.

  • This study aims to suggest the method to enhance the value of public construction project during contract review process considering budget reduction for project profit and public interest enhancement simultaneously. The main results of this study are as follows: (1) Current method are considered to be improved from the point that cost reduction through current method could influence performance of the object of contract without conforming to user requirements or facilities' function. (2) In order to supplement current process, the method to evaluate the variation of performance and value was established based on facility type, participants on each phase, and their requirement. (3) Case study was conducted to verify suggested method, and showed the successful application in enhancing the value of construction projects on public sector.
