An IP address shortage problem is happening with a rapid propagation of the Internet and demands about a new IP address. Address translation technology as NAT is becoming use widely in order to solve these problems. NAT is an very useful If address translation technique that allows two connected networks to use different and incompatible IP address schemes. Rut it is difficult to use NAT particularly for applications that embeded IP addresses in data payloads or encrypted IP packet to guarantee End-to-End Security such as IPSec. In addition to rewiting the source/destination IP address in the packet, NAT must modify IP checksum every time, which could lead to considerablely performance decrease of the overall system in the process of address translation. RSIP is an alternative to solve these disadvantages and address shortage problems of NAT. Both NAT and RSIP divide networks into inside and outside addressing realms. NAT translates addresses between internal network and external network, but RSIP uses a borrowed external address for outside communications. RSIP server assigns a routable, public address to an RSIP client temporaily to communicate with public network outside the private network. In this paper, I will analyze NAT and RSIP gateway system, and then I will propose the Linux-based RSIP gateway for more efficient IP Address Translation in Intranet environments based on RSIP standard of IETF.

Fire and disaster broadcasting systems are divided into analog, digital, and network-based digital public address systems, and important specifications in network-based digital public address systems are low-latency audio, high sampling rate, and multi-channel input and output. In the past, it has been widely used to the AoE method for distinguishing based on the MAC address of the data link layer. However, this method has a problem of increasing complexity and cost. This proposal is an AoIP/UDP method, which allows communication to be easily distinguished by IP address without the need for a separate redundant network, so that the network can be freely used and configured, and cost can be reduced by reducing complexity. After implementing the AoIP/UDP method, the experimental results showed that the cost was improved with the equivalent performance with 2.66ms latency.
NAT is a very useful IP address translation technique that allows two connected networks using different and incompatible IP address schemes. But it is impractical to use NAT for an application which uses the encrypted IP packet, embedding IP addresses inside of data payloads, to guarantee End-to-End Security such as IPSec. In addition to rewriting the source/destination IP addresses in the packet, NAT must modify IP checksum every time, which could lead to considerable performance decrease of the overall system in the process of the address translation. RSIP is an alternative to solve these disadvantages of NAT and the address shortage problems. Both NAT and RSIP divide networks into inside and outside addressing realms. NAT translates addresses between internal network and external network, but RSIP uses a borrowed external address for outside communications. RSIP server assigns a routable public address to a RSIP client temporarily to communicate with public net-work outside of the private network. In this paper, RSIP gateway for intranet environment is designed and its performance is evaluated. From the results of performance evaluation, we knew that RSIP is operated less sensitive to the data traffic. Also, the experiment shows that RSIP performs better than NAT when the transmission data grows larger.

This paper proposes an algorithm of address analysis for the next-generation networks. That is, we present integrated address analysis of the Numbering Plans of public telecommunication networks such as those of the ATM network. The purpose of implementing software for integrated address analysis is to actively and flexibly cope with a large change of information while operating the system and the network. By designing and implementing a database structure and an address analysis algorithm, interworking is possible among part (local) networks that each have a different Addressing Plan within an integrated network. Proposed relational model database structure has effect that do to manage address information of complicated network efficiently. Also, apply in real environment and proved excellency through interworking test to verify mechanism that propose.
The recent Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV) outbreak has originated from a failure in the national quarantine system in the Republic of Korea as most basic role of protecting the safety and lives of its citizens. Furthermore, a number of the Korean healthcare system's weaknesses seem to have been completely exposed. The MERS-CoV outbreak can be considered a typical public health crisis in that the public was not only greatly terrorized by the actual fear of the disease, but also experienced a great impact to their daily lives, all in a short period of time. Preparedness for and an appropriate response to a public health crisis require comprehensive systematic public healthcare measures to address risks comprehensively with an all-hazards approach. Consequently, discussion regarding establishment of post-MERS-CoV improvement measures must focus on the total reform of the national quarantine system and strengthening of the public health infrastructure. In addition, the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention must implement specific strategies of action including taking on the role of "control tower" in a public health emergency, training of Field Epidemic Intelligence Service officers, establishment of collaborative governance between central and local governments for infection prevention and control, strengthening the roles and capabilities of community-based public hospitals, and development of nationwide crisis communication methods.

Abstract The DHCP power saving system provides advantage to driving active participation in which users installs the power saving software by restricting IP address through the power management server. However, the problem with this approach is the vulnerability to IP spoofing attacks, therefore we need to solve the mistake that disrupt the entire network system rather than saving electric power. In this paper, we propose the authentication system that can implement the efficiency saving power by providing high security for the members' computer system of the public institutions based on the saving power system.

In this paper, we design and implementation of effective remote management system for VoIP(Voice over IP) terminal. Ordinary VoIP terminal is connected inside of NAT(Network Address Translation) assigned private IP address. NAT provides address mapping between outside public IP address and inside private IP address, for outside system telephone call is connected to inside VoIP terminal. In this paper, we also design and implementation of UDP hole punching function that the outside calls pass through the NAT, for outside management system call is connected to internal VoIP terminal, and gathered to management information of the VoIP terminal. Also, we evaluated and analysed of developed system in the test environment. As a result of test, It showed that it was well performed without any data error and data loss in the connectivity, and It showed that it was well gathered management information of the VoIP terminal.
In order to address housing issues, alleviate the concentration of urban populations, and resolve other issues regarding residential spaces, large residential complexes have been developed in Korea since the 1970s. The changes to the residential culture due to such development projects propagated rapidly, making the apartment complexes the most representative form of housing in Korea. In developing such large-scale complexes, plans for public open spaces, which play an important role in formulating the quality of residential environment, have been mostly the same, only utilizing the spaces remaining after planning other types of spaces. The current study looks at the case of Tama New Town development project, a Japanese new town development project that has a similar public open space system in large scale residential complex development projects in Korea. In doing so, the current study aims to identify the features of public open space plans. In the conclusion, the study first finds that various public open spaces must be reviewed and introduced in term of predicting social demands. Second, the study suggests the policy-makers should actively introduce pedestrian paths as a public open space. Third, the study deduces the planning implications of applying the principle of original landscape preservation.

The present research evaluates the public engagement approach in various project stages. Hong Kong had long been criticized as top-down and executive-led jurisdiction by overlooking the importance of cultural heritage and public concerns on public projects. It was suggested to the government to engage public and provide sufficient public consultation. Thereby, the government announced a series of revitalization and conversion measures in Policy Address in 2008. To carry out the measures, there were voices, because of diverse and sometimes conflicting interests, over the effect of revitalization project. On the other hand, studies reveal that there are benefits of revitalization and enhancement of public engagement approach. In pursuit of the subject, the present research aims at studying the Central Market as a case study pilot project. In October 2009, the Policy Address announced that the Central Market be revitalized. Tasked to implement the project, Urban Renewal Authority (URA) continued to adopt the people-oriented approach as the guiding principle in its core business and in heritage preservation and revitalization so as to create a sustainable development. Between government and the public, URA acts as a bridge for communication. As between URA and the public, URA conducted public consultation, set up an ad-hoc committee in January 2016 to be in charge of the project and will continuously inform the government and public with the updates and project progress. The main objectives of the present research are to assess the advantages and challenges in different stages of public engagement approach, to evaluate the engagement system, to give a comprehensive view for participation of stakeholders, and to find out effective strategies to enhance civil engagement. Research was achieved through interviews to key persons in the project, questionnaire that was distributed to community and experts in the field. Case Study of the Central Market was studied and investigated using different sources, such as newspapers, journals, etc, to evaluate the degree of public engagement in the project. Both detailed qualitative methodological approaches of interview, questionnaire, and case study, act as a synergy to demonstrate the research objectives and provide the comprehensive perceptions on the revitalization project. The results show that public participants in revitalized project have generated considerable value enhancements to social-cultural, environmental, political and economic aspect. This study provides valuable insights that the public participation can make positive contribution to sustainability in the city. The findings indicate that no any single system is flawless therefore seeking both public opinions and professional advices are also important as a comprehensive approach to achieve higher sustainability of the building.

Due to population growth and urban development in construction technology has expanded living space, underground construction as public transport as has been extended to the ground and underground urban traffic congestion increases. This underpass Stations sphere of influence this development was the center of the living space, space-time became a cultural space. However underpass ground space and time and space are enormous difficulties in contrast visibility due to smoke when light levels are low fire occurs, momentary loss of judgment errors due to a sense of orientation, rapid diffusion and ambient oxygen deficiency due to acquisition limitations, such as the Open resulting in property damage and personal injury. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing system with respect to the address of the underground shopping center and system for presenting an address to the underground shopping mall in the basement of the straight and circular in connection with the street name address. Also can be known only to evacuate their citizens to address the position in the event of a fire inside the basement through the underground shopping mall address standardization system, the fire department only address exact location is being judged will be identified.
