도시재생사업에서 민관 파트너십의 활용 방안: 거버넌스 관점에서 본 유형 및 사례를 중심으로 (Utilization of Public-Private Partnerships in Urban Regeneration Projects: Focusing on Types and Cases from a Governance Perspective)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도시재생사업의 효과적인 추진과 사업구조 구축을 위해, 거버넌스의 관점에서 민관 파트너십의 활용 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째로, 거버넌스의 관점에서 본 도시재생사업에서의 민관 파트너십 유형은 중앙정부 주도형, 지방정부 주도형, 민간사업자 주도형, 지역주민·커뮤니티조직 주도형으로 분류할 수 있다. 둘째로, 해외사례 분석을 통해 선진국들은 다양한 민관 파트너십의 구성을 통해 도시재생사업을 효과적으로 추진하고 있음이 확인된다. 셋째로, 국내의 도시재생사업에서 민관 파트너십 활용 방안으로, 도시재생사업의 유형과 규모의 다양화 방안 마련, 다양한 민관 파트너십 활용을 위한 제도설계 마련, 다양한 민간참여의 활용을 위한 교차보조 방식의 활용, 투명하고 효과적인 민관 파트너십에 필요한 사회적 자본의 형성 방안 마련을 제안하였다.

  • 소프트웨어 로봇을 이용하여 프로세스를 자동화하는 RPA(Robotic Process Automation)가 국내외 기업의 큰 관심을 받고 있다. 기업의 실제 RPA 도입과 확산 경험에 기반을 둔 교훈과 실행 지침을 제공하기 위해 최근에 다수의 사례 연구가 수행되었다. 그러나 공공기관의 혁신 성장을 위한 RPA 도입 연구는 찾아보기 어려웠다. 본 연구는 국내 공공기관의 RPA 도입을 다룬 체계적인 사례 연구를 수행해 이러한 지식 공백을 메우고자 한다. 이러한 연구 목표를 달성하기 위해 우리나라 대표 ICT 전문기관인 한국정보화진흥원(NIA)의 RPA 도입 사례를 조사했다. NIA는 e나라도움 입력 업무의 자동화를 통해 비용, 운영, 비즈니스 효과 측면에서 성과를 달성했다. 특히, 본 사례 연구를 통하여 RPA가 공공기관의 4가지 경직성(즉, 구조, 구성원, 과업, 규칙)이 가져올 수 있는 디지털 혁신 추진의 어려움 극복에 기여할 수 있음을 제시하였다. RPA 도입을 고려 중인 공공기관을 위한 시사점과 본 연구의 한계점이 토론되었다.

낙동강 유역의 지속적인 이용을 위한 미래예측 (Simulating the Future of Nakdong River Basin for the Sustainable Use)

  • A macroeconomic minimodel was simulatedto suggest the public for sustainable us of Nakdong River Basin. The minimodel for the simulation shows the interrelationships between natural environment and economic activity. Topsoil, water, economic assets, and money stock are plotted for 300 years, beginning with 1996 in each simulation. The computer simulation runs suggest that the Nakdong River Basin system in the near future may strongly be influenced by the favorable availability of outside resources, while the economic assets and money stock may be declined by indigenous environmental stock depletion. The simulation run made under the constant decrease in systems purchased inputs with investment ratio of developed country and for sustainable use. The results of simulation shows the recover of natural environment and decrease of economic activity under these condition. Therefore, the economic structure of Nakdong River Basin should be transformed from the present industrial structure to the social-economic structure based on an ecological-recycling concept which depend on renewable resources rather than industrial structural which depend on outside resources.

  • RSA is a public key cryptosystem that is currently the most popularly used in information security. Development of RSA variants has attracted many researchers since its introduction in 1978 by Ron Rivest, Adi Shamir, and Leonard Adleman. In this paper, we propose an algebraic structure for RSA and show that the proposed structure covers all known RSA variants. The usefulness of the proposed structure is then proved by showing that, following the structure we can construct a RSA variant based on the Bergman ring. We compare the original RSA and its variants from the point of view of factoring the modulus to determine why the original RSA is widely used than its variants.

  • In this paper, we designed the extended ATA(AT Attachment interface with extension) interface that combines with goods price and ability and intellectual behavior of SCSI, for make progress the ability and structure of ordinary interface for connect with device of using PC. ATA is establish a standard of IDE(Intelligent Drive Electronics) public in small form factor. SCSI bus is device behaving intellectual and have stable hardware structure, calssified instructions structure. But it is device that difficult to buy, because of price of more than two times. The other side, ATA device is worse than SCSI bus in part of ability, but it came to SCSI in part of speed after improve and it's price is less expensive. another improvement of ATA is a standard of ARAP(AT Attachment Packet Interface) and use method of packet transmission and behaves as if SCSI use a method. Finally, improvement of ATAPI behave from interface of only HDD to ability of ordinary interface. This paper propose the structure of extended interface that satisfied the price and ability.

자연폭포의 강조와 청각적 특성의 관계분석 (Analysis of Relationship between Structure and Acoustic Character of Natural Waterfall)

  • The perception of landscape structure can he formed mode clearly, with including an auditory stimulus to a visual aspect. The waterfall, as an landscape element, will be considered of not only it's function and structure in landscape architecture designing but also harmony with environment which it has been situated, and contribution to the public goad. The purpose of this study was to establish more 7rational and practical design theory for the construction of waterfall. The number of subjects investigated were 47 of waterfall located in Mt. Palgong. In this study, the acoustic character of the waterfalls were investigated as an excellent effect to mask easily sensible noises. The correlations between the structure of waterfalls and water 1a17ing sound, which were useful for waterfall design and construction, were examined. It was discovered that the position of double distance of waterfall height From the waterfall is significant in the visual and acoustic perception of waterfall.

Corporate Meeting Destination Choice: The Effects of Organizational Structure

  • This study attempted to determine the influence of organizational structure on the novelty preference for corporate meeting destination choice. The three dimensions of structure incorporated were formalization, centralization and complexity. A total of 75 corporate meeting planners drawn from public listed services organizations were involved. The main method of data collection was questionnaire survey and multiple regression analysis was employed as the main statistical technique. The results revealed that both formalization and centralization were negatively correlated with novelty preference while complexity was positively correlated. However, only complexity contributed significantly to the prediction of novelty preference for corporate meeting destination choice. The main implication of this study is pertaining to the segmentation and targeting of the corporate meeting market. This study helped in bridging the gap between tourism marketing and organizational research. It also contributed by developing the measurement for novelty preference from the context of experiential marketing.

Investigating the underlying structure of particulate matter concentrations: a functional exploratory data analysis study using California monitoring data

  • Functional data analysis continues to attract interest because advances in technology across many fields have increasingly permitted measurements to be made from continuous processes on a discretized scale. Particulate matter is among the most harmful air pollutants affecting public health and the environment, and levels of PM10 (particles less than 10 micrometers in diameter) for regions of California remain among the highest in the United States. The relatively high frequency of particulate matter sampling enables us to regard the data as functional data. In this work, we investigate the dominant modes of variation of PM10 using functional data analysis methodologies. Our analysis provides insight into the underlying data structure of PM10, and it captures the size and temporal variation of this underlying data structure. In addition, our study shows that certain aspects of size and temporal variation of the underlying PM10 structure are associated with changes in large-scale climate indices that quantify variations of sea surface temperature and atmospheric circulation patterns.

아미동 비석마을의 공간구조 (Spatial Structure of Tombstone Village in Ami-dong)

  • Ami-dong, known as Tombstone Village, was generated by refugees after Korean war on the site of Japanese public cemetery which had been originally constructed during Japanese occupation. Since then, the village has been expanded as low-income class neighborhood during Modernization and Industrialization Period from 1960s to 1980s. This study try to find the impact of the Japanese cemetery on the spatial structure of the village by analyzing and comparing the street structure and spatial layout of the Japanese cemetery and current Tombstone Village. The final objective of this study is to confirm the continuity of built environment, historical value and place identity of of the village.

Trends in Reports on Climate Change in 2009-2011 in the Korean Press Based on Daily Newspapers' Ownership Structure

  • Objectives: The mass media play a crucial role in risk communication regarding climate change. The aim of this study was to investigate the trend in journalistic reports on climate change in the daily newspapers of Korea. Methods: We selected 9 daily newspapers in Korea, which according to the ABC Association, represented 77% of newspaper circulation, out of a total of 44 Korean daily newspapers. The collected articles were from 2009 to 2011. All of the articles were sorted into the following 8 categories: greenhouse gas, climate change conventions, sea level rise, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change synthesis reports, expected damage and effect, use of fossil fuels, global warming, and mitigation or adaptation. A chi-squared test was done on the articles, which were counted and classified into cause, effect, and measurement of climate change according to the newspaper's majority or minority ownership structure. Results: From the 9 selected newspapers, the number of articles on climate change by month was greatest in December 2009. Generally, the articles vague about climate change (lack of precise data, negative or skeptical tone, and improper use of terminology) were much more common than the articles presenting accurate knowledge. A statistical difference was found based on ownership structure: the majority-owned newspapers addressed the cause of climate change, while the minority-owned newspapers referred more to climate change measurement. Conclusions: Our investigation revealed that generally Korean daily newspapers did not deliver accurate information about climate change. The coverage of the newspapers showed significant differences according to the ownership structure.
