The Purpose of this study is to examine residents' subjective satisfaction of the elderly housing environment and to suggest some major factors which can be used as basic design guidelines for the elderly housing. as the number of the elderly is growing in Japan For this purpose. data were collected through a questionnaire survey method, Some questions on their hope for the conditions of the elderly housing were asked to 265 old People living in the suburbs of Chiba city. Japan. Based on the findings of the statistical factor analysis, the major factors which affected on the elderly housing environment of the study can be summarized as follows ;(1)Factor1 is correlated with the space design element represented by the elderly dwelling performance and overall efficiency for the dwelling exterior space design (2)Factor2 is relative to the interior environmental element with Physiological and sensitive performance for borne services system. (3)Factor3 can be explained the moving and communication performance for Physical uneasiness of outdoor activities and request of public cultural spaces. (4)Factor4 is relative to the mental rest element with safety accidents for moving activities etc. and psychological isolation for the elderly.

The International air transportation industry provides a vital communication link which brings prosperity to many states in our modern age. This invaluable link has been threatened by terrorism. Airlines have been one of the most attractive targets in the eyes of terrorists for several reasons, including particularly the international and symbolic nature of aviation, and the potential of multigovernmental involvement which can inevitably generate wide publicity. Terrorist attacks against civil aviation have been committed since the earliest days of civil aviation history. The first attack against civil aircraft dates back to the early 1930s. Since then, aircraft hijacking and other forms of attack against air transport operations have become one of the most serious challenges to the safety of flying. In recent years, a new form of threats against civil aviation has appeared. Man-portable air defense systems (MANPADS) in the hands of criminals, terrorists, and other non-state actors pose a serious potential threat to passenger air travel, the commercial aviation industry, and military aircraft around the world. The purpose of this study is to provide some countermeasures against such attacks. In order to foster a better understanding of the problem, an introduction of MANPADS and a brief history of attacks using MANPADS are presented. It also examines the level of threats, trends of attacks using MANPADS and the possible countermeasures to be taken by the international community.

최근 GIS 시스템은 2차원에서 3차원으로 변환되고 있다. 3차원 GIS를 이용한 관련 분야가 급성장함에 따라 공공분야, 국방분야를 비롯한 일반산업에 이르기까지 점차적으로 다양화 되고 있다. 본 논문은 3차원 GIS기법으로 환경영향평가를 고려한 곡선부의 시거 안정성에 대한 분석가능성을 검토하였다. 시거는 입체성격을 지닌 도로 위를 입체성격의 운전자 시선과의 관계를 통해 결정하기 때문에 평면과 종단을 동시에 고려해야만 정확한 산정이 가능하다. 연구 결과 도로에 대한 설계속도 80km/h와 주행속도 60-120km/h까지 속도를 고려한 주행 시뮬레이션으로 시거 분석뿐만 아니라 기본적인 경관 주위 구조물 및 교량과의 조화, 안정성 평가뿐만 아니라 환경영향 평가가 가능할 것으로 보인다.

The location based service means the service using the location information and the service used based on the location information comes into the spotlight as the critical information of the future mode townsman ubiquitous-City construction. LBS settles down as the core element of ITS or the telematics as the cutting edge technology appearing according to the power generation of the mobile communication technology and recently gradually broadens a range to the public safety service including the distribution management, the asset management, a children and old and the weak protection means, the disaster preparation rescue service like the E-911 of U.S. In the national, the technical regulations about the ground wave LBS was established at November 2005 for the first time in the country. but it actually operated and problems were deduced. Therefore, in this paper, domestic and foreign LBS usage trend and technical standards case try to be analyzed for the revision of the technical regulations of the ground wave LBS serviced in the national and the national technical standards bill for the revision tries to be prepared based on this.

본 논문에서는 유/무선 통합 환경에서 전자상거래를 활성화시키기 위한 지불 수단으로 GDHP 은닉서명 기법을 이용한 전자지불 프로토콜을 제안한다. GDHP 기반의 타원곡선 알고리즘을 적용하여 통신횟수, 계산량 측면에서 기존의 은닉서명 방식의 효율성을 개선하였다. 또한, 기존의 PayWord 프로토콜에서 사용한 인증서 대신 유한체 $F_q$ 에서 타원곡선(Elliptic Curve Cryptosystem) 을 이용한 Weil pairing에 의해 생성된 세션키를 사용하여 개체간의 인증이 이루어지기 때문에 속도의 향상 및 위장공격(Man-in-the-middle attacks)과 Forward secrecy 에 대한 안전성을 제공한다.

Internet news consumption is rapidly growing in Korea, and majority of that is being done through Naver, Korea's primary search engine. Naver is also the go-to search engine for smartphone use. This study analyzed 824 most popular news accessed via mobile gears; the news items were selected from Naver's 'Daily Top 10 Stories,' dating from March 2016 to December 2016. The results indicate that entertainment news were the most viewed, while political and social issue news were the most liked and commented by mobile users. With regard to news value, 'prominence' and 'impact' were the two most important factors that influenced a user's news selection process in a mobile environment. The degree of a news' 'prominence' was the most important factor that determined the number of views, while 'impact' was critical to determining "the most commented-upon" and "the most liked" news. The results also indicate that mobile news consumers prefer more dramatic storylines and events that incite public anger or grief, threaten the safety of citizens, or evoke emotional sympathy rather than 'hard news' about such subjects as politics and economics.

우리나라 주도의 와이브로 기술은 가장 먼저 4G 고지에 도달한 무선 인터넷 기술로, 유망한 차세대 이동통신 기술 중 가장 유력한 주자 중 하나이다. 모바일 와이맥스로 국제 표준화 되었으며 우리나라를 비롯해 해외 많은 나라에서 구축되고 있다. 와이브로 망에서 긴급 서비스 지원은 대국민 기반 서비스일 뿐 아니라, 번호 이동을 통해 다른 통신망의 음성 가입자를 유인하는데 전제가 되는 긴요한 서비스가 될 것이다. 본 논문은 모바일 VoIP 서비스를 제공하는 와이브로 망에서 긴급 서비스 지원을 위한 네트워크 구조를 제안한다. 제안된 구조는 국제 호환성을 위해 WiMAX Forum (WMF)에서 표준화한 구조를 기반으로 하되, PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point)과의 인터페이스는 우리나라 긴급 교환망 구조 및 현 긴급 서비스 시스템과 무리 없이 연동되도록 고안되었다.

Service areas in the urban transit need to construct the intelligent integrated surveillance system, because they are the public places that many people get together at one time. In past, analogue, closed-circuit televisions and analogue video recorders are used to construct the surveillance system. Now, a lot parts of the analogue systems that depend on the images have been changed to the complicated system, which consists of sensors and images and also, to be digitalized. In past, the surveillance system was used as an inspection devices to examine the spots after happening some events. But, with a high level of the computer and communication technologies, it is possible that the digitalized data leads the intelligence systems to prevent some accidents by using the various analysis techniques. And the data could be used to decide surveillance policies and provide some information on the safety and management policies as well as surveillance policies. In this paper, we define the intelligent surveillance system and suggest the major functions of the system. Also, we suggest the fundamental functions that every part should get and describe the way to develop the system.

인간의 경험과 눈에만 맡기는 합리성은 재난재해 시 커다란 국가적 손실을 가져온다. 이에 따라 다양하고 복잡한 재난재해 안전에 대한 국가적 위기 상황을 대비하기 위해서는 스마트한 UT를 활용하여 범부처의 효과적인 협업 기반의 국가재난재해관리체계로 전환이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서 재난재해대응을 위한 선진국 사례를 계기로 인간의 경험을 지양하여 UT 활용서비스를 위한 대안으로 u-Gov 서비스 구도의 모형모델을 제시한다. 또한 대국민의 행정서비스 제공을 위해 새로운 통합컨트롤타워의 목적을 실현하는데 있어 정책 반영을 위한 정책적 과제의 대안을 제시하였다.

As carcass disposal is increasing widely in Republic of Korea, there is a need to comprehensively analyze the impacts and subsequent damages of carcass disposal. Especially, since environmental policy aims to not only reduce environmental damages, but also enhance overall sustainability, we apply the concept of environmental welfare to assess the comprehensive impact of carcass disposal, especially focusing on the rural area. In specific, assessment criteria were suggested based on the four categories related to environmental welfare, which were 'environmental quality', 'level of environmental service', 'environmental safety', and 'participation, openness to public, and communication'. The results showed negative impacts of carcass disposal in environmental, social and economical elements. Overall decrease in environmental quality negatively impacts the other elements of environmental welfare. Furthermore, there were discrepancies of level of impacts and damages among stakeholder. In the end, we suggest critical elements that need to be applied in relevant policies and regulation to promote effective carcass disposal management.
