만성질환 노인의 건강 평형감에 대한 개념분석 (Concept Analysis of Health Equilibrium in the Community-dwelling Elderly With Chronic Diseases)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to define and clarify the concept of 'equilibrium' in community-dwelling elderly persons with chronic diseases. Methods: A hybrid model was used for development of the concept of equilibrium. The model included a field study conducted in Seoul, Korea. Participants in this study included 12 elderly persons with chronic diseases who were taking medicine regularly. Results: The concept of equilibrium was found to be a complex phenomenon having meaning in two dimensions: the family-friendly and social relation-oriented dimensions. Four attributes and nine indicators were defined. Conclusion: Equilibrium was defined as the state of having health recognition, will power, and motive power (family-friendly dimension) and having a feeling of participation (social relation-oriented). Therefore, nurses who work with elderly persons with chronic disease in the community should be aware of the attributes and indicators of equilibrium in order to enhance the equilibrium of their elderly clients with chronic diseases.

대학생집단의 도시 공원녹지에 대한 의식에 관한 연구 -대구시 달성공원을 중심으로- (Study on the Values for Urban Green Space in terms of University Students -The Case of Talsong Park in Taegu-)

  • The aim of this paper is to suggest basic guidelines for the urban park development policy in Taegu. This research is mainly based on university students' essay on <private inquiry of urban park in Taegu>. Talsong Park, the most popular site for the students' essay, was selected for the purpose of the study. The research focused on the general images of the park, negative images of the park and aspirations and demands for the park in relation with Talsong Park redevelopment policy. The research of this result suggested that the renovation of Talsong Park from zoo-oriented park to the historic & cultural park status. The other main suggestion was consideration of public participation from the planning stage for the betterment of park management. In addition, the importance of environmental education for the local people was stressed in order to enhance public awareness of environment for the solution of our common environmental problems in relation with Local Agenda 21.

차입원가에 대한 기업회계와 세무회계의 조화 (A Study on the Harmonization between Financial and Tax Accounting in relation to Borrowing Costs)

  • 본 논문에서는 차입원가의 회계처리에 대한 기업회계와 세무회계의 차이를 줄이는 방안을 제시하였다. 일반 기업회계기준의 차입원가자본화 회계처리는 KIFRS와 일치시키는 방향으로 개정할 필요가 있다. 적어도 비상장기업에 대해서는 법인세법에서 건설자금이자의 손금불산입 규정을 적용하지 않아도 되도록 허용하는 것이 바람직하다. 세무회계상 자본화대상자산의 범위를 기업회계와 일치시키는 방안을 검토할 필요가 있다.

소규모 공간의 생태학에 근거한 시스템 특성 연구 (Study on the Systematical Features of Small Space Design in Ecology)

  • Single formative language created by the standardization of industrial society carries a cell constructive aspect. Such space structural form made gigantic buildings, which has a symbolism as an independent object. Such space shows a morphological symbolism by public preference but it did not establish essential meaning of a shape or concentrated relation. In this regard, this paper tries to show organic similarity of structural formality of small commercial space (patterned space), which was made by the continuity of concentrated patterns not an object of dualistic unit features. Therefore, this study analyzed the cultural, commercial and public space based upon systematical concept and features. Systematical space formality that makes multilateral relation between human, environment and a thing is a concentrated view point by relational features not by the cluster displayed by hierarchical features. Systematical space of small patterned space emphasized its appropriateness of expansion and creating diversified spaces unlike gigantic symbolic buildings.

닫힌 공동체로부터 열린 공동체로 -연복지의 쇠퇴와 그 대안의 모색- (From Closed Community to Open Community -Weakening of Relation-Based Welfare and Searching for Alternatives-)

  • 1960년대의 개발 연대 이후 1990년대 중반까지 우리나라의 복지체제는 개발국가형 복지체제로 특징지을 수 있는데, 연복지를 비롯한 숨겨진 복지국가의 영역은 그것을 구성하는 핵심적 요소의 하나였다. 그러나 한국의 개발국가형 복지체제는 1990년대 중반 이후 대내외적인 변화 상황에서 더 이상 순조롭게 작동하지 못하고 해체되었다. 본 연구는 개발국가형 복지체제의 해체를 연복지의 쇠퇴에 초점을 두고 살펴보았다. 분석결과에 따르면, 지난 20년간 가족 간 이전소득과 공적 이전소득은 각각의 소득이 경상소득 중 차지하는 비중에 있어서, 또한 빈곤을 완화하는데 기여하는 정도에 있어서 상당히 변화하였음을 확인할 수 있다. 즉, 국가복지는 지난 20년 동안 성장한 반면, 연복지는 지난 20년간 쇠퇴한 것이다. 한국 복지체제의 변화를 위해서는 국가복지의 확대와 그에 기초한 재분배라는 생활조직화 방식의 강화가 필요하지만, 동시에 열린 공동체와 그에 기초한 호혜라는 생활조직화 방식의 발전 또한 필수적이다. 그러나 호혜의 발전가능성은 개발국가형 복지체제에서 중요한 역할을 수행했던 연복지를 복원하는 방식을 통해서는 불가능하다. 본 연구는 세 가지의 원리에 기초하여 작동하는 사회적 경제, 혹은 제 3섹터의 발전이 열린 공동체에 기초한 호혜를 발전시키는데 필요하다고 보며, 협동조합이 그와 관련하여 중요한 대안이 될 수 있음에 주목한다.

패션기업의 공익 추구 현상 (The Pursuit of Public Benefit in Fashion Enterprises)

  • This research analyzes the recent phenomenon of pursuing public benefit in fashion enterprises according to the increasing importance of corporate social responsibility attitudes towards the global sustainability crisis. The pursuit of public benefit in fashion enterprises has been realized by the activities that contribute to public welfare through one or plural corporations aligned with government, social corporations, and NGOs. The goals of public beneficial activities are to promote public issues and to support the underprivileged and communities both financially and voluntarily. Such activities can be categorized as philanthropy, sponsorship, social marketing, cause-related marketing, and public benefit product development. Especially public beneficial activities in fashion enterprises are featured as the charity donations of apparel products, the collaboration with fashion celebrities and artists in relation with popular culture and art, the limited edition of excellent design with slogans, and the visual campaigns to promote public issues. They deal with human right issues for the underprivileged and disease prevention issues. In addition, specially environmental issue and community trade issues (often raised in the fashion manufacturing and consuming process) are increasing.

ACTIFELD에 근거한 증평 장소마케팅의 전략적 의사결정

  • Even though place-marketingstrategies geared towards upgrading regional competitiveness have been brought to the forefront, due attention has not given to how to set up practical and viable strategies. Based on Geoff Coyle's ACTIFELD method, this study aims at formulating a series of implementation strategies of Jeungpyeong Place-Marketing. As the ACTIFELD technique contains intrinsic devices which would facilitate structural and systematic approach, it can easily encompass both qualitative and quantitative factors in reinterpreting complicated social phenomena and providing feasible alternatives. Furthermore, the study carries out additional public opinion surveys and expert brainstorming methods, as specific means to overcome relative weak points within the proposed ACTIFELD approach. The followings are major research findings. Firstly, in terms of maximizing existing strategies, Jeungpyeong should develop commercial items focused on Korean Ginseng and its byproducts. Secondly, among various festivals, Jeungpyeong should devise concrete processes to concurrently concentrate its support on Pork (Samgyupsal) and Korean Ginseng Festivals. Thirdly, as the majority of Jeungpyeong people prefers both do-it-your-self and traditional types, Jeungpyeong should prepare appropriate governance systems to deal with these issues. Fourthly, in order to contribute regional vitality, Jeungpyeong should strengthen public relation activities including guest-staying facilities. Lastly, Jeungpyeong should constantly improve the aggregate value of County Identity (CI)-based brands and it should also pursue production and public relation strategies actively applying the elderly.

지방전문대학홍보에서 인터넷 매체의 효율적 활용 (Efficient use of the Internet Media in Local College Public Relations)

  • 많은 지방전문대학들이 온 오프라인 매체를 활용하여 대학을 홍보하고 있으나 홍보매체에 대한 효과를 검증하고 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는 구체적인 홍보 방안에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 지방전문대학에서 실시하는 다양한 홍보매체 중에서 인터넷 매체의 중요성을 대학신입생을 대상으로 설문조사한 결과를 제시하였다. 연구결과, 지방전문대학 신입생들은 온라인 매체의 중요성이 오프라인 매체보다 낮았으며, 추가모집시 여학생들의 인터넷 입시사이트 활용도가 높았다. 그리고 전문계 고등학교 학생들은 수시, 인문계 고등학교 학생들은 추가모집 시기에 인터넷 매체의 활용도가 높았으며, 대학홈페이지의 경우 추가모집 시기에 활용도가 다른 모집시기에 비해 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

  • Since then where the public housing comes in into Korea many there was development and change. The Mapo apartment in Seoul which is built at 1962 is the first apartment and case of Jeollabuk-do before being built at 1978, the Dongyang apartment Jeongju is the beginning. Before the residential supply ratio which gives already passes over 100% and of 80% or more of the house which is supplied is composed with the public housing. Therefore the expansion which is quantitative increased enough and also the degree of satisfaction improved about the people who lives in the house. From the research which sees consequently currently in the object satisfaction under investigating boil the specialists who from the small and medium-sized town and city have a many experience from construction field about the house. The result in future there is the goal provides the fundamental data which the quality of the house presents the direction which will advance about the public housing with base and improves.
