충청남도 홍보관 리모델링을 위한 타당성 검토 및 기본설계 연구 (Feasibility Study and The Basic Design of Chungcheoungnam-do Public Relation Office Remodeling)

  • 행담도 휴게소 내 충청남도 홍보관은 위치적으로 교통의 요지에 있음에도 불구하고, 홍보의 부족과 주변과의 부조화로 인해 많은 사람이 이용하고 있지 않는 상태이다. 홍보관은 한정된 콘텐츠와 판매장과의 혼합 운영으로 인해 홍보관으로서의 고유한 역할이 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 충청남도를 알릴 수 있는 새로운 콘텐츠의 개발과 함께 홍보관 내 아이템의 개발이 요구된다. 지역 브랜딩이 지역의 정체성을 명확히 하여 강력하고, 독특한 지역의 이미지를 창출함으로써 지역의 지속가능한 경쟁력을 확보하는 것을 목적으로 한다는 점에서 지역 활성화의 기반이 될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 기존 홍보관의 현황분석과 국내외 유사시설 운영사례에 대한 조사 및 분석, 타 홍보관 성공사례에 대한 요인 분석을 통해 향후 변화방향에 대한 예측을 하고자 한다. 연구진행방법은 방문객을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 문제점과 필요한 요소, 요구사항들을 도출하여 리모델링 기본계획 수립시 반영하도록 한다. 타당성 분석 연구를 통해 제시된 리모델링 기본설계는 1층은 특산물판매장이며 2층은 카페공간과 충청남도 홍보관과 테라피 특산물판매공간으로 구성하였다.

공공기관의 경영 효율성과 부채수준의 관련성에 관한 연구 (The Relation between Management Efficiency and Debt Ratio in Public Institutions)

  • Purpose: This study aims to delve into the empirical implications in management efficiency by analyzing the relation between management efficiency and debt ratio in public institutions. Methods: Based on 165 public institutions published in public business information system from 2016 to 2020, Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) for estimating management efficiency was performed. This study analyzed the relationship between management efficiency and debt ratio using multi-regression analysis. It also examines how the relationship varies depending on the type of public institution. Results: The results of this study are as follows; We find that there is no significant relation between management efficiency and debt ratio. However, we find that this relationship can be different depending on the type of public institution. Management efficiency is negatively associated with debt ratio for quasi-market type public institutions. This negative relation tends to mitigate for market type public institutions, which suggests that management efficiency may convey differential implications depending on the type of business environment represented by the type of institution. Conclusion: The overall results suggest that the government needs to due caution in establishing a policy plan to reduce debt by increasing management efficiency, taking the specific business environment, particularly with regard the type of institution.

A significant decline in operating performance subsequent to the initial public offering(IPO) is found. Additionally there is a significant positive relation between post-IPO operating performance and the level of initial underpricing.

  • The purpose of this study was verified the effect of analyzed emotional factors and compare with competed design proposals of G and D public exhibition to plan the public exhibition applied emotional marketing which strengthen the effect with touching the emotion. The results are first, public consumer preferred to experience 5 senses and gives a positive effect, second, preference according to factor of scene gives differences by ages, but various ages preferred to experience the factor of scene, third the result of analyze the relation between preference of scene and 3 groups of 5 senses, which is high, middle, and low preferred had significant relation, and fourth, public consumer preferred to several levels of exhibition than only one level, the space preferred was 'experiencing' space.

  • In the Relationship between exhibition space and art work in museum, new paradigm has being presented from 1990' s as a turning point. Even if the formal exhibition space that emphasizes itself as a background has currently being continued, the informal exhibition space is coming to the new art museums, especially after 1990's. This study is to understand how the advent of informal form of space in an exhibition of art museum makes a new paradigm in the relation between the exhibition space and art work in conjunction with public's perception after 1990' s that is identified to the time of Pluralism. To do this, the study raised a question on how the public perceive the relation between space and art work through photographs that contain the information on relation between space and art work. And the questionnaire performed through the curators who are working for art museum, students who studies fine art, students who studies design and public who comes to art museum. After survey through this questionnaire, it is made clear that the informal form of space simply has played a role of background since the beginning of art museum. In other hands, the informal form of space that is mainly presented after 1990' s begins to interrupt the public's perception of art work, changing it's meaning through a spatiality.

The Relation between Management Efficiency and Financial Performance in Public Institutions

  • 본 연구는 공공기관의 경영 효율성과 재무적 성과와의 관련성을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 공공기관 경영정보 공개시스템에 공시된 공기업을 대상으로 2017년부터 2020년까지의 기간 동안 재무자료를 입수하여, 자료포락분석을 통해 경영 효율성을 측정하였다. 본 연구는 자료포락분석을 통한 경영 효율성 변수와 총자산이익률 및 매출액순이익률로 측정한 재무적 성과 간의 관련성을 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다; 먼저 공기업의 경영 효율성은 총자산순이익률과 유의한 양의 관련성을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 매출액순이익률을 사용한 분석에서도 동일하게 나타났다. 이는 경영 효율성이 공기업의 재무적 성과를 개선시키는 요인임을 의미한다. 본 연구의 결과는 경영 효율성 증대를 통해 궁극적으로 공공기관의 재무적 안정성을 강화하고자 한 정부 전략이 유효하게 작용할 수 있음을 시사한다.

일부 초등학교 결식학생의 영양실태 (Nutritional Status of School Lunch Supported Students in an Elementary School)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the nutritional status of school lunch supported students and to provide fundamental data for improving their health. In order to do that, we collected the data for 59 school lunch supported students and 71 not supported students in an elementary school in the Taegu Metropolitan city area. The survey was conducted from February 10 to April 30, 2000. The results are as follows; In relation to their body composition(BMI, Fatmass, Percent Body Fat, Mid-upper Arm Muscle Circumference, Mid-upper Arm Circumference), the school lunch supported students' value was lower than that of the not supported students. In relation to food intake according to the food groups, the school lunch supported students' intake of animal food(p<0.05) and total food(p<0.01)was significantly lower than that of the other students. The average intake of energy for both school lunch supported students and not supported students was below the RDA. Also, it was significantly lower than that of the school lunch supported students in relation to the other students(p<0.05). For protein, calcium, phosphorous, and riboflavin, the school lunch supported students' intake was significantly lower than that of the students who were not supported(p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.05). There are the classification in relation to the nutrient intake in relation to the RDA standards for that of the school lunch supported students. The criteria used for this study was calorie intake, protein, and niacin. The classifications are for groups below 75%, between 75%~100%, and 100%. The nutrients for which the students were deficient( below 75%) of the RDA were iron, calcium, riboflavin, vitamin C, thiamin, calorie, niacin, vitamin A, protein, and phosphorous in the above order.

  • 그 동안 정부기관은 소위 대민홍보를 중심으로 하는 일방향적 커뮤니케이션 구성과 방식에 익숙해져 있으며, 이로 인해 정부의 공공정책에 관심을 가지고 이를 이해하고 적극적으로 참여하는 수용자들의 태도가 극히 드물었던 것이 사실이다. 그러나 스마트 단말기의 폭발적인 보급으로 인해 정부기관의 공공정책에 대한 PR 방식이 SNS, 어플리케이션 제작 등으로 다각화되고, 이를 통해 관련 정보에 대한 수용자의 이해도는 물론 참여를 적극적으로 높이는 계기를 맞이하고 있다. 이와 같은 배경에서 본 연구는 정부 등 공공기관이 SNS를 통한 PR 캠페인 활동을 좀 더 효율적으로 구성할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 국내 및 미국의 사례를 통해 정부정책 신뢰도 제고를 위한 SNS 전략의 유형과 특징을 살펴보고 이에 대한 함의를 찾고자 했다.
