The customer satisfaction. which is close with the loyalty, rate of disconnection and re-purchase and the new customer creation is important in point of the enterprise performance measurement system. There have been a number of studies that applied different models in other to assess the customer satisfaction of public and non-public area. But the general evaluation models which are existing can't consider the discrimination characteristic of different types of products or services. And these models didn't reflect the quality of the Internet environment of the public library service which appears newly. This study delved into literature of library service and customer satisfaction evaluation and suggest the classification system of public library service and the evaluation model of customer satisfaction for public library.

The goal of this study is to propose the plan for activating collection services of public library in Seoul. For this goal, author analyzed and compared the core infrastructure, collection services, and their correlation of public libraries in 16 local governments and evaluated environment and the current situation of collection service of public libraries in Seoul. Based on the these results, author suggested five plans or strategies for vitalizing the collection services of public libraries. All public libraries in Seoul must maximize the visibility of the new collections, supply the culture(life-long learning) programs based on library collections, expand the breadth of the collection service through library cooperation system, strengthen interlibrary loan by establishment of the collaborative repository, and raise the awareness of the citizens about the library and collections.

The potential risks of Korean public security has been increasing by economic stagnation. As a result of this, a feeling of unrest about our society causes expansion of private security industry as well as necessity of professional education. It has been 15years to produce security expert in colleges which is professional education institute, and academic efforts and contributions to society are shown remarkable results for the period. A private security industry had got public interest as a potential favorable job, because of increasing dependence of public to take care of unrest facts. Many colleges have introduced courses about public security because of facing necessity of professional education system. Then total 59 institutes including 22 universities and 37 colleges introduce courses of public security. Although name of courses are diverse depends on institution, purpose of course or members of course, the ultimate purpose of these courses is preventing public from crimes and managing public security. A fixed and out of date education system of universities in Korea can not produce talent person who people, companies and government want. The institutions have been recruiting many student so far, and it shows growth of the industry in quantity aspects. However quality aspect of the industry has been failed because it is hard to get a job for graduated students. Consequently, to improve quality of the industry people need cooperation of institution, professors and students.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the administrative system and legislation of Canada's libraries with priority given to public library. Canada is a constitutional monarchy, a federal state and parliamentary democracy with 10 provinces and 3 territories and two systems of law(civil law and common law). There are about 1,045 public libraries in total and its governance and legislation is a provincial responsibility. For that reason. federal government did not legislate on public libraries and library act is the provincial public library statute authorizing the establishment and operation of public libraries and their management by boards. In Canada. each provincial library act provides for four types of public libraries : municipal libraries, regional libraries, districts libraries, and integrated public library systems.

The purpose of this study is to discuss about the current status and problems of 24 public libraries in Daejeon metropolitan city and to suggest strategies for the development of public library system in Daejeon. For this purpose, first, this study investigates facilities, human resources, collection, and budget in public libraries in Daejeon metropolitan city and compares to the standards in "The Third Comprehensive Library Advancement Plan(2019-2023)", "The library Act" and "Korean Library Standards". Secondly, this study analyzes administrative organization system. Finally, suggested are both strategies and methods for continuous construction of new public libraries, librarian recruit, collection increase, better service for older adults, budget increase, organization exclusively responsible for library policy.

After conducting demonstration of transportation card for bus from Godeok-dong to Sangil-dong in 1996, due to continuously support for public transportation, the transportation card utilization of metropolitan public transportation passengers is currently going beyond 90%. In the current situation, transportation information system is mainly focused on road operation and control, offer of real time information and research of transportation information system using transportation card data which is differentiated by previous transportation information system is needed to study. This paper compare and analyze transportation information system, which is being used to each country, based on foreign examples of activating use of transportation card then introduce figure of advanced transportation information system which provide decision making feature for improving policy and institution of public transportation based on transportation card data, scientific analysis of passenger information, information of demand forecasting, variation and so on for constructing new route.

This paper presents a case study on BSC(Balanced Scorecard) system development of Korea Post as a Korean public firm. BSC models of public or private sector are generally developed in different types due to their different strategic goals. Korea Post as a government firm has dual characteristics of BSC similar to both public and private sector. This firm has the organizational type of public firms, not private firms. To date many government subsidiary organizations have already introduced BSC or are trying to introduce BSC, but have difficulty in developing BSC successfully because of insufficient understanding of BSC. Based on a case study of Korea Post, this study analyzed key success and failure factors and suggested prospects on BSC system development of public firms.

This study aims to understand why public information systems in agricultural fields have shown lower performances than other industrialized fields and industries and how these problems would be fixed and overcame. To accomplish this research purpose, this study would overview the previous studies on developing agricultural information systems in public sectors and would find out meaningful and considerable factors. This study would accept the methodologies of literature review and systems thinking approaches to understand the relationships among the found factors and to suggest the conceptual research model. Agricultural information system should take care to reduce implement and maintenance costs to reduce the negative relationships between costs and expected service value and between expected service value to perceived service value. Also, it should be understood that impersonal response would reduce the eager to use the services, so the government sectors should consider positively to adopt the concept of CRM even though the government sectors traditionally have ignored its necessity. The failure of public information systems/services may be caused not only by lack of the contents but also by the failure of the persistent post management.

Investment in public sector information services has been on the rise in recent years. The supply of high-speed Internet and smartphones has become more common, and the stability of the information system provided to the public in the public sector has become an important management factor. In other words, tasks such as handling civil complaints and issuing certificates by public institutions, financial transactions by banks, customs clearance work, and e-commerce by individuals or institutions are mostly done online. Therefore, how to deal with obstacles arising from the information system, which is in charge of important civil service affairs, is becoming a very important issue. In other words, in the case of a disability that does not function normally even for a short period of time, various problems can occur when the work is delayed, as well as causing serious financial damage to the civil petitioner. This could be accompanied by a decline in public confidence and various other damages such as filing civil complaints. The reasons for the occurrence of information system failures are very diverse and realistically difficult to predict when. Among the various measures to cope with disability, this paper proposed a plan to establish a disability situation notification system that can minimize confusion caused by disability in the event of a homepage malfunction. The proposed disability situation notification system was established in the public IDC environment to show the possibility of utilization.

The development of an open LBS platform makes it easy to use of the location information between telecommunication companies which have different platforms and to develop various LBS solutions using position information. This paper proposes a mobile webservice solution providing public transportation services to the mobile subscribers working together open LBS platform.
