Advancing information technology have rapidly changed our service environment of life, culture, and industry. Computer information communication system is applied in medical, health, distribution, and business transaction. Smart is using new information by combining ability of computer and information. Although agriculture is labor intensive industry that requires a lot of hands, agriculture is becoming knowledge-based industry today. In agriculture field, computer communication system is applied on facilities farming and machinery Agricultural. In this paper, we designed and implemented application that provides personalized agriculture related information at the actual farming field. Also, this provides farmer a system that they can directly auction or sell their produced crops. We designed and implemented a system that parsing information of each seasonal, weather condition, market price, region based, crop, and disease and insects through individual setup on ubiquitous environment using location-based sensor network and processing data.

For running various construction processing information and technological information, it is supplied by Construction CALS/EC systems properly during whole facilities life cycle. So it is urgently necessary to change Regional Construction 8t Management Office (RCMO) equipment construction administration business to electron processing system (CALS/EC). From construction work plan to completion, a present storage documents system is unsystematic. Therefore, it needs management system to store documents and to read in turn documents properly. This research suggest that it is to connect with various information systems and Construction CALS/EC for RCMO which is running public construction field. So it can be driven systematic and effective administration system about public construction business by Web-based present construction situation information system.

Public bicycle system (PBS) is a new emerging and popular mode of public transportation. PBS data can be adopted to analyze human movement patterns. Previous work usually focused on specific scales, and the relationships between different levels of hierarchies are ignored. In this paper, we introduce a multi-scale and interactive visual analytics system to investigate human cycling movement and PBS usage condition. The system supports level-of-detail explorative analysis of spatio-temporal characteristics in PBS. Visual views are designed from global, regional and microcosmic scales. For the regional scale, a bicycle network is constructed to model PBS data, and an flow-based community detection algorithm is applied on the bicycle network to determine station clusters. In contrast to the previous used Louvain algorithm, our method avoids producing super-communities and generates better results. We provide two cases to demonstrate how our system can help analysts explore the overall cycling condition in the city and spatio-temporal aggregation of stations.

공공경보시스템은 재난, 경고 상황을 감지하여 사업자에게 경고를 제공하는 경고 정보 제공자 및 경고 정보를 단말에게 직접 전달하는 이동통신 사업자에 의해 제공되는 일반적 경고 메시지 통지(Warning Notification) 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 주민의 생명과 재산을 보호하기 위한 재난경보시스템을 ISO TC223의 WG3의 공공경보(Public Warning) 모델, 우리나라의 재난 예 경보 시스템, 재난 예 경보 시스템의 역할, 컬러코드 경보(Colour-coded Alert) 등에 대하여 검토하도록 한다.

Solutions of many landscape problems depend on area-wide assessment and interpretation of spatial and physical characteristics over the study area. The authors argue that the public awareness for an area-wide urban landscape appears to be very low due to limited chance to the information. Acknowledging these constraints, an operational, user-friendly information system has been developed by combining internet technology with GIS. In particular, integration among satellite data and digital maps takes advantage of each component, and enables the landscape structure to be visualized, interacted with and deployed all on the Web. The 1m resolution IKONOS data realistically identified the major type of landscape by large scale spatial precision while TM data revealed successfully the major parameters that influence an area-wide spatial structure in the study area. This system would play a crucial role in improving the public awareness for area-wide landscape information if it is operationally introduced into the Government since the highly user-friendly interface based on image maps provides a completely new means for disseminating information for area-wide landscape in a visual and interactive manner to the general public.

정보사회에서 공교육 기관인 학교는 사회의 공기(公器)로서 개인의 능력 육성 및 인류 사회가 축적해온 귀중한 지적 성취를 대물림해 주는 전수자로서, 또한 교육 기회의 평등을 유지하는 균형자로서 그 존재 가치를 선취해야 한다. 그럼에도 공교육 기관의 교수학습 질의 수월성에 대한 사회계층의 기대와 우려가 팽배해 있는 것이 현실이다. 이 연구는 초 중등학교별 교사들의 교수방법 및 교수자료 등 우수한 교육정보의 공유 및 유통 활성화 전략을 도출하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 교육정보 서비스의 공유 및 유통과 관련된 최근 기술 동향을 분석하고, 정보화 선도 교사들을 대상으로 집단토론을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구내용을 바탕으로 참여, 공유, 개방이라는 Web 2.0의 패러다임을 적용한 교육정보 공유 유통체제의 구축 및 활성화 방안을 제안하였다.

This study was empirically performed to demonstrate the development propensity and quality of the public software projects in Korea. Tile sample employed in this study contains 168 auditing reports on 107 public software projects which were carried out in the period of 1998 to 2003. The important findings of this study can be summarized as follows. The quality issue in the development process is getting more important with the lapse of time. In addition, the importance of end users' conveniency increases from year to year. Although the Pareto Principle(20 : 80 principle) is not applied strictly, most problems are caused by a few items. Finally, we find evidence that the overall Quality of public softwares is positively influenced by the information system auditing.

This study aims to introduce a model for enhancing community well-being through the utilization of public open data. To objectively assess abstract notions of residential satisfaction, text data from complaints is analyzed. By leveraging accessible public data, costs related to data collection are minimized. Initially, relevant text data containing civic complaints is collected and refined by removing extraneous information. This processed data is then combined with meaningful datasets and subjected to topic modeling, a text mining technique. The insights derived are visualized using Geographic Information System (GIS) and Application Programming Interface (API) data. The efficacy of this analytical model was demonstrated in the Godeok/Gangil area. The proposed methodology allows for comprehensive analysis across time, space, and categories. This flexible approach involves incorporating specific public open data as needed, all within the overarching framework.

This paper mainly presents a secure and efficient e-Medical Record System via searchable encryption scheme from asymmetric pairings, which could provide privacy data search and encrypt function for patients and doctors in public platform. The core technique of this system is an extension public key encryption system with keyword search, which the server could test whether or not the files stored in platform contain the keyword without leaking the information about the encrypted file. Compared with former e-medical record systems, the system proposed here has several superior features: (1)Users could search the data stored in cloud server contains some keywords without leaking anything about the origin data. (2) We apply asymmetric pairings to achieve shorter key size scheme in the standard model, and adopt the dual system encryption technique to reduce the scheme's secure problem to the hard Symmetric External Diffie-Hellman assumption, which could against the variety of attacks in the future complex network environment. (3) In the last of paper, we analyze the scheme's efficiency and point out that our scheme is more efficient and secure than some other classical searchable encryption models.

앰비언트 인포메이션 시스템(Ambient Information System)은 앰비언트 디스플레이(우리 주변에서의 빛과 소리 움직임의 미묘한 변화를 통하여 공간 안에서 정보를 보여주는 미디어)의 확장된 개념으로써 비관입적인 방법으로 정보를 전달한다[4]. 최근 사용자 개인의 감각과 경험에 영향을 주는 미디어의 중요성이 증대되고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 공공 장소에서의 앰비언트 인포메이션 시스템의 역할도 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 공공 장소에서의 정보 인식에 대하여 여러 가지 디자인 요소를 비추어 봤을 때 가장 적합한 시스템 형태를 찾고 그것을 활용하는 데에 주안점을 두었다. 우리는 기존 연구를 토대로, 앰비언트 인포메이션 시스템의 실제적 활용에서 숙고해야 할 디자인 요소를 13가지로 추출하였다. 또한 이를 검증하기 위하여 'Followingflow'라고 명명한 인터랙티브 조명을 설치하고 실험하였다. 그 결과, 정보에 따른 추상적 패턴 정의 시 누구라도 이해할 수 있도록 '통상적인 멘탈 모델'을 고려할 필요가 있다고 사료되었다. 또한 공공 장소에 적합한 정보는 날씨와 같은 알려져도 좋을 사실과 소수 그룹의 정보라도 행인이 알 수 없다면 좋다고 여겼다.
