In the building construction, the steel-frame work occupies an important position in terms of structure, cost and quality. Especially in Japan, steel frames have traditionally been the main structure of many buildings. For steel-frame works in such positions, this paper investigates an existing steel fabricator to clarify the actual conditions of design decision making process and management method in steel production process. This study focuses on a steel fabricator (Company M in the following sentences), whose main market is Japan and which has facilities in Thailand, China, and Japan. Company M uses QR codes to control the production status of products, and exchanges all information between inside and outside the company via specialized departments in the form of documents. The authors have already analyzed the relationship between production lead time and defect rate based on actual project data at Architectural Institute of Japan in 2016. In 2019, we expressed the process from the confirmation of the design information of the current steel frame to the production by WBS, and clarified the relationship between the production lead time and steel frame product quality structurally. In this paper, the authors reoport the progress of the survey conducted so far, the positioning of the collected data, and the future survey policy.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the input status of exposure-related information in the working environment monitoring database (WEMD) and special health examination database (SHED) for the construction of a national exposure surveillance system. Methods: The industrial and process code input status of WEMD and SHED for 21 carcinogens from 2014 to 2016 was compared. Data from workers who performed both work environment monitoring and special health examinations in 2019 and 2020 were extracted and the actual status of input of industrial and process codes was analyzed. We also investigated the cause of input errors through a focus group interview with 12 data input specialists. Results: As a result of analyzing WMED and SHED for 21 carcinogens, the five-digit industrial code matching rate was low at 53.5% and the process code matching rate was 19% or less. Among the data that simultaneously conducted work environment monitoring and special health examination in 2019 and 2020, the process code matching rate was very low at 18.1% and 5.2%, respectively. The main causes of exposure-related data input errors were the difference between the WEMD and SHED process code input systems from 2020, the number of standard process and job codes being too large, and the inefficiency of the standard code search system. Conclusions: In order to use WEMD and SHED as a national surveillance system, it is necessary to simplify the number of standard code input codes and improve the search system efficiency.

This research aims to present a methodological approach for repurposing small pockets of national/public lands, which can be constructed as parks, through an investigation of the present status of these areas of national/public lands that are scattered around Busan Megalopolis as well as the suitability of their construction. In order to attain this, this study looked at the present status of these small areas of national/public lands by utilizing a national land, city land list (lot number), land registration map and satellite image of Busan Megalopolis, and evaluating their suitability as parks through GIS analysis and classification. As a result, these small areas of lands with the potential to be turned into parks include 516 spots($375,934m^2$). Geographically, 39% of these areas are located on flat land and are the most scattered. 260 places met the requirements for optimal placement for conversion, while convenience included 305 places, and availability 267 places. The most optimal of the places meeting such standards include 61 spots. The characteristics of these areas of national/public lands include being below $500m^2$, with flatlands and open areas above a 5' grade occupy the highest ratio, accounting for 25.4% of the land studied. These results have offered a methodology for a GIS DB, which can visualize the data for a positive utilization be yond the simple level of the maintenance/preservation of national/public lands and provide basic data for the utilization and management of these types of areas in the future.

Results (1) Seventeen people appealed for head problem, and thirteen people for abdomen, and eleven for chest in chief complaint. (2) The number of 22 people had problem in nervous system. Twenty also had diseases of respiratory and digestive system respectively. (3) They also appeal for pain in head, mouth, eye, and neck and complained for fatigue, weight gain or loss, and weakness in review of system. (4) They put the priority on disease prevention than management or treatment. Conclusions This study suggests information on medical status of the people in the medical hospital of Ethiopia which is valuable for globalization of Korean Medicine.
Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the barriers and improvements to promoting physical activity among children using community child care centers. Methods: A qualitative research using focus group interviews was employed. Three focus group interviews were conducted with a total of 18 service providers, and open-ended questions were used. All interviews were recorded as they were spoken and transcribed and data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results: Two main themes in the barriers to promoting physical activity were 'lack of resources' and 'limitations of program composition'. In addition, five sub-themes emerged as a result of analysis: 1) lack of human resources, 2) lack of finance, 3) lack of space, 4) one-off and short-term physical activity programs, 5) learning-oriented programs. Conclusion: The results indicate that it is necessary to have adequate human resources and a realistic government subsidy that allow community child care centers to provide sufficient services to children. In addition, promoting physical activity can be achieved through physical activity programs focused on peer group advisors, habituation, and development of programs suited to the needs of children and their environment.

With the advent of deep learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has experienced rapid advancements, extending its application across various industrial sectors. However, the focus has shifted from the independent use of AI technology to its dispersion and proliferation through the open AI ecosystem. This shift signifies the transition from a phase of research and development to an era where AI technology is becoming widely accessible to the general public. However, as this dispersion continues, there is an increasing demand for the verification of outcomes derived from AI technologies. Causal AI applies the traditional concept of causal inference to AI, allowing not only the analysis of data correlations but also the derivation of the causes of the results, thereby obtaining the optimal output values. Causal AI technology addresses these limitations by applying the theory of causal inference to machine learning and deep learning to derive the basis of the analysis results. This paper analyzes recent cases of causal AI technology and presents the major tasks and directions of causal AI, extracting patterns between data using the correlation between them and presenting the results of the analysis.
Objectives: This study evaluated usual dietary intakes of total fat and fatty acids among the Korean population based on the revised Dietary Reference Intakes for Koreans 2020 (2020 KDRIs). Methods: This study utilized data from the eighth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES 2019-2021). We included 18,895 individuals aged 1 year and above whose 1-day 24-hour dietary recall data were available. To calculate the external variability using the National Cancer Institute 1-day method, data from the U.S. NHANES 2017-March 2020 Pre-pandemic dataset were employed. The total fat and fatty acid intake were evaluated based on the Acceptable Macronutrient Distribution Ranges (AMDRs) and Adequate intake (AI) of 2020 KDRIs for each sex and age groups. Results: Approximately 86% of the Korean population obtained an adequate amount of energy from total fat consumption (within the AMDRs), indicating an appropriate level of intake. However, the percentage of individuals consuming saturated fatty acids below the AMDR was low, with only 12% among those under 19 years of age and 52% aged 19 years and older. On a positive note, approximately 70% of the population showed adequate consumption of essential fatty acids, exceeding the AI. Nevertheless, monitoring the intake ratio of omega 3 (n-3) to omega 6 (n-6) fatty acids is essential to ensure an optimum balance. Conclusions: This study explored the possibility of estimating the distribution of nutrient intake in a population by applying the external variability ratio. Therefore, if future KNHANES conduct multiple 24-hour recalls every few years-similar to the U.S. NHANES-even for a subset of participants, this may aid in the accurate assessment of the nutritional status of the population.
