The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of popular culture in fashion politics phenomenon of leader. As study methods the literature study concerning fashion phenomenon and nature of popular culture were used for theoretical background and visual data from magazine, news paper, and internet were used for exploratory study. The results of this study are as follows. First, fashion politics phenomenon of leader in fashion merchandising through the marketing strategy is characterized as commercial profit. These characteristics enable the fashion industry and popular culture affect the formation to provide opportunity. Second, the fashion politics phenomenon of leader projected through mass media are the fashion icons and strong role models that are copied by consumers, conformity the popular, set a powerful fashion trend. The conformity by the mechanism of the interaction of the public will contribute to the formation of popular culture. Third, Semotics symbolism expressed in the fashion politics phenomenon of the leader, the intended message is communicated to the public by creating a positive image. Positive image of the leader of the public support and acceptance is the power to create.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the introduction of 'business performance evaluation program' on the changes in organizational culture and employee commitment. The data for this study were collected three times, in 2006, 2008, and 2009 from the employees at a public hospital in Korea. The main findings of this study are as follows. 1. Organizational culture has gradually changed as the 'business performance evaluation program' was introduced and implemented. Regarding the changes in the different type of culture, we can see that group culture, developmental culture and rational culture has been stronger and, on the other hand, the introduction of 'the program' did not have as much impact on the hierarchical culture as on the other types of culture. 2. The group culture has have more impact on the organizational commitment than other types of culture. In case of the hierarchical culture, however, statistically significant relationships could not be found between the organizational commitment and the introduction of business performance evaluation program.

자유학기제는 초등학교 진로인식, 중학교 진로탐색, 고등학교 진로설계를 연계한 교육정책으로서 중학교 진로교육 활성화에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이 제도가 2016년에 전면 시행됨에 따라 공공도서관도 자유학기제 기반의 프로그램을 개설 제공하여 왔다. 이에 본 연구는 부산지역 공공도서관 자유학기제 프로그램을 분석한 후 지역발전에 대한 기여도를 논증했다. 그 결과, 진로 직업탐색, 진로탐방 체험, 정보해득력 제고 프로그램은 지역의 지식문화, 독서문화, 학습문화, 생활문화, 여가문화에 기여했다. 다만, 진로 직업탐색 중 강연 전시와 직업체험, 정보해득력 제고가 여가문화 및 지역경제에 기여하는 바는 제한적이었다. 따라서 모든 공공도서관은 지식생태계 구조, 디지털 정보격차, 인문치유, 사회환경 문제, 미래 직업상 등에 관한 프로그램을 추가하고 정보해득력 프로그램을 필수적으로 제공하는 것이 바람직하다.

Purpose: The effects of the organizational culture and health promotion life style on job satisfaction of nurses in general hospitals have been studied in an effort to provide basic information that will be helpful in effective management of the organization and enhancement of nursing. Method: The 341 samples used in the study were selected randomly from general hospitals having more than 250 beds in Gwangju province and Yosu province. Data collected were analyzed for frequency, percentage, ANOVA, t-test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and Multiple regression analysis using SPSS, a program package for statistical analysis. Result: Factors affecting job satisfaction included work years, position, monthly income, stress management, which is a substructure of health promotion life style, innovation-oriented culture, relation-oriented culture, and task-oriented culture in organizational culture. Results showed an influence of 64.2%. Ed - highlight: Please review. Conclusion: The organizational culture, such as an innovation-oriented culture, relation-oriented culture, or task-oriented culture, has a positive influence on job satisfaction.

공공도서관 문화프로그램에 대한 중요성이 커짐에 따라 그 경제적 효과에 대하여 전반적으로 평가할 필요성이 제기되어 왔다. 본 연구는 문화프로그램의 경제적 가치를 분석하기 위한 방법으로 기존에 사용되어 온 가상가치평가법의 대안으로 DM 포맷과 IBM 포맷을 제안하였다. 또한 이 모형을 공공도서관 이 적용할 수 있도록 사례분석을 통해 그 과정을 구체적으로 설명하고 있다. 이 연구는 가상가치평가법의 바이어스를 최대한 감소함으로써 공공도서관의 정확한 가치를 평가할 수 있는 기본 틀을 마련하였다는 데에 그 의의가 있다.

The concept of the public library defined by the Korean Library Association does not describe the current state of the Korean public library but describes the public libraries in the western society. Korean public library was formed after the western public library but it was modified and reconciled with the tradition of Korea. The difference between the concepts occured in the acculturation process of the Korean public library. According to the International Encyclopeadia of the Social Sciences, acculturation comprehends those phenomena which result when groups of individuals having different cultures come into continuous firsthand contact, with subsequent changes in the original cultural patterns of either of both groups. Korea opened its door to western world in 1876, and it began to contact with the western world. As the consequence, the concept of the public library of the West diffused to Lee Dynasty which were characterized by the confucianism and the extended family system. These two characteristics were against the public library concept and it could not function as it was and it had to be modified to fit to Korean society. The American public library was formed by the diffusion of English public library. The concept fitted in the colonial American society which was characterized by the Christianity and nuclear family system. Religion and family life were closely knitted together and they contributed much to the formation of the American public library. Also the society needed various information to form their new nation. The need of the public library grew and the public library repidly developed as the American society was urbanized and industrialized. The changes of Korean public library has passed the following process of acculturation. 1. The Korean culture contacted with Western world. 2. The public library concept diffused to Korea, but the people were illiterate and the need of the public library was for the preservation of the old books. The collection was not for people. 3. The function of the public library in Korea was altered slightly as several intellectuals who formed the first modern public library tried to literate Koreans as a means of liberation :from Japan through the library service. 4. The traditional libraries such as sodandg and hyangyo disorganized and finally disappeared as the traditional elements of the culture disappeared and the new cultural elements prevailed in Korea. 5. When the traditional elements of culture were disorganized, a reinterpretation of the diffused culture appeared. With the appearance of the vouth group which was not existed in the traditional society, cultural facilities for them were needed. They began to use public library as their reading rooms. This pattern has been institutionalized ever since in Korean public library. 6. When the new element of the culture spread, the traditional cultural elements react against this element. As the new public libraries sprung out, there were movements to restore the old Korean tradition of the family libraries and Hyangyo to counteract to the new libraries. This movements were not successful and they all disappeared as they could not keep up the rapid social change occurred in the Korean society. 7. In the process of the cultral change, cultural lag occurred between the public library and the users who could not adopt to the new library. This has been continued to the present time. 8. This diffused concept of the public library was modified and became native to Korean society. However, the acculturation of the public library concept has not changed the traditional ideas of Korean people and their behavior. The Korean society recently has been changing rapidly and the function of the Korean public library is improving accordingly; 1. The extended Korean family system is disorganizing. As the consequence, the public library could substitute the family system offering information and recreation service, etc. 2. The growth of educated population is requiring a variety of library materials. An individual library can not meet the needs of them and cooperative library service will be needed to share resources. The public library will become the center of the cooperative service. 3. The Koreans are watching TV more hours than they read printed materials. For them, the public library needs to collect audiovisual materials. Especially the teaching materials should be all audiovisualized for the effective teaching. 4. Technology is developing rapidly in Korea, especially computer technology is applied in many parts of the society. This will also influence library service. The public library will be developing as the centralized library computer system. When the Korean public library functions as the extended family system and the center of the cooperative library system, the Korean public library will be functioning as the public library defined by the Korean Library Association.

At the end of 2019, there was the major outbreak of "COVID-19" in China. In this outbreak prevention and control campaign, the property management enterprises(PME) performed actively, playing a vital role in China. This paper puts forward that the property management enterprises(PME) should be included as subjects of national urban and rural community governance from the perspective of the public product attribute of property management. Based on the properties of public goods in property management, this paper redefines the functions and positioning of PME with public affairs management, establishes the qualification of PME to participate in one of the main bodies of community public governance. And it forms a new model of community governance with community residents committees, owner' committee and PME as the main body. This research provides implications for national urban and rural community governance models by applying existing theories and practical examples.

The objectives of this study were 1) to evaluate the environmental and social cultural public benefits but a food supply, 2) to revalue the importance of rural and rural living, This study was carried out through review of literature, a delphi technique, a case study. It was mainly used the delphi technique by expert group. Major findings were as follows ; 1. The public benefits in rural were classified into three categories:(1) social culture (2) natural environment (3) economic & etc. 2. To evaluate the values for public benefits, questionaries were developed by expert group, and the total number of items were 30. 3. There were picked out 12 items on social culture, 10 items on natural environment, and 8 items on economic & etc of public benefits in rural. 4. In the public benefits, a food supply was highest in total 30 items, and water resources contain, emotional-psychological rest, place of environment education, beautiful view, etc were followed in order.

The emergence of coffee shops and other public spaces in modern Shanghai shows the appearance of the "mass" centered on the middle class. Furthermore, we can further explore the different development paths of the publicity of modern Chinese urban society. The emergence of new public leisure spaces, such as cafes, provides a model of modern life style and a stage of daily publicity for the middle class in Shanghai. With the convenience provided by this kind of public space, people are able to clean up their old opinions and be better at accepting new ideas. A more sensitive and flexible public opinion of Enlightenment has gradually formed in urban life.

21세기는 지식정보화의 시대이자 교육과 문화의 세기이다. 이러한 시대적 흐름의 중심에 있는 공공도서관의 중요성은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다. 공공도서관은 창조경제와 문화융성을 위한 베이스캠프로서 학문과 문화의 저수지이다. 최근 이러한 공공도서관이 도서관 관련 법규도 준수하지 못하는 열악한 상태에서 행정체계 일원화 추진과 함께 도서관계의 큰 이슈로 대두되면서 많은 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 공공도서관의 행정체계 일원화 추진에 대한 제반 주장과 문제점을 분석하여 개선 방안을 제시하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 첫째, 공공도서관 일원화 논의의 전개과정을 고찰하였고, 둘째, 공공도서관 일원화의 쟁점과 문제점을 살펴보았으며, 셋째, 공공도서관 일원화 관련 개선방안을 마련하여 제시하였다.
