$Chos{\check{o}}n$ Dynasty was governed by the words of king, however, if they were not announced by the form of public document, they were useless. Therefore, the form of public document was the symbol of governing activity, and it was very important to manage the public record in operating the nation affairs. However, the point we should consider is that $Chos{\check{o}}n$ Dynasty, in the case of managing the public record, edited 'the original' instead of preserving them. And so, the preservation of the public record was deeply related to the editing of history. In Late Korea dynasty, the management of the public record got into utter confusion and so many troubles were occurred. In order to resolve these problems, the movements which innovated the public record managements system was gradually extended. This movements were continued in $Chos{\check{o}}n$ Dynasty. Finally, through the several modification procedures, the rules of public record management were legislated by 'Kyong Kuk Dae Jeon'(經國大典). Especially, by laws of 'Kyong Kuk Dae Jeon', not only the daily records of Secretary Department(承政院) but also the important documents which was related to the government branch should be booked in the last decade of the year and the number of the books had to be reported to the king. This rule made certification of the fact that the king was the last confirmer of the public record management. In addition, through the procedure of printing the record of the national affairs, and the diplomatic once in three years, and then preserving that public record in the National Department(議政府), other departments responsible and the archives, the National Department practically took part in the public record management. The management system was also changed in order that the public record was virtually used and consulted before taking the procedure of immortal preservation. All public documents were classified by the definite rule and filed in a same volume. After classifying and filing, certainly, for making convenience of reference and application of public record, records were indicated by the paper card. It may be that, after the step of reference, application and indicating, the public documents were gradually transferred to the next step. In these procedures, Early $Chos{\check{o}}n$ public documents system was confirmed.

These days Construction Industry is one of the major industry in public project and it has many problems. And Construction Industry highly respond to a chage of IT, politics, economy, domestic and international situation. And it causes an uncertainty in Korea economy. The goal of this paper is showing the efficiency application of BIM in Public Project. And this paper follow three steps. First, these day's trend of BIM and delivery method are researched. Second, major factors are thrived to appreciating BIM Third, delivery method based on BIM is proposed. Major factors of delivery method are researched to make guide line of delivery method in public project in the future.

Recently, many people enjoy movies and music content through their smart devices for using public transportation like as bus or subway. However, because their concentration is aimed at content on their smart devices, passengers sometimes forget to disembark and miss their destination stations. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a destination notification system for disembarking public transport using high frequencies based on the smart devices. We tested 1,000 times real-time destination notification to performance evaluate of the proposed application and service system. According to the test results, the proposed system showed 99.4% and 99.6% accuracy and we confirmed that it could be very useful. As such, the proposed system could be a useful technology for notifying smart device users when to get off public transport, capable of global commercialization.

최근 도서관을 둘러싼 사회의 다변화는 도서관의 서비스에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 모든 이용자에 대한 보편적 서비스를 제공해야 하는 공공도서관이 변화하는 사회 환경 속에서도 그 본질에 부합하는 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 관련 제도 및 사례 분석을 통해 유니버설디자인 측면에서의 공공도서관 서비스의 방향성을 제시하였다. 공공도서관 서비스에서의 유니버설디자인 적용을 위하여 공공도서관 서비스의 보편성 추구를 위한 핵심 키워드 "유니버설디자인", 유니버설디자인을 통한 공공도서관 서비스의 경제적 가치 추구, 공공도서관 서비스 인식 개선을 위한 유니버설디자인, 유니버설디자인 적용을 통한 공공도서관 서비스 관련 정책 및 제도 전환의 4가지 방향성을 제언하였다.

우리나라는 재난안전통신망 개통 초기로 응용서비스 앱에 대한 보안 대응은 아직은 미흡한 실정이기에, 이에 대한 선제적 보안 대응이 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 재난안전통신망에서 앱을 유통하는 앱 스토어와 전용 단말에서 앱이 동작되는 안드로이드 운영체제에 대한 잠재적 취약점을 사전 예방하고자 '재난안전망 앱 보안 체계 구축'을 제안하였다. 응용서비스 앱이 재난안전통신망 모바일 앱스토어에 등재하고자 하기 위해서는, 우선 악성 및 정상 앱에 대한 데이터 셋을 구축하여 피쳐를 추출하고 가장 효과적인 AI 모델을 선정하여 정적 및 동적 분석을 수행한다. 분석 결과에 따라 악성 앱이 아닌 경우에 대해서 '안전 앱 인증서'를 인증하여 공인 앱에 대한 신뢰성을 확보한다. 궁극적으로 재난안전통신망 앱의 보안 사각지대를 최소화하고 인증된 앱의 재난안전 응용 서비스 지원으로 재난상황에 대한 통신망의 안전성을 확보할 수 있다.

Instructional contents are used to demonstrate a technical process to teach and walkthrough certain procedures to carry out a task. This type of informational content is widely used for teaching and lectures in form of tutorial videos and training videos. Since there are questions and uncertainties for what could be the killer application for the novel wearables, we propose a self-instruction training application on a smart glass to utilize already-available instruction videos as well as public open data in creative ways. We design and implement a prototype application to help users train by wearing smart glasses specifically designed for two concrete and hand-constrained use cases where the user's hands need to be free to operate. To increase the efficiency and feasibility of the self-instruction training, we contribute to the development of a wearable killer application by integrating a voice-based user interface using speech recognizer, public open data APIs, and timestamp-based procedural content navigation structure into our proof-of-concept application.

In these days, various kinds of web applications based on web 2.0 paradigm have been developed. In web 2.0 paradigm pursuing participation, sharing, and openness on the web-as-platform, web mapping or web GIS application are regarded as top most applications, so that web applications, handling geo-spatial contents, with user-interaction interface and search engine of high performance have been provided for both public users and expert users in the special domains. Public and industrial needs for web mapping mashup application by open API, linked with the practical web computing technologies, are gradually increasing. In this study, a user interface in mashup for geo-spatial feature generation was implemented by using mainly Google maps API. Spatial database resources in this implementation are those of Google mapping server. As the results, public users on web client can create their own geo-spatial data sets in web vector formats, without the help of any GIS tools or access to proprietary databases. It is concluded that web-based mashup application in client-side using open API can be used as an alternative for geo-browsing system or portable feature generation system.

최근 다양한 웹 트렌드와 모바일 웹 개발 기술들이 급속도로 발전되어 확산되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 정보시스템 구축의 효율성을 향상시키기 위하여 전자정부 표준 프레임워크가 도입되어 시장에 보급되고 있으며, 최근에는 추가적으로 전자정부 모바일 표준 프레임워크가 개발되어 제공되고 있다. 또한 정부 3.0 정책으로 공공기관에서 생산하고 보유하고 있는 수많은 유형의 공공데이터가 공공데이터포털 등을 통하여 공개되고 있다. 한편 현재 거의 모든 콘텐츠 사업 분야에서 모바일 웹 어플리케이션의 활용이 일반화되면서 모바일 브라우저를 위한 웹 표준과 공통 프레임워크 활용과 지원에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 다른 응용 분야에 비하여 이러한 주요 기술 동향들을 공간정보와 연계하거나 융합하려는 시도는 아직 초기 단계이다. 이러한 배경에 따라 이번 연구에서는 전자정부 표준 프레임워크 모바일 실행환경 하에서 HTML5와 연계하여 공공데이터와 공간데이터의 시각화를 주요 기능으로 하는 모바일 웹 어플리케이션 시스템을 설계하고 시험적으로 구현하였다. 이번 연구에서 시험 구현한 시스템은 향후 전자정부 표준 프레임워크 핵심 개발 환경을 적용하고 특정 목적 시스템의 수요자 요구 사항을 만족하는 기능 확장과 성능 향상을 통하여 공공데이터와 공간데이터를 활용하는 다양한 모바일 응용 사업 모델 개발에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

정보통신기술 발전으로 u-Gov의 진화방향은 커다란 영향을 미치게 된다. 이는 정부의 새로운 행정 가치를 추구하는 정부혁신의 핵심 수단으로 활용되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 e-Gov와 u-Gov의 차이점 분석을 통해서, u-Gov에 활용될 수 있는 u-public transit 응용서비스 프로토타입 시스템 구성을 제안하였다. 제안된 프로토타입이 구현될 때에 나타날 수 있는 과제로 e-Gov의 불안전한 요소를 제거하거나, u-public transit에 대한 대응체계를 위해 UT를 응용한 프로토타입의 정책적 함의도 고찰하였다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the required concept in the architectural competition for public library and its application in design process. The research is based on the 27 design guideline of architectural competition for public library from 2009 to 2013 and, as a case study, the project for the Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Library, the prize winner in 2014. Three required concepts; symbolism, function, and sustainability, are categorized through the analysis on the design guideline of 27 competitions and are identified. Symbolism is expressed by landmark forms based on the local characteristics. The function of public library means to provide services to everyone, regardless of age, race, gender, religion etc., as a local community. Sustainability is related to passive architecture for the maintenance and management of buildings. These three concepts for public library applied on the design process of Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Library and design elements in each process are categorized in three concepts. The results shows not only how closely the locality and a user are related, but also the changes in the appearance of a public library as time passed.
