Data were collected online from 208 clinical nurses working in three comprehensive hospitals located in J city from March 15 to March 30, 2023. Data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 program. The influencing factors on subjects' job satisfaction were marital status, education level, salary satisfaction, workload, clinical experience, positive psychological capital, job crafting, and nursing work environment. A hierarchical regression analysis following the order of general characteristics, positive psychological capital, nursing work environment, and job crafting identified nursing work environment (𝛽=.37, p<.001), job crafting (𝛽=.35, p<.001), positive psychological capital (𝛽=.33, p<.001), education level (𝛽=.09, p=.014) and salary satisfaction (𝛽=.09, p=.015) as the influencing factors of job satisfaction, in which the explanatory power for the final model was 78%. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to develop and verify the effectiveness of programs to improve the positive psychological capital and job crafting of clinical nurses.

  • In case of the Hydraulic Turbine Dynamo operating for Waterpower Generation, it makes very huge and loud noises, and it influences bad effect physically as same as mentally to those people who are working inside of power plant, and brings the decline of an effective working efficiency. However, its evaluation method or measure about such noise reflects merely its physical attribute which is sensuous Loudness of the Noise itself, since the accumulation effect of Noise or the meaning connected with psychological response did not reflect, it is the actual state that a rational evaluation is unable to expect. Consequently, this Study has attempted to evaluate the Noise of Hydraulic Turbine Dynamo by analyzing the sound quality using Zwicker‘s Psychological Acoustic Parameter, after classification by its positions of the Noise occurring at Hydraulic Turbine Dynamo.

  • Electroencephalogram(EEG) would be the most objective psychophysiological research technique on human errors though few research has been taken yet. This study aimed to get characteristics of human error while committing simple Odd-Ball tasks by utilizing the power spectrum technique of EEG data. Each experiment was composed of 3 tasks with different rules, and 8 young undergraduate students participated in this study as paid subjects. The result showed in the affirmative that subject and the interaction of subject and task factors were statistically significant on variation of $\alpha$ band power $P_{\alpha/(\alpha+\beta+\theta)}$ and $\beta$ band power $P_{\beta/(\alpha+\beta+\theta)}$, and that the former increasing in backward direction to Pz reflects compatibility whereas the latter increasing in forward direction to Fz reflects familiarity. Therefore it was coucluded that, since task 2 carried out in the present research requiring decoding process would be more difficult to human beings than the task merely requiring psychological recall process, task 1 and task 3 were classified into a homogenious group excluding task 2, and the ratio $\alpha$ band power to $\beta$ band power indicated enormous increase of $\alpha$ band power relative to $\beta$ band power in the cases of contra-lateral errors, especially in task 2.

  • All human being can't exist by oneself. That is, all human being depend on intimate attachment for their survival. Physical and psychological powers and control functions are prerequisites for one's survival and these serve important functions in interpersonal relationships. There are two kinds of powers and controls. One is positive power which helps one survive effectively. Another one is negative power which disturbs one's effective survival. Introspection is one of the positive power and most important process in understanding oneself and others. Thus, the purpose of this study is to elucidate the physical and psychological meaning of the characteristics of water and based on this meaning, to suggest one way of introspection. The authors reviewed the precept of water which is described in Bible and oriental classical books such as 'the Analects of Confuicus(論語)', 'Tao Te Ching(道德經)', 'Mencius(맹자)', 'Chronicle(史記)', 'The Doctrine of the Mean(中庸)', 'University(大學)'. The author also reviewed 'The History of Three Countries(삼국사기, 삼국유사)', 'The Precept of Religion', and 'the modern poems' which includes the symbolic meaning of water. The results are summarized as follows:1) The flow of water itself is the expression of introspection. Because, water does not flow without filling a puddle. 2) Water is the symbol of 'Immortality'. 3) Water symbolizes 'Modesty and Trust'. 4) Water is the symbol of 'Freedom from Greed'. 5) Water symbolizes 'Goodness and Beauty'. 6) Water symbolizes 'Naturality and Love'. Immortality, Modesty and Trust, Freedom from Greed, Goodness and Beauty, and Naturality and Love are eternal, universal values which all human should seek and achieve. By the process of introspection through the symbolic meaning of water, we can achieve these positive aspects of human mind and spirit.
