Background: Today, breast cancer is increasing in nearly all societies. Currently, cancers are the third leading cause of death in Iran after cardiovascular diseases and accidents. Of the cancers, breast cancer is spreading particularly rapidly among Iranian women. Negative effects of discontinuation of care on patient survival have been well documented. Inhibiting or facilitating factors affecting continuity of care at different stages of the patient care continuum should be identified. Materials and Methods: The current study implemented a qualitative method that provided tools to examine factors in detail. This study was conducted on 22 women, undergoing surgery and chemotherapy after being diagnosed with breast cancer. Content analysis was the technique adopted. Results: The effective factors in continuity of care from the patients' perception, based on the participant statements, were classified into three categories of evaluation of symptoms, psychological reactions, and care triggers with several subcategories. Conclusions: According to the outcomes of the current study, it can be noted that, the patient experiences can be brought into use by health-care professionals and assist them in providing patient sand their families with adequate consulting services. It can also provide an opportunity for making interventions tailored to the community culture, and closer adherence of patients to the prescribed treatments.
This study was developed the nutrition education program for kindergarten children and was evaluated its educational effect by 'Non-equivalent control group design'. Nutrition education program was developed on the basis of the concept which consisted of nutrition, nutrients, food handling, life cycle and social$.$psychological needs. And it was developed on the basis of the theme which consisted of kind of foods, relation between food and body, importance of food, food and sanitation, food and environment, Korean traditional food and good table manners. Subjects consisted of 157 kindergarten children, with 48 in control group and 109 in treatment group. All the subjects completed a pretest and a posttest and the posttest means between control and treatment group were compared. The control group had a adjusted posttest mean score of nutrition knowledge of 50.64 and the treatment group had that of 75.19 and the difference was significant(p<0.001). The control group had a adjusted posttest mean score of food attitude of 65.49 and the treatment group had that of 85.40 and the difference was significant(p<0.001). Background: Cancer affects patients in many ways including physical, social, emotional, psychological and economic and restricts the functional lives. Psychiatric problems seen among cancer patients may increase the suicide probability and patients perceive suicide as a peaceful death type. The aim of this study was to examine the correlation between functional life and suicide probability among cancer patients. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted with 105 cancer patients as descriptive. The Functional Living Index_Cancer (FLIC)," suicide probability scale" (SPS) and personal information form were used as data collecting tools. Data were evaluated by descriptive analysis, and Pearson's correlation. Results: It was determined that 34.3% of patients thought of suicide. Significant negative correlation was found between functional life and suicide probability (r=-.641, p=0.000), increase being evident in those with poor functional life. Conclusions: It is recommended that cancer patients should be supported for improving their functional lives with help in coping processes for illness and treatment symptoms. Evaluation of the patient mental status to prevent the suicide among this group is an important role for nurses.
Purpose: This study aimed to describe nurses' experience in transition from new graduate nurses to professional clinical nursees in a hospital. Methods: Ten new clinical nurses working in a hospital participated in this study. Data collected through in-depth interviews were analyzed using phenomenology. Results: The analysis yielded five core category themes from new nurses for becoming a professional nurse: (a) beginning of hardship journey (b) feeling of inability in workplace (c) struggling hard to develop skills (d) enduring hardships by soothing oneself and peer support (e) beginning of an exciting journey. Conclusion: Over time, new nurses face many difficulties in transition to a professional status. To enhance the role development of new clinical nurses in hospital settings, nursing schools and clinical fields must teach and prepare them. Nursing schools should teach a strong theoretical base as well as nursing skills. In addition, in the clinical nursing department, education, teaching the integrated systems, staff development, support, evaluation, and feedback are needed for new nurses's development.
Objective: This study aims to examine domestic literature on eye-tracking in the design area, and to present new eye-tracking application directions. Background: Eye-tracking was introduced in the experimental psychology field for the first time in the 1950s. Eye-tracking has high utilization values in the design application area because eye-tracking can accumulate data on what people see, providing the quantitative values on eye movement. Method: This study examined the papers published in domestic journals, as well as the papers presented in conferences from 2000 to 2016 through DBPIA. Results: Although the use of eye-tracking technology was slightly meager in the product design area, it has been actively used for the evaluation analyses of preference and attention in architecture/public design. Eye-tracking also presented a method to design advertisement that is helpful to advertisement effect measurement, and product salesin the advertisement design area. Since detail psychological analysis is possible, the application of eye-tracking in the studies related with user interface has been active. Conclusion: The eye-tracking technology is projected to be actively used as a new interface means, such as in helping in disabled people's communication and in device control, in addition to conventional application areas. Application: This study would be of help to find future research areas of eye-tracking.
Since the Korean economic crisis in 1997, consumers are selecting goods that are more economical and more reasonably priced. Markets for wealthy people, however, have seldom been influenced by economic conditions. Consequently, 'noble marketing' is a new term that marketers should become acquainted with (Kim, 1998). The continuously expanding 'noble market' that generates high profit for marketers needs to be explored, especially the men's wear market. This study adopted a qualitative method (i.e., in-depth interview) with 16 male consumers each. These men who spent more than 3,600,000 won on apparel goods in 2000 and each man had purchased at least one item-suit, jacket, trousers, or coat-from a list of high-priced brands that were selected by the researcher. Findings imply that material or functional benefit of the high-priced apparel were not a critical determinant for choosing the brand. Rather, a socially well-established image for the brand name, especially in terms of psychological/symbolic appeal, played a more important role. This finding supported previous studies. Therefore, for high-priced men s wear, the role of promotion, including advertising or word of mouth, is critical; the image that advertisers should promote is one that characterizes the clothing, and ultimately the wearers, as dignified, legitimate, traditional, and upper class.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to apply intervention mapping (IM) to develop a community-based disease self-management support program for patients with osteoarthritis. Methods: IM was applied as follows: i) a needs assessment has been carried out by a literature review, survey and interview with osteoarthritis patients; ii) on the basis of the needs assessment, identification of expected outcomes and change objectives for the target population; iii) selection of theory-based methods and practical applications to influence self-management and the determinants of behavior; iv) design of the intervention by developing activities and materials such as osteoarthritis self-management guide and smart patient pocket book. The activities were integrated into an existing healthcare activities; v) implementation and evaluation plan has been developed. Results: The program is aimed at improving health status through activating patients by a patient-centered and tailored intervention for patients with osteoarthritis; consists of 8 sessions with coaching and cognitive emotional psychological skills; includes smart patient, communication, osteoarthritis, medication adherence, pain control, depressive mood control, physical activity and healthy diet. Conclusion: The IM is a systematic and feasible method for developing the program. The next step is to evaluate the impact of the intervention on activation, and health status.
In case of indoor gymnastics training floor, in view of its characteristics, since it is simultaneously required the related smooth communication between the coach and the player, also the acoustic performance regarding to the clearness of music, besides the sport activity, the consideration about the acoustic character has entered the stage as an indispensable element. On such viewpoint, recently constructed dome-typed gymnastic training floor was optimized acoustic design with remodeling through acoustic simulation test. And acoustic satisfaction degree and reaction was attempted to investigate about the gymnastics training floor estimating value of human's psychological(sensual) degree using auralization that enables to experience the virtual sound field at the stage of design. As the result of investigation about the research on the space of object, it could be known that the valuation regarding to the acoustic performance of 'after-improvement' was distinctly more refined than that of 'before-improvement'. It is now considering that such result of the study can be utilized as the useful data which enables to improve the retrenchment effect of the construction cost as well as the acoustic capability, by means of the prediction control on the acoustic problem from the stage of design, for the occasion when the similar indoor sport gymnasium is planning to build for the near future.

This study is to investigate effects of thermal conditions on sleep. Five female university students participated in the sleep experiment. Three temperature levels (22, 26, and $30^{\circ}C$) were given, and relative humidity was maintained to $50\%$. When as subject arrived in the chamber at 9 o'clock in the evening, questionnaire was given to check physical and psychological conditions. After checking conditions, subjects went to bed till 07 : 30 in the morning. Body movement was checked during sleeping. After sleep in the chamber, questionnaire was given to the subject in order to check sleep quality. Subjects evaluated sleep quality by themselves by answering the time they fall asleep and wake up, frequency of wake during sleep, causes of each waking, and feeling after sleep. Sleep quality was rated with 7-point scale. At $30^{\circ}C$ condition, body movement was significantly higher than of other thermal conditions. The best sleep quality was obtained at the $26^{\circ}C$ condition, while the worst sleep was taken at the $30^{\circ}C$ condition.
