고령 농업인의 공동농사 프로그램 개발 및 적용 효과 분석 - 삶의 의미와 심리적 복지감을 중심으로 - (The Analysis on Development and Effect of Co-farming Program for the Rural Elderly Farmers - Focusing on Meaning in Life and Psychological Well-being -)

  • This study aims to develop co-farming program for elderly farmers, employ, then evaluate its effectiveness whether it influences purpose in life and psychological well-being of program participants. A total of 130 elderly farmers that composed of 65 in experimental group and control group respectively were enrolled in this study. The results of this study are as follows: First, the experimental group showed significant difference on 'purpose in life' compared to the control group(t=3.316, p<.001). Second, the experimental group showed significant difference on 'Psychological Well-being' compared to that of control group. The four major problems of elderly farmers which are poverty, health, loneliness and alienation keeps on worsening over time along with the population ageing. According to the result, it is necessary to improve elderly farmer's quality of life by developing suitable and sustainable occupation.

어머니의 취업관련 태도가 초등학교 입학기 자녀의 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Maternal Attitude Towards Maternal Employment on Social Competence of First-Graders)

  • The relations of mothers' attitudes regarding maternal employment to mothers' psychological well-being, mothers' parenting sensitivity and children's social competence were examined for mothers who worked full-time (extensively) from age 6 months of their children on, mothers who were not employed, and mothers who worked part-time or inconsistently during their children's early years. Longitudinal observations of 1,034 mothers and children in the NICHD Study of Early Child Care from age one month to first grade were analyzed using structural equation models. As predicted, mothers and children benefited when maternal attitudes were consistent with mother's actual employment status. Among extensively employed mothers, those with positive attitudes about employment had better psychological well-being; among mothers who were not employed, those who believed that maternal employment would have negative consequences for children's development reported better psychological well-being. The findings suggested that whether the mother's status of employment is congruent with their beliefs, not whether the mother is working or not, predicted the mother's well-being and their child's social development.

개인회생 채무자의 경제적.심리적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Demographic, Economic and Psychological Characteristics of the Debtors in Individual Rehabilitation Procedures)

  • There are few studies on the characteristics of debtors in individual rehabilitation procedures, though research in this field is needed. The scarcity of research means that public policy and perception are being made with inadequate information and, to a certain extent, based on personal prejudices and misconceptions. The purpose of this study was to find out demographic, economic and psychological characteristics of debtors in individual rehabilitation procedures. For this study, an in-depth interview was used. The major findings were as follows : The focus of this study is debtors in individual rehabilitation procedures. They were all under 40 and received relatively high educations. Interestingly, they showed a high tendency to use debt and an inability to manage their money. They had short time horizons and imperfect self-control in consumption and borrowing decisions. Monthly income, expenditures, asset and debt of the debtors, and monthly payment to creditors were reported. There were a lot of reasons for their bankruptcy : business failure, job loss, the cost of raising children, and expenditures for entertainment causing them to file for individual rehabilitation procedures. One of the major conclusions of this study was the discovery that their psychological characteristics were nearly the same. The implications of the study suggest that financial education and counseling must consider psychological characteristics.

A Structural Analysis on the Influence of Multi-Cultural Families in Psychological Inadequacy for Youth

  • Teenagers in multicultural families are more prone to depression and problem behaviors caused by violence such as bullying in schools due to their appearance, language presentation skills, and poor learning abilities compared to teenagers in general families. This study is meaningful in that it provides basic information for prevention measures in intervening with damage caused by school violence such as depression, anxiety, suicidal impulses and emotional and social. For this purpose, a survey of 300 elementary school students from 4 to 6 grade, junior high school, and high school students was conducted. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed and of thos e 385 were used for the final analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, the psychological factors of suicidal ideation were higher in the victimized group than school violence. Second, there was a significant difference in the relationship between emotional - social isolation and school violence experience. Third, there was a significant difference in the relationship between experience of suicide ideation and depression as well as anxiety of emotional - social isolation with psychological maladjustment. In conclusion, we plan to find ways to stabilize the multicultural society by providing prevention and protection measures against school violence.

노인의 사회적 배제가 심리적복지감에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과 (Mediating Effects of Social Support on the Influential Relationship between Social Exclusion and Psychological Wellbeing in Elderly People)

  • 본 연구는 지역사회 거주 노인들의 사회적 배제 요인이 심리적복지감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고, 사회적배제 요인과 심리적복지감 사이에 사회적 지지가 매개역할을 하는지를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 전라북도 소재 노인복지관에 등록되어 있는 노인을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 260명의 설문내용으로 연구한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 사회적 배제 요인과 사회적지지 요인은 심리적복지감에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적지지 요인이 사회적배제 요인과 심리적복지감 간에 부분매개효과 있는 것으로 나타났다. 종합적인 연구결과 사회적지지 요인은 노인의 심리적복지감에 영향을 미치는 사회적 배제 요인에 대해 완충역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회 배제적 상황에 놓여 있는 노인이라 할지라도 가족을 포함하여 이웃, 지역사로부터 사회적지지가 이루어진다면 심리적복지감이 유지될 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있는 결과이다.

기혼취업남녀의 일가족양립 인식도와 심리적 복지 (Married Employees' Work-Family Balance Perception and Psychological Well-Being)

  • This study was to determine general trends with respect to work-family balance perception and psychological wellbeing, examine correlations between related variables, investigate differences in related variables, and understand the effect of work-family balance perception on psychological well-being in married employees. The subjects were 300 married employees living in G city. The subjects completed a questionnaire and data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 21.0. The major findings were as follows. First, the average scores of men and women's self-esteem were higher than the median. Men had a more traditional gender role attitude and higher work-family balance perception level than women. The scores of men and women's depression were lower and life satisfaction were higher than the median. Second, the scores of men and women's work-family balance perception were different according to working hours. Men's psychological well-being were different according to the scale of work place and women's psychological well-being were different according to household working time. Third, depression in married employees were negatively related to life satisfaction. Their psychological well-being were significantly related to work-family balance perception. Fourth, men's depression were influenced by self-esteem, social care service, family${\rightarrow}$work conflict, and work${\rightarrow}$family conflict. Depression in women were influenced by health state, self-esteem, gender role attitude, family${\rightarrow}$work conflict, and work${\rightarrow}$family conflict. Men's life satisfaction were influenced by health state, economic state, and self-esteem. Women's life satisfaction were influenced by health state, economic state, weekly working hours, self-esteem, and work${\rightarrow}$family conflict.

치위생(학)과 학생들의 긍정심리자본이 의사소통능력과 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향 (The effects of dental hygiene students' positive psychological capital on communication skills and interpersonal skills)

  • 본 연구는 부산광역시와 울산광역시 일부 지역 대학교 학생들의 긍정심리 자본이 의사소통 능력과 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 조사하였다. 주요 변인들과의 관련성 결과 긍정심리 자본의 하위 요인과 의사소통 능력, 대인관계능력에서 정적인 상관을 모두 가지고 있어 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. 긍정심리 자본이 의사소통 능력에 미치는 영향 요인은 희망(p<0.01), 회복력(p<0.05)이 유의한 수준으로 나타났고, 긍정심리 자본이 대인관계 능력에 미치는 영향은 회복력(p<0.001), 자기효능감(p<0.05), 희망(p<0.05)이 유의한 수준으로 나타났다. 따라서 학생들의 의사소통 능력과 대인관계능력을 향상시키기 위해 긍정심리 자본의 중요성을 확립시키고, 긍정심리자본을 강화할 수 있는 중재 프로그램이 개발·적용되어야 할 것이다.

초등학생 부모의 양육행동과 심리적 안녕감이 다문화 수용성에 미치는 영향 (Impact on Multi-cultural Acceptance of Child Rearing Behavior of Elementary School Students' Parents and Psychological Well-being)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 초등학생들의 부모양육행동과 심리적 안녕감이 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 I시에 소재한 초등학생 328명을 대상으로 질문지를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과 첫째, 초등학생들의 부모양육행동, 심리적 안녕감, 다문화 수용성은 배경변인별로 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 초등학생들의 부모양육행동, 심리적 안녕감, 다문화수용성에서 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 초등학생들의 부모양육행동과 심리적 안녕감이 다문화 수용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과로 볼 때, 일반가정에서 다문화에 대한 수용이 효과적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 부모들의 양육행동과 심리적 안녕감에 대한 인식과 태도가 변화되어야 하며, 다문화사회의 구성원으로서 일반 가정 학생과 다문화가정 학생 모두 더불어 살아가는데 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

중년기 취업모의 가족부양부담이 심리적 복지감에 미치는 영향 - 가족지지 자원의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (The Effect of Family Caregiver Burden on Psychological Well-Being among Middle-Aged Working Mothers: Focused on the Moderating Effect of Family Support Resources)

  • This study aimed to explore the moderating effect of family support resources on family caregiver burden as it in turn affects psychological well-being among middle-aged working mothers. Through purposive sampling, the study recruited 325 married employed mothers age 40-50 years who live in Seoul and who have more than 1 child and living parents or parents-in-law. The investigation was performed April 1-30, 2018, with the participants sampled from companies, schools and religious organizations in Seoul. The collected data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 package. The results of this study were as follows: First, of all categories of caregiver burden, the score for burden of caring for elderly parents was 3.01 (SD = .81), slightly higher than the median of 3 points; childcare burden scored 3.16 (SD = .73), also higher than the median value; and family support resources scored 3.40 (.89), higher than the median of 3. Overall psychological well-being rated 3.25 (SD = .56). Second, health and educational level, the burdens of caring for elderly parents and childcare and family support resources were found to significantly affect psychological well-being. Third, family support resources, a moderating variable, were found to significantly moderate and ease the effect of childcare burden on middle-aged working mothers' psychological well-being. Furthermore, in the analysis of their moderating effect, family support resources were confirmed to positively affect psychological well-being by moderating childcare burden experienced by middle-aged working mothers.

서비스 대상에 의한 폭력과 직무 스트레스: 요양원 및 전문요양원 종사자의 경험 (Client Violence and Job Stress in the Nursing Homes)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 요양 및 전문요양원에 근무하는 직원들이 서비스 대상으로부터 경험하는 폭력과 직무 스트레스에 대해 탐색하는 것이다. 조사대상은 대전지역의 요양원과 전문요양원에 근무하는 생활지도원과 간호사 182명이다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 폭력 경험과 관련하여 응답한 173명 중 137명(79.2%)이 지난 1년 동안 서비스 대상으로부터 크고 작은 폭력을 당하였다. 둘째, 직원들의 직무 스트레스 수준은 전반적으로 낮았다. 서비스 대상과의 관계에서 오는 스트레스는 2.8%만이, 케어/간호과정에서 오는 스트레스도 2.3%만이 스트레스가 있거나 매우 심각한 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 심리적 폭력과 신체적 폭력 간 관계에서는 심리적 폭력과 신체적 폭력을 동시에 경험한 사람들의 비율이 43.4%로 가장 높았고, 심리적 폭력만을 경험한 직원의 비율도 35.8%로 높게 나타났다. 심리적 폭력 없이 신체적 폭력만 경험한 직원들은 0.6%에 불과했으며, 어떤 폭력도 경험한 적이 없는 직원은 20.2%였다. 넷째, 폭력 경험과 직무 스트레스 간의 관계에서, 폭력은 서비스제공자와 서비스 대상간의 관계를 손상시키지는 않지만, 직접적인 케어나 간호과정에는 다소 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
