해양경찰공무원의 서번트리더십이 긍정심리자본에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Servant Leadership on Positive Psychological Capital of Marine Police Officers)

  • 이 연구는 해양경찰공무원의 서번트리더십이 긍정심리자본에 영향을 미치는가를 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 해양경찰공무원 167명을 대상으로 설문지를 분석하였으며 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서번트리더십이 긍정심리자본에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었는 데 하위변인에 대한 영향요인의 결과는 성장지원과 윤리적 행동은 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치나 공동체 가치창조와 감정적 힐링은 자기효능감에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성장지원과 윤리적 행동은 낙관주의에 정(+)의 영향을 미치나 공동체 가치창조와 감정적 힐링은 낙관주의에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성장지원과 윤리적 행동 그리고 공동체 가치창조는 회복탄력성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 감정적 힐링은 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 해양경찰의 인적관리에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

전자상거래 환경에서 지각된 위험이 지각된 가치 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perceived Risk Affecting Perceived Value and Repurchase Intention in Electronic Commerce Environment)

  • 본 연구의 주목적은 전자상거래 환경 하에서 지각된 위험요인이 고객의 지각된 가치와 재구매의도에 미치는 영향을 분석해 보는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 선행문헌 고찰결과를 토대로 전자상거래 이용자의 지각된 위험으로 프라이버시 위험, 시간적 위험, 경제적 위험, 심리적 위험, 상품성능 위험 등 여섯 가지 요인을 설정하였고, 전자상거래 성과를 측정하기 위하여 지각된 가치와 재구매의도를 포함한 연구모형을 구축하였다. 설문조사 결과, 전자상거래 이용자 174명으로부터 자료가 수집되었으며, 공분산 구조모델 분석을 통해 가설검정을 수행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같이 요약해 볼 수 있다. 첫째, 지각된 위험 중 프라이버시 위험, 경제적 위험, 심리적 위험, 상품성능 위험 등 네 가지 요인이 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 가치는 전자상거래 쇼핑몰의 재구매의도에 매우 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 연구결과를 토대로 전자상거래 환경에서 고객의 지각된 가치와 재구매의도를 향상시키기 위한 전략에 대한 논의가 이루어졌으며, 연구의 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

  • Architectural works build with a modernistic viewpoint led to standardization and low of peculiarity , and which resulted in isolation of people from their environment. In that context, the sense of place can be a new paradigm replacing modernism and reflect the fundamental value and meaning of architecture. Interior space as a place can be analyzed from the viewpoint of existentialism. The purpose of this research is to define the concept of place based on C. N. Schulz's theory of space, and aims at embodiment of the sense of place in interior, especially residential , environment through applying emotional and psychological factors. Spatial characteristics that help to form and enhance the sense of place are center, axis and direction, and boundary and enclosure. Some psychological factors, in other words, people's psychological needs, affect the continuation of the sense of place, especially in residential environment where we reside comparatively for a long period and use the same place repeatedly , security, hierarchy/order, aesthetics, variety, and sociability. The sense of place is embodied and lasted mainly by personalization through the process of visualization , symbolization , and complementation of above mentioned properties and elements.

전업주부가 인식하는 주부직의 혜택과 비용에 관한 연구 (The Benefit and Cost of Full-Time Housewife Occupation)

  • The value of housewife occupation is likely to be underestimated because of its invisibility and myth. This study was performed to investigate social meaning of housewife occupation in the modern society using concept of psychological benefit and cost of full-time housewife. Subjectively even if housewife occupation was perceived as benefit in some aspects full-time housewife was not considered as favorable status but as costly one compared to employed housewife. The perceptions of benefit and cost of housewife occupation were different from some characteristics of housewife and related to the content of works. Finally the estimation of housewife occupation was more influenced by psychological variables rather than conditions and situations of housewife. these results suggested that psychological meaning of housewife occupation is important to understand issues related to the housewife.

간호사의 통증경험에 따른 고통추론 연구 (Study of Suffering Inference by Nurses' pain Experience)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nurses' pain experience on the inference of their patients' suffering. Method: Study subjects were sampled from 184 nurses who worked in general wards in one S university hospital located at Seoul. Nurses' pain experience consists of personal pain experience and professional pain experience. The Standard Measure of Inference of Suffering (Davitz & Davitz, 1981) was used for suffering inference measure, and patients' suffering which consists of physical pain and psychological distress. Result: Suffering inference scores of nurses without personal pain experience revealed a higher value than that of nurses with personal pain experience. But these differences were not statistically significant. The higher intense pain was experienced, the higher were suffering inference scores. This physical pain inference score was statistically significant(p=.044). Of the nurses who had personal pain experience, suffering inference scores of nurses with unrelieved pain experience revealed a higher value than that of nurses with relieved pain experience. Physical pain and psychological distress inference scores were statistically significant(p=.010, p=.006). Suffering inference scores of nurses without professional pain experience(internal medicine, general surgery, orthopedic surgery) revealed a higher value than that of nurses with professional pain experience. Professional pain experience of internal medical illness was statistically significant in psychological distress of internal medical illness(p=.044), and professional pain experience of orthopedic surgical illness was statistically significant in physical pain of orthopedic surgical illness(p=.027). Conclusion: Nurses who have experienced low pain intensity or good pain relief are inclined n to underestimate patient' pain. Although nurses who care for the same patient over a long time deal skillfully with that patient, nurses are inclined to underestimate that patients' pain. Nurses need to be aware of possible biases related to pain assessment as a result of pain experience.

소비자의 쇼핑 가치와 위험지각 연구 - 인터넷 경매에서 경매 이용자를 중심으로 - (Pursuit of Shopping Value and Risk Perception in Consumers Participating in Internet Auction)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the shopping values(utilitarian and hedonic values) sought and the risks(economic, functional, socio-psychological, and privacy) perceived by consumers who participate in Internet auctions by determining the factors that affect their shopping values and risk perceptions. Empirical data were collected by an Internet survey of netizens who were interested in and had experience in Internet auctions. Questionnaires were distributed to the subjects through an Internet survey site and at an Internet auction cafe. A total of 300 questionnaires were analyzed. The results showed that consumers showed a slightly greater pursuit of a utilitarian value than a hedonic outcome in their Internet auction practices; however the outcomes pursued by consumers in their teens and twenties tended to be more hedonic than utilitarian. Consumers with a higher level of innovation, self-confidence in purchase, and need for information searching showed a greater pursuit of utilitarian and hedonic outcomes. The group of consumers with a higher expectation for legal protection pursued a more utilitarian outcome, whereas the group of consumers with higher influence from the reference group pursued a more hedonic outcome. The consumers showed that they perceived functional risk as boing most serious, followed by privacy risk, economic risk, and socio-psychological risk. Subjects with higher degrees of innovation, self-confidence in purchase and self-control perceived economic risk as critical. Functional risk was perceived to be highest in the group of consumers with self-control and a need for information searching, whereas socio-psychological risk was perceived to be highest in the group of consumers showing more self-control. Privacy risk was perceived to be highest in the group of consumers with a higher degree of innovation and lowest in both groups of higher and lower affection. Both economic and privacy risks were perceived to be lower in the group of lower pursuit of a hedonic outcome.

  • 측정 결과와 분석을 바탕으로 전조등 밝기변화의 한계값과 운전자의 안전성을 고려한 평가 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 심리 평가에 의한 전조등 밝기변화의 한계값은 주관적 평가를 토대로 밝기 변화, 눈 깜박임, 불쾌감 등에 대한 값을 제시하였고, 또한, 시인성 측정에 의한 한계값은 차량을 장애물의 위협 없이 안전하게 정지하기 위한 한계값을 제시하였다.

Herding Behavior Model in Investment Decision on Emerging Markets: Experimental in Indonesia

  • This research aims to examine the model of investor herding behavior in making investment decisions in the Indonesian capital market, which is influenced by social and information impacting on the value of the Book Value Per Share (BVPS). The latest stock market conditions show that most investors make the same error pattern in making investment decisions that result in losses. The experiment involves two independent variables, namely, information about BVPS and social influence. This study used a 2×2 factorial design laboratory experimental method. Data collection was carried out through treatment of a sample of 100 individual investors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Univariate Two-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) statistical tool was used to test the independent variable on the dependent variable. Research results showed that the social influence originating from expert investors is more influential than the Book Value Per Share (BVPS) information on the behavior of herding investors in making investment decisions. These findings suggest that investors know their psychological factors, thereby increasing self-control and investment analysis skills. Further research can use psychological bias and other indicators of accounting relevant information such as Earning Per Share (EPS) to test herding behavior in investment decision making in the capital market.

가치 추구, 자연과의 연결감 및 행복과의 관계 (The relationships between individual values, nature-relatedness, and happiness)

  • 본 연구는 Schwartz의 가치이론에 근거한 가치형, 자연과의 연결감 및 다차원적 행복 측정치를 사용하여 대학생들(N=224)이 추구하는 가치와 자연과의 연결감이 행복의 측정치에 따라 어떤 관계 양상을 보이는지 알아보고자 하였다. 특히, 행복의 개념을 확장하여 쾌락주의적 관점에서의 행복인 삶의 만족과 긍정정서, 자기실현적 관점에서의 행복인 심리적 안녕감과 사회적 안녕감, 그리고 한국형 토착행복 등 다양한 유형의 행복을 측정하였다. 상관분석 결과, 박애형, 자기주도형, 보편주의형, 자극추구형 가치들은 행복 지표들 중의 어느 하나와는 정적 상관이 있었으며, 성취형 가치는 삶의 만족과 부적상관, 자연과의 연결감은 모든 유형의 행복 측정치와 정적 상관이 있었다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 인구학적 변인(성, 종교, 경제수준), 가치형, 자연과의 연결감은 행복의 유형에 따라 행복을 25%~36%정도 설명하였으며, 가치형과 자연과의 연결감이 추가되면 행복에 대한 설명력이 유의하게 증가하였다. 가치는 삶의 만족, 긍정정서, 토착형 행복, 사회적 안녕감 보다는 심리적 안녕감의 예언에 더 큰 영향력을 발휘하였으며, 박애형 가치, 자기주도형 가치, 그리고 자연과의 연결감은 일관되게 여러 유형의 행복에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과들은 국민 행복 증진을 위한 방안으로 박애와 자기주도와 같은 건전한 가치의 확산과 일상생활에서 자연과의 연결기회 제공 등이 중요함을 시사한다.

신세대 주부의 생활예절의식이 생활예절수행에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of New Generation Housewives′Etiquette Awareness on their Etiquette Implementation)

  • The first purpose of this study is to inquire into the effect of new generation housewives'etiquette awareness on their etiquette implementation. For this purpose, this study will search the levels of new generation housewives'etiquette awareness and etiquette implementation, how the etiquette awareness and etiquette implementation vary according to their background variables, and the effect of new generation housewives'etiquette awareness as well as the background variables on their etiquette implementation. The major findings are as follows . First, the level of etiquette awareness was somewhat higher than that of etiquette implementation. Second, generally, their etiquette awareness didn't show a significant difference by the socio-demographic variables, but showed a significant difference by the psychological variables including communication level and humanism/materialism value orientation. Third, new generation housewives'etiquette implementation showed a significant difference only by monthly income like etiquette awareness. Meanwhile, as the psychological variables, etiquette implementation showed a significant difference by all Psychological variables except sex-role attitude. fourth, according to result of looking into relative influence of socio-demographic variables, psychological variables, and etiquette awareness about etiquette implementation, etiquette awareness was a significant variable which affects etiquette implementation.
