This study was conducted to explore the relationships between the elderly's existential identity and psychological well-being in accordance with the elderly's age-identity so as to improve the quality of life in the elderly with prolonged lives. The data were collected from respondents who were more than 60 years in age who live in city Suncheon. The statistics used for the data analysis were reliability, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one way analysis of variance, and multiple regression. The results of this study were as follows: (1) A majority of the elderly (49.8%) acknowledged psychological age as actual age. (2) The degrees of the elderly's existential identity was 54.90, while the degree of the elderly's psychological well-being was 33.07. (3) The elderly's existential identity level was significantly affected by economic state, spouse, age-identity, monthly living expenses, household, religion, career, age, and health state. Further, the elderly's psychological well-being level was significantly affected by existential identity, economic state, spouse, health state, age-identity, monthly living expenses, household, education, career, and age. (4) The variables that affect the elderly's existential identity were age-identity, economic state, health state, religion, monthly living expenses, and career, indicating an explanatory power of 38%. Moreover the variables that affect the elderly's psychological well-being were existential identity, age-identity, economic state, health state, and monthly living expenses, explaining approximately 55% of the total variance.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of married middle-aged men and women's gender-role identity, marital conflicts and psychological adjustment. Psychological adjustment was composed of mid life crisis, depression, and perceived happiness. The data of the study were collected from 397 married, middle aged men and women from 40 years to 59 years-old by using self-administered questionnaire method. The results showed that gender role identity was different according to sex. In addition, women's perceived level of marital conflict was found to be significantly different according to their gender role identity, indicating that androgynous women reported the lowest level of marital conflict. However, men's gender role conflict was not related to their marital conflict. Furthermore, men's psychological adjustment level was not different according to their gender role identity, while women's psychological adjustment differed, indicating that androgynous women reported the lowest level of psychological adjustment and the undifferentiated women the highest level of psychological adjustment. Finally, the result indicated that for both men and men, marital conflict were positively correlated with mid-crisis and depression, and negatively related with happiness.

본 연구는 직장인의 직무만족과 자아정체감 및 심리적 안녕감이 서로 어떠한 관계에 있는지 알아보는 데에 목적이 있으며 이를 통해 직장인의 심리상담을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기, 인천지역의 직장인 264명을 대상으로 직무만족, 자아정체감, 심리적 안녕감의 정도를 측정하고, SPSS 12.0을 사용하여 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무만족은 심리적 안녕감의 긍정적 대인관계 및 자아정체감의 목표지향성과 다소 높은 상관을 보였으며, 자아정체감은 주도성을 제외한 모든 변인이 심리적 안녕감과 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 직무만족은 심리적 안녕감의 대인관계, 자아수용성, 삶의 목적, 개인적 성장에 영향을 미쳤으나 자율성과 환경통제력에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자아정체감의 하위요인 중 주도성은 심리적 안녕감의 하위 요인 중 긍정적 대인관계에 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 자아정체감의 하위요인 중 목표지향성은 직무만족에 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 정체감 혼미는 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 직무만족과 자아정체감이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 살펴 본 결과 전체적으로 높은 영향을 미쳤으며 특히 하위변인 중 삶의 목적을 높이 설명하고 있었다. 이러한 결과는 직장인들의 직무 만족을 높이고 자아정체감 형성을 높이는 것이 그들의 목표지향에 영향을 미치므로 조직의 성과를 높이는데 효과가 있을 것으로 예측된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing self-identity and menopausal symptoms their influence on level of depression in middle-aged woman. Methods: Participants were 135 middle-aged women who were living in city B, were 45-60 years old, informed of study purpose, and agreed to participate. Data were collected from December, 2012 to January, 2013 using scales measuring depression, self-identity, and menopausal symptoms. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ test, Pearson Correlation Coefficients, and Multiple Stepwise Regression. Results: Level of depression was low, self-identity was slightly high, and menopausal symptoms were relatively low in these middle-aged women. There were significant differences in depression by perceived health status and perceived economic status. Depression had a moderate negative correlation with self-identity (r=-.49, p<.001) and a moderate positive correlation with menopausal symptoms (r=.57, p<.001). Menopausal psychological symptoms were the factor most affecting depression and explained 37% of the variance in depression. A total of 51% of variance in depression was explained by menopausal symptoms (psychological and physical), self-identity, and perceived economic status. Conclusion: Thus, an effort to improve self-identity, especially a plan to attenuate menopausal psychological symptoms is needed to reduce depression.

Purpose This study aims to identify the factors that form the social identity of metaverse community users and to investigate the processes that influence engagement behavior. Specifically, this study is to verify the structural relationship between socio-technical factors and social identity of metaverse community. Furthermore, we would figure out the role of psychological ownership and virtual assets in engagement of metaverse community members. Design/methodology/approach Hypotheses were derived through literature research and a survey was conducted for users of the metaverse community. 357 collected responses were analyzed for the structural equitation modeling(SEM) with AMOS 24.0. Findings As a result of the study, all of the proposed hypotheses were supported. As a result, it was found that technical and social perceptions of the metaverse community platform had a positive effect on social identity. Social identity affects the intention to engage in the metaverse community through psychological ownership, and its influence is reinforced by the perceived value of virtual assets.

코로나19의 영향이 장기화되면서 오프라인 활동은 중단되었고 온라인 소통이 더욱 큰 비중을 차지하게 되었다. 한류와 인터넷 정보 기술의 비약적인 발전과 함께 다양한 엔터테인먼트 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼이 탄생했다. 팬들은 플랫폼을 통해 스타 및 다른 팬들과 소통하고 정보를 공유할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 방식은 엔터테인먼트 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼에 대한 사용자의 가치 지각을 향상하고 공감을 자아내며, 플랫폼 추천 의도를 강화할 수 있다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 엔터테인먼트 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼 내 사용자 간의 상호작용, 동일시와 추천 의도의 영향에 대해 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 팬과 콘텐츠 상호작용은 심리 동일시와 행위 동일시에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 팬과 팬의 상호작용은 심리 동일시와 행위 동일시에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 팬과 스타의 상호작용은 심리 동일시와 행위 동일시에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 심리 동일시와 행위 동일시는 커뮤니티 구성원의 추천 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 행위 동일시는 심리 동일시와 추천 의도의 관계 중에서 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석 결과를 토대로 연구의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 윤리적 리더십이 안전 행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴 보았을 뿐만 아니라, 이 두 변인 사이의 작동 기제(매개 변인) 및 조절 변인에 대해 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 윤리적 리더십과 안전 행동 사이에서 직원원들의 심리적 안전감이 매개할 것이며, 이에 더해 이들의 도덕 정체성 수준이 윤리적 리더십과 심리적 안전감 사이를 조절할 것이라는 가설을 설정하였다. 이를 실증적으로 검증하고자, 국내 기업에 재직 중인 227명의 직원들로부터 세 시점에 걸쳐서 수집한 설문 조사 자료를 활용하여 구조 방정식 모형 분석을 실시했다. 분석 결과, 윤리적 리더십은 구성원들의 심리적 안전감을 매개로 안전 행동을 향상시켰다. 이에 더해서, 도덕 정체성 수준은 윤리적 리더십이 심리적 안전감에 미치는 긍정적 영향력을 증폭시켰다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of prep-entrepreneurs psychological characteristics and entrepreneurial intention. For this purpose, this study established Positive psychological capital and Public self-consciousness as variables of psychological characteristics based on Social Identity Theory and, as factors affecting Positive psychological capital and Public self-consciousness, established Narcissism, Self-compassion and Career ambition as independent variables based on self-affirmation Theory. In order to verify research hypotheses, 358 questionnaires collected from prep-entrepreneurs were used for the empirical analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, narcissism and self-compassion has a positive effect on positive psychological capital. Second, career ambition has a positive effect on public self-consciousness. Third, positive psychological capital and public self-consciousness has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. As the outcome of Mediating effect positive psychological capital and public self-consciousness has a Mediating effect on the relationship between narcissism, self-compassion, career ambition and entrepreneurial intention. This study has a meaning in that it confirmed the influential relationship between the prep-entrepreneurs' psychological characteristics and entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, this study suggested its implications, limitations, and future research directions based on the study results.

Objectives: The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of gender role identity on major choice, and preference and choice of job for applicants of dental hygiene department. Methods: The subjects were 202 high school girl students visiting K university in October, 2014 and in January, 2015 for the interview of early and regular admission to the university. The questionnaire consisted of 3 questions of general characteristics of the subjects, 40 questions of gender role identity, and 6 questions of career choice factors. Gender role identity included 15 questions of masculinity, 15 questions of feminity, and 10 questions of neutral gender using instrument of Kim by Likert scale. Cronbach's alpha of masculinity, feminity, and neutral gender was 0.810, 0.762, and 0.801 respectively. The data were analyzed using ${\chi}^2$-test with SPSS Win 12.0. Results: The effects of gender role identity on major choice and professionalism were as follows. In major choice motivation, psychological type, feminity type and masculinity types selected aptitude, professional sustainability and recommendation by acquaintance in order, but undifferentiated type selected aptitude, recommendation by acquaintance and professional sustainability in order. There was a statistically significant difference(p<0.05). In major choice information, psychological, feminity and undifferentiated types prefer indirect experience but masculinity type prefers direct experience. There was a statistically significant difference(p<0.05) In job selection, psychological, feminity and undifferentiated types want to do assistant works rather than oral health prevention and education. Masculinity type want to do oral health prevention and education rather than assistant work. There was a statistically significant difference(p<0.001). Conclusions: The gender role identity affected the factors related to choice of major and job in dental hygiene major applicants. It is necessary to provide the career choice program for the high school students by personality types and gender role identity types.

I got the following result from the bibliographic study of disease in relation to sexual psychology. The results are follows. 1. Sexual disorder is divided sexual disfunction, paraphilias, gender identity disorder, homosexuality and that is subdivided fetishism, transvestic fetishism, pedophilia, exhibitionism, voyerism, sexual masochism, sexual sadism, frotteurism, gender identity disorder of childhood, gender identity disorder of youth and adult, intersexual disorders. 2. In korean oriental medicine mainly refer to sexual disfunction, and sexual psychological disorder include Hwajeon(花癲), Buinmongio(婦人夢交), Guabusani disease(寡婦師尼病). 3. Social psychologic cause and, oedipus complex, sexual hormone induce sexual psychological disorder but in korean oriental medicine, recognized sexual psychological disorder place under the category of sexual disfunction. 4. The latest medicine has various medical treatment in sexual disorder as avoidence conditioning, medication, role playing, behavior modification, psychoanalysis theraphy but in korean oriental medicine has only medication theraphy, so need more introduction of medical treatment.
