The aim of this study is to show how much career management system of hospital affect the psychological state and career effectiveness for hospital employees. The research was dealing the issues about hospital's career management system which affect organizational engagement. Moreover, these psychological factors have to be analyzed in the relation of career effectiveness. Finally, based on the analyzed results, this study has provide useful information for hospital management to establish efficient and productive human resources-management measures in therms to increase in organizational engagement and career commitment of employees as well. Questionnaires were distributed to employees who are working in hospital located in Seoul city. We found that career management support systems have a significant effect on job engagement. In addition, job engagement influences significantly career commitment. Conclusion and implications are discussed.
The purpose of this study is to provide some basic materials for the efficient hospital management through administrating manpower, by analyzing the influence of empowerment, which is recognized by the Physical therapist, in the respects of their general characteristics, working at the hospital which provides rehabilitative therapy on Job involvement and organizational commitment. First, the average of overall empowerment was 3.37. Second, the degree of the Job involvement was 3.39 and organizational commitment was 3.37 in average. Third, the study found out that higher the meaning of psychological empowerment and its impact and increased development chance, resources supper and information offer in structural empowerment positively influenced both job involvement and organizational commitment drastically.
Purpose: This study evaluated the effect of customer relationship management (CRM) on customer's brand loyalty in the holistic perspective of relational benefits, relationship quality and relation value. This paper attempted to find out the psychological process that links the relational benefits and brand loyalty. Methods: The data was collected by using the structured questionnaires to VIP customers and general customers of major domestic banks. The proposed research model is empirically tested using 324 valid questionnaires using SPSS 23 and AMOS 23. Results: This research indicated the partially positive relationship between the relational benefits and relation values, and between relational benefits and relationship quality. The relation value and relationship quality positively affects the relation commitment and the relation commitment also positively affects brand loyalty. This study also shows that the relation value affects the brand loyalty through the mediation of relation commitment, but also the relationship quality affects the brand loyalty through the media of relation commitment. Conclusions: This study investigates the role of perceptional factors(relational value and relationship quality) and affective factors(relation commitment) to find the relationship between relational benefits and brand loyalty. It also suggest the relative influence of relational benefits on relation value.

The purpose of this study is to examine the dynamic relationships among locus of control as a individual traits, the three organizational equity factors(distributive equity, procedural equity and interactional equity), individual attitudes and behaviors(job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention). In this study, we designed research model based on extensive literature review and tested each hypothesis through empirical analysis of which single public organization was the subject. The results are as follows : locus of control negatively affect all the three equity factors. And distributive equity positively affect job satisfaction whereas both procedural equity and interactional equity positively affect organizational commitment. Also only organizational commitment not job satisfaction positively affect turnover intention. The various implications to manage organizational equity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment and the limitations of the study and directions for future research were discussed.

Although several studies have been conducted on unification and the life of North Korean refugees, there have been few studies comparing the characteristics of North Korean refugees with South Korean workers, in terms of human resources in business administration. By considering the limitations of these prior studies, this study analyzed whether there are differences in factors affecting organizational commitment and turnover intention through a group comparative analysis between North Korean refugees and South Korean workers. For a comparative analysis between the two groups, we recruited 145 workers from North Korea and 213 South Korea-born workers. We found the following results with a multi-group structural equation model. We confirmed the measurement homogeneity by ensuring that both groups were equally aware of the measurement tools affecting organizational commitment and turnover intentions. As a result of testing the homogeneity of measurement, we also confirmed that there was a significant difference in optimism between the two groups; optimism affects organizational commitment and among social supports, affectionate support and interaction support affect organizational commitment. Analyzing the path between the two groups, we first were able to find that optimism influenced organizational commitment for both groups, in relation to positive psychological capital. However, in terms of degree, South Korean workers were found to be strongly affected. Second, with regard to social support, we were not able to find that affectionate support and interaction support have a significant impact on organizational commitment for South Korean workers, while for North Korean refugees, we confirmed that both supports have a significant impact. Third, we were unable to find any differences between the two group, in terms of other sub-components of positive psychological capital (self-efficacy, hope, and resiliency) or the sub-components of social support (informational support, tangible support). These results suggest that companies or managers employing North Korean refugee workers need to create an organizational environment that allows them to perceive social support, especially affectionate support and interaction support.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of person-organization fit(PO fit) and person-job fit(PJ fit) on positive psychological capital at both team-level and individual-level. Present study intends to confirm the effectiveness through theoretical considerations and empirical analysis of positive organizational behaviors. This is expected to strengthen the basis of positive organizational behavior studies and provide the foundation to integrate positive organizational behavior to the actual organization. In order to test the hypotheses, the data were collected from multiple domestic organizations and composed 47 team-level and 244 individual-level data. For the analysis, hierarchical linear modelling(HLM) were conducted. The results of this study are as follows. PO fit and PJ fit had significant relationships with positive psychological capital at both team-level and individual-level. Also, in the relationship between the attitudes and behaviors of the members and positive psychological capital, the positive psychological capital was found to have significant effect on affective commitment and organizational citizen behaviors. The implications of this study according to the results as follows. Positive relationships of psychological capital with the antecedents and consequences variables, it is necessary for the management to magnify the strength of members in the actual operation at the organization level. Such the management of positive psychological capital can be suggested as a new approach method for achievement of the organization's goals and visions.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of dental hygienists' grit, job satisfaction, and job commitment on dental hygiene job performance and the mediating effects of job satisfaction and job commitment on the relationship between grit. Methods: From May 25 to June 13, 2022, the researcher collected and analyzed data from 213 dental hygienists working at dental hospitals and clinics. For the data analysis, SPSS Statistics 21.0 was applied to conduct a t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: Grit was in charge of preventive work (scaling) (3.38±0.56, p<0.05), and the lower the stress (3.39±0.57, p<0.05), the higher the grit. Dental hygiene job performance was higher when they worked in Gwangju, Jeolla-do (3.88±0.50, p<0.01), and dental clinics (3.85±0.53, p<0.01). Job satisfaction (3.45±0.49, p<0.05) and job commitment (3.28±0.56, p<0.05) were high, as they had at least a bachelor's degree. Less job stress was associated with higher job satisfaction (3.71±0.42, p<0.001) and job commitment (3.52±0.65, p<0.001). Job satisfaction and commitment had partial mediating effects on the relationship between dental hygienists' grit and job performance. Conclusions: It is necessary to develop a program that helps improve grit in dental hygienists to strengthen their psychological resources, job satisfaction, and job commitment.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify team commitment affecting employees' innovative activities and factors affecting team commitment including empowerment by leaders and job enrichment factors. In other words, so as to explain outcome variables of innovative activities, this study aims to emphasize employees' attachment roles towards their groups within nomological network, and identify the motives encouraging employees' innovative activities. The research purpose is significant due to the realistic situation of hotel industry. The reason why innovative activities are important can be found in recent changes of business environment. Also, unlike other various studies on precedence factors encouraging employees' innovative activities, this study classified those precedence factors into job and leader characteristics, and it emphasized the importance of team commitment as the process that job and leader characteristics are connected to innovative activities. Research design, data and methodology - The survey for this study was conducted during October 6th ~ November 10th in 2014 to the employees who are working in 5-star hotels in Korea. As for the selection of hotels and sampling method, convenience sampling method was used to the employees in 5-star hotels. Self-report method was used in the survey, judging that the employees' characteristics would be relatively homogeneous. 311 questionnaires were distributed in total, and 275 reponses were collected. After excluding the missing and unreliable responses, 245 questionnaires were used in the research. SPSS and AMOS programs were used for the analysis. Results - First, empowering leadership had positive effects on hotel employees' team commitment. It indicates that hotel employees are more committed to their team when their leaders set examples, provide information, and involve employees in decision-making process. Second, as a result of the relationship analysis in task diversity, task significance, task identity and team commitment, task diversity and task significance had significant effect on team commitment, while task identity had no significant effect on team commitment. It indicates that team commitment is enhanced when the employees can conduct diverse types of jobs and get more opportunities to talk with the guests. Also, the repetition for the same jobs in hotel rooms and the space for preparing food and beverage do not lead to team commitment, even though the employees fulfill their duties to the end. Third, hotel employees' team commitment has positive effect on their innovative activities. It indicates that employees voluntarily conduct innovative activities when they are attached to their team and identifies themselves with the team. Conclusions - There are theoretical and practical implications in this study. First, in terms of the theoretical perspective, this study proposes structural framework in team commitment, and it identifies the psychological mechanism in team commitment from the aspect of social exchange, which resulted in identification of precedence factors related to team commitment. In addition, this study presents new possibilities for relevant studies about team commitment by examining the effect on team commitment when the importance of innovative activities is emphasized in recent business environment.

The Purposes of this study are to examine the relationship benefit perception of fashion product consumers and how their benefit perception influences oil long-term relationship intention, and to construct a model of long-term relationship intention. The data was obtained from a survey of 540 females over 20years old living in seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Gwangju-city during June in 2004. It was analyzed by frequency, reliability, factor analyses. The results of the survey were: 1 , Relationship benefits perceived by fashion product consumers were informational benefit, psychological benefit, special treatment benefit, economical benefit, and social benefit. 2. Relationship benefit influenced on satisfaction, trust, commitment, and commitment influenced on long-term relationship intention finally The findings of this study are expected to strengthen the necessity of applying customer relationship management for the fashion market.
