한국 의사들의 우울과 이에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Factors Affecting Depression of Korean Physicians)

  • Objectives This study aims to assess the status quo of depression among Korean physicians and identify stressors and psychiatric assets related to it. Methods The questionnaire was designed to assess depression, stressors, burnout and psychiatric assets. 343 physicians were included in the analyses. Results Physician depression in Korea was found to be related to several daily life stressors and occupational stressors. It was also related to higher burnout and lower psychological assets. Physicians who reported workplace problems, familial problems, and mannerism were at higher risk of depression while who reported passion (in psychiatric assets) were at lower risk of depression. Conclusions This study identified factors affecting physician depression in Korea. Further research would benefit physicians and their patients by identifying and testing various, including personal and organizational, intervention methods.

운전행동 결정요인을 이용한 위험운전자의 판별 (Discriminating Risky Drivers Using Driving Behavior Determinants)

  • 본 연구는 위험한 운전행동을 일으킬 수 있는 운전자의 성격과 태도요인, 즉 운전행동 결정요인의 영향력을 밝히고, 이들 요인을 통해 위험운전자를 판별해낼 수 있는 타당한 방법을 개발하기 위해 시행되었다. 성인 운전자 534명을 대상으로 조사한 결과, 다섯 가지의 운전행동 결정요인들(문제회피성향, 이익/자극 추구, 대인불안, 대인분노, 공격성)은 운전자의 다양한 위험운전행동들에 통계적으로 유의한 수준의 영향력을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 이들 요인을 이용하여 운전자들을 위험도에 따라 별개의 집단(일반운전자, 비의도적 위험운전자, 의도적 위험운전자)으로 구분할 수 있었다. 이 같은 결과는 운전자의 성격과 태도와 같은 심리적 요인들을 통해 운전자의 위험행동 수준을 예측하는 것이 가능하다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 추후 연구들을 통해 본 연구에서 다룬 운전행동 결정요인 모델과 그 기준 점수체계를 보완한다면, 운전자의 위험성향을 사전에 예측하고 문제점을 확인하여 그에 따른 차별적 안전운전 교육서비스를 제공하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

소비자 추구혜택과 관심도 및 태도가 기능성건강식품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Consumer's Benefits and Attitudes on the Functional Health Food Purchasing Intention)

  • 본 연구는 소비자가 기능성건강식품을 구매하는데 있어서 소비자 추구혜택, 관심도 및 태도가 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였으며, 소비자의 구매의도 행동패턴을 조사하여 맞춤형 제품 개발을 위한 마케팅전략 수립 등, 경쟁력 제고의 기틀을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상인 기능성건강식품에 대한 범위는 생체조절 기능성식품인 건강기능식품은 물론, 기능기호성식품, 기능성영양식품까지 포함하여 기능성건강식품으로 조작 명명하고 분석에 적용하였다. 연구수행을 위하여 전국에 거주하는 20대~60대의 건강기능식품을 섭취한 사람들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종적으로 2016년 9월에 353부의 자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 인구사회학적 특성을 통제변수로 하는 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 심리적 추구혜택, 둘째, 기능성 건강관심도와 건강관심도, 셋째, 건강관리 태도와 건강식품 태도가 기능성건강식품 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 소비자 전반의 요구를 파악하고 일반화시키는데 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다. 아울러 실증적인 소비자 행동관련 분석 결과를 제공하므로 기능성식품 소재개발 등 국내외 기능성건강식품 산업의 양적 질적인 성장에 기여할 것으로 사료되는 바이다.

중국 중서부 지역(운남성) 대학생들의 소비자 행동연구(제 2보): 의복추구혜택에 따른 세분시장의 소비자특성 (A Study of College students's Consumer Behavior of the Midwest(Yunnam) in China(Part II): The Consumer's Traits of Market Segmentation Based on the Apparel Benefits)

  • This study investigates consumer's traits of market segmentation based on the apparel benefits. The subjects were 302 college students living in Yunnam, China. The mean, ANOVA, factor analysis, Duncan test, and K-means cluster analysis were used for statisticals analysis. The results of this study are as follows. The college students were classified, into six subdivisions, according to the apparel benefits by cluster analysis: indifference group, utility pursuit group, hedonic/brand pursuit group, individuality pursuit group, social recognition/fashion pursuit group, and pursuit benefits-minded group. In the factors of happiness-pursuing and life-centered of materialism, significant differences were found according to the groups of apparel benefits, and all factors of symbolic consumption and brand loyalty were found to have significant differences according to the groups of apparel benefits. The evaluation criteria of clothing were significantly different, depending on apparel benefits subdivision in criteria of aesthetic, socio-psychological, and utility. The use of information was shown to have significant differences, according to the groups of apparel benefits. The study results are highly expected to be utilized as useful sources in marketing plans for the midwest of China.

고령사회 노인주거지원정책에 관한 연구 (A Study of Elderly Residing Support Policy in Advanced Age Society)

  • By population graying, elderly residing problem is risen by social problem. Specially, because residing is occupying many parts in psychological sentimentalize stability of elderly senescence, it is misgovernment that suitable countermeasure is pressing hereupon with governmental interest so that elderly age may can inhabit to suitable residing space. The purposes of this research used content analysis method about elderly residing support policy laying stress on data of elderly residing support policy connection literature, virtue research etc.. and research result is as following ; First, as elderly residing connection equipment is permitted by common people subject operation in government burden gradually in van abroad including our country, supply of elderly equipment is spreading. Second, support about elderly dependent is introducing house priority supply system to financial favors benefit and income tax exemption, aged parents supporter being increasing. Third, through reconstruction and so on of house, real elderly's ashes are developing by support policy. Also, is administering elderly residing support policy by total service that can support elderly aging in place.

Male Consumers' Behaviour in a High-Priced Clothing Market - Based on Depth Interviews for Brand Image Evaluation -

  • Since the Korean economic crisis in 1997, consumers are selecting goods that are more economical and more reasonably priced. Markets for wealthy people, however, have seldom been influenced by economic conditions. Consequently, 'noble marketing' is a new term that marketers should become acquainted with (Kim, 1998). The continuously expanding 'noble market' that generates high profit for marketers needs to be explored, especially the men's wear market. This study adopted a qualitative method (i.e., in-depth interview) with 16 male consumers each. These men who spent more than 3,600,000 won on apparel goods in 2000 and each man had purchased at least one item-suit, jacket, trousers, or coat-from a list of high-priced brands that were selected by the researcher. Findings imply that material or functional benefit of the high-priced apparel were not a critical determinant for choosing the brand. Rather, a socially well-established image for the brand name, especially in terms of psychological/symbolic appeal, played a more important role. This finding supported previous studies. Therefore, for high-priced men s wear, the role of promotion, including advertising or word of mouth, is critical; the image that advertisers should promote is one that characterizes the clothing, and ultimately the wearers, as dignified, legitimate, traditional, and upper class.

한국과 일본 근로자의 프리젠티즘과 스트레스, 건강문제, 결근율, 생산성의 관계 (The relationship of stress, health problems, absenteeism, productivity and presenteeism in Korean and Japanese workers)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of stress, health problems, absenteeism, productivity and presenteeism in Korean and Japanese workers. Methods : Data was collected from April 12 to July 18, 2008 in both countries. The content of questionnaires was demographic factors, stress and the Stanford Presenteeism Scale. Korean data from 810 workers was collected and Japanese data from 822 workers was collected by same questionnaires of both language. SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0 programs were used for data analysis. Results : The major health problems in relation to the impaired presenteeism of Korean workers were dizziness, allergy, headache and dysmenorrhea, and for Japanese workers were arthritis, depression, and diabetes mellitus. Impaired presenteeism was increasing when the numbers of health problems were increasing in both countries. In Korean workers, job-related stress and the numbers of health problems directly affected presenteeism. In Japanese workers, job-related stress, life-related stress and the numbers of health problems directly affected presenteeism. Conclusions : Health managers should include physical and psychological health management programs for presenteeism control in workplace. They can obtain a greater benefit through both programs.

동종 조혈모세포이식을 받은 환자에서 운동중재의 효과 (Effectiveness of Physical Exercise in Patients Undergoing Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation)

  • Purpose: To summarize and review the methodological quality of the evidence from trials examining the effectiveness of physical exercise in patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (Allo-HSCT). Methods: Six randomized clinical trials (RCTs) were identified, reviewed for substantive results, and assessed for methodological quality. Results: Six trials met all methodological criteria on the modified Jadad score above 3 out of 5 points. Failure to blind the outcome assessor, and failure to describe the method of blinding of outcome assessor appropriately were the most prevalent methodological shortcomings. Various exercise modalities have been applied, differing in content, frequency, intensity, and duration. Positive results have been observed in part for a diverse set of outcomes, including physical and psychological performance. Conclusion: The trials reviewed in this study were of moderate methodological quality. They suggest that exercise in patients undergoing Allo-HSCT may be safe and feasible, and in part patients benefit from increased physical performance both during and after transplantation. Future RCTs should use larger samples, appropriate comparison groups, and a standard of outcome measures, and examine what kind of exercise intervention (aerobic vs. resistance vs. combined) is the most effective for Allo-HSCT patients. It would be necessary to define contraindication for exercise to guarantee its safety.

부산시 생활보호대상 독거 노인의 가정간호 요구 조사 (Home Care Nursing Needs of Welfare Solitude Elderly Person in Pusan City)

  • This study was carried out to assess home health care needs for welfare of solitude elderly person. The subjects of this study were 90 welfare solitude elderly person in Pusan City. Data were obtained by interview and observation using a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA with SAS program. The results are as follows. 1. Among the home care nursing needs, environmental nursing needs topped the list, followed by spiritual, physical, psychological, communication & health knowledge and ADL nursing needs. 2. Home care nursing needs showed a significant differences by the general characteristic of the respondents. .In the age, there were significant differences in physical and communication & health knowledge nursing needs. .In the religion, there were significant differences in spiritual nursing needs. .In the marital status, there were significant differences in environmental nursing needs. .In the nursing provider, there were singificant differences in ADL, environmental and communication & health knowledge nursing needs. .In the medical benefit, there were significant differences in ADL, environmental, physical and communication & health knowledge nursing needs. .In the disease, there were significant differences in ADL nursing needs.. .In the household maintenance, there were significant differences in environmental nursing needs.

의복선택기준 예측변인 연구 (A study on the Predictors of criteria on Clothing Selection)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the predictable variables of criteria on clothing selection. Relationships among criteria on clothing selection, psychological variable, lifestyle variable, and demographic variable were tested by Pearsons' correlation coefficients and One-way ANOVA. The predictors of criteria on clothing selection were identified by Regression. The consumers were classified into several benefit-segments by criteria on clothing selection, and then, the character of each segment were identified by Multiple Discriminant Analysis. Data was obtained from 593 women living in Pusan by self-administered questionnaires. The results of the study were as follows; 1. Relationship between criteria on clothing selection and relative variables. 1) The important variables to criteria on clothing selection were "down-to-earth-sophisticated", "traditional-morden", "conventional-different", "conscientious-expendient", need for exhibitionism, need for sex, fashion / appearance. 2) The important factor of clothing selection criteria was comfort and it has significant difference among ages. 3) The higher of social-economic status have the more appearance-oriented selection. 2. Predictors of criteria on clothing selection. There were several important predictors of criteria on clothing selection like lifestyle, need, and self-image. Especially, fashion / appearance in lifestyle variable was very important. 3. Segmentation by the criteria on clothing selection. There are four groups Classified by the criteria on clothing selection, that is practical-oriented group, appearance-oriented group, practical and appearance-oriented group, and indifference group. The significant discriminative variables were Fashion / appearance factor, need for exhibitionism, and need for sex. The result of this study can be used for a enterprise to analysis the consumer and to build the strategy of advertisement clothing.
