A comparative study on the chemical compositions of precipitations from February 1993 to April 1993 in Sungnam city of Kyunggi province, Inchon city, Kangneung city of Kangwon province, and Chongwon-gun of Chungbuk province has been performed. The metal cation and anion concentrations were measured by atomic absorption spectrometer and ion liquid chromatography, respectively. pH/Ion meter and direct nesslerization method were used for the concentration measurements of $H^+$ and $NH^{4+}$ ions, respectively. The quantitative orders of the cation and anion average concentrations, correlation coefficients between the ion concentrations, and pH values are used for chemical analysis on the environmental pollution and pollutant sources in the urban, surburban, seaside, and rural areas of the Korean Peninsula.

This study was carried out to investigate the seroprevalence of Neospora caninum infection in dairy cattle of northern Gyeonggi province in Korea. A total of 716 dairy cattle from 14 dairy farms were tested for the presence of antibodies against N. caninum using a commercial ELISA test kit. Herd and individual seroprevalences of N. caninum were 92.8% (13/14) and 23.1% (166/716), respectively. The seroprevalence of dairy cattle according to age was the highest at 49~72 months (27.4%), but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). No significant relationship between N. caninum seropositivity with the herd size of the dairy farms was found (P>0.05). The results indicate that N. caninum infection spreads widely in dairy farms of northern Gyeonggi province in Korea.

As regaining the overland route with Eurasian continent that lost because of the division of Korea into north and south, We have lived as people in a island country actually for the last 60 years. we should extend the racial imagination that lean toward the ocean to the continent again. As we present the use of efficient overland distribution transportation that is endowed with the fitness of the Gangwon province's plan to make a new developing opportunity physically and mentally. we would seek the revitalization of Gangwon economy and inter Korean trade.

Cu (II) detection is of great importance owing to its significant function in various biological processes. In this report, we developed a novel coumarin-based chemosensor bearing the salicylaldimine unit (2) for $Cu^{2+}$ selective detection. The results from fluorescence spectra demonstrated that the sensor could selectively recognize $Cu^{2+}$ over other metal cations and the detection limit is as low as $0.2{\mu}M$. Moreover, the confocal fluorescence imaging in HepG2 cells illustrated its potential for biological applications.

This study focused on the consumers' recognition of regional cuisine in Kyonggi province. Above all, the study was conducted being related to the tourism merchandising strategy based on the purposes of this study such as the establishment of concept of regional cuisine in Kyonggi province, its recognition and interest, and literature study was also conducted with empirical study. The results are as follows: First, to the question about whether they know the regional cuisine in Kyonggi province or not, 44% of respondents answered they don't know it well, which means recognition is very low. Second, to the question about the recognition of regional cuisine in Kyonggi province, Sujebi(a clear soup with wheat flakes in it) and Nengkonggugsu(iced bean noodles) of main dish, Samgyetang (chicken broth with ginseng and other ingredients) and Galbitang(beef-rib soup) of side dish, Moguachunghwachae(honeyed juice mixed with a Chinese quince as a punch) of drinks, and Kaedduck(a pie-shaped cake made of some rough flower) of desserts were highly recognized.

Anhui Province, with a total north-south length of 570km and an east-west width of 450km and a total area of 139.6 thousand km2, accounts for 1.45% of China's total area. The landform and land feature of Anhui Province is diverse, and generally it can be divided into 5 natural regions: (1) Huaibei Plain; (2) Jianghuai Hillocks; (3) Dabie Mountains in the West of Anhui Province; (4) Yanjiang Plain, (5) Mountain Area of southern Anhui Province. Anhui Province is located in the transitional zone of warm and humid zone and subtropical zone, and its mean annual precipitation is 800-1800mm. The province, which has diverse climate, multiple land forms and many rivers and lakes, passes three basins (Huaihe River, Yangtze River and Xin'an River) and has large differences in the time distribution and regional distribution of water resource. Therefore, the development and usage conditions of the water resource in different regions are different.

The aim of this study is to find the strategic industries that fulfills the on-site demands of the Gyeonggi province region related to the advancement and development of the local industries. As the results of the analysis, the 4 major strategic industries in the Gyeonggi province region were determined to be (1) electronic component, computer, visual, acoustic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing, (2) pulp, paper and paper product manufacturing, (3) medical substances and pharmaceutical product manufacturing, and (4) rubber and plastic product manufacturing. The industry of concordance between the 4 major strategic industry of the Gyeonggi province determined in this Study and the 13 future growth engine industry of Korea was the area of intelligent semiconductor. Accordingly, it was analyzed that there is a need to strategically cultivate the electrical and electronic telecommunication device industry, which is ranked the $1^{st}$among the strategic industries of Gyeonggi province by generating synergic effects with the policy of the government for nurturing of intelligent semiconductor industry.

Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale (ORT) causes pneumonia, airsacculitis, and pleuritis in chickens and other avian species. Little is known about the seroprevalence of ORT in layer chickens in Gyeonggi province, South Korea. The purpose of this study was to determine the seroprevalence of ORT in layer chickens in Gyeonggi province, South Korea from May to September 2019. A total of 460 chickens in 28 flocks were tested for antibodies to ORT by using commercial enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit. The seroprevalence of ORT antibodies in the flocks was 100% (28/28) and the overall seroprevalence in individual chickens was 98.91% (455/460). This survey indicated the high seroprevalence of ORT in layer chickens in Gyeonggi province, South Korea. Therefore, measures should be executed to control ORT in layer chickens in this province.

Ando et al found the root of Ginseng contained an active peptide which had anti-lipolysis funrtion when they studied effective components of Ginseng to cure diabetes mellitus in 1980. In recent years we were making lots of the researches on the Ginseng polypeptide. We obtained a 14 peptide which could decrease levels of blood sugar and hepatic glycogen. However, amino acid composition of the peptide differs from one reported by Ando et al. The results of its purification, structure and functure and function were reported in this paper.
