  • The GNUnet in P2P system have solved an anonymous(publisher, storer, demander); a service of condition equal for peer. The GNUnet for an anonymous has separated a file and dispersed to the network. But, the 1Kbyte block size of the GNUnet is a creation of many additional block. I and R block has created with indirect point of D block The waste of I and R block appeared to 4% of the original file and the additional network traffic for the block transmission. To resolve the problems, this paper proposes an new scheme of file splitting distribution using P2P networks with the new GNUnet protocol, The GNUnet support minimization of the additional block and for a network traffic. It proposed an efficiency improvement of encording block and routing algorithm.

  • The overlay multicast that has been recently presented as IP alternative for the IP multicast has been getting much persuasion by the computing power of the hardware and the advancement of the network techniques to enforce Routing in application-level. In an overlay multicast, the system resource and the network bandwidth must be utilized efficiently to service real-time HDTV images. Specifically, the system must consider the delay and the jitter that can be incurred at the application-level. In this paper, we implement a server and a client to broadcast HDTV, in the session composed by the existing overlay multicast protocol. The broadcasting server performs the service using a TV tuner, An HDTV camcorder, and files, clients constituting a multicast group relay the received data to other clients. At this time, the information that the clients report periodically, including their delay and the network state, to the server is used as an important information to maintain an overlay session. The implementation is based on the DirectX and its performance is evaluated by the LAN test bed that has been set.

  • The multicast transmitting the real-time data to groups may easily have many attacks from abnormal attacks because it has many links as compared to the unicast. The existing group key management architectures for preventing these problems are designed for protocols suitable for a large scale. Thus these architectures applied to a small scale routing protocols may have many overheads with key distribution and a constant core tree. Therefore this paper proposes a groups key management protocol for a secure multicast in PIM-SM multicast group communication. The proposed method divide multicast groups with RO(Rendezvous-Point), and subgroup key managers are established in each RP and can be transmitted groups keys between senders and receivers, so the security cannel is set up for secure data transfer, And this does not have needs of the data translation for group keys and the new key distribution for path change. As a result of this, the data transmission time can be reduced.

  • Wireless sensor network(WSN) has the potential to greatly effect many aspects of u-healthcare. By outfitting the potential with WSN, wearable sensor node can collects real-time data on physiological status and transmits through base station to server PC. However, there is a significant gap between WSN and healthcare. WSN has the limited resource about computing capability and data transmission according to bio-sensor sampling rates and channels to apply healthcare system. If a wearable node transmits ECG and accelerometer data of 4 channel sampled at 100 Hz, these data may occur high loss packets for transmitting human activity and ECG to server PC. Therefore current wearable sensor nodes have to solve above mentioned problems to be suited for u-healthcare system. Most WSN based activity and ECG monitoring system have been implemented some algorithms which are applied for signal vector magnitude(SVM) algorithm and ECG noise algorithm in server PC. In this paper, A wearable sensor node using integrated ECG and 3-axial accelerometer based on wireless sensor network is designed and developed. It can form multi-hop network with relay nodes to extend network range in WSN. Our wearable nodes can transmit 1-channel activity data processed activity classification data vector using SVM algorithm to 3-channel accelerometer data. ECG signals are contaminated with high frequency noise such as power line interference and muscle artifact. Our wearable sensor nodes can remove high frequency noise to clear original ECG signal for healthcare monitoring.

  • Satellite communications consist of communications between base stations of the ground and satellites. For efficient satellite communications, ground networks should be organically utilized. Grid networks are frequently used in and outside the country for wireless communications. The performance of wireless communications is determined by mobility, topography, and jamming signals. Therefore, continuous studies of grid networks are necessary for the utilization of next period satellite networks. Since military communications are used based on wireless systems, they can be considered as a sample of utilization of grid networks. Therefore, this paper presented the results of simulations conducted for the improvement of the performance of the grid networks used in military communications that employing the OSPF, a popular routing protocol for military applications. First we investigate the effects of changing the bit error rate (BER) and number of routers. Then we discuss the effects of maximum segment size (MSS) on network behavior and stability. In this way, we can determine the appropriate MSS for a grid network under various values of BER and number of routers. Such results can be also applied to commercial grid network evaluations.

  • Mobile Ad-hoc networks have recently attracted a lot of attention in the research community as well as in industry. Although the previous research mainly focused on various of Ad-hoc in routing we consider, in this paper, how to efficiently support applications such as variable Geocasting basd on Ad-hoc networks. The goal of a geocasting protocol is deliver data packets to a group of nodes that are located within a specified geocasting region. Previous research that support geocast service in mobilie computing based on Ad-hoc have the non-optimization problem of data delivery path, overhead by frequent reconstruction of the geocast tree, and service disruption problem. In this paper, we propose the mobility pattern based geocast technique using variable service range according to the mobility of destination node and resource reservation to solve this problem. The experimental results show that our proposed mechanism has improved performance than previous research.

  • We show improved throughput scaling laws for an ultra-wide band (UWB) ad hoc network, in which n wireless nodes are randomly located. First, we consider the case where a modified hierarchical cooperation (HC) strategy is used. Then, in a dense network of unit area, our result indicates that the derived throughput scaling depends on the path-loss exponent ${\alpha}$ for certain operating regimes due to the power-limited characteristics. It also turns out that the HC protocol is dominant for 2 < ${\alpha}$ < 3 while using the nearest multihop (MH) routing leads to a higher throughput for ${\alpha}{\geq}3$. Second, the impact and benefits of infrastructure support are analyzed, where m base stations (BSs) are regularly placed in UWB networks. In this case, the derived throughput scaling depends on ${\alpha}$ due to the power-limited characteristics for all operating regimes. Furthermore, it is shown that the total throughput scales linearly with parameter m as m is larger than a certain level. Hence, the use of either HC or infrastructure is helpful in improving the throughput of UWB networks in some conditions.

  • MPLS which integrates routing of layer 3 and switching of layer 2, enables support for fast forwarding, traffic engineering and virtual private network services. GSMP is open interface protocol between a label switch and a controller, and it provides connection, configuration, event, performance management and synchronization. In the GSMP open interface, the functions of network management can be located either in the controller or in the label switch. To simplify the label switch and enhance the efficiency of resources, we adopt the network management model, in which the SNMP agent is located in the controller and is interworked with the GSMP. We presented the interworking scenrios between the GSMP and the network management of MPLS. We implemented the controller to verify the realization of our adopted network management model, and measured the connection setup delay of the provisioned connection.

  • Multiprocessor system on chip (MPSoC) platform has set a new innovative trend for the System on Chip (SoC) design. With the rapidly approaching billion transistors era, some of the main problem in deep sub-micron technologies characterized by gate lengths in the range of 60-90 nm will arise from non scalable wire delays, errors in signal integrity and un-synchronized communication. These problems may be addressed by the use of Network on Chip (NOC) architecture for future SoC. Most future SoCs will use network architecture and a packet based communication protocol for on chip communication. This paper presents an adaptive wormhole routing with proactive turn prohibition to guarantee deadlock free on chip communication for NOC architecture. It shows a simple muting architecture with five full-duplex, flit-wide communication channels. We provide simulation results for message latency and compare results with those of dimension ordered techniques operating at the same link rates.
