The purpose of this research is to clarify the effect that group art therapy with ceramics affects aggression and impulse for juvenile delinquent. The experimental domain of this study was implemented with 24 juvenile delinquent suspended from protective dispositions for them who were in long-term juvenile sheltered housing about for 12 years. These subjects were selected from among juvenile delinquent between 14 to 20 years age who were entrusted from court to the Juvenile Protection Education Institute located in G area. 12 people were randomly assigned each experimental domain and control domain; experimental group was implemented group art therapy with ceramics whereas there was anything to control group. The program was designed once a week and 90minutes each 12 sessions. The result of this study show that control group at variable related aggression was not significantly changed at posttest. In case of experimental group, here was significantly changed as a whole, also sub factor such as physical aggression showed considerable change so that the first hypothesis was supported In addition, experimental group showed the considerable change at sub factor of motor impulsiveness so that the second hypothesis was supported whereas control group at impulse variable was not significantly changed during pretest and posttest. This study results conclude that the juvenile delinquent participating group art therapy with ceramics represents the effect on reduction of aggression and motor impulsiveness. We expect this result will be used as further base line data for juvenile delinquent.
The purpose of this study was to investigate of the sexual behavior, attitude and knowledge of delinquence adolescents. Data were collected by self-report from 224 delinquence adolescents of the juvenile protection and education organizations in Gwangju city from June 18 to 21, 2002 in Korea. The results were as follows; The concern of subjects on sexual education was pregnancy, delivery and miscarriage(17.4%), date with boy-girl mends(13.9%) and sexually transmitted disease/AIDS(13.1%). The experiences of sexual behavior was masturbation(86.5%), sexual intercourse(79.6%), sexual desire(70.0%) and pregnancy(27.6%). There were statistically significant differences between age and contraception(p<0.05), age and pregnancy(p<0.05). The average score for sex attitude was 38.32. The average score for sex knowledge was 7.65. There were statistically significant correlation between sex attitude and sexual intercourse(p<0.01), sex knowledge and intercourse(p<0.05), sex knowledge and contraception(p<0.05), sex attitude and pregnancy (p<0.05), sex knowledge and sexual desire(p<0.05). In conclusion, juvenile delinquence adolescents should be educated on sexuality continuously to express there sexual behavior patterns with the right morality and knowledge in any sexual arousal situation.
The purpose of this research is to find out teachers' understanding and recognition about the water and the water environment education and to suggest the strategies of water education at school based on survey results. Results of the study are as follows: First, teachers had high level of water related knowledge and awareness about importance of the water environment education. However, they showed low level of environment educational efforts and environment protection behaviour in daily life. Second, they had a little chance to have the educational training for the water environment education. Third, the water environment education at schools has been made in very restricted areas such as water related scientific knowledge and water pollution. Fourth, teachers pointed out the biggest obstacle for the water environment education would be the lack of teaching materials and the second biggest one was the lack of educational facilities at schools. Based on the survey results, it was found out that in order to improve the water environment education at schools, substantial research by the teachers shall be implemented for all teachers of every subject to build up their capacity in adapting the water education to their subjects.
BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: This study aimed to compare student consumption of school meals by school level, to identify the influencing factors of school meal consumption, and to assess improvement needs of school food service among students. SUBJECTS/METHODS: A total of 1,441 elementary, middle, and high school students attending 58 schools in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea participated in the survey in 2015. A questionnaire and informed consent forms for students and legal guardians were sent home and completed responses were returned to the researcher. RESULTS: Approximately 58% of the students perceived the portion sizes of school meals as appropriate and 76.1% consumed almost all or all of the meals served. More elementary and middle school students than high school students consumed almost all or all of the meals (P < 0.001). A regression analysis revealed that the students with a higher dietary behavior score (P < 0.001), higher satisfaction with food service (P < 0.001), a higher environmental protection practice score (P < 0.05), and more positive attitudes toward school meals (P < 0.01) consumed significantly more meals. The provision of foods that taste good and reflecting student opinions on menus were the most important factors for increasing school meal consumption. CONCLUSIONS: To increase consumption of school meals, food service staff should provide students with quality meals and engage students in school food service. Nutrition education that emphasizes healthy eating behaviors and cafeteria environment modification that applies strategies based on behavioral economics can encourage students to consume more school meals.
The Nuclear Safety Commission amended the Nuclear Safety Act by strengthening the safety management system for the frequent workers to the level of radiation workers. And students entering radiation management zones for testing and practical purposes are subject to frequent workers. It is inevitable that this will incur additional costs. In this paper, the validity of the amendment to the Nuclear Safety Act was to be assessed in terms of radiation protection. Study subjects are from 2014 to 2016, among university students in Seong-nam Korea and comparisons for analyses were made taking into account variables that are differences in annual, practical types, on-class and clinical practice students exposure dose. The analysis showed that exposures between on-class and clinical practice received were less than the annual dose limit of 1 mSv for the public. Then, some alternatives that excluding from frequent workers during on-class practice or mitigating the frequent workers' safety regulation for only on-class frequent workers can be considered. Optimization is how rational is the reduction in exposure dose to the costs required. Therefore, the results are hardly considered for optimization. If the data accumulated, it could be considered that the revision of the act could be evaluated and improved.

The article is devoted to the study of the features of administrative liability for offenses in the informational sphere, the definition of the concept and features. Based on the examples of implementation of instruments of European legislation into the national legal system and examples of national legal practice, the authors have identified the features of informational and legal sanctions aimed at restricting the rights of access of subjects to information, prohibiting them to disseminate certain information, restricting the rights to disseminate certain information, and suspending informational activities. It has been substantiated that the administrative liability for informational offenses as a protective legal institution is created to contribute to the solution of such acute problems of legal support of human and society interests in the new informational dimensions.
This paper examines the discourse of masturbation in modern England and aims to re-draw the map of male sexuality related to such issues as nation, empire, family, and economy. It argues that the discourse of masturbation in modern England reflects national anxieties for the future of empire and an economic concern for unproductive sexual behavior, which were the main factors to transform masturbation into "solitary vice." The anxieties about empire and British dominance were constituted as the core of the anti-masturbation discourse on the boys. The imperial destiny was regarded to depend on the protection of the middle- and upper-class boys from the harmful psychological and physiological effects of masturbation represented in Lawrence's "The Rocking-Horse Winner." In the case of a single male, the concern for masturbation is constructed as a concern about economy, family, and human solidarity. As seen in Eliot's Silas Marner, the act of masturbation was condemned as the fulfillment of illegitimate sexual desire outside the familial sphere and a commercial economy, and thus without the possibility of human community. Silas Marner and Meredith's The Ordeal of Richard Feverel show the ways of reconstituting sexual others as normalized subjects: Boys were forced to be asexual through the regime of surveillance; and a single male was required to enroll in a remedial course on familial respectability.

Background and Objectives: Knowing the ototoxic potential of the agents used in medical treatments is important for the protection of hearing. Although we have knowledge regarding some effects of dexmedetomidine, which is an anesthetic-sparing drug, its influence over the hearing system has never been studied and is obscure yet. The aim of this study is to determine the effects of intravenous dexmedetomidine application during sevoflurane anesthesia on otoacoustic emissions (OAEs). Subjects and Methods: This prospective randomized study was performed on 60 patients (34 male, 26 female, mean age: 30.6±9.2 years) who were scheduled for an elective surgery under general anesthesia and the patients were enrolled and randomly divided into 2 groups. They received dexmedetomidine (Group D) or Saline (Group S) infusion during a standardized Sevoflurane anesthesia. Transient and distortion product OAEs were measured preoperatively and postoperatively (24th hour). OAE results were compared within and between groups. Results: In group D postoperative OAEs were lower than preoperative OAEs and postoperative levels of group S, especially at low frequencies (p<0.05). Conclusions: Dexmedetomidine infusion affects the micromechanical function of cochlea especially in the low-frequency region. Dexmedetomidine should be carefully used during general anesthesia to avoid its probable harmful effects on cochlear micromechanics.

Duan Fang's doctrine of constitutional monarchy went forward from monarchy to constitutional government based on that an establishment of constitution political structure is superior to a arbitrary rule political structure. And Duan Fang's doctrine featured limitation of monarch's authority protection of subjects' rights. He thought constitution government should be based on the establishment of constitution preparation. He believed that China need to take merit equally in the process of establishment of constitution preparation. In spite of this flexible recognition, there was not enough consideration about an ideological, social and economical basis that can make possible constitutional government operation. He had understood constitutional government system from angle of monarch's safety and the wealth and power of nation. The view was that a responsible Cabinet was for monarch's safety and the nation assembly judicature local autonomous is a system for safety of nation showed us. In his opinion, neither main task of congress is legislation, cabinet nor is the high ranking executive agency, however, he expected to constitutionalism system to become a buffing role instead of monarch. A little pure and simple thinking that open nation assembly and execute constitutional monarchy could make China powerful and wealthy might reflected urgent situation at that time.
