전이금속 디칼코제나이드 나노촉매를 이용한 태양광 흡수 광화학적 물분해 연구 (Transition Metal Dichalcogenide Nanocatalyst for Solar-Driven Photoelectrochemical Water Splitting)

  • 태양광 흡수 물분해는 화석연료 대체 에너지원으로 떠오르는 수소에너지를 생산할 수 있는 가장 유망한 방법이다. 현재 전이 금속 디칼코제나이드 (transition dichalcogenide, TMD)는 물분해 촉매 특성이 뛰어난 물질로 많은 관심을 끌고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실리콘 (Si) 나노선 어레이 전극 표면에 대표적 TMD 물질인 4-6족의 이황화 몰리브덴 (MoS2), 이셀렌화 몰리브덴(MoSe2), 이황화 텅스텐 (WS2), 이셀렌화 텅스텐 (WSe2) 나노시트 합성할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다. Si나노선 전극을 금속 이온 용액으로 코팅하고, 황 또는 셀레늄의 화학 기상 증착법(chemical vapor deposition)을 이용하는 것이다. 이 방법으로 TMD 나노시트를 약 20 nm 두께로 균일하게 합성하였다. p형 Si-TMD 나노선 광전극으로 구성된 광화학전지는 태양광 AM1.5G, 0.5 M H2SO4 전해질에서 개시 전위 0.2 V를 가지며 0 V (vs. RHE)에서 20 mA cm-2 이상의 전류를 낼 수 있다. 수소 발생 양자효율은 90% 정도로 우수한 물분해 촉매 특성을 확인하였다. MoS2 및 MoSe2는 3시간 동안 90% 이상의 우수한 광전류 안전성을 보여주었으나, WS2 및 WSe2는 상대적으로 적은 80%였다. MoS2, MoSe2는 Si 나노선 표면에 균일한 시트 형태로 씌워졌지만, WS2, WSe2는 조각 형태로 붙었다. 따라서 Si 표면을 잘 보호하지 못하기 때문에 Si나노선이 더 잘 산화되어 안정성이 낮아지는 것으로 해석하였다. 본 연구결과는 TMD의 수소 발생 촉매 특성을 이해하는 데 크게 기여할 것으로 예상한다.

수익변동성 확대와 설비투자 위축 (Impacts of Increasing Volatility of Profitability on Investment Behavior)

  • 외환위기 이후 우리나라 기업의 설비 투자가 부진한 모습을 보이면서 기업을 둘러싼 경영환경의 불확실성 증대로 인해 이러한 현상이 초래되었다는 주장이 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 기업이 직면하는 불확실성을 수익성의 변동성으로 측정하고 이를 토대로 불확실성의 증대 여부 및 불확실성이 투자에 미친 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면 1994년에 3%중반에 머무르고 있던 우리나라 기업 수익의 변동성은 최근 5%를 소폭 상회하는 수준으로 확대되었다. 이에 더하여 우리나라 기업의 수익 변동성은 제조업, 비제조업 및 대기업, 중소기업으로 분류할 경우에도 모두 증가한 것으로 나타나고 있으며, 세부산업별로도 대부분의 경우 확대된 것으로 나타났다. 이렇게 확대된 변동성은 우리나라 기업의 설비투자 증가세를 위축시키고 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 투자 결정에 있어서 변동성이 미치는 영향은 외환위기 이후 증가한 것으로 나타났다.

한국의 그린 비즈니스/IT 실태분석을 통한 추진전략 우선순위 도출에 관한 연구 (Development of Korean Green Business/IT Strategies Based on Priority Analysis)

  • Recently, the CO2 emission and energy consumption have become critical global issues to decide the future of nations. Especially, the spread of IT products and the increased use of internet and web applications result in the energy consumption and CO2 emission of IT industry though information technologies drive global economic growth. EU, the United States, Japan and other developed countries are using IT related environmental regulations such as WEEE(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), RoHS(Restriction of the use of Certain Hazardous Substance), REACH(Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of CHemicals) and EuP(Energy using Product), and have established systematic green business/IT strategies to enhance the competitiveness of IT industry. For example, the Japan government proposed the "Green IT initiative" for being compatible with economic growth and environmental protection. Not only energy saving technologies but energy saving systems have been developed for accomplishing sustainable development. Korea's CO2 emission and energy consumption continuously have grown at comparatively high rates. They are related to its industrial structure depending on high energy-consuming industries such as iron and steel Industry, automotive industry, shipbuilding industry, semiconductor industry, and so on. In particular, export proportion of IT manufacturing is quite high in Korea. For example, the global market share of the semiconductor such as DRAM was about 80% in 2008. Accordingly, Korea needs to establish a systematic strategy to respond to the global environmental regulations and to maintain competitiveness in the IT industry. However, green competitiveness of Korea ranked 11th among 15 major countries and R&D budget for green technology is not large enough to develop energy-saving technologies for infrastructure and value chain of low-carbon society though that grows at high rates. Moreover, there are no concrete action plans in Korea. This research aims to deduce the priorities of the Korean green business/IT strategies to use multi attribute weighted average method. We selected a panel of 19 experts who work at the green business related firms such as HP, IBM, Fujitsu and so on, and selected six assessment indices such as the urgency of the technology development, the technology gap between Korea and the developed countries, the effect of import substitution, the spillover effect of technology, the market growth, and the export potential of the package or stand-alone products by existing literature review. We submitted questionnaires at approximately weekly intervals to them for priorities of the green business/IT strategies. The strategies broadly classify as follows. The first strategy which consists of the green business/IT policy and standardization, process and performance management and IT industry and legislative alignment relates to government's role in the green economy. The second strategy relates to IT to support environment sustainability such as the travel and ways of working management, printer output and recycling, intelligent building, printer rationalization and collaboration and connectivity. The last strategy relates to green IT systems, services and usage such as the data center consolidation and energy management, hardware recycle decommission, server and storage virtualization, device power management, and service supplier management. All the questionnaires were assessed via a five-point Likert scale ranging from "very little" to "very large." Our findings show that the IT to support environment sustainability is prior to the other strategies. In detail, the green business /IT policy and standardization is the most important in the government's role. The strategies of intelligent building and the travel and ways of working management are prior to the others for supporting environment sustainability. Finally, the strategies for the data center consolidation and energy management and server and storage virtualization have the huge influence for green IT systems, services and usage This research results the following implications. The amount of energy consumption and CO2 emissions of IT equipment including electrical business equipment will need to be clearly indicated in order to manage the effect of green business/IT strategy. And it is necessary to develop tools that measure the performance of green business/IT by each step. Additionally, intelligent building could grow up in energy-saving, growth of low carbon and related industries together. It is necessary to expand the affect of virtualization though adjusting and controlling the relationship between the management teams.

삼중블록 고분자 계면활성제의 재유화 억제 기능을 이용한 지속내수성 O/W 에멀젼형 자외선 차단용 화장품 개발 (Development of Water-Resistant O/W Emulsion-Typed Sunscreening Cosmetics through Triblock Polymeric Surfactant-Mediated Re-emulsification Inhibition)

  • 본 연구는 poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(${\varepsilon}$-caprolactone)-poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG-PCL-PEG) 삼중블록 고분자 계면활성제를 이용하여 제조된 우수한 사용감과 선택적인 클렌징 효과를 갖는 수중유(O/W) 에멀젼 타입의 내수성 자외선 차단 제형에 관한 것이다. 수영, 등산 등 다양한 야외 레저 활동이 많아짐에 따라 내수성 자외선 차단제의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 내수성 자외선 차단제는 물이나 땀에 지워지지 않아야하기 때문에 대부분 유중수(W/O) 에멀젼 제형으로 만들어진다. 하지만, W/O 에멀젼 제형은 오일리한 사용감과 클렌징이 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 이에 비해 O/W 에멀젼 제형은 사용감이 우수하고, 클렌징도 용이하지만, 물과의 재유화가 쉽기 때문에 내수성 특성을 갖는 것이 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 O/W 에멀젼 제형의 HLB 값(~ 10)을 가지면서도 상대적으로 높은 계면장력을 가짐으로써 재유화에 강한 삼중블록 고분자 계면활성제를 도입하였고, 이를 통해 O/W 에멀젼형 지속내수성 자외선 차단제를 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 자외선 차단제는 우수한 사용감과 지속내수성, 그리고 폼 클렌저와의 선택적인 클렌징 효과를 보여준다. 향후 사용감이 다양화된 새로운 O/W 에멀젼형 자외선 차단제 제품 개발에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

지하철 승강장에서 열차 화재 시 제연풍량 및 방식에 따른 위험도 비교 연구 (A comparative study of risk according to smoke control flow rate and methods in case of train fire at subway platform)

  • 본 연구에서는 지하철 승강장에서 열차화재가 발생하는 경우, 승강장 제연풍량 및 제연모드(급기 또는 배기)에 따른 정량적 위험도 평가를 통해 안전확보에 효과적인 제연풍량 및 모드를 제시함을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 중앙계단을 갖는 상대식 승강장을 모델로 하여 화재발생 시나리오를 작성하였으며, 시나리오별 화재해석을 수행하여 연기전파특성과 ASET을 비교·분석하고 대피해석을 수행하여 사망자수를 예측하였다. 또한, 시나리오별로 화재사고 발생률(F)/사망자수(N)선도(F/N선도)를 작성하여 제연풍량 및 제연모드에 따른 위험도를 비교·평가하였다. 소방시설 등의 성능위주 설계 방법 및 기준에서 정하는 유해요소(일산화탄소, 온도, 가시거리)에 대한 ASET 분석에서는 가시거리의 영향이 가장 크게 나타나고 있으며, 화재열차의 승강장 진입지연을 고려하지 않은 경우에 풍량을 4 × 833 m3/min할 때 ASET은 약 800초 정도로 분석되었다. 예상사망자수는 화재차량위치에 따라 큰 차이가 있으며, 계단부에 인접한 차량에서 화재가 발생하는 경우에 선두부 차량대비 3배 까지 증가하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 또한 제연풍량이 증가하면 사망자수가 감소하며 배기 보다는 급기방식이 감소율이 증가한다. 급기풍량이 4 × 833 m3/min일 때 예상 사망자수는 제연을 수행하지 않는 경우 대비 13%수준으로 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 위험도 평가결과, 제연을 수행하는 경우에는 현행 사회적 위험도 평가기준을 만족하는 것으로 나타나고 있으며, 예상사망자수는 제연을 수행하지 않는 경우, 10,000년에 29.9명에서 제연을 수행하는 경우에는 풍량이 4 × 833 m3/min일 때 4.36명으로 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다.

한국 불교음악의 역사적 전개 고찰과 전망 (Consideration and Prospect of the Historical Development of The Korean Buddhist music)

  • 한국에서 전개된 불교음악의 역사를 살펴보려면 이 땅에 불교가 처음 유입된 고구려 소수림왕 2년(372)부터 현재에 이르는 시기까지를 모두 아울러야 할 것이다. 이는 1,600년이 넘는 시간 속의 전개 양상을 고찰해야 하는 일이라 연구 범위가 넓다는 한계를 지닌다. 그럼에도 이 글은 그 긴 시간 동안 펼쳐진 한국 불교음악의 역사적 전개가 어떻게 이루어졌는지 고찰함으로써 21세기 이후 불교음악이 이 땅에서 어떠한 양상으로 펼쳐져야 하는지 생각해 보는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 삼국시대 이후 고려, 조선을 거쳐 일제강점기, 현재에 이르는 동안 펼쳐진 불교음악의 역사는 '불교 성쇄의 역사'와 궤를 같이 하며 전개되어 왔다. 왕실의 비호가 있던 삼국시대와 고려시대 불교음악의 양상과 억불숭유정책이 펼쳐진 조선시대, 그리고 불교가 탄압의 대상이 되었던 일제강점기, 대중 포교를 위해 불교음악의 새로운 길을 모색해야 하는 현재의 불교음악은 그 긴 시간만큼이나 역사적 전개 양상도 다양하게 이루어졌다. 이는 각 시기별로 불교음악의 주요한 관점과 과제가 무엇이었는지 구분해서 시대별 특징을 밝혀야 하는 작업을 필요로 하고 있다. 이 글은 좁은 의미의 불교음악을 통칭하는 '범패'의 역사만이 아닌, 이 땅에서 소통된 '불교적 성격을 띤 불교음악'을 모두 포함시키고, 20세기 이후 새롭게 만들어진 찬불가 계통의 음악까지를 모두 대상으로 하여 이 땅에서 펼쳐진 '불교와 관련된 음악의 역사적 전개'에 대해 살펴본 것이다. 조선 전기의 승려들이 부른 명칭가곡, 조선시대에 대중 포교를 위해 만든 음악, '화청'의 존재 의미, 조선시대 음악에 남이 있는 불교음악의 흔적을 파악해 보는 일도 이 글의 과제가 될 것이다.

한국가족계획사업(韓國家族計劃事業)의 문제점(問題點) (Problems in the Korean National Family Planning Program)

  • The success of the family planning program in Korea is reflected in the decrease in the growth rate from 3.0% in 1962 to 2.0% in 1971, and in the decrease in the fertility rate from 43/1,000 in 1960 to 29/1,000 in 1970. However, it would be erroneous to attribute these reductions entirely to the family planning program. Other socio-economic factors, such as the increasing age at marriage and the increasing use of induced abortions, definitely had an impact on the lowered growth and fertility rate. Despite the relative success of the program to data in meeting its goals, there is no room for complacency. Meeting the goal of a further reduction in the population growth rate to 1.3% by 1981 is a much more difficult task than any one faced in the past. Not only must fertility be lowered further, but the size of the target population itself will expand tremendously in the late seventies; due to the post-war baby boom of the 1950's reaching reproductive ages. Furthermore, it is doubtful that the age at marriage will continue to rise as in the past or that the incidence of induced abortion will continue to increase. Consequently, future reductions in fertility will be more dependent on the performance of the national family planning program, with less assistance from these non-program factors. This paper will describe various approaches to help to the solution of these current problems. 1. PRACTICE RATE IN FAMILY PLANNING In 1973, the attitude (approval) and knowledge rates were quite high; 94% and 98% respectively. But a large gap exists between that and the actual practice rate, which is only 3695. Two factors must be considered in attempting to close the KAP-gap. The first is to change social norms, which still favor a larger family, increasing the practice rate cannot be done very quickly. The second point to consider is that the family planning program has not yet reached all the eligible women. A 1973 study determineded that a large portion, 3096 in fact, of all eligible women do not want more children, but are not practicing family planning. Thus, future efforts to help close the KAP-gap must focus attention and services on this important large group of potential acceptors. 2. CONTINUATION RATES Dissatisfaction with the loop and pill has resulted in high discontinuation rates. For example, a 1973 survey revealed that within the first six months initial loop acceptance. nearly 50% were dropouts, and that within the first four months of inital pill acceptance. nearly 50% were dropouts. These discontinuation rates have risen over the past few years. The high rate of discontinuance obviously decreases the contraceptive effectiveness. and has resulted in many unwanted births which is directly related to the increase of induced abortions. In the future, the family planning program must emphasize the improved quality of initial and follow-up services. rather than more quantity, in order to insure higher continuation rates and thus more effective contraceptive protection. 3. INDUCED ABORTION As noted earlier. the use of induced abortions has been increase yearly. For example, in 1960, the average number of abortions was 0.6 abortions per women in the 15-44 age range. By 1970. that had increased to 2 abortions per women. In 1966. 13% of all women between 15-44 had experienced at least one abortion. By 1971, that figure jumped to 28%. In 1973 alone, the total number of abortions was 400,000. Besides the ever incre.sing number of induced abortions, another change has that those who use abortions have shifted since 1965 to include- not. only the middle class, but also rural and low-income women. In the future. in response to the demand for abortion services among rural and low-income w~men, the government must provide and support abortion services for these women as a part of the national family planning program. 4. TARGET SYSTIi:M Since 1962, the nationwide target system has been used to set a target for each method, and the target number of acceptors is then apportioned out to various sub-areas according to the number of eligible couples in each area. Because these targets are set without consideration for demographic factors, particular tastes, prejudices, and previous patterns of acceptance in the area, a high discontinuation rate for all methods and a high wastage rate for the oral pill and condom results. In the future. to alleviate these problems of the methodbased target system. an alternative. such as the weighted-credit system, should be adopted on a nation wide basis. In this system. each contraceptive method is. assigned a specific number of points based upon the couple-years of protection (CYP) provided by the method. and no specific targets for each method are given. 5. INCREASE OF STERILIZA.TION TARGET Two special projects. the hospital-based family planning program and the armed forces program, has greatly contributed to the increasing acceptance in female and male sterilization respectively. From January-September 1974, 28,773 sterilizations were performed. During the same time in 1975, 46,894 were performed; a 63% increase. If this trend continues, by the end of 1975. approximately 70,000 sterilizations will have been performed. Sterilization is a much better method than both the loop and pill, in terms of more effective contraceptive protection and the almost zero dropout rate. In the future, the. family planning program should continue to stress the special programs which make more sterilizations possible. In particular, it should seek to add the laparoscope techniques to facilitate female sterilization acceptance rates. 6. INCREASE NUMBER OF PRIVATE ACCEPTORS Among the current family planning users, approximately 1/3 are in the private sector and thus do not- require government subsidy. The number of private acceptors increases with increasing urbanization and economic growth. To speed this process, the government initiated the special hospital based family planning program which is utilized mostly by the private sector. However, in the future, to further hasten the increase of private acceptors, the government should encourage doctors in private practice to provide family planning services, and provide the contraceptive supplies. This way, those do utilize the private medical system will also be able to receive family planning services and pay for it. Another means of increasing the number of private acceptors, IS to greatly expand the commercial outlets for pills and condoms beyond the existing service points of drugstores, hospitals, and health centers. 7. IE&C PROGRAM The current preferred family size is nearly twice as high as needed to achieve a stable poplation. Also, a strong boy preference hinders a small family size as nearly all couples fuel they must have at least one or more sons. The IE&C program must, in the future, strive to emphasize the values of the small family and equality of the sexes. A second problem for the IE&C program to work. with in the: future is the large group of people who approves family planning, want no more children, but do not practice. The IE&C program must work to motivate these people to accept family planning And finally, for those who already practice, an IE&C program in the future must stress continuation of use. The IE&C campaign, to insure highest effectiveness, should be based on a detailed factor analysis of contraceptive discontinuance. In conclusion, Korea faces a serious unfavorable sociodemographic situation- in the future unless the population growth rate can be curtailed. And in the future, the decrease in fertility will depend solely on the family planning program, as the effect of other socio-economic factors has already been maximumally felt. A second serious factor to consider is the increasing number of eligible women due to the 1950's baby boom. Thus, to meet these challenges, the program target must be increased and the program must improve the effectiveness of its current activities and develop new programs.

국제항공테러협약의 관할권 연구 (A Study on Jurisdiction under the International Aviation Terrorism Conventions)

  • 본 논문은 5대 국제항공테러범죄협약, 다시 말해서 UN의 전문기구인 국제민간항공기구(ICAO)에서 제정된 1963년 도쿄협약, 1970 헤이그협약, 1971 몬트리올협약, 1988년 몬트리올 의정서 그리고 1991년 가소성폭약협약에 규정된 관할권조항의 내용과 그 문제점을 연구하였는데 국제항공테러 협약의 관할권을 연구하면서 얻은 결론을 다음과 같다. 첫째, 항공테러협약의 관할권규정에서 공통으로 발견되는 것은 어느 협약도 관할권의 우선순위를 명시하지 않고 있다는 점이다. 결국 하이재킹 된 항공기가 착륙한 국가와 항공기등록국간 관할권문제가 발생하는데 대부분의 경우 착륙국이 하이재커를 처벌하는 예가 많다. 둘째, 국제법상 전통적인 관할권이론에서 많은 이론이 제기되었던 소극적 국적주의(passive personality principle)가 국제항공테러협약의 제정 이후 각종 국제테러협약에서 점차적으로 발전되어가고 있는 경향을 볼 수 있다. 1973년의 뉴욕협약 제3조 1항, 1979년 인질협약 제5조 1항 (d) 그리고 1988년 로마협약 제6조 2항 (b)가 그 예이다. 또한 1979년 인질협약 제5조 1항 (c)와 1988년 로마협약 제6조 2항 (c)에서는 자국에게 작위 또는 부작위를 강요하기 위한 범행의 경우에도 그 대상국가가 관할권을 행사할 수 있도록하고 있다. 만일 장래에 국제항공테러협약이 개정이 될 경우에는 국제항공 테러범죄를 좀 더 효과적으로 억제하기 위하여 소극적 국적주의를 고려할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 헤이그협약이나 몬트리올협약은 범인의 국적주의를 부여하고 있지않으나 인질협약은 제5조 1항 (b)에 인질억류범의 국적국가에게 관할권을 부여하고 있다. 만일 A국가의 국민이 어떤 국가나 제3자의 작위나 부작위를 강요할 목적으로 B국가에서 인질을 억류했다면 A국가도 그자에 대한 관할권을 행사할 권리를 가진다는 것이다. 따라서 만일 국제항공테러협약이 개정이 될 때는 이 문제도 고려할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 인질협약 제 5조 1항 (b)는 무국적자가 상주하는 국가에서 만약 그가 인질억류범죄를 행했고, 그 국가가 그렇게 하는 것이 적절하다고 고려하는 경우 그에 대하여 관할권을 행사할 권리를 부여한다. 이와 같은 목적에서 볼 때 무국적거주자를 국민과 동일하게 보고 있는데 헤이그협약이나 몬트리올협약에서는 없는 조항이다. 만일 국제항공테러협약이 개정이될 때는 이 문제도 함께 고려할 필요가 있다고 생각한다.

  • This article is the reserch on actual condition of crime of arson which occurs in Korea and its countermeasures. The the presented problem in this article are that (1) we have generally very low rate concern about the crime of arson contrary to realistic problems of rapid increase of crime of arson (2) as such criminal motives became so diverse as to the economic or criminal purpose unlike characteristic and mental deficiency of old days, and to countermeasure these problems effectively it presentation the necessity of systemantic research. Based on analysis of reality of arson, the tendency of this arson in Korea in the ratio of increase is said to be higher than those in violence crime or general fire rate. and further its rate is far more greater than those of the U.S.A. and Japan. Arson is considered to be a method of using fire as crime and in case of presently residence to be the abject, it is a public offense crime which aqccompany fatality in human life. This is the well It now fact to all of us. In characteristics analysis of crime of arson, (1) It is now reveald that, in the past such crime rate appeared far more within the boundary of town or city areas in the past, presently increased rate of arsons in rural areas are far more than in the town or small city areas, thereby showing characteristics of crime of arson extending nation wide. (2) general timetable of arson shows that night more than day time rate, and reveald that is trait behavior in secrecy.(3) arsonists are usually arrested at site or by victim or report of third person(82,9%).Investigation activities or self surrenders rate only 11.2%. The time span of arrest is normally the same day of arson and at times it takes more than one year to arrest. Franch and Sweden beside the U.S. set up a overall operation of fire prevention research funtions and have obtained very successful result. Japan also put their research likewise for countermeasure. In this research as a way of preventive fire policy, first, it is necessary to accomodate the legal preventitive activities for fire prevention in judicial side and as an administrative side, (1) precise statistic management of crime of arson (2) establishment of professional research functions or a corporate (3) improvement of system for cooperative structural team for investigation of fires and menpower organization of professional members. Secondly, social mentality in individual prospect, recognition of fires by arson and youth education of such effect, educational program for development and practical promotion. Thirdly, in view of environmental side, the ways of actual performance by programming with the establishment of cooperative advancement in local social function elements with administrative office, habitants, school facilities and newspapers measures (2) establishment of personal protection where weak menpowers are displayed in special fire prevention measures. These measures are presented for prevention of crime of arson. The control of crime and prevention shall be prepared as a means of self defence by the principle of self responsibility Specifically arsonists usually aims at the comparatively weak control of fire prevention is prevalent and it is therefore necessary to prepare individual facilities with their spontaneous management of fire prevention instead of public municipal funtures of local geverment. As Clifford L. Karchmer asserted instead of concerns about who would commit arson, what portion of area would be the target of the arson. It is effective to minister spontaveously the fire prevention measure in his facility with the consideration of characteristics of arson. On the other hand, it is necessary for the concerned personnel of local goverment and groups to distribute to the local society in timely manner for new information about the fire prevention, thus contribute to effective result of fire prevention result. In consideration of these factors, it is inevitable to never let coincide with the phemonemon of arsons in similar or mimic features as recognized that these could prevail just an epedemic as a strong imitational attitude. In processing of policy to encounter these problems, it is necessary to place priority of city policy to enhancement of overall concerns toward the definitive essense of crime of arson.

땅콩 품종 및 생육기별 trans-Resveratrol 함량 (tans-Resveratrol Content of Varieties and Growth Period in Peanut)

  • 본 연구에서는 땅콩의 resveratrol에 대한 체계적인 연구를 위하여 고속액체크로마토그래피HPLC)를 이용한 땅콩의 trans-resveratrol 분석체계 확립과 품종 및 생육시기별 trans-resveratrol 함량 변화를 구명하여 금후 고부가가치 고함유 기능성 품종개발의 기초 자료로 활용하고자 수행한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. HPLC를 이용한 trans-resveratrol 분석조건은 컬럼은 Xterra $\textrm{C}_{18}$, 이동상 용매조성은 (A) glacial acetic acid DCW(52.6 : 900)과 (B) acetonitril solution A(80:20), 용매흐름속도는 1.1 ml/min, 검출기는 UV-Vis detector 308 nm 이었다. 2. 땅콩에서 trans-resveratrol 추출시 추출용매의 경우 80%EtOH과 80%MeOH이 유의차가 없었고, 추출온도의 경우에도 온도간 유의성이 인정되지 않았으며, ICH guideline에 따른 안전성과 경제성을 고려한 trans-resveratrol의 최적추출 조건은 80% EtOH, $25^{\circ}C$, 45분이었다. 3. 땅콩 품종별 trans-resveratrol 함량 분포범위는 0.018-1.125 $\mu\textrm{g}/\textrm{g}$으로 품종별 유의차가 있었으나, 초형과 립 크기에 따른 trans-resveratrol 함량은 일정한 경향을 보이지 않았다. 4. 종실과 종피를 포함한 종실의 trans-resverarol함량은 종실(0.152-0.305 $\mu\textrm{g}/\textrm{g}$) 보다 종피를 포함한 종실(0.188-0.345 $\mu\textrm{g}/\textrm{g}$)에서 더 높았다. 5. 생육시기별 trans-resveratrol 함량은 신남광땅콩(0.227$\mu\textrm{g}/\textrm{g}$ 대광땅콩(0.418 $\mu\textrm{g}/\textrm{g}$)은 파종 후 110일에 팔광땅콩(0.486 $\mu\textrm{g}/\textrm{g}$)과 밀양16호(0.441 $\mu\textrm{g}/\textrm{g}$)는 파종 후 130일에 가장 높았다.
