본 연구는 목조건축 문화재의 화재방호를 위하여 설치되고 있는 소방시설 설치기준에 관하여 법체계 및 제도적 장치 확보에 관한 사항이다. 목조건축 문화재의 화재방호를 위해 설치되고 있는 소방시설과 현행 법제도를 고찰함에 따라 문제점이 나타났으며, 법정 소방설비와 자체진화 소방설비 등의 구축과정에서 화재방호성능, 기술기준, 책임소재 등의 문제점을 확인하였다. 이를 개선하기 위해 목조건축 문화재는 화재방호 시설을 구축하더라도 문화재 원형보존의 원칙은 최소한 확보되어야 하므로 소방시설은 화재 특성을 고려하여 화재방호 성능이 확보될 수 있도록 설치기준을 법으로 규정할 필요가 있다. 목조건축 문화재 소방시설 구축 시 성능확보를 위하여 설계 시공 및 감리제도의 법정화를 통한 구축시스템 개선 방향을 제시하였으며, 소방시설 기술기준의 법정화를 제안한다.

This paper introduces the main function and protection method of IGBT gate driver that designed by KOROS. Recently, the applications of insulated gate bipolar transistors(IGBTs) have expanded widely, particularly in the area of railway converters. This driver is suitable for railway traction applications, so they are designed for circumstance of railway vehicle such as vibration. The input control power for this driver is supplied from battery charger of railway. it is no necessary an isolated power supply board or auxiliary power supply, with substantial savings in cost and space in railway applications. This gate driver can be used wide range of input voltage. So, performance of the driver has no relation with the battery voltage(70V∼110V). The protection methods of IGBT gate driver have many kind of ways, but this gate driver it designed to apply to converter for railway system, so this gate driver includes protection for arm short current and low control power voltage, etc. And the process of protection method and protection reference value are optimized by means of sufficient test with our own facilities.

The application of digital technology to instrumentation and control systems in nuclear power plants has overcome many shortcomings of analog technology, but the threat of cybersecurity has increased. Along with other systems, the reactor protection system also uses digital-based equipment, so responding to cybersecurity threats is essential. We generally determine cybersecurity threats according to the role and function of the system. However, since the instrumentation and control system has various systems linked to each other, it is essential to analyze cybersecurity threats together between the connected systems. In this paper, we analyze the cybersecurity threat of the reactor protection system with the associated facilities. To this end, we quantitatively identified the risk of the reactor protection system by considering safety functions, a communication type, the use of analog or digital-based equipment of the associated systems, and the software vulnerability of the configuration module of the reactor protection system.

At this point in time South Korea is rapidly metastasizing to a aging society. A major cause of aging can be summarized as increased life expectancy, decrease of nuclear family and birthrate, and South Korea's progress is faster than any other country. From the 1970s, western society has changed social welfare to deinstitutionalization and community care because of problems about economic reason and facilities protection, so the type of elderly social service has also changed from the facility welfare service which is accommodated old people in certain facility to community welfare service which provides various welfare services with living together. Public facilities for low income group which are supported by government are lower, 6.6%, than the United States or Japan, 50%. They are divided into private manage facilities and subscription elderly facilities. These subscription elderly residential facilities show poor administration because of focusing on development and market analysis for investment returns. Therefore, in order to vitalize the elderly welfare residential facilities in Korea, we need plans about systematic services facilities for welfare and phased medical treatments. Therefore, the purpose of this study is that (1) the types and functions of residents for community elderly residential facilities in elderly welfare policies of U.S., and supported policies are researched as a transcendental model, (2) data about operating system with the principles of the market is analyzed, and (3) basic data about welfare facility plan for community residential elderly people is provided.

Our country, korea, has become the aged society in 2000. Thus, the problem of the old assumes an aspect of wide scope and variety, and it becomes a social problem. the world does its utmost to settle the welfare of the old, and international action plan and UN principle for the old have been established in recent years. keeping pace with this trend, our country carries forward a middle and long term plan of welfare of the old. However, facilities for the old in apartment complexes are established not in a level of the welfare of the old, but in a level of relief work or the protection of the old. Therefore this study suggests a series of reform measures of the facilities for the old and the direction of the plan of welfare facilities for the old, by studying the present situation and actual conditions of facilities in apartment complexes.

Sludge incineration facilities are socially recognized as a hate facility. Therefore, a careful deodorization plan must be established. Therefore, the incineration facility must conduct research on odor ventilation. In this study, a odor diffusion simulation in an incineration facility was conducted and analyzed. In particular, research was carried out on carry-in rooms, pre-treatment rooms, and storage facilities for crops, which are expected to rapidly spread odor. As a result, ammonia 1.62, hydrogen sulfide 0.63, and acetaldehyde 0.73 were found in the transfer room. In addition, pretreatment rooms and stencil storage facilities were found to be lower than regulatory standards.

본 연구는 군부대와 지방자치단체가 군사보호구역 설정으로 수시로 마찰이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 군사기지 및 군사시설보호법을 중심으로 상생할 수 있는 군 부동산관리방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 정부에서 계획을 수립할 때 적극적으로 참여하고 부동산전문가를 양성하여 자문단을 구성하여 활용하여야 한다. 둘째 군부대 부동산 자산을 활용한 미래형 도시개발을 하여야 한다. 셋째 군사보호구역에 대한 연구를 지속적으로 하여야 한다. 마지막으로 접경지역의 관리 및 개발계획을 수립하여 시행하여야 한다는 대책을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently major power outages are increased, because of transmission line fault by birds. Therefore, after finding out the problem of the current prevention measure for the super high voltage transmission Line in Korea and analyzing the protection measure of other foreign power companies for the transmission facilities fault by birds, this paper describes an effective device for power line fault protection by birds which has no legal problem and also protects birds. The described prevention measure of power outage by birds in this paper, has a special feature that is able to be installed on the current overhead transmission facilities without a replacement or change.

With the advent of internet, the modern society is enjoying the benefits of the information age. As one of undesirable side effects of utilization of internet, however, it is often mentioned that young students are helplessly exposed to inappropriate and unqualified information. Therefore, in this paper, we will clarify the nature of inappropriate information to the younger generation and will argue for the needs of protecting the youth from inappropriate information. Especially the merits and limits of often motioned five different protective and regulatory measures are presented and analyzed, those are, establishment of acceptable use policy, active utilization of supervisory organization, promotion of Internet rating system, installation of filtering software, and legal and regulatory protection. As a fundamental means of resolving the problems, however, enforcement of systematic information literacy education, promotion of active utilization of sound information, development of search engines for the youth, design of diverse filtering softwares which can be selected by users, and increased attention by parents and teachers are suggested.

소방시설의 경우 지진 시 건축물의 진동 수준에 따라 2차적으로 지진하중을 받는다. 따라서 소방시설에 직접적인 피해를 입히는 수준보다 작은 지진동에 대하여 내진설계를 수행하는 것은 소방시설 설치비용이 증가하게 되어, 합리적인 수준에 대하여 내진설계를 수행할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에는 다양한 소방시설에 대한 실물 내진실험을 실시하였고, 내진설계범주에 따른 내진설계 적용필요성에 대하여 제안하였다. 실험결과 실제 지진 시 내진설계범주 A와 내진설계범주 B에 대한 건축물의 경우 현재의 소방시설로도 내구성을 가질 수 있다고 판단된다. 내진설계범주 C와 D의 경우는 건축물에 설치된 소방시설의 기능보전을 위해 내진보강 설계가 필요하다.
