본 연구에서는 수리모형실험을 실시하여 방류관의 흐름특성을 분석 방류관 설계의 적정성을 검토하는데 있다. 수리모형실험 결과 기본계획의 방류관 통수능은 과소설계 되었고, 이를 토대로 설계 변경한 기본설계의 방류관 통수능 설계치는 실험치와 거의 일치하여 적절하게 설계되었음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 방류관 부압발생 여부 및 종단형상의 적정성을 검토한 결과 허용치 이내 값이 발생되어 적절한 것으로 판명되었다. 이러한 과정을 토대로 기본설계의 방류관 규모 및 위치가 적절하였음이 검토되었다.

After the twenty-first century, the university emphasize on the role of knowledge creation facilities, and for this, various social and educational requirements are changing the environment of higher education. These change makes university that has old facilities difficult to correspond environmental changes. The purpose of this study is to review the facilities manual of Establishment and Management of university and to suggest amendment of Establishment and Management of university by exploring the university educational environment and facilities plan to respond various changes. We reviewed division of university studies, classification system of facilities, Area Standard of building and site in th provision for university establishment and operation, based on studying domestic university facilities standards, space management standards, facilities condition of national/private university and doing a survey of university facilities satisfaction and propriety of facilities standard in 120 universities. According to this study on validity and propriety of rules, we suggest amendment of Establishment and Management of university that can respond changing higher education environment.

The purpose of this study is an overall valuation about propriety study of school facilities BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) by means of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). The search point includes these questions. Is BTL of school facilities a reasonable project for school, or is the former government financial project on the position of comparative superiority? And, is a partial BTL possible as an alternative plan? The result of this study shows that preference rate about BTL is 39%, that of former government financial project is 32%, and that of partial BTL is 29%.

After the introduction of revenue service, abnormal wear has been reported on DMRC EMU wheels that have been manufactured and delivered by Rotem. As a part of an investigation of cause, Rotem has carried out the study of propriety between wheel and rail profile. The wheel profile of DMRC EMU is SK-91146. The material and profile of the wheel was presented by DMRC. The Profile of the rail is UIC 60-1:20. This study tested the propriety of three wheel profiles to include, SK-91146, EN 13715-P8 and UIC s1002 between the rail profile UIC 60-1:20.

이구(李?)는 북송(北宋)시기 유학자(儒學者)로 전통 '귀의천리(貴義賤利)' 사상을 비판하며, 인간의 본성과 욕망에 부합하는 '예(禮)'와 '이(利)'를 긍정할 것을 주장한 사상가이다. 그는 예(禮)란 인류의 물질생활과 자연적 욕구인 욕망에 순응하여 발생한 것으로 먼저 물질생활과 자연적 욕구인 욕망을 긍정하면서 만족시켜 주어야 예(禮)가 제대로 발현될 것이라고 주장했다. 만약 이를 어기면 백성들의 삶은 황폐해지고, 국가는 위기를 맞게 될 것이다. 이런 이구(李?)의 사상은 왕안석(王安石)의 변법 개혁에 이론적 틀을 제공했을 뿐만 아니라 송명이학자들을 비판하고 내외(內外)의 합일(合一)을 중시함으로써 추상적이고 공허하게 변해가는 예(禮)에 참신하고 개혁적인 의미를 불어넣었다. 예(禮)의 내재적 근원인 인(仁), 의(義), 지(智), 신(信)만을 강조할 경우 인간의 자연스러운 물질적 욕망은 무시되어 예(禮)는 공허해질 수밖에 없다. 반대로 예(禮)의 외재적 형식으로서의 법제(法制)만을 강조하면 예(禮)의 정신과 본질이 망각되어 예(禮)는 사람들을 소외시키고 강제하는 강압적 도구가 될 수밖에 없다. 송명(宋明) 시기를 거치면서 내성적인 측면을 강화한 유학(儒學) 사상이 불교(佛敎)나 서구 학문에 대항할 만한 철학적인 요소를 갖추었다는 점은 평가할 만한 일이다. 그러나 근대로 들어와서 '사람 잡아먹는 예교(禮敎)'로 비판받은 까닭은 지나치게 교조화된 덕목으로 인성(人性)에 위배되는 가혹한 '절욕(節慾)'을 강요했기 때문이다. 근대로 들어와 동양의 '예치(禮治) 시스템'의 장점들이 부각되면서 전통 '예제(禮制)'가 현대 법치주의 체계가 만들어지는 데 있어 공헌을 한 것은 부정할 수 없는 사실이다. 그러나 주목해야 할 점은 예(禮)라는 것이 내재적 근원과 외재적 형식 중 어느 하나만 가지고는 제 기능을 발휘할 수 없다는 점이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이구(李?)의 의리관(義利觀)과 왕패론(王覇論), 내외론(內外論) 등을 살펴봄으로써 예(禮)의 진정한 의미를 고찰하고 '형식'으로서의 '예제(禮制)'가 아닌 '체용합일(體用合一)'로서의 '예(禮)'가 지닌 현실적 의의를 살펴보고자 하였다.

This research peformed 'Study for Investigation for propriety of constructing geodetic VLBI and Establishment of the fundamental plan' as a project commissioned by National Geographic Information Institute. In this presentation, 1 will talk about the research results of propriety investigation for geodetic VLBI and SLR. I would like to present the results of the establishment of the fundamental plan for geodetic VLBT afterwards.

Construction safety education plays role to provide necessary skills to workers for working safely. It is also important safety measure be used efficiently without any restriction to construction accident prevention. On this study, to develop effective education contents, we analyzed propriety of education contents used in construction sites, drew problem, and suggested the improvement direction.

In order to research the propriety of selection of 4 potential airport sites after a field investigation is made in JEONJU area, this paper analyzes those sites comparatively considering major factors required by FAA. There are at least 10 factors that should be considered when analyzing potential airport sites : convenience to users, availability of land and land costs, design and layout of the airport, airspace obstructions, engineering factors, social and environmental factors, availability of utilites, atmospheric conditions, hazards, coordination with other airports.

The purpose of this study was to empirically verify the influence of certain variables on the psychological well-being of married men and women and to provide a basis for promoting the quality of life. The subjects of this study were 366 married men and women in Busan. The data was obtained through administering a self-reported questionnaire. Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS/WIN 10.0 and included frequencies, means, standard deviation, Chronbach'a, $$\chi$^2$, t-test, and regression analysis. The major results of this study were as follows: First, the scores for degree of income propriety, fate control orientation and material orientation of married men was higher than those of married women. The scores for degree of stress recognition and perceived equity showed no significant difference between men and women. The score for psychological well-being of married men and women was relatively low. The score of psychological well-being of married women(2.94) was higher than that of married men(2.67). Second, variables that affect the psychological well-being of married men were degree of income propriety(p>.001), degree of perceived stress(p>.001), fate control orientation(p>.001) and material orientation(p>.001). Variables that affect psychological well-being of married women were degree of income propriety(p>.001), degree of perceived stress (p>.001), fate control orientation(p>.001) and perceived equity(p>.01). The variable of perceived equity didn't affect psychological well-being of married men. The variable of material orientation didn't affect the psychological well-being of married women. Third, the influence level of the degree of income propriety of married men and women was the highest among the variables.

This research is a questionnaire survey conducted to find out educational improvement by analyzing the propriety and difficulty of therapeutic Qigong education practiced in Korean medicine department. We took survey on students after giving therapeutic Qigong education at Pusan National University School of Korean Medicine in the second semester of the year 2011 and 2012. The number of responders was 103 in total. Reflection of training goal was $8.38{\pm}1.34$, satisfaction of composition of contents was $8.24{\pm}1.36$, which showed that the education was informative. Difficulty level was $6.11{\pm}1.09$, which showed intermediate level. The propriety of education material was $7.64{\pm}1.72$ and propriety of contents was $7.85{\pm}1.52$, which all turned out to be appropriate. In case of the propriety of time distribution, intermediate point of $5.58{\pm}1.92$ was found. The therapeutic Qigong education in Pusan National University School of Korean Medicine was evaluated practical and appropriate by students. However, education period should be modified since it is evaluated to be intermediate level.
