  • Dynamic modelling and controller design technique for constant-frequency series resonant converter with buck type preregulator are mainly described in this paper. An equivalent circuit model is derived and a state equation is developed from this model. To improve the dynamic performance, a negative feedback of inductor current is added to the proportional and integral control of output voltage. Furthermore, an optimization technique with prescribed eigenvalue region is applied to the determination of feedback gains. With the presented design method, much better dynamic performance can be obtained.

  • This paper presents a Matlab toolbox for proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller design. By means of the tool, the complete set of controllers simultaneously satisfying multiple design specifications such as stability and robust stability margins can be obtained directly from the only frequency response data on the plant.

  • In this paper, a new method is proposed for robust proportional- integral - derivative (PID) control that is to ensure specified phase margin and iso - damping property using reduction model. This method is based on the second order plus dead time(SOPDT) reduction model of the high order model. Reduction model used to ensure iso-damping property in the feature frequency. Simulation results gives proof of effectiveness of proposed method.

  • In this paper, a robust speed controller considering the effect of uncertainty (plant parameter variation. external load disturbance. unmodeled and nonlinear dynamics etc..) for induction motor is proposed. Firstly. the dynamic model at nominal case of induction motor is estimated. Based on the estimated model. the IPSC ( Integral - Proportional Speed Controller) is designed. Then a DTRC (Dead-time Robust Controller) combining DTC ( Dead-time Compensator) & SRC (Simple Robust Controller) is designed to reduce the effects of parameter variation and external disturbance. Some simulated results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

  • Recently, a technology based on the proportional integral (PI) control have grown rapidly owing to the needs for the robust capacity of the controllers from industrial building sectors. However, PI controller generally requires tuning of gains for optimal control when the outside weather condition changes. The present study presents the possibility of reinforcement learning (RL) control algorithm with PI controller adapted in the HVAC system. The optimal design criteria of RL controller was proposed in the environment chamber experiment and a theoretical analysis was also conducted using TRNSYS program.

  • This paper presents a robust nonlinear autopilot design method based on dynamic inversion and PI(Proportional-Integral) control law. The new controller structure which is different from previous work is composed of classical linear PI control law and nonlinear fast dynamic inversion. A pitch axis model of highly maneuverable missiles and a linearized model for designing Pl controller are presented. The performance of proposed method is illustrated via nonlinear simulations including aerodynamic uncertainties and actuator dynamics.

  • 본 논문에서는 TV 브라운관 유리용해로의 온도 제어를 위한 고전 고급 제어 (Conventional Advanced Control) 알고리듬을 제시한다. 용해로의 특성에 맞도록 중요한 입출력 변수를 선정한 후, 공정 실험을 통하여 얻어진 데이터를 바탕으로 입출력 변수들간의 초보적인 FOPDT (First Order Plus Dead Time) 모델들의 조합으로 용해로를 모델링하였다. 수립된 모델을 바탕으로 주요 입출력을 PI (Proportional - Integral) 형태의 cascade 및 단일 궤환 루프(Single feedback loop)들의 조합으로 제어기를 구성하였다. 제시된 알고리듬은 기존 용해로에 설치되어 있는 DCS를 이용하여 구현되었고, 일 150톤 생산 규모의 용해로에 성공적으로 실적용되었다.

  • This paper proposes a new single-phase seven-level grid-connected inverter. Operational principle with switching function are analyzed. A digital proportional-integral current-control algorithm was implemented in a TMS320F28335 DSP to keep the current injected into the grid sinusoidal. To verify the performance of the proposed inverter, PSIM simulation and experimental results are also shown in this paper.

  • 본 논문은 벡터제어 기반의 IPMSM 구동 시스템에서 순시 토크 제어 시 전류제어기법에 따른 스위치의 온도특성에 관하여 기술하였다. 전류제어 기법으로는 예측전류제어기법과 기존의 PI(Proportional Integral) 제어기 기반의 SVPWM을 각각 적용하였고, 순시 토크 제어에 따른 스위치 발열량을 비교 분석하였다.

  • This paper proposes a new control strategy to eliminate the harmonic components of stator current for stand-alone DFIG system feeding non-linear loads. In this method, the LSC operates as an active filter which is controlled by employing a proportional-integral and a resonant controller. And also, the stator current is used as the feedback signal for the compensator instead of the load current, so that the additional current sensor at the load side can be removed. The experiment is verified to validate the effectiveness of the proposed compensating method.
