  • This paper introduces the real-time soil thermal property analyzer and temperature measuring system which is combined with radio telecommunication technique. To measure the thermal parameters in real-time, the radio telecommunication technique are used the personal communication service (PCS) which is in the world-wide serviced commercially firstly by CDMA. The thermal property analyzer has an ability of measuring thermal resistivity, thermal diffusivity and thermal stability. To estimate the soil thermal properties, the curve fitting algorithm by means of the least square method are used. TCP/IP protocol and MTM are used to install the real-time soil thermal property and temperature measurement system at multiple locations along routes of the underground power cables and to reduce the cost of telecommunication.

정보계측기법을 이용한 문화재 중요도 평가방안 (A Cultural Property Priority Assessment Using Information Measure Technique)

  • In the evaluation of rural amenities, its properties are related with social, cultural, and environmental elements. In this study, Information Measure Model (IMM) and Cultural Property Priority Assessment Model (CPPAM) were developed adapting information measure model with text based surveying data. To apply developed model not only general properties but also specific surveyed data, Specific Information Gathering and Utilizing System (SIGUS) was constructed using the data in Dusan World encyclopedia. IMM shows priorities of cultural property by information in national-designated cultural properties. And CPPAM applied in surveying data in 2004 by Rural Resources Development Institute.

  • Metal matrix composites(MMCs) reinforced with hard particles have many potential application in aerospace structures, auto parts, semiconductor package, heat resistant panels, wear resistant materials and so on. In this work, the effect of SiC partioel sizes(50 and 100 ${\mu}m$) and additional elements such as Si, Cu and Ti on the microstructure and the wear property of $Al-5Mg-X(Si,Cu,Ti)/SiC_p$ composites produced by pressureless infiltration method have been investigated using optical microscopy, scanning eletron microcopy(SEM) with EDS(energy dispersive spectrometry), hardness test, X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and wear test. In present study, the sound $Al-5Mg-X(Si,Cu,Ti)/SiC_p$(50 and 100 ${\mu}m$) composites were fabricated by pressureless infiltration method. The $Al-5Mg-0.3Si-O.1Cu-O.1Ti/SiC_p$ composite with $50 {\mu}m$ size of SiC particle has higher hardness and better wear property than any other composite with $100{\mu}m$ size of SiC particle produced by pressureless infiltration method. The hardness and wear property of $Al-5Mg/SiC_p$(50 and 100 ${\mu}m$) composites were enhanced by the addition of Si, Cu and Ti in Al-5%Mg matrix alloy.

  • In this studs, we synthesized durable antistatic agents with acrylic monomers for preventing the electrification of static electricity which is one of defects of polyester fabrics. Also we synthesized quaternary ammonium salts which give antistatic property and crosslinking agents which make antistatic agents adhere to fiber. The treatment of synthesized antistatic agents on polyester fabric carried out at the condition of various concentrations, treatment times and temperatures. The antistatic property, handle characteristics and other properties of treated and untreated polyester fabrics were also investigated.

데크노마트와 지원법 제도 (Technology Transfer and the Technomart Related Laws)

  • For the last several decades, it has been recognized that technology is a key factor in becoming an ADC and an advanced firm. So many countries and individual firms have been increasing investments on technology development. Especially LDCs including Korea choose technology transfer and transaction as an important alternative of their own technology development. To activate technology transaction and transfer, it is necessary to establish an technology transaction system, namely a Technomart that will make good connections between technology suppliers and technology buyers, and efficient functional linkages of supporting infrastructures including organizations and laws related with technology transactions. Therefore this study reviewed both the characteristics of technology transfer and transaction and a conceptual structure of a Technomart through a literature review. And then, the study analyzed the Technomart related laws including an intellectual property right, a copyright, a patent right, and electric transaction related laws. In conclusion the study proposed the development directions of the Technomart related laws.

  • In constructions of dams and ports structure, gravels are used as principle structural materials. Gravels have different material property compared with other materials like soil and concretes, etc. For example, material properties of gravels obtained from normal triaxial compression test are usually overestimated due to scale and penetration effects. Also, material properties of gravels under dynamic loads are the main interest when structural behavior of rockfill dam under earthquake loads is analyzed. The development of large triaxial compression apparatus is needed for the better estimation of material property of gravel. This paper reports work in progress to development of large triaxial compression apparatus.

  • This paper presents the results of a investigation, a development of the measuring system for grounding properties in live-line. The importance of the grounding system and it's property has been increased with the development, enlarge in capacity, of electrical industry. Moreover, with the rapid growth of communication and precision industry, now, we should consider the grounding properties to ensure the stable and/or safe operation. But the conventional measuring system is not proper to measure the grounding properties of the system, voltage applied. So, in this investigation, we proposed a new method for live-line measurement and develope the system. And through the field test we could confirm the superior performance of th developed system.

  • The purpose of the research is to explore the development of Beijing fashion industry in the wave of the world-wide creative industries. Two methods are used in this study: discourse analysis and case study. As a form of modern economy, creative industries are the core of originality and intellectual property. It works to develop and use knowledge resource to produce endless new products and new markets, thereby promoting economic and social development. Beijing local garment enterprises should base on the Government's policies and support, creative talent and high technology to cultivate the local fashion brands with the international competition to achieve the clothing industrial upgrading and the building of Beijing as the world-wide fashion capital.

문화재 재난관리의 필요성과 발전방향 - 숭례문 화재사고사례를 중심으로 - (Improvement of cultural heritage disaster management - The Case of Sungnyemun's Collapse in Fire -)

  • 본 연구는 숭례문 화재사고의 분석을 통해 문화재 재난관리의 필요성을 역설하고 향후 문화재 재난관리의 발전을 위한 방안을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 연구 목적의 달성을 위하여 문화재 재난관리에 관한 기존 논문, 서적 등을 중심으로 문헌분석을 실시하였고, 아울러 숭례문 화재사고 사례분석을 통하여 문화재 재난관리의 문제점과 향후 발전방향을 제시하였다. 한마디로, 이번 숭례문 화재는 목조문화재에 대한 방재활동의 어려움을 보여준 사례였다. 따라서 향후 문화재 재난관리의 필요성을 적극적으로 인식하고, 대책마련을 하여야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 우선, 문화재 재난관리의 사전 예방체계 강화가 필수적일 것이다. 둘째, 문화재별 특성을 고려한 초기 재난대응이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 셋째, 문화재 재난관리의 경우 문화재청과 소방방재청 및 관할 자치단체가 협력적 관계 유지가 중요할 것이다. 마지막으로, 관계법령을 정비하여 문화재 소방시설 기준을 강화하고 문화재 방화 등 훼손범죄에 대한 가중처벌 근거를 마련하는 등 제도적 기반을 강화하는 것이 필수적일 것이다.

교류 자기센서 특성 시험장치 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measurement System Design for Measuring Properties of AC Magnetic Field Sensor)

  • This paper describes design and construction results of the measurement system developed on the purpose of measuring properties of AC magnetic field sensors used in the weapon system. The system for measuring the properties of AC magnetic field sensors consist of 3-axis helmholtz coil, signal generator, signal amplifier, sensor data acquisition unit and AC magnetic field sensor property measurement & analysis equipment including the operating software. By using this system, we can measure various properties of AC magnetic field sensor such as sensitivity, linearity and dynamic response in the frequency from 1 Hz to 10 kHz. Finally we also verified its performance by measuring the property of a MAG 639, standard magnetic field sensor of bartington instruments, with the developed measurement system.
