Property of gallium doped Zinc Oxide thin film deposited with various substrate temperatures using D.C. magnetron sputtering

  • In this paper, we study the effect of substrate temperature on property of Ga doped ZnO (GZO) thin film for transparent conductive oxide (TCO).GZO thin films have been deposited on corning glass 1737 by D.C. magnetron sputtering. We investigated the structural and electrical properties of GZO films using the X-Ray Diffractometer(XRD), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy(FESEM) and 4-points probe .

상압화학기상 증착법에 의한 반도체탄소나노튜브의 성장과 $300^{\circ}C$ 대기에서의 산화열처리 효과 (The semiconductor carbon nanotube growth with atmosphere pressure chemical vapor deposition method and oxidation effect at $300^{\circ}C$ in air)

  • [ $SiO_2$ ]로 산화된 웨이퍼 위에 상압화학기상증착 기술로 반도체 탄소나노튜브를 성장했으며, 이 나노튜브의 전기적 특성을 조사하였다. 전기적 특성은 반도체 탄소나노튜뷰를 $300^{\circ}C$, 대기 중에서 산화 열처리 시간을 변화시키면서 상온대기에서 측정하였다. 반도체 탄소나노튜브는 $300^{\circ}C$에서 산화 열처리 시간을 증가할수록 점차적으로 금속 탄소나노튜브로 변형되는 것을 보았다. 탄소나노튜브는 $300^{\circ}C$, 대기에서 6시간 동안 산화 열처리 후 표면의 일부가 없어지는 현상을 투과 전자현미경으로 확인하였다.

유기물 첨가에 의한 전해동박의 특성 (Properties of electrodeposited copper foil by organic compounds)

  • The mechanical properties and surface luminous intensities of copper foil have been studied with variation of the amount of additives into the electrolyte. Especially, organic compound of HEC was added from 0.1 to 10ppm for the propose of increasing the mechanical property and the surface state. The total thickness of electrodeposited copper foil was decreased with increasing the amount of organic compounds. There was not so much significant effect of the current density. It has been observed that mechanical property and surface luminous intensity increase with increasing concentration of organic compounds.

고속 화염 용사 공정으로 제조된 WC계 및 Cr3C2계 Cermet 코팅 소재의 미세조직 및 마모 특성 (Microstructural and Wear Properties of WC-based and Cr3C2-based Cermet Coating Materials Manufactured with High Velocity Oxygen Fuel Process)

  • This study investigates the microstructure and wear properties of cermet (ceramic + metal) coating materials manufactured using high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) process. Three types of HVOF coating layers are formed by depositing WC-12Co, WC-20Cr-7Ni, and Cr3C2-20NiCr (wt.%) powders on S45C steel substrate. The porosities of the coating layers are $1{\pm}0.5%$ for all three specimens. Microstructural analysis confirms the formation of second carbide phases of $W_2C$, $Co_6W_6C$, and $Cr_7C_3$ owing to decarburizing of WC phases on WC-based coating layers. In the case of WC-12Co coating, which has a high ratio of $W_2C$ phase with high brittleness, the interface property between the carbide and the metal binder slightly decreases. In the $Cr_3C_2-20CrNi$ coating layer, decarburizing almost does not occur, but fine cavities exist between the splats. The wear loss occurs in the descending order of $Cr_3C_2-20NiCr$, WC-12Co, and WC-20Cr-7Ni, where WC-20Cr-7Ni achieves the highest wear resistance property. It can be inferred that the ratio of the carbide and the binding properties between carbide-binder and binder-binder in a cermet coating material manufactured with HVOF as the primary factors determine the wear properties of the cermet coating material.

  • Diglycidy1 ether of bisphenol A(DGEBA)/4, 4'-methylene dianiline(MDA) 계에 malononitrile(MN)과 hydroquinone(HQ)을 도입한 계의 기계적 특성을 연구하였다. $80^{\circ}C$에서 1.5hr경화시킨후, $150^{\circ}C$에서 1hr 더 경화시킨 시편을 제조하여 시험하였으며, 사슬확장제로 작용하는 MN과 반응 가속제로 작용하는 HQ가 기계적 물성에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. MN과 HQ의 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 충격특성은 크게 개선된 반면, 딘장특성은 감소하였다.

분무성형법에 의한 Al 합금(AA2014) 대형봉상성형체 제조시 기공발생에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Creation of Porosity in Al Alloy(AA2014) Large Rod Preforms by Spray Forming)

  • In order to manufacture large rod preforms of 2014 Al alloy with a good mechanical property by spray forming method, it was spray-formed at a droplet temperature of $715^{\circ}C$, a droplet flight distance of 400mm, and a spraying angle of $35^{\circ}$. The rod preforms were extruded at $397^{\circ}C$ with the die temperature of $420^{\circ}C$ under the hot extrusion ratio 21:1 and T6 heat treatment was performed. The 2014 Al alloys cast by hot top process were also extruded and heat-treated at the same condition as a reference material. Microstructural observation and tensile test were carried out to investigate the effects of extrusion on microstructure and mechanical property of spray-formed Al alloy. Spray-formed Al alloys had many porosities due to inappropriate process conditions such as long droplet flight distance and low droplet temperature but have fine equiaxed grain. These porosities were reduced with decreasing in grain size by hot extrusion. Ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of spray formed-extruded 2014 Al alloy were inferior to those of the normal cast-extruded 2014 Al alloy, but elongations were superior. The control of porosity was important to get spray formed preform with a good mechanical property.

  • In 1983 Harmand and Lima [5] proved that if X is a Banach space for which K(X), the space of compact linear operators on X, is an M-ideal in L(X), the space of bounded linear operators on X, then it has the metric compact approximation property. A strong converse of the above result holds if X is a closed subspace of either $\elll_p(1 < p < \infty) or c_0 [2,15]$. In 1979 J. Johnson [7] actually proved that if X is a Banach space with the metric compact approximation property, then the annihilator K(X)^\bot$ of K(X) in $L(X)^*$ is the kernel of a norm-one projection in $L(X)^*$, which is the case if K(X) is an M-ideal in L(X).

삽주 추출물을 이용한 견직물의 천연염색 (Dyeing of silk with natural dyes from Atractylodes japonica)

  • The fabric, 100% Silk, was dyed with Atractylodes japonica extract solution. The effects of concentration of extracts (colorant), temperature of dyeing, time of dyeing and pH of dye bath were studied. As the concentration of extracts increased, color strength (K/S value) increased progressively. The K/S values increased with raising temperature, time and proper conditions were $80^{\circ}C$ and 80 minutes. Maximum K/S value was obtained at pH 3. The K/S values of mordanted fabrics were increased with increasing mordant concentration up to specific values. Surface color of dyed and mordanted fabrics were yellowish. Light color fastness of fabric with mordanting was fairly good 3/4 rating. The mordanted silk fabrics showed excellent antibacterial activity. The silk fabric dyed with Atractylodes japonica extract showed a superior UV protective property.

  • In this paper, we first seek the equivalent statements with averaging properties in terms of the regular summability method, secondly define some new averaging properties and study their implications. Finally, we investigate the question of what property is dual to the Banach-Saks property suggested by C. Seifert.
