  • The purpose for this study shows general planning direction about showroom which can enhance sales promotion, and corporate image and through buyer negotiation increasing export. We can divide showroom as promotional showroom and institutional showroom as a whole. The results of this research can be summarized as follows : There is no uniformed design plan of display for the P.R of showroom. And they need independent business space. But, there is no attractive factors to fascinate their consumer and thus there is no sufficient service facility, Also, some more effective planning is needed to support their supervisors. I wish to suggest some planning direction on the basis of research problems : We need to divide four space- that is entrance space, display space management space, service space-to allocative effectively space for the purpose of charging product. P.R. We should set up uniformed design policy which can contribute P.R.-that is corporate color, unform . logotype, sign, pamphlet etc.

  • Ministry of Construction and Transportation approved amendments to the Seongnam City that permits the redevelopment of Seongnam City in December 2001, The city will begin the first of three phases in the redevelopment which will be spread over more than ten years. This study aims at inquiring into the design process of the 'Seongnam Redevelopment Exhibition Center' project by focusing on the role of the architectural and exhibitional designer. In terms of architectural approach, 'Seongnam Redevelopment Exhibition Center' will play a role environmentally as a street object, and functionally as an exhibitory, selling, public, educational and cultural space for Seongnam citizens. The plan of exhibition space, cultural space, rest area and office space is not independent or contradictory but organical in a three-floor composition.

패션 아트마케팅에 대한 소비자 태도가 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of consumer attitudes toward fashion art marketing on purchase intention)

  • This study analyzed consumers' awareness, preference levels, and effect expectations in relation to fashion art marketing according to the types of such marketing (collaboration between fashion and art in fashion products, called product collaboration; sponsorship for art foundation; artist sponsorship; collaboration for the design of a space/store/display; ad/promotional film collaboration). The study also investigated the influence of consumers' attitudes toward fashion art marketing with respect to purchase intention. The study was implemented through a descriptive survey method. The sample consisted of 342 men and women between the ages of 20 and 45. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that there are significant differences in consumers' awareness and effect expectations in relation to fashion art marketing according to the types of fashion art marketing activities. While no differences were found in preference levels according to the type of fashion art marketing, all the types of art marketing showed overall high levels of preference. The collaboration between fashion and art in fashion products, which had the highest awareness, also showed the highest expected effect. In all the types of fashion art marketing, consumers' attitudes had a significant influence on purchase intention. In cases of sponsorship for an art foundation, artist sponsorship, collaboration for the design of a space/store/display, and ad/promotional films, consumers' effect expectations had the most significant influence on purchase intention, followed by preference and awareness level. These results could be used to provide appropriate proposals to fashion brands when they plan to set up an art marketing strategy.

스포츠 관광을 통한 대구의 세계화 - 2011 대구세계육상선수권대회의 문화지리학적 분석 - (A Discourse Analysis of Attempts to Strengthen Global Image through the 2011 World Athletics Championships)

  • 대구는 2011년에 세계육상선수권대회(IAAF World Championships)를 개최하였다. 조직 위원회는 이 대회를 통해서 대구에 대한 세계적인 인지도를 강화하고, 세계적인 스케일에서 관광과 투자를 촉진함으로써 최근 대구의 경기침체를 극복하고자 하였다. 한국에 거주하는 외국인의 관점에서 쓰여진 본 논문은 문화지리 분석 방법을 혼합하여 세계육상선수권대회로 인해 파급된 관광과 투자의 영향을 평가하였다. 본 논문은 대규모 이벤트를 활용한 장소의 생산을 고찰하기 위해 세 단계의 '영토화(territorialisation)' 접근법를 적용하였으며, 특히 세계육상선수권대회가 개최되기 전과 개최되는 동안의 재현 활동(representational efforts)을 살펴보았다. 이 과정에서 웹사이트, 안내책자 등과 같은 대회 관련 홍보물이 주로 사용되었으며, 관광객을 대상으로 한 인터뷰를 통해 연구 결과를 보충하였다. 이와 관련한 문헌 자료, 대구의 역사, 그리고 Daegu 2011의 추진 배경을 검토한 결과, 본 논문은 세 가지 항목으로 도출되었다. 첫째, 비판 담론 분석(critical discourse analysis)을 통해 대회와 관련된 홍보 비디오를 분석한 결과 대구시는 세계 관광 시장에서 차지하는 대구의 지위에 대하여 불확신한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관광지로서 대구의 위상에 대한 대구시 자체의 불확신은 홍보 비디오 이외의 다른 홍보물 분석에서도 여전히 나타났다. 이런 홍보물들은 대구시의 이미지와 미래를 향한 염원에 부담을 초래하였다. 셋째, 이런 논의를 확장시킨 결과 홍보물에서 보여지는 대구의 관광 경관은 실제 보여지는 경관과 부분적으로 차이가 나타나고 있었다. 이것으로 볼 때, 세계선수권대회는 대구시에 긍정적인 효과를 창출함과 동시에 앞으로 세계적인 도시로서의 위상을 확립하기 위해서 해결해야 할 과제를 남기고 있다.

공공도서관 복합문화공간의 프로그램 구성체계 및 활성화 방안 연구 (A Study on the Program Structure and Activation Plan of the Complex Cultural Space in Public Library)

  • 본 연구는 공공도서관 내 복합문화공간의 현황 및 운영 중인 프로그램 현황을 파악하기 위한 기초연구로서, 복합문화공간을 구성한 공공도서관을 대상으로 공간유형 및 프로그램 현황을 파악하고, 이를 기반으로 향후 복합문화공간별 프로그램 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이에 복합문화공간을 도서관 내에 구성하고 있는 공공도서관 사서를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과, 교육공간, 전시공간, 공연공간이 다수 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이와 맥락을 같이하여 복합문화공간에서 운영하고 있는 프로그램 유형도 교육, 전시, 공연 유형의 프로그램이 다수 진행되고 있었다. 그러나 현재 전담인력 부족, 예산 부족, 프로그램 개발 어려움, 프로그램 참여 저조, 문화시설 및 자료 부족 등으로 복합문화공간 운영의 내실화는 아직 부족한 실정인 것으로 보인다. 이에 향후 공공도서관 내 복합문화공간 프로그램 활성화를 위해서는 해당 도서관의 복합문화공간에 대한 목표와 비전을 설정, 공간 확보, 복합문화공간을 위한 인력 및 예산 확보, 홍보 등이 이루어져야 할 것으로 보인다.

Will My Customers Come Back? A Study of Beauty Salons in Taiwan

  • Purpose - The beauty salon industry is a highly competitive market. Every beauty salon shop aims to keep its customers satisfied and hopes that they will revisit several times. Hence, this paper investigates the key factors affecting the repurchase intention of consumers in the beauty salon industry in Taiwan. Research design, data, and methodology - We first use the content analysis of free-response narratives from beauticians to classify the key factors objectively and develop the questionnaire accordingly. We then distribute the questionnaire to 130 beauty salon consumers to complete the questionnaire. Next, the Grey Relation Analysis is employed to identify the key factors that affect the repurchase intention of consumers in the beauty salon industry. Results - From the perspectives of the beauty salon customers, the factors affecting the repurchase intention of consumers are (1) obvious treatment results, (2) the treatment space considers personal privacy, (3) the offer of promotional prices for treatment/product trials, and (4) the product knowledge of the beauticians. From the perspectives of the beauticians, the factors include (1) the treatment space is well-designed and makes the customers feel relaxed, (2) enhancement of the customer relationship, (3) the treatment space considers personal privacy, and (4) the positive service attitude of the beauticians. Conclusions - We analyze all the key factors and offer some suggestions as a conclusion.

아파트 단지 내 사이버 공동체 활성화 방안 연구II -사이버 공동체 콘텐츠에 대한 거주자 요구도- (The Revitalization Schemes for Virtual Communities in Apartment Complex II -Residents' Needs of the Virtual Community Contents in Apartment Complex-)

  • With the development of the internet and the spread of 'digital home', the communities in cyber space have been especially revitalized since the information-oriented society. Apartment houses provided networks that are well equipped with internet websites, which build up the houses as a virtual space unit. This study attempted to conducted the questionnaire research for apartment occupants in order to investigate their recognition of and participation in the virtual community and demand for the classified contents The results are as follows. 1) First of all, some easy-access programs are necessary to be groped while aggressive promotional strategies for virtual community that create interests of residents are required to make progress to increase the participation for virtual community 2) 'Gender', 'the form of ownership' and 'level of using the Internet' show significant differences in the case of 'needs in the like-minded people's association', the participation of residents that is induced by both online and offline can cause positive effects on community activity 3) Needs in community enrichment are generally high so that various contents development related to those are necessary. 4) Effects of virtual community on the residential community are on the whole affirmative.

스마트 전시환경의 전시회 성과평가를 위한 지표 개발 (Developing Performance Indicator for Smart-Exhibition)

  • Exhibitions are important sales promotional method commonly used by the marketer of industrial products. Exhibition utilized as a means of effective marketing tools, company's interest and demand is rising. Especially in recent years, visitors' activity within the exhibition space can be monitored in real time by applying near-field sensing technology such as RFID, NFC, RQ code. Exhibition organizers are also applying the near-field sensing technology in order to attract the participating companies and visitors. With the introduction of near-field sensing technology, the exhibition has been a lot of changes occur in the exhibition environment. However absence of performance indicators to measure new exhibition environment which adopt ubiquitous technology, still the exhibition performance is not properly measured. In this study, we use the Delphi technique with the performance indicators based on previous research, and propose performance indicators for measuring achievement of exhibition in the smart-exhibition environment.

Reconceptualizing Online Free Spaces: A Case Study of the Sunflower Movement

  • Using the Sunflower movement as a case study, this article seeks to articulate a theoretical framework to evaluate online "free spaces" as tools for political mobilization. To this end, this article conducts a thematic and content analysis of 151 posts on the official Facebook page of the Sunflower movement. Key results uncover four thematic functions among posts - expressive, informative, informative-support, and promotional - that overlap, in which the expressive theme prevails, and two thematic topics discussed by posts - damages by protesters and their ideology of freedom. I conclude that: (1) combining the logistic and thematic dimensions of posts enables a specific understanding of an online free space's political viability and anticipates the campaigns it will connect itself to; (2) the networked nature of the Sunflower movement page prompts the reconceptualization of (i) online free spaces as nodes through which various political campaigns and struggles are thematically connected by a political ideology; (ii) inactivity as a strategy where protest capital and followers accumulate to prepare and empower future mobilizations.

관광 활성화 전략으로서 미술문화공간 운영가이드라인 개발 프로세스 연구

  • 본 연구는 예술과 관광의 관계 설정을 통해 지역예술과 소프트 관광자원을 개발 할 수 있는 대안으로 미술문화공간 개발 프로세스를 제시하고자 한다. 1990년대 말부터 여러 단체의 미술진흥정책을 통해 창작을 지원하고자하는 미술창작스튜디오를 중심으로 살펴보았으며, 프로세스 제안 부분은 서비스디자인 개념을 활용하여 미술문화공간에서 일어날 수 있는 다양한 터치 포인트를 구체화시킴으로써 효율적이고 실천적인 운영 프로세스를 개발하였다.
