글로벌 중소기업의 디지털마케팅 추진전략 및 이행방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Digital Marketing Promotion Strategy and Implementation Strategy Implementation Plan of Global SMEs)

  • 전세계적으로 인터넷사용이 보편화 되면서 디지털마케팅이 광고매체로서 커다란 비중을 가지게되었다. 적은 비용으로 효과가 큰 디지털마케팅 도구로는 웹사이트, 눈, 블로그, 검색광고, 온라인 배너, 메일링, 유트브 등이 있으며 이는 전세계의 대부분 기업들이 이들중 하나 이상을 디지털마케팅에 활용하고 있디. 이러한 환경에서 하나 이상의 해외 법인을 가지고 있는 글로벌 기업들은 디지털 마케팅 추진전략수립 및 이행방법에 대해 많은 관심을 갖게되었다. 그러나 디지털 마케팅의 필요성과 추진전략에 대한 연구는 다수가 이루어지고 있으나 실제 적용할 수 있는 구체적인 이행방법 모델에 대한 연구는 전무한 상황이다. 따라서, 본연구에서는 글로벌 중소기업에 적합한 디지털 마케팅을 정의하고 추진전략수립 모델 및 구체적인실행방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 범용적인 중소기업 글로벌 디지털 마케팅전략 수립방안에 기여하고자 한다.

대학홍보대상의 세분화 가능성에 관한 탐색적 연구 -홍보활동과 이미지를 기준으로- (Relative importance of university promotion activities and images)

  • The objectives of this study are to examine what are the important promotion activities and images when students choose the university. In order to this research, 277 students drawn from university in pusan area are utilized and 5 hypotheses are analyzed by t-test, anova and regression analysis. The principal findings of empirical study are as follows (1) the most important promotion activities are ranked as follows 1) advice from other peoples(family and teacher are ranked highly) 2) publicity 3) university brochure 4) guide magazine for university 5) university homepage etc. Against our expectation, TV (radio) ad. transit ad. newspaper ad. are ranked lowly among the factors. (2) this study reveals that the most important university images are possibility of good job employment and future growth, confidence, ability of research and lecture, specialization of major etc. but history and tradition, scale of uni. are ranked lowly among the factors. (3) this study reveals that seven universities those are analyzed have different images. In order to achieve the more effective promotion strategy, universities may strengthen their good images and make better their weak images. I have a conviction that the findings above can be applicable for university promotion strategy.

The Efficacy of a Promotional Strategy of Shopping Malls

  • This study examined the efficacy of shopping malls�v isual experience and convenience (i.e., exterior and interior changes) and general promotions (i.e., price and non-price promotions) by investigating their level of accomplishing promotion objectives that include consumers�a wareness, interest, trial endorsement, willingness to purchase, and visits/spending. Results showed that in general, shopping malls�p romotions did not effectively accomplish any of the five promotion objectives. However, some promotion activities are more effective in achieving a specific objective than other promotion activities. Shopping malls should take advantages of the functions of different types of promotions to form a comprehensive promotion strategy.

웹 기반 간호 교육을 위한 튜터의 운영 전략 개발 및 효과 검증 연구 (A Study of Development and Evaluation of Tutorial Management Strategy for Web-based Nursing Education)

  • Purpose: This study was attempted and completed in order to settle down and qualitatively improve web-based nursing education by evaluating effect and managing strategy of tutor. Method: The development of tutor's managing strategy was based on "The Self-regulated Learning" and "The supportive Learning", then it was applied to 79 learners in one of the cyber-learning centers. After applying the tutor's managing strategy, self-regulated learning scale, attitude for school, preference for computer and academic achievement were evaluated. The development of tutor's managing strategy for web-based nursing education are consisted of participation promotion, psychological support and motivation, recognition and promotion strategy of learning activity, management strategy of evaluating stage. Result: The levels of learner's self-regulated learning, recognition, behavior, attitude on the school and learning achievement were meaningfully increased in statistics after applying for the managing strategy of tutor. The motivation level and learning participation kept high scores from the beginning with no significant statistical changes. Conclusion: It is required to develop an educational program for cultivating well-educated tutors in order to help the effective learning process of nurses based on understanding characteristics of learners.

생활협동조합 매장의 그린마케팅 전략에 대한 소비자회원의 인지도 분석 -한살림천안아산생협 매장을 중심으로- (An Analysison Consumer Member's Awareness to Green Marketing Strategies of a Consumer's Cooperative Shop for Environmentally Friendly Agri-product)

  • The paper analyzed on the level of consumer member's awareness to green marketing strategies (4P's; product, price, place and promotion strategies) of Hansalim specialty shops for environmentally friendly agri-products. For the study, Hansalim-Cheonanasan members had been surveyed. Consumers purchase environmentally friendly agri-products because quality and freshness of those is good. The difference in amount of the average monthly purchase between loyal customers and disloyal customers is about 130,000 won. And customer's awareness is that the first is promotion strategy, the second product strategy, the third place strategy, the last price strategy. The average monthly purchase is related with product strategy in correlations between the 4P's each other. If Hansalim maintains a product strategy, promotes extensively and keeps their product standard, more consumers will purchase Hansalim products because the most important one of effect of green marketing strategies on consumer behavior is products. Hansalim needs to go into action to increase recognition. Some of consumers have misconcepts or don't know about the 4P's well. If Hansalim promotes positively considering interrelationship about 4P's strategies or other strategies, the consumers awareness will be changed more effectively. This study shows that balanced 4P's is better than only one superior strategy because of the correlation amomg green marketing strategies.

우리나라 국제특송업체(國際特送業體)의 글로벌 전략(戰略)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on Global Strategy for Korean International Express Companies)

  • 국제적으로 기업활동의 수직적 분화와 현지경영이 가속화 됨에 따라 국제특송시장규모가 확대되고 있다. 글로벌 특송기업들은 확대되고 있는 국제물류시장에서 점유율을 증대시키고자 M&A를 통해 대형화하고 글로벌화하고 있는 데 반하여 우리나라 특송업체들은 규모의 영세성으로 국제물류시장에서 경쟁에 밀리고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 국제특송업체의 현황을 진단하고 경쟁력을 제고할 수 있는 방안을 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 국제특송산업의 특성요인과 이러한 시장에서의 경쟁적 특성요인이 특송업체의 두 유형의 글로벌 전략에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 첫 번째 유형의 전략은 특성화전략(SCM전략, 3자물류전략, 토탈물류전략 및 차별화전략)이며 두 번째 유형의 전략은 M&A와 종하물류기업화에 의한 규모확대와 단계별 시장진출전략이다. 이러한 두 유형의 전략이 제대로 실행되어야만 국제특송업체의 경쟁력을 증대시킬 수가 있으며 이를 위한 정부의 체계적인 지원이 필요한 것으로 나타나고 있다.

액션플랜 기법을 활용한 초기 성인 건강증진 프로그램의 효과 (Effectiveness of Health Promotion Program Using Action Planning Strategy for Young Adults)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a health promotion program utilizing action planning strategy for young adults. Methods: A non-equivalent control group pre-post-test design was used. One hundred three university students participated in the study. Participants in the experimental group (n=51) were provided the health promotion program utilizing action planning strategy for five weeks. The program consisted of weekly sessions that included action planning and group feedback. The control group (n=52) was provided with health information every week for 5 weeks. Program outcomes, including self-efficacy, physical activity health behaviors, total exercise time per week, daily cigarette consumption, frequency of alcohol drinking per month, nutritional health behaviors, and subjective health status, were assessed at baseline and at follow-up after 5 weeks. Results: The participants in the experimental group demonstrated significant increases in self-efficacy, physical activity health behaviors, weekly exercise time, and nutritional health behaviors and significant decreases in daily cigarette consumption than those in the control group. Conclusion: The health promotion program utilizing action planning strategy is a brief and effective intervention to promote health behaviors among young adults. Further investigation is warranted to assess the program's effectiveness among other age groups and populations at high risk for chronic illness.

특전부사관 우수인력 획득을 위한 SNS 홍보에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Promotion of SNS for the Acquisition of Excellent Personnel in the Special Forces Non Officer)

  • 본 연구는 특전부사관 우수자원 홍보를 통해 인력을 획득하는 연구의 문제에서 출발하여 다음 4가지 홍보 전략을 연구하였다. 첫째, 페이스북의 홍보 전략 매개체이다. 둘째, 유튜브의 홍보 전략 매개체이다. 셋째, 블로그의 홍보 전략 매개체이다. 넷째, Web site의 홍보 전략 매개체이다. 따라서 특전부사관 우수자원 획득을 위한 전략적인 매개체를 활용하여 홍보 활동을 통한 우수자원을 획득하는 데 있다. 더 나아가 특전 부사관 우수인력을 획득하는데 4가지 홍보 전략과 외국군 우수인력 획득사례를 통해 본 연구를 고찰하고자 한다. 결국, 본 연구는 전략적 매개체를 활용하여 특전부사관 우수자원 획득을 위해 모병 활동을 하는 데 기초적인 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

영 캐주얼 패션브랜드 웹사이트를 활용한 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 전략 (A Study on the Internet Marketing Communication Strategy of Young Casual Fashion Brand through the Website Analysis)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the effective internet marketing communication strategy as marketing tools by analyzing the web sites of young casual fashion brands. We've selected 19 young casual fashion brands in 3 department stores and made the classification standard - advertising, promotion, public relation(PR), customer management - and analysed the young casual fashion brands according to 4 classification standard on the web sites. As a result of study, it is found that 19 young casual brands' web sites put an emphasis on activity of customer management and promotion in general. However, they did not conduct the PR and advertising actively compared with other parts. Especially, the promotion strategy occupies more parts than any other parts through the variety of membership card's services. Also they are sending e-mails or providing 1:1(FAQ/Q&A) board to the members as a customer management to be able to help to communicate with customer through the web site.

보건소의 건강증진사업을 위한 보건교육전략 (Health education strategy for health promotion programs in Public Health Centers in Korea)

  • In present paper, author proposed an effective health education strategy for local health department, which was revised from the PATCH of CDC. The author suggested that an health department should follow several steps to have an effective health promotion programs in their community. First step would be community mobilization that encourage key persons and major organizations and agencies to participate in the program. The second step is collecting demographic and vital statistics in the community or for a target audience as well as social, psychological and behavioral data. Based on the data analysis, the next step is to choose a target audience and health problem(s) for the target audience in question. The fourth step is the development of health education strategy for the target audience and the health problem. The fourth step also includes selecting a proper communication channel and educational materials as well as pre- and post-testing. The final step is implementing health education programs and evaluating the process, outcome and impact of the program. Korean Institute for Health and Social Affairs(KIHASA) has developed a model for health education programs used in local health department. KIHASA can provide technical assistance and health education materials to assist local health departments in Korea.
