최근 개인용 컴퓨터 및 네트워크의 발전과 보급 확대 등으로 인하여 인터넷뱅킹과 같은 전자 금융의 사용이 급속도로 증가하고 있다. 전자금융의 활성화가 금융권의 업무 효율성과 고객의 금융거래의 편의성 측면에서 상당히 큰 기여를 하고 있지만, 전자금융거래가 갖는 비대면성의 특성으로 인하여 이에 대한 보안 문제가 점차 증대되고 있다. 따라서 최근 금융권에서는 전자금융 거래시 본인확인 강화를 위하여 OTP(One Time Password)를 도입하고, 고객이 하나의 OTP 기기를 이용하여 금융권에서 공동으로 사용하기 위한 OTP 통합인증센터를 구축하였다. 본 논문에서는 전자금융의 보안강화를 위하여 금융권에서 추진 중인 OTP 통합인증센터의 주요 업무를 살펴보고 OTP 통합인증센터의 핵심 기능인 OTP 통합인증 서비스에 대한 안전성 분석을 제시한다.

본 연구에서는 현재 상용화되고 있는 피트니스 IT의 현황을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 피트니스 IT 전망과 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 최근의 웨어러블 스마트 시장은 스마트워치 시장과 피트니스 트래커 시장으로 재편되고 있다. 피트니스 IT 기술의 대표적인 단말기인 피트니스 트래커는 시계, 밴드, 의류, 안경, 렌즈 등의 다양한 형태로 출시 및 연구개발 되고 있지만, 현재까지는 시계나 밴드형태의 제품이 가장 많으며, 클립형태, 목걸이, 머리끈 등의 방식으로도 출시되고 있다. 또한 모바일 플랫폼 시장의 양대 축으로 불리 우는 애플과 구글도 피트니스 사업 선점을 위한 건강관련 플랫폼을 제공하고 있다. 피트니스 IT의 전망은 피트니스 관련 웨어러블 기기가 소형화, 경량화 되는 추세로 볼 때 지속적인 성장세를 보이고 있다. 지속적 성장과 활성화를 위해서는 피트니스 IT 디바이스와 다양한 앱, 서비스들이 결합되는 매쉬업(mash-up), 사용자 환경의 편리성 확보, 그리고 디자인 요소와 가격의 합리성이 위한 노력이 필요할 것으로 예측된다.

Due to rapid environmental-change pharmaceutical industry, sales strategy for sales survival of pharmaceutical company is necessary. In accordance with the rapid development of medicine and advancement of efforts to secure the market, competition among pharmaceutical companies make an effort to achieve their goals. However, due to various negative influence of inside and outside, this field is getting a difficult occupation. Even when securing and training new employees with quite a bit of expense and time, the rate of surviving employees over 1 year is decreasing. For this, the researcher suggested major research result through actual investigation by utilizing survey technique, and a plan to enhance pharmaceutical company salespersons' core competence and raise sales achievement. As the research result, company culture strongly influences salespersons' sales ability. We defined the formation of organizational culture, which influences communication culture where smooth communication is made in the company, also, definite and exact evaluation in promoting work, and trust formation between upper and lower organization, is important, which should be reflected in the company field.

정보통신기술과 타기술간의 결합이 확산되어 융합 문명 패러다임이 가속화되고 있고, 공급자 중심의 시장보다는 소비자 중심의 콘텐츠와 비즈니스 플랫폼이 중요시 되고 있는 시점이다. 산업 융합활동에 의해 시장에 제공되는 제품 및 서비스의 혁신을 주도하는 주체의 관점과 수준에 따라 구분하여 각 영역의 특성에 대해 검토했다. 소비자 가치 기반 융합 신산업 육성을 위한 다각적인 정책과 시행결과에 대한 검토를 통해 융합신산업 발전에 걸림돌이 되고 있는 장애요인을 정리하였다. 세부적으로 목표, 지원인프라, 수행주체 측면에서 문제점을 정리하였다. 장애요인들은 서로 직간접적으로 연관되어 있어서 각각의 요인별로 접근해서는 극복하기 어렵고 통합적인 대책이 필요하다. 최종적으로 장애요인을 극복하고 새로운 성장동력을 발굴하고 융합산업을 육성하기 위한 대안을 제시하였다.

탄소배출에 대한 글로벌 규제 확대는 새로운 산업규제와 무역장벽을 가져오고 있으며, 세계 각국은 재생에너지 개발, 에너지 효율 증대, 환경 개선 등을 동시에 추구효과는 녹색투자를 통해 경기부양을 도모하고 있다. 한국 정부는 이러한 환경변화 속에 녹색투지를 통한 새로운 성장기회를 모색하고 있으며, 기업은 저탄소 친환경 구조로의 전환을 생존의 문제로 직면하게 되었다. 이는 산업구조의 변화와 전환을 가져올 뿐만 아니라, 인력 구성의 변화와 함께 요구숙련의 변화를 요구한다. 이러한 녹색경제로의 전환에서, 미래 숙련수요에 대응한 인력양성은 녹색경제의 전환에 대한 대응으로서 뿐만 아니라 녹색성장을 견인하는 추동력이 된다. 본 연구는 자동차산업을 중심으로 미래 숙련 수요에 따른 인력양성 방안을 모색한다. 그린카 관련한 미래 숙련 수요에 대해 현 대학 교과상의 문제점을 살펴보며 이에 대한 개선방안을 모색하기로 한다. 이를 통해 녹색성장에서 그린카 만이 아닌 타 부문에서의 미래 숙련 수요에 대응한 인력양성 방안도 마련할 수 있는 방법론의 개선을 도모한다.

본 연구는 국내 중소제조업체들이 디지털 전환을 시도할 때 고려하여야 할 요인을 제시하여 디지털 전환의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 함에 연구의 목적이 있다. 2019년부터 2021년까지의 중소기업 데이터를 활용하여 디지털 전환이 기업의 재무활동에 미치는 영향과 어떠한 디지털 기술이 재무활동에 영향을 미치는지 분석하고 디지털 전환과 기업 재무활동 사이의 녹색 기술 혁신의 매개 효과에 대해 추가적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 디지털 기술이 기업 재무활동에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 뒷받침하고 있으며 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술은 기업 재무활동 수준을 상당히 억제하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 녹색기술혁신은 디지털 전환이 녹색기술혁신을 촉진하여 기업의 재무활동을 억제하는 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 디지털 전환은 녹색 기술 혁신을 통해 기업 의사결정에 영향을 미치며 디지털 기술과 녹색 프로젝트의 결합을 고려해야 할 것을 제언한다.

The Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS) is the first satellite navigation enhancement system in Korea developed in compliance with international standards. Technologies accumulated during the development process should be spread to industries such as academia and serve as the basis for developing the domestic satellite navigation field. This paper introduces the development process from design to implementation, testing, and verification of KASS control systems (KCS). First, development standards, milestones, requirements, and interface standards are presented as KCS development methods, and major functional design, physical design, and hardware/software implementation are described based on the allocated requirements. Subsequently, the verification environment, procedures, and results of the development product are covered and the developed operational and maintenance procedures are described. In addition, based on the experience gained through the development, suggestions were made for beneficial technology development and organization when promoting satellite navigation projects in the future. Since this work has important historical value for the development of domestic satellite navigation, it is expected that the development results will be shared with academia and industry in the future and be used as basic data for similar development.

전술데이터링크는 전장상황 인식 능력을 향상하기 위한 군용 데이터 네트워크이다. 한국군은 전술데이터링크 성능개량상업을 추진하고 있다. 전술데이터링크는 다양한 플랫폼, 센서 데이터 및 지휘통제 체계와의 연동이 필수적이므로 연관 기술분야에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 그러나 전술데이터링크는 군 운영 특성상 다양한 기술정보가 공개되지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전술데이터링크의 기술동향을 파악하기 위하여 지식재산 정보를 활용한 데이터기반 자동화 분석 방법론을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 지식재산 관련 데이터를 자동으로 수집하고 전처리하며, 시계열에 따라 분석한다. 추가적으로 특허 기술정보의 기관별 현황을 종합하고 핵심 연구자를 네트워크 분석을 통한 식별 과정을 제시하고 각각의 결과를 제시하였다.

Research data means data used or created in the course of research or experiments. Research data is very important for validation of research conducted and for use in future research and projects. Recently, convergence research between various fields and international cooperation has been continuously done due to the explosive increase of research data and the increase in the complexity of science and technology. Developed countries are actively promoting open science policies that share research results and processes to create new knowledge and values through convergence research. Communities to promote the sharing and utilization of research data such as RDA (Research Data Alliance) and COAR (Confederation of Open Access Repositories) are active, and various platforms for managing and sharing research data are being developed and used. OpenAIRE (Open Access Infrastructure for Research In Europe), a research data platform in Europe, ARDC (Australian Research Data Commons) in Australia, and IRDB (Institutional Repositories DataBase) in Japan provide research data or research data related services. Korea has been establishing and implementing a research data sharing and utilization strategy to promote the sharing and utilization of research data at the national level, led by the central government. Based on this strategy, KISTI has been building a Korean research data platform (DataON) since 2018, and has been providing research data sharing and utilization services to users since January 2020. This paper reviews the characteristics of DataON and how it is used for research by showing its applications.

The fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) will generate great benefits and big challenges in equal measure. Industry 4.0 has an impact on context, technology and business as long as it transforms design, production systems and products themselves. Industry 4.0 has also created many opportunities and challenges for startups to improve their business efficiency. The reality has shown that the industry 4.0 has begun to strong impacts of various levels on many areas of Vietnam's economy. In such context, it is necessary to implement sufficient and thorough research and evaluation of many issues of startups and innovation and to consider suitable solutions and effective ways to take advantages of opportunities that the Industry 4.0 brings to Vietnam. This paper proposes the solution for supporting and promoting to develope of innovative start-up enterprise in accordance with the conditions and circumstances of Vietnam in the context of Industry 4.0.
