이 연구는 대학과 기업 간의 산학협력에서 고용주의 교육훈련 참여 실태를 분석하여 고용주의 교육훈련 참여 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 산학협력 및 고용주 참여에 관한 문헌 분석을 실시하였다. 산학협력의 개념 및 유형과 함께 고용주 참여의 개념, 고용주 참여의 유형 및 대학과 연계한 고용주 참여의 형태, 고용주 참여의 효과 및 고용주 참여의 촉진 요인에 관한 문헌을 검토하였다. 그리고 이러한 문헌 분석 내용을 기초로 조사 도구를 개발하여 300인 이상 기업체의 인사(교육)담당자 총 230명을 표집하여 고용주의 교육훈련 참여 실태에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 고용주들은 자신이 직원들의 교육훈련에 참여하는 것을 지역의 교육활동이나 서비스 계획 또는 의사결정에 참여하는 전략적 파트너로 인식하기보다는 교육훈련과정을 활용하는 입장으로 인식하는 경향이 높아 교육훈련 참여에 소극적인 태도를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 고용주들은 교육훈련 참여를 통해 직·간접적 경영상의 이익을 얻을 수 있다고 생각하여 교육훈련 참여를 긍정적으로 인식하였다. 또 기업 요구에 맞는 교육훈련과정의 운영은 대학과 기업 간의 교육훈련 협력을 활성화하는 동시에 고용주 참여를 유도하는 중요한 요소인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구 결과를 기초로 고용주 참여를 통한 기업과 대학 간 교육훈련 협력 활성화를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 급변하는 남북관계에 대응하여, 비정치적·비군사적 영역인 자연환경 분야의 남·북 협력 강화를 통해 한반도 생태공동체 구축 및 지속가능발전 기반 마련을 도모하기 위한 것으로, 자연환경 분야 대북 지원 사업 및 국제협력 사례분석, 국제협력을 다루고 있는 북한의 국가계획 및 국제사회에 북한이 제안한 협력 사업을 분석하여 잠재 협력 사업을 도출하고자 하였다. 기존 사례고찰 및 1차 전문가 설문조사(5명)를 통해 "잠재 협력사업" 15건과 "사업 선정 시 주요 고려인자" 6개(①추진 시급성, ②한반도 연계성(한반도 생태공동체), ③지속가능발전(번영) 기여, ④북한의 수용성, ⑤추진 기반(협력 여건, 예산) 구비, ⑥사업의 지속가능성)를 도출하고, 이를 토대로 2차 전문가 설문조사(14명)를 통해 우선 사업을 도출하였다. 자연환경 분야 15건의 잠재 남북 협력 사업에 대한 종합적인 검토를 위하여 6개 주요 고려 인자를 적용하여 통합·평균한 결과, 사업 추진 우선순위는 ①설악-금강 국제평화공원 지정 추진, ②임농복합경영(agro-forestry) 지원·협력, ③국제적 중요 이동성조류(저어새, 두루미 등) 공동 보전사업, ④남북 생태관광 연계·활성화, ⑤한반도 대표 생태계 및 생물다양성 통합정보 구축 등의 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시한 우선 협력 사업들은 기존 협력사례와 협력여건을 고려한 자연환경 분야 남북협력 전문가들의 인식에 근거하여 도출한 결과이며, 향후 실질적 추진은 사업별 성격에 따라 남·북한 간 추진 공감대 형성, 적합한 파트너와 협력체계 구축 등을 포함한 체계적인 접근이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

This paper aims to construct and analyze the domestic collaborative research network in industrial engineering. Using co-authorship information contained in the papers published in the two journals of the Korean Institute of Industrial Engineers, the collaborate research network at the institutional level is constructed. The core institutions in the network are identified by means of the centrality indexes of social network analysis. In addition, the five types of roles of the institutions in industry-university-institute cooperation are examined through brokerage analysis: coordinator, consultant, gatekeeper, representative, and liaisons. The findings are expected to be fruitfully utilized in formulation of R&D strategy of relevant organizations and technology policy making for promoting collaborative research in industrial engineering.

21세기 국내 기업의 해외 투자 진출을 활성화하고 중소기업의 자발적 참여를 고취하기 위해 중소기업 베트남 진출에 관한 조사연구를 수행하였다. 국내의 베트남 진출희망 중소기업 100개 업체를 대상으로 베트남진출에 관한 준비사항과 진행사항을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하여 28개 업체의 응답내용을 분석하였다. 베트남 진출 희망 중소기업 가운데 국내 또는 현지 자료수집 작업에도 불구하고 약70% 이상은 베트남 진출을 위한 사전조사 작업이 불충분하다고 응답했는데 그 주요 이유로는 수집된 자료 내용의 빈곤(66%), 해당 자료 수집의 불편성(29%) 등을 들었다. 베트남 진출을 준비중인 중소기업이 갖는 애로 사항으로는 베트남어 및 영어의 언어장애와 현지인의 문화관습 등에 이해부족, 사회주의 체제의 외국인 투자법규 및 각종 제도에 대한 이해부족 등이었다. 성공적인 중소기업의 베트남 진출을 위해 장기적, 안정적으로 지원할 우리 정부 내 전담 지원기구와 보다 접근이 용이하고 유용한 지원정보를 계속적으로 제공할 필요성이 있다.

최근에 제주의 생명수인 용천수에 대한 관심이 줄어들면서 이에 대한 문화적 가치가 잊혀지고, 보존이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 상황을 개선하고자 최근 각광받고 있는 위젯(Widget), 트위터(Twitter), 블로그(Blog) 등의 소셜네트워크를 통해 용천수에 대한 흥미롭고 정확한 정보를 전달하여 우리의 문화자원인 용천수를 보존하고 그 가치를 회복하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This work was designed for the Green Fund Aid 2004 of Korea Forest Service. It won the prize and has been constructed. We can have an opportunity to play a leading role in improving partnership with participation of local communities, promoting environmental education, and enhancing the environmental quality by constructing biotops in urban areas where energy flow in the ecosystem is not balanced. This design includes 'citizen participation process' and 'local community partnership' that is expected to promote local community participation in the process of design. This work suggests that biotope construction with citizen involvement and community partnership plays an important role not only in design items but also in the revitalization of local community. This sort of design process could not be fully achieved without cooperation with stakeholders - environmental specialists, local authorities, relevant societies, schools, teachers, parents of students.

Successful opening and operating of High Speed Rail in South Korea make the Korean railway industry the world's five great powers. It provides an opportunity to enter overseas rail industry to the related companies actively. Lastly developing countries want to learn about Korea's development experience and apply to there country. Also development cooperation needs are increasing. The State Brand Committee is promoting the 'Hangeul advocacy and globalization' which is expanding technology to the overseas that can be grafted in the Korean railway system as well as contributing to the globalization policies. Korea Railroad Corporation can enhance the national brand and rise of the Name value simultaneously by disseminating of operation technology. It would be a worthy project. In this study, effective support for developing strategic partnerships with the developing countries can build a future of growth. And let me introduce strategic model for overseas business expansion that is combined the railway industry and the Korean.

The degree to which people share knowledge has major impacts on the effectiveness of virtual community of practice (VCoP). As an extension to the previous study which investigated the effect of individual cooperative types (cooperator, reciprocator, and free rider) on knowledge sharing, it is investigated how much increase in the degree of cooperation will enhance knowledge sharing when there are more knowledge contributors and strong ties exist across the community. Simulation method is adopted to measure the effect of the cooperative type and tie strength on knowledge sharing. The results reveal that the tie strength positively affects knowledge contribution in VCoP and strongly tied VCoP generates equivalent level of knowledge contribution as that of weakly-tied VCoP with 5% more contributors.

본 연구는 국민 친화적인 공공서비스를 발굴하고, 유비쿼터스 관련 산업의 발전을 도모하고자 우리나라에서 정책적으로 추진하고 있는 u-공공서비스의 정책 현황을 살펴보고, 본 정책의 계속적인 활성화를 위한 비전 및 추진전략을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 첫째, 본 연구는 u-기반 공공서비스 활성화 방안을 마련하고, 둘째, 실용중심의 핵심과제를 발굴하며, 셋째, 향후 u-공공서비스 활성화를 위한 산 학 연 관 협력 체제를 도출하는 데 목적이 있다.

Keep pace with economic development, the quality of transportation means such as railway, road, harbors has changed and those changes have affected to economic activities. It means that economic development and the changes of transportation quality have an inter-systemic relationship. So to speak, transportation means are major factor of national economic activities to implement economic and consumption activities by promoting supply of goods through the network between regions and industries. Currently, it is needed to connect railway and road between South and North Korea due to the economic cooperation of two sides and meeting of separated families based on the peacemaking mood. Moreover, to connect to T.C.R. and T.S.R. route will contribute to save time and cost of transporting freight to Europe comparing with shipping when South-North railway is connected. The possibility and method of connecting railway between South and North Korea will be introduced in this paper.
