The purpose of this study was to explore the potential development of a communal child care project that would lead towards a more family friendly community. By reviewing the case of the Daejeon Health Family Support Center, the study revealed that many child care providers showed an interest in communal child care. But the providers also had problems seeking both partners for communal child care and a communal place to gather. The Daejeon Health Family Support Center had several elements of strength in communal child care project. First, they provided educational programs for care providers to promote the professional knowledge and skills needed for child care and education. The participants' responses to the program were satisfactory, in that they showed the relative effectiveness of such programs in improving attitudes towards Pumasi, along with customized services and other programs provided by the Healthy Family Support Center. In addition, the availability of professional child care services in the attached gym, the Saturday classes for dual earner families, and the prompt response by the center to requests that more space be provided, also contributed to the success of Pumasi program.

In order to understand the variation of air quality and the concentration of atmospheric particulates in Chengdu Second Ring Road renovation project, this paper starts to investigate the surrounding residents' opinions on the influenced environment and their daily lives via questionnaires. Then the study numerically simulates the change rule of atmospheric particulates in terms of time and space by using the Gaussian dispersion-deposition model and the compartment model. The optimized scientific scheme is selected by the improved fuzzy analytical hierarchy process(FAHP) to help decision making for the future urban reconstructions. Finally, the reduced emissions of atmospheric particulates are measured when the improvement scheme is provided. According to the study, it can be concluded that the concentration of atmospheric particulates increases rapidly in central Chengdu city during the renovation project, which results in worsening air quality in Chengdu during March 2012 to March 2013. Taking related measures on energy saving and emission reduction can effectively reduce the concentration of atmospheric particulates and promote economic, environmental and social coordination.
We give a detailed description of the installation and operation of a double-station meteor detection system which formed part of a research & education project between Korea Astronomy Space Science Institute (KASI) and Daejeon Science Highschool. A similar system is currently not existing in South Korea. A total of six light-sensitive CCD cameras were installed with three cameras at SOAO and three cameras at BOAO observatory. A double-station observation of a meteor event enables the determination of the three-dimensional heliocentric orbit in space. This project was initiated in response to the Jinju fireball event in March 2014. The cameras were installed in October/November 2014. The two stations are identical in hardware as well as software. Each station employes sensitive "Watec-902H2" cameras in combination with relatively fast f/1.2 lenses. Various fields of views were used for measuring differences in detection rates of meteor events. We employed the SonotaCo UFO software suite for meteor detection and their subsequent analysis. The system setup as well as installation/operation experience is described and first results are presented. The knowledge-based 21st century requires lifelong education for the development of qualification of man's life and self-development. Schools are considered a place of lifelong education due to easy access to human resources as well as facilities. Furthermore, schools need a more multi-functional openness in order to lead lifelong education of the local society. Jeju schools are in the early stages of creating multi-functional facilities to meet to the needs of the knowledge-based 21st century. In order to bring change into the local school s, this needs to be solved. therefore, the purpose of this research is to complement the elements to needed to open schools, project, management, and operation of multi-functional facilities, so that schools can play a role In lifelong education. To achieve this purpose, this research examined programs and the area of lifelong education at schools through investigating documents on the definition of local society and lifelong education, and analyzed the relationship of schools and local society, and public access of schools' facilities. The results of this study are summarized as follows; 1) Comparing to traditional middle and high school facilities, it occurs various types of plane and the area is somewhat expanded in the school with same class size, however, it needs to improve facility standards in its reality to deal with the change of future educational environment actively. 2) Spatial composition of educational facilities should functionally designed considering that the characteristics of design process mood. In facilities arrangement of middle and high schools, it shows diverse forms of arrangement from existing uniform straight type, however, most of schools do not being against the simple in their external space. Therefore, it requires an expansion of space size and facilities for the change of school life outside class.
The purpose of this study is to deal with practical investigation, which blends symbolism on spatio-temporal level-especially typography in three-dimensional environment-and the symbolism of written language in the context of visual communication. Up until now, typography research and education have mainly been centered on two-dimensional environment and printing technology, such as the paper. However, this study is the result of this researcher's direct design and implementation of projects on typography aside from paper. Accordingly, this study is to provide an opportunity to raise the level of reason and expression used in visual communication to a new level and to expand its scope. To ensure the efficient progress of the project, this study was to identify the structure, system, and process of communication first. Furthermore, this study was to investigate two-dimensional and three-dimensional typography as the backbone of visual communication. In addition, several representative 3D typography works are analyzed in context and used as the conceptual framework of the project conducted for this study. Based on these results, this research verifies and suggests the possibility practically and objectively by creating the project series entitled Rhetorical Space in 3D typography. In addition, this research gives an opportunity to visualize ideas aimed at the development of character-based visual language and visual communication design in the realm of the more spatial, physical, and three-dimensional public environment.
A law facilitating a family-friendly social environment was legislated in December 2007. According to the law, projects for facilitating a family-friendly social environment consisted of a family-friendly working environment, a community environment, and the promotion of a family-friendly culture. There has been much progress in developing a family-friendly working environment through projects such as those advocating for flexible work hours, an employee support system, and child care and a family care support system. However, in terms of a family-friendly community environment project, there was no noticeable advancement. Hence, this study was conducted to find ways to vitalize the family-friendly village project in terms of the family-friendly community environment project. The major findings of this study were as follows: A family-friendly village could be structured on the three axes of time, space, and relation. The model of the family-friendly village project consists of the following three steps: motivation, systematization, and participating & practicing. In the motivation step, integration, community, and sustainability were needed as basic ideologies for a family-friendly village. In the systematization step, providing systematic educational systems for residents taking on leadership and activist roles was stressed. In the participating & practicing step, many ways to facilitate residents' social relationships were suggested: starting the project from matters of common interests, making the resolution of families' problems a communal task of the residents, accepting the opinions of various groups associated with the matter, and taking a differentiated project process according to the geographic, socio-economic, and demographic characteristics of the groups. It is strongly suggested that the family-friendly village should be taken as a common functional scheme in everyone of eight livable village models because a key factor in a family-friendly village, family care, serves an essential function in any livable village model.

The article discusses the use of the concept of digitalization in the science of education. The influence of information technologies on the ability to self-study is analyzed. Various technologies that are used in science and education are shown. The issues of the advantages of using IT as a tool for creating conditions for the implementation of the problem-activity approach and the organization of project activities are considered. The possibilities are shown, which gives the opportunities that the use of ICT of distance educational resources in the educational process gives. Shown is their auxiliary form of transmission, information retrieval; working out skills and consolidating what has been learned. Based on the analysis of the presented material of the article, you can see what problems can be solved using IT and remote resources.
This study aims to understand the current state of a community project in Seoul and to determine a revitalization plan for community projects of inhabitants initiative. Regarding the research methods, 10 apartments that participated in this activation project in Seoul were selected, 31 residents who participated in community activities were surveyed, and 20 community planners in Seoul were surveyed. The results indicate that community leaders are the most important factor in community programs. community leaders must be able to promote participation and a spirit of service; they must also be capable of managing and implementing programs. To ensure that local community resources are utilized and integrated, it was shown that consultation and human resources are of the highest necessity. Moreover, regarding community education, it was shown that for providing general opportunities and means by which community activities may be implemented, program information and space applications are crucial. Furthermore, financial support and support for public relations activities from the government are necessary. To activate apartment communities, first, community education programs for residents must be provided. Second, a system that facilitates access to and sharing of resources from areas outside the community must be established. Third, financial support should be consistent to support community activities. Finally, the promotion of community vitalization at the government level is necessary.

While promoting a variety of projects by using sea space, there has been a lot of social controversy among the stakeholders based on the results of the analysis. In particular, the benefits of fisheries sector were over-estimated and occurred a lot of opposition from fishermen and environment groups. In order to this solve, we have been studied focussed such as excavation of new projects, the method and result of the estimated benefits for fisheries sector. With regard to the tidal power plant of Garolim, we came up with five kinds of problems such as doing not reflect of the cost of the initial investment, over unit production, over unit price, excessive selection of breed, issues of cost of production in benefits study of fisheries sector derived previously. In order to these problems, we have derived new profitable projects based on the initial materials such as improvement of raising breed, discharge project of fingerlings and a small sea ranch project. As a result, previous study was analyzed in 30.2 billion won(1993), 54.8billion won(2009), but this study was estimated to 26.4 billion won and differences of benefits amount were occurred. In a previous study was calculated benefits by simple method, but this study came up with new projects for fisheries sector and because we estimated benefits considering new project. The method for benefits calculations for fisheries sector was not attempted in previous studies and in this study, we approached for the first time Also, in this study suggested new method to increase incomes fishermen such as development of suitable ranch breeding for the marine environment, ranch license(limited license), development of fisheries resources and the operation of fisheries facility. In the future, we hope to be helpful for the same field of study.

The purpose of this study is to analyze current status and teacher librarians' perceptions of school library space composition and indoor environment, and propose some methods for the school library to be a basic educational facility. The space most secured by the 126 teacher librarians who participated in the survey was the free reading area, and the space with the lowest level was the media production and group project area. The most important types of spaces for teacher librarians are the teaching area and the free reading area, while the recognition of the importance of media production and group project areas is relatively low. Among the elements of indoor environmental assessment, they showed that safety and comfort were the most important but diversity and flexibility were relatively less important. The result of this analysis is different from the school and library policy direction that emphasizes the learning commons and maker spaces. Teacher librarians still seem to appreciate the importance of traditional library space. Therefore, it is necessary to include the establishment and operation of maker spaces and learning commons in the teacher librarians training and retraining process. In addition, it is necessary to increase the participation of users such as teachers, students, and parents in space composition and interior design initiatives to increase the user's interior environment satisfaction.
