본 논문에서는 물류 중소 IT기업과 학부 프로젝트 교과목을 연계하여 기업 실무 주제인 로컬 푸드 재고관리시스템을 공동개발하고 솔루션화하는 프로젝트 중심 교육사례를 연구하였다. 기존 이론 및 텀 프로젝트 진행방식에 탈피하여 기업의 실무 프로젝트를 대상으로 기업의 실무자가 멘토로 참여하여 프로젝트 주제를 제시하고 학생들이 그 주제의 시스템을 개발하였고 기업 실무자와 토의하는 과정에서 실무적인 지식을 습득하게 유도하였다. 이러한 방식을 통하여 상호 최신기술을 공유하고 물류 비즈니스 도메인을 이해하는 기회가 되었으며 프로젝트 수행을 위해 필요한 비용, 품질, 납기에 대하여 학생 스스로 이해하고 해결해 가는 경험을 하였으며 자신감을 얻을 수 있었다. 기업은 시제품 개발을 위한 비용절감과 우수인력을 교류할 수 있는 기회가 되었다.

최근 공공사업 발주조건에 BIM(Building Information Modeling)이 의무화되고 있고, 실무 도입을 통한 성공 사례가 증가되면서 건설 분야의 BIM 도입이 본격화되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 BIM 관련 연구는 대부분 설계 또는 시공단계에 한정되어 수행됨에 따라 건설프로젝트의 생애주기를 고려하지 못하고 있고, 특정 업무지원 기능 위주로 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설공사 프로젝트의 기획부터 유지관리단계의 생애주기 동안 단계별 BIM 적용이 가능한 통합 BIM 운영 프로세스를 제안하고 이를 토대로 통합 BIM 시스템을 개발한다. 이를 위해 교량공사를 대상으로 수행단계별 정보체계를 분석하여 BIM 활용 기능과 적용 프로세스를 제시하였으며, 이에 근거하여 수행단계별 BIM 운영 시스템을 구축하였다. 연구에서는 개발된 시스템의 실무 적합성 검증을 위해서 사례적용과 건설 실무자의 활용성 설문 조사를 수행하였다. 이러한 BIM 통합 운영체계는 생애주기를 고려한 건설공사의 3차원 기반 통합정보관리체계로 활용성이 기대된다.

This study aimed to analyze the functionality and healthiness of family rules through a relational analysis of the relationship between the rule frequency by sub-family system and the content properties shown in the 'family constitution', It also aimed to examine the relationship between the perception degree of healthy family elements and the family subsystem rules and prepare the project development plans. As a result, it was a found that there were many dysfunctional rules, and healthiness was not satisfied. Project development plans include specific project plans, delivery systems, an orientation for practitioners, the necessity of evaluation and feedback, family health diagnosis, association with other project areas, and small scale operations.

The most change in this century is supposed to be declination of ideology, and block of world economy. Addition to down full of cold war atmosphere around Northeast Asia, not only economic and social mood in this region is dramatically changed, but also it gave birth to the block of Northeast economy that accerlated new hub of world economy. According to dramatic change of economic surroundings the dynamic potential of growth in this region will be guided to enlarge inter-regional trade and increase volume of trade, thus suggests to grow steadily transportation. cargos in this region will have to arrange the system of delivery and inner transportation, accessary facilities, inter-regional harbors if North America and EC has connected easily. As have accerlated GATT and UR represented multilateralism and regionalism, it has regulated to increase trades of region due to relief of the trade barrier through specific areas has agreed with separately. The flow of regionalism of world economy has appeared to realize EC and NAFTA centered U.S.A, and also has presented to free trade region or one-size market agreement in Asia as APEC, EAEG in Malaysia, and etc. In defense to this block and internationalism of world economy, Pusan has to come forward to the hub of Northeast others has proposed a project to dominate the Northeast, Economy Association Agreement as Far East comprehensive development project in USSR, Hunchun development project in NK, and East Sea development project in PRC, Niigate regional development in Japan, Duman River development project in NK, and East Sea development project in Korea. As this exercise has proceed, Pusan also have arranged development strategy definitely and prepared provisions systematically. Engaging to participate center of delivery system is meant to be completed complex functions, namely the transfer storage processing & assembly function of international commodity. Pusan has ability to be terminal point of TSR. it had been connected to EC as the biggest economy block and TKR as complex transportation root to Far East, it would be the center of inground and seabase delivery terminal to Rotterdom as the biggest container pier and major piers to North-East and South East Asia. In order to provide a Role of 21 century's internationalization, Pusan has appealed to participate in management information research and development connected to Pohang-Ulsan-Changwon-Masan, and has utilized efficiently the resources such as man, material, money and information.

Accidents at construction sites in Korea account for more than half of all industrial accidents. To solve this problem, a policy to strengthen safety education was implemented to ensure the safety of workers. However, it was analyzed that there is a high possibility of accidents because workers did not receive proper safety information for each risk factor due to general lecture-style education. In addition, statistics show that the accident status of workers with fewer years of period is high, indicating that a customized information delivery method needs to be proposed for unskilled workers with fewer years of period. Research on the importance of education has been conducted, but no information delivery method has been identified. For unskilled workers to effectively receive safety information, appropriate delivery formats (text, photos, illustrations, 4D-BIM, 360-based panorama, video, animation) were analyzed, and a new method of education was proposed. If customized safety information is provided according to this proposal, effective information delivery to unskilled workers will be possible, and it is expected to be verified in various ways.

Project의 Quality, Cost, Delivery의 세 가지 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 프로젝트 Risk의 조기 인식 및 대처는 프로젝트 성공의 가장 중요한 요소가 되고 있다 Project Risk는 1)프로젝트의 이해관계자(고객, 협력회사)간의 재무적, 법률적 Risk [수주 Risk]와 2)프로젝트 수행상의 제품공학, 개발환경, 외부제약조건 등의 Risk [수행 Risk]로 나눌 수 있으며, 수주 Risk는 분석 결과가 수행 Risk의 식별, Monitoring에 직접적으로 반영되어야 한다. 프로젝트 수행 Risk는 조기에 식별하고 정량적/정성적 영향을 분석하여 대응계획을 수립하여 지속적으로 Monitoring함으로서 영향을 최소화할 수 있으므로 Risk를 조기 식별하고 경보할 수 있는 시스템(EWS: Early Warning System)의 구축 운영이 반드시 필요하다. 본문에서는 프로젝트 Risk에 대한 분석 및 대웅방안, 프로젝트관리시스템 및 조기경보체계의 표준, 상호간의 관계에 대하여 SK C&C에서 수립하여 적용중인 실증적인 해법을 제시 하고자 한다.

사업특성을 고려한 발주방식의 선정은 해당 사업의 성공적 수행을 위한 중요한 의사결정이며, 발주방식 선정의 가장 핵심은 입찰방식의 결정이다. 국내 공공건설공사의 입찰방식을 보다 다양화하려는 취지에서 재정경제부는 2007년 10월 국가계약법시행령 개정을 통해 "기술제안입찰", "설계공모 기술제안입"을 새로이 도입하였다. 이에 본 연구는 다양한 입찰방식 중 사업특성에 적합한 대안을 선택하는 발주자의 의사결정을 위한 입찰방식 선정모델을 제시하였다. 국내외 선행연구 분석 및 면담조사를 통해 우선 모델의 framework을 구축하였으며, 다음으로 건축 및 토목 분야의 전문가 265인을 대상으로 수행한 설문조사 결과를 분석하여 입찰방식 선정기준의 상대적 가중치와 입찰방식 대안별 효용을 정량적인 평가기준으로 제시하였다. 마지막으로 발주예정인 3개의 공공건설공사에 대한 사례 적용을 통해 본 연구에서 개발한 모델의 실무 적용을 위한 구체적 방안을 제시하였다. 사례프로젝트에 모델을 적용한 결과, 입찰방식 선정기준의 선별 과정을 논리화하는 연구와 사업유형별로 표준 가중치 및 효용을 제시하는 후속적인 연구가 필요하다는 결론을 도출할 수 있었다.

공공프로젝트 발주자들에게 VE의 중요성이 점증되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 VE 공공발주체계의 과학화, 시스템화를 통하여 공공발주자의 의사결정을 객관화시키고 발주체계 관련자들의 상호신뢰 회복을 위한 의사결정 지원체계의 구축을 위하여, 공공발주자에게 미치는 VE 프로젝트 발주체계의 영향력 분석에 대한 DB를 구축하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 국내의 VE 수행현황 분석을 통하여 수행체계의 문제점을 고찰하고, 도출된 문제점의 개선을 위하여 건설VE 수행사례를 통한 프로젝트 발주 시 고려하여야 할 VE 영향요소를 추출하여 설문결과에 대한 회귀분석 및 요인분석을 통하여 전체의 60%이상의 영향력을 가지는 15개의 영향요소를 도출한다. 도출된 영향요소에 대한 AHP분석을 통하여 프로젝트 생애주기 동안의 각 단계에 미치는 영향력을 분석하여 제시하였다.

장애인서비스 전달체계는 욕구평가체계의 결여, 사례관리체계의 미비, 전문인력의 부족 및 지방복지행정기관의 미비라는 문제를 안고 있다. 보건복지가족부는 장애인서비스 전달체계를 개편하기 위해 2007년부터 장애인복지인프라개선방안을 추진하고 있다. 개선방안에서는 장애판정체계의 개편과 장애서비스판정센터의 설립을 제안하고 있으며, 장애판정체계는 기존의 의학적 판정도구 외에 근로활동능력평가도구 및 복지욕구사정도구를 개발하여 장애인의 욕구평가체계를 도입하려고 시도하고 있다. 또한 장애서비스판정센터의 설립 모형으로 독립형, 지자체형, 공단형의 세 가지 모델을 제시하고 2008년 하반기에 시범사업을 실시하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 장애인서비스 전달체계를 개선하기 위한 핵심적인 요소가 보건복지가족부가 통제할 수 있고, 욕구평가와 사례관리를 수행할 수 있는 전문 인력을 갖춘 지방장애인복지행정기관을 120여개 설립하는 것이며, 현실적으로 한국장애인개발원을 정점으로 전국의 장애인복지관을 지방장애인복지행정기관으로 활용할 것을 제안하고 있다.

Traditionally, road projects are initiated based on an assessment of their economic benefit, after which the environmental, social and governance effects are addressed discretely for the project according to a set of predetermined alternatives. Sustainable road infrastructure planning is vital as issues like diminishing access to road construction supplies, water scarcity, Greenhouse Gas emissions, road-related fatalities and congestion pricing etc., have imposed severe economic, social, and environmental damages to the society. In the process of addressing these sustainability factors in the operational phase of the project, the dynamics of these factors are generally ignored. This paper argues that effective delivery of sustainable roads should consider such dynamics and highlights how different aspects of sustainability have the potential to affect project sustainability. The paper initially presents the different sustainability-assessment tools that have been developed to determine the sustainability performance of road projects and discuss the inability of these tools to model the interrelationships among sustainability-related factors. The paper then argues the need for a new assessment framework that facilitates modelling these dynamics at the macro-level (system level) and helping policymakers for sustainable infrastructure planning through evaluating regulatory policies.
