국가R&D 사업화 영향요인에 관한 연구: "부품·소재산업경쟁력향상사업" 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on Determinants of National R&D Projects: With the Focus on the "National R&D for the Competitiveness Enhancement of the Parts and Materials Industry")

  • 우리나라의 국가연구개발사업 투자규모와 연구성과의 양적수준은 증가하고 있으나, 성과활용 실적은 저조한 상황이다. 따라서 국가연구개발사업의 사업화에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 체계적인 파악과 분석은 매우 중요하다. 다만 선행연구들은 객관적인 데이터기반의 분석이 아닌, 주로 질적 연구를 중심으로 이루어져왔고, R&D투입요소와 산출물 간의 영향요인을 분석하는데 집중되어 왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부품소재산업경쟁력향상사업을 사례로 하여 국가연구개발사업의 연구성과, 연구주체유형, 정부지원규모, 과제유형, 연구자의 역량, 기술분야가 사업화에 미치는 영향에 대하여 객관적인 데이터를 기반으로 체계적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 특허성과와 정부지원규모, 기술분야 등의 요인들이 사업화성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 논문성과와 연구수행주체유형, 과제유형, 연구자의 과제수행능력은 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 드러내지 못하였다. 따라서 향후 부품소재산업경쟁력 향상사업을 포함하여 국가R&D사업의 과제기획, 추진과정, 과제평가 등에서 사업화성과를 높이기 위해서는 투입과 결과 간의 인과관계를 보다 분석적으로 파악하여 과학적인 연구개발프로젝트 설계를 시도해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

후원형 크라우드 펀딩에서의 목표 구배 효과; 프로젝트 카테고리 별 차이를 중심으로 (Goal Gradient Effect in Reward-based Crowdfunding; Difference in Project Category)

  • Reward-based crowdfunding is a funding platform that allows funds to be raised to early operators who have lack of funds, and is seen as an outstanding infrastructure that is going to lead the fourth industrial revolution in that it is a field of realization of new technologies and creative ideas by start-ups. Reward-based crowdfunding has grown in line with the trend of the fourth industrial revolution, and funding success cases are taking place in various industries that culture/art to technology/IT, including as a new means of knowledge management in a rapidly changing industrial environment. The study focused on the fact that consumer's donation purposes may also vary depending on the category of projects classified as reward-based crowdfunding. Because consumer payment decisions and motivation of consumer purchasing behavior are classified according to the purpose of purchase, the previous papers that the goal gradient effect that the main motivation of consumer donation for reward-based crowdfunding introduced vary depending on project category of utilitarian and hedonic. In this study, consumer's daily donation data is collected by Indiegogo which is a leading reward-based crowdfunding company using web-crawling and the model was defined as propensity score matching (PSM) and random effect model. The results showed that the goal gradient effect occurred in utilitarian project category, but no goal gradient effect for the hedonic project category. Furthermore, this paper developed the study of motivation of consumer donation and contributes theoretical foundation by the results consumer donation may vary depending on the project category; also, this paper has implications for an effective marketing strategy depending on the project category leaves real meaning to the projector.

폭발하중을 받는 보강판 구조물의 간이 해석법에 대한 실용성 검토 (A Review on Practical Use of Simple Analysis Method based on SDOF Model for the Stiffened Plate Structures subjected to Blast Loads)

  • The offshore installation units may be subjected to various accidental loads such as collision from supply vessels, impact from dropped objects, blast load from gas explosion and thermal load from fire. This paper deals with the design and strength evaluation method of the stiffened plate structures in response to a blast load caused by a gas explosion accident. It is a comprehensive review of various items used in actual project such as the size and type of the explosive loads, general design procedure/concept and analysis method. The structural analyses using simple analysis methods based on SDOF model and nonlinear finite element analysis are applied to the particular FPSO project. Also validation studies on the design guidance given by simple analysis method based on SDOF model have also considered several items such as backpressure effects, material behavior and duration time of the overpressure. A good correlation between the prediction made by simple analysis method based on SDOF model and nonlinear finite element analysis can be generally obtained up to the elastic limit.

  • Compared with other industries, the construction Industry has many parties(A/E/C) as well as many types of construction activities. Especially, as for the remodeling project, the owner group the remodeling union consists of various stakeholders union and requiring the additional activities of demolition except for the existing new building construction project. Like this, the remodeling project has its own characteristics different from a new building construction project. As for the remodeling project, the Owner's decision making for a remodeling alternative has to be preceded, and other parties are required to propose a remodeling alternative which satisfies the Owner's requirements. However, because of time constraints, many types of problems occur during the decision-making process. In consideration of this, in this research, the authors would like to suggest a decision-making support system to help the Owner's decision-making in the early stage of a remodeling project. For this paper purpose of a remodeling decision-making framework based on Building Information Modeling(BIM) was suggested to help with the Owner's decision-making for each remodeling item and the decision-making support system was evaluated through Case Study.

Hull Form Design for Baltic Ice Class Aframax Tanker

  • A hull form of Baltic ice class IA Aframax tanker has been developed taking into consideration of powering performance in brash ice channels based on IA class rules. Speed performance of the ship hull form in normal seagoing has been validated through model tests in a towing tank. The hull form design developed in this work has demonstrated good speed performance in normal seagoing although the ship design is entitled to ice class IA.

  • Green building information used by the AEC industry is diverse and extensive), causing difficulties for personnel regarding the collection and utilization of information in the form of inaccurate searches about related laws, inefficient management of searched information and overlapping works. Therefore, this research aims to propose a law search system utilizing metadata for more accurate and efficient searches of green building information. The proposed system is expected to contribute to improve productivity of construction projects by reinforcing the accuracy and efficiency of searches for the collection and utilization of green building information.

한국어 공통 음성 DB구축 및 오류 검증 (Common Speech Database Collection and Validation for Communications)

  • In this paper, we'd like to briefly introduce Korean common speech database, which project has been started to construct a large scaled speech database since 2002. The project aims at supporting the R&D environment of the speech technology for industries. It encourages domestic speech industries and activates speech technology domestic market. In the first year, the resulting common speech database consists of 25 kinds of databases considering various recording conditions such as telephone, PC, VoIP etc. The speech database will be widely used for speech recognition, speech synthesis, and speaker identification. On the other hand, although the database was originally corrected by manual, still it retains unknown errors and human errors. So, in order to minimize the errors in the database, we tried to find the errors based on the recognition errors and classify several kinds of errors. To be more effective than typical recognition technique, we will develop the automatic error detection method. In the future, we will try to construct new databases reflecting the needs of companies and universities.

  • Nowadays there are lots of changes in the domestic railroad industries because of the reorganization in the industries, operation of KTX and expansion of city train in local areas. To cope with these changes effectively, domestic & abroad safety guideline and regulation were investigated and reviewed by railroad safety technical development project. Based on this project, domestic rolling stock safety regulation was established in the July and December on 2005. It's been a 3 years after 2005 and to confirm whether there are some problems to applicate the regulation in the field like korail, the necessity of reviewing the regulation gains force. In this study, to improve the field application in rolling stock safety regulation, we investigated the results of integrated railroad audit system and internal safety regulation system in a train operator and also collected the opinions from train manufacturer. Then through the result of investigation and collection of the opinions, we proposed the amendment to the rolling stock safety regulation.

  • 최근 방송통신융합에 대한 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 이미 방송산업과 통신산업의 경계를 무너뜨리는 융합서비스가 시장에서 구현되고 있다. 방송통신융합을 명확히 정의하고 이러한 사회 경제적 흐름에 대비하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 방송통신융합의 미래수요를 기반으로 한 유망 방송통신 융합기술의 발굴 및 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 방송산업과 통신산업이 모두 '서비스' 중심적인 산업이라는 점을 감안하여 수요자를 중심으로 한 기술개발이 이루어져야 한다는 것에 착안하고, 방송통신융합에 대한 미래수요를 방송통신융합기술에 대한 개발순위를 정하는 선정기준으로 이용함으로써 방송통신융합에 대한 새로운 R&D 프로젝트 선정기준을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해, 향후의 방송통신융합 관련 R&D 관리에 새로운 방향을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 최근 건설 프로젝트가 대형화 복잡화됨에 따라 단일 프로젝트의 건설 사업비 규모가 증가하는 반면 IT 산업의 발달과 더불어 건설현장에서 발생하는 다양한 자료 축적이 쉬워지고 있다. 따라서 건설공사 라이프싸이클 관점에서 축적된 실적 데이터를 활용하여 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. 최근 건설사업관리를 위해서 많이 사용하고 있는 PMIS(Project Management Information System)는 시공단계에서 데이터의 축적과 활용에 많은 편리함을 준다. 그러나 대부분의 PMIS는 시공단계에 제한되어 있으며 기획, 설계 및 유지관리의 단계까지는 적용되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 기획, 설계, 시공, 유지보수 단계까지 관리를 위한 효율적인 하나의 방안으로 BIM(Building Information Modeling) 기반의 PMIS인 BPMS(BIM-based Project Management System)를 제시한다. BPMS는 대상물의 설계 및 시공정보를 포함하여 건설 생애주기 관점에서 사업관리를 지원하고자 개발되고 있다.
