Purpose: This paper seeks to analyze the relationship between project sponsor roles and project manager competencies which may account for project performance quality. Methods: After an extensive literature review, the structural equation modeling was conducted test the research model. The data was collected from project manager training course attendees by the questionnaire. Results: The results of structural equation modeling show that project sponsor roles effect on project manager competencies. Project manager competencies have a positive effect on project performance quality. Conclusion: The authors demonstrate that project sponsor external roles are related positively to project performance quality. And project manager professionalism has a positive effect on project manager communication. A number of significant findings are reported including the empirical verification that project sponsor roles, and project manager competencies may all be directly related to project performance quality.

The purpose of this study is to apply efficiently a successful Project Finance in BTL. To use Project Finance, it is necessary to Risk Analysis of each work step. This Risk Analysis have to repeatedly progress in overall Project Process. The differences between Corporate Finance and Project Finance are remarkably appeared in Risk Allocation and Limited Resource. To use successful Project Finance in construction industry, first, raising project confidence, second, technical : economical : lawful evaluation by Finance Expert, third, Income Guarantee for Lender or Consortium of Lending Banks, forth, Leverage Effect of Project Sponsor must be preceded.

본 연구는 R&D 프로젝트 관리자의 리더십이 제품개발성과에 미치는 영향력을 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 프로젝트관리 R&D업무와 관련된 전문가집단(제조, 건설 엔지니어링, 조선, 플랜트, 정보통신)분야 175명을 대상으로 실증 조사하였다. 조사결과를 보면 R&D 프로젝트 관리자의 리더십이 제품 개발 성과에 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났으며 프로젝트 스폰서 역할의 매개효과는 유의적인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 다양한 전문분야별 전문가의 참여로 구성되는 프로젝트에 있어 집단 간 복잡한 관계와 역할에 따른 효율적인 통제와 관리가 요구되는 리더의 리더십이 중요함을 나타낸 것을 의미한다. 리더의 효율적인 리더십에 의해 조직 내 구성원들의 협력과 제한된 시간 내 핵심역량의 결집을 통해 성과를 높일 수 있음을 시사한 것으로 평가할 수 있다. 종합하면 본 연구의 핵심 결과는 프로젝트 관리자의 리더십 극대화를 위해 프로젝트 스폰서의 역할증진을 위해 프로젝트 리더와 관련된 매개적 역할을 적극적으로 수행해야 함을 의미하고 프로젝트 스폰서의 매개역할은 프로젝트 관리자의 리더십에 영향을 줌으로 프로젝트 관리자의 리더십에 영향을 미쳐 최종적으로 프로젝트 성과 품질에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 요약할 수 있다.

This paper gives an overview of the CBUF project. The work described is the collective effort of 11 CBUF partners, laboratories, universities, industries, in 8 countries. It became possible to do this research thanks to the European Commission interest in the burning behaviour of upholstered furniture and their willingness to sponsor this large effort. The opportunity to work with the many of the most prominent fire researchers and furniture experts have been extremely rewarding. All the expertise of these scientists have resulted in a lot of research results that are presented. The article only gives the main findings and conclusions of the project, namely the presentation of the fire safety design procedure of the CBUF project. Other articles will deal with specific modelling topics and an extensive description of the project can be found in the final CBUF report EUR 16477 EN.

Purpose - This study aims to find if the introduction of project finance perspective leads to any modification to the view of PM industry on CSFs of PPP and their relative importance rank. Design/methodology/approach - Through literature reviews, this study came up with a set of CSFs reflective of both perspectives. AHP method was applied for analysis by developing an Analytic Hierarchical Model from this set and survey questionnaires of pairwise comparison to solicit 46 qualified expert responses. Findings - This study concurs with PM industry to acknowledge 'risk allocation', 'legal framework' and 'quality of feasibility' as ones of most important CSFs. However, relative importance rank of individual CSFs goes through significant modification under this study in favor of 'sponsor commitment and quality' but against 'political environment', in particular. Research implications or Originality - Discussions on the CSFs led by PM industry have not been properly reflective of project finance perspective, which is injected into this study to cure the partiality. For researchers, findings of this study may call attention to financing perspective when they discuss CSFs of PPP. Practitioners may benefit from this study by allocating resources in view of this new finding when pursuing PPP projects.

공통기준(CC) 평가체계에서 평가신청인과 평가자는 평가프로젝트를 계약할 때 정보보호시스템의 평가비용과 기간을 산정해야한다. 본 논문에서는 2003년과 2005년에 수행한 연구 결과들을 분석하였으며, 연구 결과의 일부분을 활용하여, CC 2.3과 CC 3.1의 평가보증수준($EAL1{\sim}EAL7$)간의 상대적 평가업무량 배율을 실험조사적으로 산정했다. 또한, 각 보증 컴포넌트에 대해 '개발자요구사항', 조정된 '증거요구사항', '평가자요구사항'으로부터 배율을 산정하였고, 특히, 2003년에 KISA 평가 자료로부터 구한 평가자요구사항별 업무량배율을 사용했다. 본 연구의 결과는 새로운 CC 3.1 평가체계에서 특정한 EAL과 제품유형에 대한 평가비용과 기간을 예측해야하는 평가신정인과 평가프로젝트 관리자에게 유용할 것이다.

The authors, R&D member of DAWONSYS and Soongsil University, are developing 5000kW smelting inverter system by 2007 under the sponsor from Korea Energy Management Corporation. As a part of the project, 2500kW inverter system has developed in 2005[6], and installed in real production site, and has been running for 7 months successfully. This report deals with the test result of 2500kW smelting inverter system and design for 5000kW smelting inverter system which is final target of this project.

The purpose of this paper is to study on the construction of roadbed with environmental friendly soil amendment agent. The special amendment agent used in this study is mainly composed of inorganic metal salts such as sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride,, thus is friendly to the environment, and has a function of soil-cement-agent solidification. Various components of this agent weaken the negative function of humic acid and decompose humic acid itself. Then, the calcium cation of the cement can now be made contact directly to the soil surface. The project of local road demonstration of roadbed construction with special soil treatment agent was peformed in Northeast Thailand on August 1999 by the sponsor of Highway Department of Thailand. A series of field experiments including unconfined compressive strength were carried out to investigate the physical and mechanical characteristics of solidified roadbed treated by this solidifying agent. The results of this research showed that the roadbed using poor soil could be efficiently constructed by treatment of this amendment agent.

기업 운영에서 자금의 원활한 조달은 필수요소이다. 하지만 국내 창업기업과 소상공인의 경우 자금조달에 어려움을 겪고 있는 경우가 많다. 최근 등장한 크라우드펀딩은 개인이나 조직의 특정 활동을 위한 자금을 다수의 개인으로부터 모집하는 행위로 소셜미디어의 확산과 함께 성장하고 있다. 국내 크라우드펀딩은 아직 도입 초기단계로 문화, 예술 분야에 치중되어 있으며 창업분야에서는 공익적 성격을 가진 프로젝트의 비율이 높다. 선진국에 비하여 시장 규모 면에서는 작은 수준이지만 프로젝트의 성공률은 매우 높기 때문에 창업자금 조달의 방안으로 잠재력을 가진다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 창업분야의 크라우드펀딩 사례를 분석하여 성공전략을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 크라우드펀딩 플랫폼과 미국의 Kickstarter의 프로젝트 현황을 조사하였고, 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트 운영 관련 지표를 이용하여 국내 창업분야 전체 사례들을 분석하였다. 마지막으로는 크라우드펀딩 성공사례와 실패사례를 8개의 프로젝트 속성별로 비교 분석하였다. 분석결과 프로젝트 제안자의 신뢰도와 적극성, 보상의 설계, 쌍방향 소통 노력 정도의 차이가 프로젝트의 성공에 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 반면 공익성과 후원자의 참여기회는 창업분야 프로젝트의 성공에 큰 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이를 통하여 다음과 같은 크라우드펀딩 성공전략을 도출하였다. 첫째, 프로젝트의 제안자는 크라우드펀딩 진행 사전에 적극적인 활동을 통하여 지지기반을 확보해야 한다. 둘째, 프로젝트 게시글에서는 사업진행 실적과 진행 과정을 쉽게 확인할 수 있어야 한다. 셋째, 후원 금액에 대한 보상 설계시 금액에 상응하는 제품 또는 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 넷째, 프로젝트가 시작된 이후에는 주기적인 업데이트와 댓글 관리, SNS를 통한 소통 노력이 뒷받침되어야 한다.

이 연구의 목적은 주로 지난 1990년대부터 2000년대 사이에 다른 나라에서 공공도서관을 중심으로 시작된 어린이를 위한 독서운동 가운데 몇 가지 흥미로운 사례들을 살펴보고, 이들이 공통적으로 갖고 있는 새로운 독서패러다임으로서의 특성을 검토하는 것이다. 이 연구에서 살펴본 독일 슈투트가르트의 '귀로 읽기' 캠페인, 영국의 '채터북스', 싱가포르의 'Born to Read, Read to Bond' 및 미국의 '조부모와 책 읽기(GAB)'의 사례들에서 나타난 특성은 다음과 같다: 첫째, 어른과 어린이가 함께 책을 읽는 것이 강조된다. 둘째, 도서관 외부의 후원 및 지역사회 구성원의 역할이 중요하다. 셋째, 책뿐만 아니라 다양한 매체, 프로그램 및 활동을 통해 독서에 대한 흥미를 고양시킨다. 넷째, 독서와 더불어 토론을 중시한다. 다섯째, 독서운동의 지역반경이 확대될 수 있다.
