New technologies using a CNC machine are being developed to reduce the production cost of free-form buildings. For production of free-form members using such technologies, vast free-form buildings should be first split into multiple panels that are productible. Taking into consideration of the curved surface of free-form members, the segmented free-form panels may vary in shape and size, which may cause a lot of errors. In addition, it is time-consuming for the work. However, the current panelizing work is completed with the trials and errors of engineers and architectural designers even in large-scale projects, which results in increased construction duration and cost. Thus, it is necessary to develop a technology for panelizing free-form panels so as to maximize the economic feasibility of production technologies for free-form concrete members. The study intends to develeop automatic panelizing algorithms of free-form buildings considering the curved surface and size of free-form panels and the production conditions. The developed algorithms will be useful in applying the production technologies of free-form buildings using CNC machine and reducing the cost.

State transportation agencies utilize fleets of heavy equipment to construct and maintain roadways. Equipment cost models can be developed to forecast economic life, which is the point at which the average unit cost to date reaches a minimum. A calculated economic life and cost models can be used to quantify the impacts of management strategies applied to a fleet. The purpose of this research was to develop an accurate method of quantifying the results of management strategies applied to a fleet of heavy construction equipment. The strategies evaluated are related to the annual usage of the fleet and the size of the fleet. More specifically the methodology is used to adjust the economic model to consider a limit to the annual decline in machine usage and a reduction in the number of machines in the fleet. When limiting annual machine usage, a specified rate is applied to the usage of the fleet, while total usage is held constant. This causes aging at a modified rate. A reduction in fleet size also causes a change to the usage of a fleet as the fleet must use fewer machines to produce the same total usage.

The market size of Korea's seafood industry is estimated to be about 62 trillion won ('19), of which the seafood processing industry is about 10 trillion won ('19), accounting for approximately 16% of the total market size. However, the current level of processing technology required for the development of seafood products is mainly simple primary processing, such as freezing and drying raw materials (in Jeollanam-do, which ranks first in the country in terms of seafood production, primary processors account for 86% of all seafood processors).In the future, trends in the development of processing technology for seafood will become more advanced in response to changes in domestic and international food consumption patterns. Blue food tech linked to ESG, convergence and digitalization linked to the 4th industry revolution will be further advanced in line with the national seafood industry policy direction. Through this, it is expected to establish itself as an axis of future technology management in the fisheries sector based on the large and small success stories of accumulated seafood R&D commercialization.
This study aimed to objectively classify the lateral torso posture types and functions of older women. We used 3D body scan data of 119 women aged 70-85 years from the 6th SizeKorea project. First, we defined three torso axes to represent the lateral torso posture types: posterior waist-back, back-cervical, and whole torso axes. Next, we asked experts to select one of four lateral torso posture types-stooped, straight, leaning back, and swayback postures-by looking at the lateral photographic data of 119 older women. To identify the axis that best represented each lateral torso posture type, a discriminant analysis was conducted using the angle of each of the three torso axes as an independent variable and an expert's visual classification as a dependent variable. Based on the analysis, the whole torso and backcervical axis angles were selected as variables for judging lateral torso posture types. Subsequently, we developed a classification function to determine which of the four lateral torso posture types of a particular participant was applicable for a new individual. The method developed in this study is significant in that it enables the objective classification of the lateral torso postures types of older women.

It is essential factor for business operation to raise funds effectively. However, in Korea, many start-ups and small businesses have difficulties in fund-raising. In recent years, crowdfunding, a new method for funding a project of individuals or organizations by raising monetary contributions from a large number of people, has been growing up simultaneously with diffusion of social media. Crowdfunding is on early stage in Korea, and the majority of projects are focused on cultural or art categories. There is high proportion of projects that have social value in start-up sector. Crowdfunding in Korea has great potential because success rate of it is much higher than its of advanced countries, although market size is much smaller than them. The purpose of this paper is to propose success strategies of crowdfunding for start-up through case study. 5 crowdfunding platforms of Korea and Kickstarter, the platform of United States were investigated. Then we checked the figures related to the operation of the whole Korean projects on start-up. Finally, we made comparison between the cases of success and failure by analyzing 8 project characteristics. The study shows that it were the differences in trustworthiness and activeness of project creator, value of reward and efforts for interactivity that have great effects on success of the project. Whereas there was no significant influence of societal contribution and sponsor engagement. The thesis provides success strategies of crowdfunding for start-up as follows. Firstly, creator of the project should make support base by enthusiastic activites before launching funding project. Secondly, there should be contents that can easily show the process of business development in the project information. Thirdly, there must be appropriate design of rewards for each amounts of support money. Finally, efforts for interactivity, such as frequent updates, response for comments and SNS posting, should be followed after the launch of the project.
This study confirms the relative influence of satisfaction with the government's start-up support project at each growth stage of start-up companies and entrepreneurs' commercialization capabilities on start-up commitment. The start-up growth stage was divided into start-up stage, initial growth stage, stagnation stage, and high growth stage, and the government's start-up support project was divided into eight types(entrepreneurship education, mentoring/consulting, facility space, commercialization support, policy funds, sales channels/marketing/overseas expansion, R&D support, and start-up events/network) and satisfaction was evaluated. The data used was the results of the Daegu Creative Economy Innovation Center's survey on entrepreneurship conditions. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the entrepreneur's commercialization capabilities are more effective in increasing the entrepreneur's commitment to starting a business than the satisfaction with the government's start-up support project. Additionally, it was confirmed that relatively important factors in entrepreneurship immersion differ depending on the start-up stage. During the start-up period, the government's start-up support project was found to be an important factor in increasing entrepreneurs' commitment to starting a business, but it was confirmed that the government's start-up support project had no effect on the start-up commitment after the start-up growth stage. In addition, this study confirmed the relatively important government start-up support projects by start-up growth stage and found that satisfaction with start-up facilities can increase start-up commitment during the start-up stage, and that start-up facilities and commercialization support are important during the early growth stage. And in the Death Valley stage, startup facilities, commercialization support, and policy funds were confirmed to be relatively important factors, and in the high growth stage, mentoring was confirmed to be an important factor in increasing entrepreneurship immersion. The results of this study not only contribute theoretically to building entrepreneurship theory, but also determine the size and effective support plan for the government's entrepreneurship support project for each growth stage of startup companies, and help organizations that operate entrepreneurship policy and institutional support and startup support programs. It will have a significant contribution to management measures.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of chromium chloride addition on coloration, mechanical property and microstructure of 3Y-TZP. Materials and methods: Chromium chloride was weighed as 0.06, 0.12, and 0.25 wt% and each measured amount was dissolved in alcohol. $ZrO_2$ powder was mixed with each of the individual slurry to prepare chromium doped zirconia specimen. The color, physical properties and microstructure were observed after the zirconia specimen were sintered at $1450^{\circ}C$. In order to evaluate the color, spectrophotometer was used to analyze the value of $L^*$, $C^*$, $a^*$ and $b^*$, after placing the specimen on a white plate, and measured according to the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) standard, Illuminant D65 and SCE system. The density was measured in the Archimedes method, while microstructures were evaluated by using the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and XRD. Fracture toughness was calculated Vickers indentation method and indentation size was measured by using the optical microscope. The data were analyzed with 1-way ANOVA test (${\alpha}$ = 0.05). The Tukey multiple comparison test was used for post hocanalysis. Results: 1. Chromium chloride rendered zirconia a brownish color. While chromium chloride content was increased, the color of zirconia was changed from brownish to brownish-red. 2. Chromium chloride content was increased; density of the specimen was decreased. 3. More chromium chloride in the ratio showed increase size of grains. 4. But the addition of chromium chloride did not affect the crystal phase of zirconia, and all specimens showed tetragonal phase. 5. The chromium chloride in zirconia did not showed statistically significant difference in fracture toughness, but addition of 0.25 wt% showed a statistically significant difference (P<.05). Conclusion: Based on the above results, this study suggests that chromium chlorides can make colored zirconia while adding in a liquid form. The new colored zirconia showed a slight difference in color to that of the natural tooth, nevertheless this material can be used as an all ceramic core material.
Residential Environment Improvement Project (REIP) which has started in 1989 and continued with 3rd government-supporting project in 2013 has lots of policy changes and related studies. However, the related researches have focused on residents resettlement into the project site, this paper is more interested in the residents stability than residents resettlement. So, this paper analyzes the changes of residents stability on the site of REIPs (with 3 groups of dwellers, removers and newcomers). We survey about understanding of those projects, each interior physical housing characters, housing cost, outside settlement characters. On the base of case analysis, we can conclude as follows: firstly, the residents are more young, higher educated, and higher income but not alter to household, barrier, occupation. Secondly, REIPs have some positive influences on physical conditions of housing and outside characters but negative impacts on housing cost. In case of newcomers, there are no changes of housing size and room numbers but higher housing cost, better outside settlement conditions.
The On Line Electric Vehicles(OLEV) that can pick up inductive power from underground coils on driving with high efficiency have been developed this year, and is now proposed in this paper. The IPS(Inductive Power Supply) system consists of power supply inverters, power supply rails, pick up modules, and a regulator. There are 3 generations of IPS have been developed so far, and the $4^{th}$ generation IPS is being developed. The $1^{st}$ generation has been demonstrated this Feb. 27, which is equipped with mechanically auto tracking pick-up module with 1cm air gap, and showed 80% power efficiency. The $2^{nd}$ generation IPS applied to an 120kW (average)/240kW(peak) motor powered electric bus has 17cm air gap with 72% power efficiency. For the $2^{nd}$ generation IPS, the Power supply inverter has 440V, 3phase input and 200A @ 20kHz output. The test power supply rail of 240m long is segmented by 60m each, where newly developed core structure and power cable are constructed under the road covered with asphalt of 5cm thickness. The pick-up modules which consist of core, winding wire, and rectifiers are fixed to the bottom of the bus which can carry more than 40 passengers and can pick up max. 60kW. To remove parasitic component and to transfer maximum power between them resonant circuit topology is applied to the primary and secondary sides. The EMF level is below 62.5mG at 1.75m from the center of the road to meet the regulation. Several effective ways of reducing EMF levels have been developed. In addition, effective ways to solve problems related high frequency power cables buried in ground and it's proof from soil have been studied also. This development shows that the IPS system is capable of supplying enough power to the pick-up of OLEV and can reduce battery size, weight and cost, which means the IPS with OLEV is one of the best candidate for EV.

In order to excavate underground tunnel most safely such as Han river, the slurry shield TBM method is applied to cope with face of high water pressure for many metro projects. In downtown subway project most of excavated soil is discharged externally whereas in road construction excavated soil is used as filling materials so it becomes important factor for success of the project. After excavated soil, weathered rock and soft rock are discharged with bentonite through discharge pipe to slurry treatment plant then those soils are separated in separation plant according to those size. Fine grained soil has been discarded together with filter cake but it is not toxic and can be mixed with coarse aggregate in proper ratio so this study is performed to find use of qualified filling material to meet quality standard. Therefore, in this study, legal standards and quality standards for the utilization of excavated soil of the slurry shield TBM method were examined and test was conducted to derive recycling way for filter cake and aggregate. And a plan for using it as a filling material for road construction was derived. Because bentonite is a clay composed of montmorillonite, and the excavated soil in the tunnel is also non-toxic, disposal of this material can waste social cost so it is expected to be helpful in the underground space development project that carries out the TBM project by recycling it as a valuable resource.
