웹서비스 기술의 프로젝트 평가관리시스템에의 응용 (Application of Web Service Technology to Project Evaluation Management)

  • Evaluating a project is one of the key activities in managing projects, and thus it should be implemented as a part of the entire project management system. However, currently deployed systems suffer from deficiencies such as the lack of supporting distributed environment and integrity problems. Web service technology, which enables applications to work inter-operatively under a distributed computing environment, is said to solve such problems. In this paper, the web service technology is applied to evaluation management systems. The process of evaluation is designed based on the web service, data is modeled and a pilot system is implemented to test the feasibility of the technology to the domain of project evaluation.

  • This paper explains about general considerations and project management for a State of the Art utility supervisory systems.   • 본 논문은 디자인 프로젝트 관리의 리엔지니어링으로서 프로젝트의 기획, 조직, 일정, 그리고 제어하는 통합적인 어플리케이션 소프트웨어 개발의 기초모델을 설정하고, 이를 토대로 프로젝트 관리 시스템의 연구/개발을 목표로 삼고 있다. 프로젝트의 성과, 소요기간, 소요예산, 그리고 소요자원 등을 관리하는 과정이 프로젝트 매니지먼트 기술의 근간을 이루는 것으로, 디자인 프로젝트 상의 수많은 정보를 적시에 효율적으로 처리함으로써 프로젝트를 성공으로 이끌 수 있게 된다. 한편, 디자인프로젝트의 관리를 집단의사결정에 의해 처리함으로써 신뢰도와 합리성의 제고는 물론, 이를 통한 사기앙양이 기대된다. 따라서, 여기에서 야기되는 의사집합의 곤란, 시간손실, 구성원의 갈등 등의 프로젝트 관리에서 비롯되는 부수적인 문제도 전자의 기본적인 관리요소와 함께 통합하여 디자인 프로젝트 관리 시스템(DPMS)을 연구/개발하였다. DPMS 시스템은 디자인 프로젝트의 선정과 디자인 프로젝트의 기획/실행관리/ 평가로 주요 모듈을 설정함으로써 프로젝트 매니저는 해당 프로젝트 과업(Task)과 활동(Activity)에 대한 팀의 운용을 융통성 있게 관리할 수 있게 된다. 이와 더불어 프로젝트 관리를 On-Line DBMS 시스템 환경 상에 운용되도록 하여 정보의 재생산성, 운용의 동시성, 그리고 보안성 등을 도모하였다.

  • Since variety of construction projects with their individual specifications could be handled through different procurement systems, selection of the most appropriate project delivery system is a vital step towards more efficient project execution. The appropriate selection of project delivery system may also ensure more competent management of the project. Its impacts are not only limited to the first stages of the project, as it could also influence pre-construction, construction and operational phases of the project. Among different approaches exerted for this purpose, none has taken uncertainty into account, despite the fact that during first stages of the project most of the selection factors are still uncertain and not clearly defined. This paper, hence, aims to provide a fuzzy insight into the project delivery system selection. Through this approach more tangible model of the evaluation process may be presented. Proposed fuzzy method is indeed a multi criteria decision making model, based on the group of criteria, assigned for the evaluation procedure. A case study is also conducted, based on the opinion of an invented group of the experts.

제품개발 프로젝트관리 프로세스 개발 (Development of Project Management Process for Product Development)

  • Regarding project management, many organizations have developed and distributed general project management knowledge systems, and application fields use the knowledge systems to apply the process suitable for characteristics of a project. This study suggests project management process models to apply to product development projects and introduces the application cases. This product development project management process model is composed of five top processes of initiation and preparation, planning, implementation management, control, and termination and transfer. The five processes are re-divided into 18 bottom processes. These processes are expressed as input, control, output, and mechanism by using the IDEF0 model. This model is applied to the new car development project of a Korean automobile company and introduces the cases, which shows a project charter, a work breakdown structure, a project schedule, a progress s-curve, a risk register, and a performance report.

  • This study researched an enterprise resources planning (ERP) implementation project at a printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer. In depth research was achieved by participating and observing in an implementation project at an actual PCB manufacturer. It is hoped that this study will contribute a valuable reference resource for future PCB manufacturers that wish to select or implement ERP systems. The first step in implementing ERP software is to set a clear target. At the same time, the tasks of each department and the system of cooperation between departments must be clearly defined. In this way, the cycle time of each flow and the accuracy of data will both be improved. In order to ensure smooth implementation of an ERP project, the followings are key factors: (1) an ERP system that suits the PCB industry; (2) effective project management; (3) effective project cost/budget control; (4) project problem management system; (5) comprehensive implementation method and information technology (IT), etc. By keeping to these principals, Company A achieved rapid transactions, and lower total cycle times and inventory levels, and other such benefits that had been predicted.

  • 최근 건설시장의 선진화를 목적으로, 주어진 공기 내 완공 및 비용절감, 품질향상 등을 위하여 PMIS(사업관리정보시스템)의 활용이 심도 있게 요구되고 있다. 하지만, 현재 각 프로젝트에서 개발된 PMIS는 개발기간의 한시성으로 대개 공사현황위주로 되어 있고, 프로젝트 수행자들의 PMIS사용 역시 형식적으로 운용됨으로써, 발주자, 사업관리자, 시공자간의 효율적인 의사소통에 한계가 있는 실정이다. 이에 현재까지 개발된 사업관리정보시스템을 검토하고, 그동안 현업에서 개발한 경험을 토대로 효율적 인 PMIS의 구축방향을 제시코자 한다.

  • PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) is one of innovative manufacturing paradigms which leverages e-business technologies to allow a company's product content to be developed and integrated with all company business process through the extended enterprise. In these days, most construction companies also make an effort to enhance their systems for creating, sharing and managing information to improve business efficiency through entire lifecycle of project execution. Because of different needs, business process and diverse engineering activities such as design, structural analysis, installing simulation, documents and data managements, a new paradigm for construction companies is needed to manage and share the entire workflow, and information in total project lifecycle. In this paper, we conducted user requirement and business process analysis of constructions to design C-PLM system which is a PLM system for effective management of civil project and engineering activities. Also, we implement C-PLM system based on commercial PDM system, and applied it to civil project as case studies.

  • The self-reliance of NSSS System Design is required not only the design capability to perform the system design but also the management capability to control the resource and time for the Project effectively. The purpose of this study is to develop the simplified standard Logic Network that is scheduled on the time and resource using the PERT/CPM method. That is mainly focused on Ulchin 3&4 Project. We prepare the management tool of NSSS System Design project. And we can utilize it as a reference tool for the similar project which are complex and long term in a next project.

  • A new law, the Urban and Living Environment Improvement Act, was established, promulgated, and entered into by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation as of 1st July 2003. This system under this law, which improves currently executed consulting process and upgrade its level, is to execute the legal process and procedures that are necessarily required for housing reconstruction/renewal project.. This system requires to be supplemented with addition of reasonable, logical, and systemized tools of system. Through concurrent application of professional management of renewal business(PMRB), more benefit will be provided to housing renewal associations that are constituted with residences concerned for execution of CM project.
