  • 본 논문은 생산설비 PLC(Programmable logic Controller) 데이터의 실시간 공유 플랫폼을 설계한다. 이 플랫폼은 자동화 설비를 보유하고 운영 중인 수출집약 중소기업에서 FTA(Free Trade Agreement) 체결 수입 상대국의 원산지 증명을 위한 생산 시험성적서 제출에 활용할 수 있고, 생산설비의 OPC 서버가 갖는 실시간 데이터를 수집하는 라이브러리를 활용하여 MES(Manufacturing Execution System)에서 생성되는 다양한 실시간 데이터를 활용하여 그래프, 생산관리 모니터링 및 설비 관리를 가능케한다. 따라서 중소기업이 생산관리, 공정관리, PLC 데이터공유 등에 필요한 수준별 분야별로 실시간 제조운영관리 시스템의 확대 보급이 가능하고, 생산설비의 실시간 제어가 가능하도록 설계한다.

  • The DTL water skid cooling system and Resonant Control Cooling Systems (RCCS) will employ a control system that can be operated by a local, programmable logic controller (PLC), interfaced through a touch screen interface, mobile alarm SMS server system, or it can be operated through the PEFP global control system network. The RCCS is implemented using Experimental Physics and Control System (EPICS) based hardware and software and is integrated with other networked PEFP EPICS systems. This presentation discusses the features of the local control system.

  • In this paper, we propose the system that can monitor and control the camera in the remote place using the PDA. The server PC attached to the PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) acquires the current status(On/Off) of the devices through the RS-232 serial communications. Also, the moving image frames captured from the wireless camera is compressed in the JPEG format and is stored in the server. The PDA, which is connected to the server through wireless internet, receives the data about the status of the devices and controls the devices according to the circumstances of them. Also, it can receive the images from the server simultaneously. So, we can monitor and control the specified area in the remote place using the PDA through the wireless communication.

  • This paper addresses the design and implementation of a wireless network. proposed as a cost-effective support platform for PLCs. With this network. one or more supervising stations may access remote equipment like PLCs. An applicable communication methods are described and we applied efficient method among them to PLCs communication. The paper specifies these requirements and indicates methods to fulfill them. Also. it provides to the model of operation, and focuses on the implementation approach. The hardware and software design is described together with a number of critical points related to wireless communication on the Cnet. Furthermore, a discussion on system expandability and performance is tackled and some observations are stated. The main conclusion is, that the proposed method can feature good performance under normal operating conditions.

  • In this paper, I present an architecture and techniques to monitor and identify the hazards of plants anywhere in the whole country using the HTTP(Hypertext Transfer Protocol) based on RFC1945 and PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) protocol. I constructed the upward network and downward network for intercommunication between the PLC and computer around the internet. I also constructed WWW(World-Wide Web) server in the personal computer The result of this research constructed monitoring system to monitor and identify the hazards through WWW browser on the internet.

  • 본 논문은 산업용 자동화기기에 사용되는 다수의 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)를 모니터링하고 제어하기 위해, HMI(Human Machine Interface) 시스템에서 구동되는 저작 도구 응용프로그램을 설계 및 구현한다. HMI 저작 도구에서는 스크린이라는 가상화면 객체의 영역 안에서 태그라는 구성요소의 속성들을 편집하고 저장 및 전송하는 과정을 그래픽 화면을 통해 시각적으로 제공한다.

An Efficient Analysis Model for Process Quality Information in Manufacturing Process of Automobile Safety Belt Parts (자동차 안전벨트 부품 제조공정에서의 효율적 공정품질정보 분석 모형)

  • Through process quality information, the time required for process quality analysis has been drastically shortened, the process defect rate has been reduced, and the manufacturing lead time has been shortened and the on-time delivery rate has been improved. Therefore, The purpose of this study is to develop a quality information analysis system model that effectively shortens the time required for process quality analysis in automobile safety belt parts manufacturing process. As a result of experiments on communication operation between manufacturing execution system (MES) quality server, injection machine control computer, injection machine programmable logic controller (PLC) and terminal, in analyzing quality information, the conventional handwriting input method took an average of 20 minutes, but the new multi-network method took about 2 minutes on average. In addition, the process defect rate was reduced by 13% and the manufacturing lead time was shortened from 28 hours to 20 hours. The delivery compliance rate improved from 96 to 99%.

  • PLC and its expansion module, electric ball valve and cooling pipe, electric heating steel plate and various components of the system, which is used to control test and process data. By automatically adjusting the opening of the valve, the system makes the top temperature and cooling speed develop along the ideal temperature diachronic curve. Moreover, the system enables the temperature difference between inside and surface of test block limited in a given range by automatically controlling the surface board heating. The method of physical simulation test by sandbox with built-in cooling water pipe and heating rod is adopted. On the premise of a given standard value, the operation of the system is checked under different working conditions. Further, an extension of this system is proposed, which enables its application to obtain some thermal parameters when cooperating with numerical simulation.

  • The manufacturing industry is continuously pursuing advanced technology and smartization as it converges with innovative technology. Improvement of manufacturing productivity is achieved by monitoring, analyzing, and controlling the facilities and processes of the manufacturing site in real time through a network. In this paper, we proposed a new OPC-UA based digital twin model for smart factory facilities. A testbed system for USB flash drive packaging facility was implemented based on the proposed digital twin model and OPC-UA data communication scheme. Through OPC-UA based digital twin model, equipment and process status information is transmitted and received from PLC to monitoring and control 3D digital models and physical models in real time. The usefulness of the developed digital twin testbed system was evaluated through usability test.

  • 소비자들의 욕구 충족을 위하여 생산 제품이 다양해지고 있는 상황으로 소비자 맞춤형 생산이 이루어지고 있으나, 제조 현장에서는 운영자 및 작업자가 신속하게 제조 작업을 할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 그러나 일반적으로 HMI와 같은 별도의 GUI 장치를 통하여 생산 내용의 변경이 가능하나, 작업자들은 이를 조작하여 PLC를 통한 생산에 적용하는데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 단말기가 필요하지 않는 QR 코드를 기반으로 모바일 기기를 통하여 키오스크 기능을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 모바일 디바이스를 통하여 검증된 생산 사양만을 선택할 수 있는 키오스크 화면을 구현한 것으로, PLC와 연동하여 즉각적으로 소비자가 필요로 하는 맞춤형 주문 생산이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
