활동중심 친구사귀기 집단상담 프로그램이 초등학교 저학년 아동의 사회성과 학교생활적응에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Activity - Making Friends Group Counseling Program on the Sociality and School Adjustment of Elementary School lower-class Students)

  • The goal of this study is to examine the sociality and school adjustment of elementary school lower-class students. The following research hypotheses were set up and addressed: Hypothesis 1: There would be significant differences in sociality of the elementary school lower-class students according to activity - making friends group counseling Program. Hypothesis 2: There would be significant differences in school adjustment of the elementary school lower-class students according to activity - making friends group counseling Program. The subjects for the study were 20 first grade students attending N elementary school in Daejeon area. The students were assigned to the two groups-experimental group(N=10) and controlled group(N=10). The experimental group received 10 sessions of the activity - making Friends group counseling program for 40 minutes by 2 times every week, and the controlled group didn't do anything. To verify the hypotheses, two tests(sociality and school adjustment tests) were administered for the pretest and post-test. Means and standard deviations obtained from these tests were analyzed with factorial covariance test using SPSSWIN(10.0). The results were as follows: Hypothesis 1 was confirmed. The scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those of controlled group in sociability, cooperation and independence, but not in observance. Hypothesis 2 was confirmed. The scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those of controlled group in teacher-student relationship, student-student relationship and classes, but not in the keeping rules. The conclusion of the result is that the program have a good effect on the elementary school lower-class students' sociality and school adjustment. Above all, along with long-term adaptability of the research, continuous studies are required.

진로 스트레스 대처를 위한 인지 ${\cdot}$ 행동적 집단 상담의 효과 (The Effects of Cognitive-Behavioral Group Counseling for the Coping of Career Stress)

  • This study examines how the cognitive-behavioral group counseling influence on the career stress, the self-efficacy and the optimism for the coping of the career stress of students in department of aeronautical science and flight operation of H Aerospace University. The subjects of this research were 27 freshmen in the department of aeronautical science and flight operations of H Aerospace University. They were divided into 2 groups: experimental group and control group. The experimental group got the group counseling program 7 times for 3 weeks. The results show that the cognitive-behavioral group counseling program can be a very useful tool to reduce career stress and to enhance self-efficacy and optimism of students.

보건계열 대학생의 집단상담 프로그램을 활용한 열등감 관리의 효과 분석 (Evaluating the Effects of Inferiority Management Using a Group Counseling Program for University Students in Health Science)

  • 본 연구에서는 보건계열 대학생의 열등감을 관리하는 집단상담 프로그램을 활용하여 열등감에 대한 대학생의 긍정적 부정적 반응에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 2018년 11월 20일에서 2019년 1월 2일까지 S 대학교 보건계열 대학생 총 30명을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어, 열등감관리 집단상담 프로그램을 주 2회, 120분씩 총 8회기 실시하였다. 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하기 위하여 열등감반응 척도를 이용하여 사전, 사후, 추후로 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 본 연구는 열등감관리 집단상담 프로그램이 대학생들의 열등감에 대한 부정적 반응을 유의하게 감소시켰으며, 열등감에 대한 긍정적 반응을 유의하게 증가시킨 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 열등감관리 상담 프로그램을 통해 또래와의 비교에서 느끼는 대학생들의 열등감에 대한 부정적인 태도를 낮추고 긍정적인 태도를 높일 수 있음을 시사한다.

원가족 애착을 중심으로 한 대학생 커플관계증진 프로그램 개발 (Development of the Couple Relationship Improvement Programs for College Students Based on Family of Origin and Attachment)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the couple relationship improvement program for college students and to examine the effects of the program based on the family of origin and attachment. Does based on Bowen's theory of differentiation of self, adult attachment, group counseling for this and establishes program goals according to systematic group counseling program development model and composed program. In order to attain like this research objective, six male and female couples attending colleges were divided into the participating group and comparison group; the students were from H University in Daejeon, Korea, and they had the experience of participating in the comprehensive group program. The changes shown by the couples were studied, and the cases were analyzed by examining the minutes and reports, which supplemented the quantitative analysis of the effectiveness of the group counseling program. The analysis of the effectiveness of the program showed the following. The case showed that goals of the individuals and couples, enhancing the understanding of self and partners by understanding the self-differentiation and adult attachment while having a positive impact on understanding, acceptance, disclosure of self partner and couple relationship based on the social support of the cognitive emotion regulation strategies.

온·오프라인 동료상담훈련 참여 경험이 신입생의 자아존중감과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 (Effects on How the Peer Counseling Program in on-offline helps to improve university student's Self-esteem and Self-efficacy)

  • 본 연구에서는 온 오프라인 동료상담훈련이 사회복지전공 신입생의 자아존중감과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 프로그램 참가모집 홍보를 보고 참여한 대상자 중에 실험집단 10명, 통제집단 10명으로 구성하였다. 실험집단 대상자들은 10주간 주1회 120분간은 대학생 동료상담훈련을 받았고, 다음날 주1회 60분간은 온라인 상담실습을 병행하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 실험집단과 통제집단 간 t검증과, 사전검사를 공변인으로 하는 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 신입생의 자아존중감(F=13.258, p<.01)과 자기효능감(F=15.565, p<.01)에 있어서 통계적으로 유의미한 효과가 나타났다. 이는 대학생 온 오프라인 동료상담훈련이 사회복지전공 신입생의 자아존중감과 자기효능감 향상에 긍정적인 효과를 기대할 수 있는 훈련으로 사료된다.

우울 및 자살예방 프로그램이 고등학생의 우울 및 자살생각에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of a Group Counseling Program on Depression and Suicidal Prevention in High School Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of a group counseling program on high school students' depression and suicidal ideation. Methods: This research was conducted as a quasi-experimental pretest and posttest control and experimental group methodological comparison study. The subjects were 25 high school students (Exp=12, Cont=13) in U City. The depression and suicide prevention program in this study was based on the Ellis' ABC Model. The experimental group participated in the program through eight sessions, but the control group did not receive treatment. Data were collected from November 4 to November 28, 2008, and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN program by frequency, Mann-Whitney, means, standard deviation and Wilcoxon signed rank test. Results: There was statistically significant difference in depression (z=-2.983, p=.003) between the two groups. Suicidal ideation also decreased significantly(z=-2.847, p=.004) in the experimental group. Conclusions: After the eight sessions of the group counseling program for preventing depression and suicidal ideation, it was found that the program was effective to lower the score of depression and suicidal ideation. The results of this study suggest that a school-based prevention program for adolescents should be developed according to depression and suicidal ideation level.

진로장벽탐색 집단상담이 여대생의 진로장벽 인식과 진로준비행동에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of 「The Career Barriers Exploration Counseling Program」 on the Perceived Career Barriers and the Career Preparation Behavior of Women's College Students)

  • 본 연구는 여대생들을 대상으로 진로장벽탐색 집단 상담을 실시하여 여대생들의 진로장벽인식을 완화하고 진로준비행동을 높이기 위해 진로장벽 집단상담의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 프로그램은 국내에서 연구된 진로상담 프로그램들을 참고하고, 한국 여성개발원 및 직업능력 개발원의 진로자료를 참고하여 개발되었다. 또한 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관련 변인들을 연구한 선행연구 및 진로상담 관련 문헌들을 참고하였는데, 무엇보다 Gottfredson(1981)의 진로발달이론을 참고하여 프로그램의 내용을 재구성하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 실험집단과 통제집단 각각 여대생 10명을 대상으로 사전검사를 실시하였으며 프로그램 종료 직후 사후검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 자료를 분석하기 위하여 실험집단과 통제집단의 사후 검사 점수에 대한 차이를 확인하는 공분산 분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 실험 집단은 통제집단에 비해 진로장벽 인식 전체에서 사후 검사 점수가 현저히 낮은 것을 볼 수 있었고, 진로준비행동은 통제집단에 비해 실험 집단이 사후 검사 점수가 현저히 높은 것을 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 실시된 진로장벽탐색 집단상담은 여대생의 진로장벽수준을 완화하고, 진로준비행동 수준은 높이는데 효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

초등학생용 논어상담프로그램 개발 (The Development of "Non-Eo Counseling Program" for Elementary School Students)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 "논어"에 담겨있는 '마음' 관련 내용을 추출하여 '마음의 본질'을 생각해보고 '마음의 성장과 관련된 상담 요소'를 찾아내어 초등학생용 논어상담프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. 먼저 "논어" 속 공자의 마음교육에 근간이 되는 구절 및 "논어"와 관련된 기존 연구물을 통해 "논어"에 함의된 상담 목표, 상담 원리, 상담자의 역할, 마음의 정체와 특성, 마음의 발달단계를 알아보았다. 이를 통해 초등학생의 논어상담프로그램의 상담 요소와 효과적인 방법을 선정하고 총 10회기의 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램의 효과검증을 위해 음성군의 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$초등학교 고학년 아동 중 20명과 ${\triangle}{\triangle}$초등학교 20명을 각 실험집단과 통제집단으로 배치하여 실험집단의 아동에게 5주간 프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구도구는 Coopersmith(1967)의 아동용 자아존중감 검사를 재작성하여 사용한 공태수(1998)의 자아존중감 검사지와 Furman과 Bierman(1983)의 교우관계 연구에서 제작한 척도를 조성례(2001)가 재작성한 교우관계 검사지를 사용하였다. 연구결과, 논어상담프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 아동은 자아존중감과 교우관계에 있어 통제집단과 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 "논어"에 담긴 마음 성장 관련 내용을 토대로 논어 상담이라는 새로운 상담학적 연구를 이루었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

복합운동프로그램과 전화상담이 중년 비만여성의 생리적 기능, 자기효능감, 우울에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of a Combined Exercise Program and Telephone Counseling on Physiological Functions, Self-efficacy and Depression in Obese Middle-aged Women)

  • Purpose: This study was to determine the effects of a combined exercise program and telephone counseling in obese middle-aged women. The study also attempted to measure the effects of the program on physiological functions, self-efficacy and depression. Method: This research employed a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The experimental group consisted of 29 obese middle-aged women, and the control group of 30 women. The subjects in the experimental group participated in a combined exercises program and telephone counseling for 12 weeks. Results: After performing the program for 12 weeks, BMI (p=.000), percent body fat (p<.007), TC (p=.026), TG (p=.035) and depression (p=.012) in the experimental group decreased significantly compared with the control group. Self-efficacy (p=.000) in the experimental group increased significantly compared with the control group after the program. Conclusion: From these findings, it was confirmed that a combined exercises program and telephone counseling for obese middle-aged women can increase self-efficacy and decrease BMI, percent body fat, total cholesterol, triglyceride and depression. Therefore, this program can be utilized for various population groups including women, and further researches are required on programs for men.

피트니스 트래커를 활용한 사업장 걷기운동 프로그램의 효과: 개별 상담과 맞춤형 문자메시지 적용 (Effectiveness of a Workplace Walking Program Using a Fitness Tracker Including Individual Counseling and Tailored Text Messaging)

  • Purpose: This study is designed as a non-equivalent, control group pre/post-test for identifying effectiveness of a workplace walking program using a fitness tracker including individual counseling and tailored text messaging. Methods: Seventy-nine employees from two large companies were allocated into an intervention group (n=39) and a control group (n=40). Participants were asked to wear a fitness tracker (Fitbit Charger HR) during 24-hour, 5-days per week, for 10 weeks. The intervention group was provided with daily walking steps measured by Fitbit, weekly counseling with a specifically designed workbook, and seven weekly text messaging, and the control group with the fitness tracker only. Results: At the week 10 measurement, there were significant differences between the intervention and control groups in physical activity self-efficacy (p<.001), physical activity behavior (p<.001), daily walking steps (p<.001), systolic blood pressure (p=.033), and wellness (p<.001). Conclusion: These results suggest that the workplace walking program using a fitness tracker including individual counseling and tailored text messaging is more effective for persons with 10,000 steps/day. Therefore, it is recommended to actively apply this workplace walking program to inactive employees for encouraging regular physical activities and improving their wellness.
