As the on-board electric devices determine the performances of vehicles, production of reliable devices is important. To keep the reliability of devices constant, management of performance evaluation of the on-board devices is crucial. Because temperature has a serious effect on failures of the components of the devices, its measurement is the first step for good management. In this study, we described performance characteristics of domestic auxiliary block developed through G7 project. We measured the performances of auxiliary block during test running by the developed on-line measurement system. After we save the input real-time data from each signal of Korean High Speed Train through the network line, we can acquire necessary information through post-processing program. We verify the motor block characteristics of Korean High Speed Train by this system.

It is noteworthy that IMT -2000 communication network based on All-HP/AIN(Advanced Intelligent Network) should accomodate current and future wire/wireless AIN service easily through integration and gearing AIN construction elements. In this paper. Intelligent Farmer model(I-Farmer Model) and methodology are suggested in order to solve the several problems including standardization on implementation of Q3 interface in Telecommunication Management Network(TMN) agents which is caused by heterogeneous platform environment and future maintenance. Also this paper proposes ITI algorithm transforming the system which is designed by I-Farmer model to Interface Specification Model(ISM) applying the I-Farmer model. In addition to ITI algorithm. we suggest NTS(Node to SIB) algorithm converting entity node and ILB/OLB component in agent system designed by the I-Farmer model to SIB of AIN GFP(Global Functional Plane) and to ASIB for application program.

The research and development stage can improve the goal level of the project through systematic operation and management of systems engineering. The test evaluation tasks in the R&D process have a lot of connections with the system engineering in terms of requirement management, and the methodology for deriving the requirements when establishing the test evaluation items has been consistently required. In this paper, we propose the process of effectively establishing and using QFD (Quality Function Deployment), a tool to manage customer requirement, and drawing up HOQ (House of Quality) in the search and exploratory development stage of the self - propelled mortar project.

VWorld is run by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport of South Korea and provides national spatial information, such as aerial images, digital elevation models, and 3D structural models. We propose herein an open platform for 3D spatial information based on WebGL using spatial information from VWorld. WebGL is a web-based graphics library and has the advantage of being compatible with various web browsers. Our open platform is also compatible with various web browsers. Accordingly, it is easily accessible via the VWorld site and uses the three-dimensional (3D) map program. In this study, we describe the proposed platform configuration, and the requests, management, and visualization approaches for VWorld spatial information data. Our aim is to establish an approach that will provide a stable rendering speed even on a low-end personal computer without a graphics processing unit based on a quadtree structure. We expect that users will be able to visualize 3D spatial information through the VWorld open platform, and that the proposed platform will become the basis for various applications.

국가도서관통계시스템에서 요구하는 통계항목들은 이론적 견지에서 보면 도서관평가 또는 도서관운영 정책수립을 위해 필요한 데이터를 기반으로 한 항목들이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 국가도서관통계시스템에서 요구하는 통계항목과 공공도서관현장에서 일반적으로 수집될 수 있는 통계항목들과는 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 공공도서관 평가로 활용되고 있는 국가도서관통계가 신뢰할 수 있는 또는 타당성이 있는 객관적 데이터인지를 알아보기 위하여, 공공도서관 현장에서 통계를 수집할 수 있는 근거자료인 도서관 업무(운영)일지의 항목들을 분석하고 아울러 통계의 자동수집이 가능한 도서관리 프로그램에 대한 공공도서관에서의 사용 현황을 조사하였다. 이 연구의 분석 자료는 향후 공공도서관 업무(운영)일지의 표준안 마련을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 지리정보시스템과 원격탐사를 이용하여 체계적이고 효율적인 수질관리 자료기반을 구축하고, 유역의 오염부하를 산정하여 장래의 수질을 예측할 수 있는 수질관리시스템을 구축하는데 있다. 수질관리를 위해서는 오염물질의 최적처리 등의 기술적 측면뿐만 아니라 수질환경에 관한 정확한 정보의 취득과 관리가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 지형 및 속성정보의 입력 및 편집을 위해 ArcView 3.1을 사용하였으며, Avenue Script를 이용하여 사용자환경을 갖추도록 하였다. 또한, 토지피복분류를 위하여 20m 해상도의 SPOT XS영상을 대상으로 PCI 소프트웨어를 이용하여 분석하였다. 수질관리시스템은 데이터베이스 보조시스템과 Modeling 보조시스템으로 구성된다. 데이터베이스 보조시스템은 수치지형도에서 추출한 수치표고모델에서 분석한 유역분할도, 위성영상자료, 정부보고서, 통계자료들로 구성되며, Modeling 보조시스템은 강우 시와 비강우시의 유역의 오염부하량을 산정하고 수질예측을 하는 SPLM(Storm Pollutant Loading Model)과 NSPLM(Non-Storm Polutant Loading Model)으로 구성된다. 각각의 보조시스템은 그래픽 출력 부분과 결합하여 분석결과 및 유역현황을 표시하도록 설계되었다. 개발된 수질관리 시스템은 경기도 광주군 광주읍에 위치한 목현천 유역을 대상으로 적용되고 수정되었다.

본 논문에서는 수처리 시설용 광대역 통합망 연계 실시간 계측관리 시스템 UI 개발을 제안한다. 수처리시설용 광대역 통합망을 통해 서버로 수신된 센서 및 영상 데이터를 Web과 연동하기 위한 프로그램을 개발하며, 이와 별도로 독립적으로 운영이 가능한 UI를 개발한다. 전송된 센서 및 영상데이터를 원격 모니터링 하기 위한 웹 서버를 구축하며 센서 데이터, 영상 데이터를 Web기반의 UI를 통해 감시 및 제어가 가능하도록 개발하였다. 제안하는 수처리 시설용 광대역 통합망 연계형 실시간 계측관리 시스템을 통하여 센서를 통한 측정시간, 농도, 수심 계면 등의 현재 상태를 파악할 수 있으며 영상 모니터링을 통하여 실시간으로 수처리 시설의 정상적인 동작여부와 보안 및 화재 등의 인명피해 여부를 확인 할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 실시간 계측 관리 시스템을 실시간으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 UI 개발로 인해 실시간으로 정보를 한눈에 볼 수 있다.

We investigated the foodservice management practices in various operation types of childcare centers in Asan, Chungnam Province, with the intention of improving the quality of foodservice and providing the basic information for establishing more effective and efficient foodservice model system. Self-completed questionnaires were collected from the directors of 174 child care centers. The statistical analysis was completed using SPSS Ver. 12.0 program. The followings are about the results of this study. Approximately 94.8% of the directors were women with the average age of 40.3. All of the investigated facilities executed foodservice; the facilities of 96.2% had been self-operated, 1.9% was contract-managed and the remaining 1.9% served delivered meal from outside. Only 20.0% of the investigated centers employed a dietitian. In most of the centers, meals were prepared in a conventional manner and approximately 85.3% of the centers are serving only snacks twice a day as a supplementary due to financial difficulties. Menu planner of the facilities, which have no dietitian was the director (35.8%) or the cook (25.7%). In most centers, the directors purchased the food materials (67.5%). Material inspection was done by the director (54.9%) or the cook (40.5%). However, home care centers did not inspect the food material. These results indicate that food service management guidelines need to be established by the facility type with the government control and financial support. Especially, dietitian employment and the efficient foodservice model system establishment are questions that confront us.

In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the importance of information protection is increasing day by day with the advent of the 'hyper-connection society', and related government financial investment is also increasing. The source of the government's fiscal investment projects is taxpayers' money. Therefore, the government needs to evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of the project by comparing the public benefits created by the financial investment projects with the costs required for it. At present, preliminary feasibility study system which evaluates the feasibility of government financial investment projects in Korea has been implemented since 1994, but most of them have been actively carried out only in some fields such as large SOC projects. In this study, we discuss the feasibility evaluation of public projects for the purpose of information security. we introduce the case study of the personal information protection program of Korean public institutions and propose a cost-effectiveness analysis method that can be applied to the feasibility study of the information protection field. Finally, we presented the feasibility study and criteria applicable in the field of information security.

This paper proposed the safety helmet monitoring system based on USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Networks) to secure the wear of helmet for labor on the construction area. As one of the most significant gear to assure labor's safety, The safety helmet would have the extend of labor's injuries minimized whether one wears or not when an accident takes place. At this point, we have developed and demonstrated the system which is able to check who wear the safety helmet properly for labors, composed of safety helmets with sensor node, router nodes, sink node and management program. Moreover, we could show optimized parameters for the proposed USN system as doing experiment and demonstration, we expected that this system would make for labor wear the safety helmet properly on the construction area as well as prevent economic injury caused by an accident with not wearing for labors.
