This research investigates how a Virtual Reality (VR)-based simulation could be used to train safe operation skills for forklift operators. Forklift operation is categorized as high-risk work by many occupational health and safety regulators and authorities due to high injury and fatality rates involved with forklifts. Therefore, many safety guidelines have been developed for forklift operators. Typically, forklift operation safety training is delivered based on instructional texts or videos, which have limitations in influencing people's safety behavior. Against this background, we propose a VR-based forklift simulator that can enable safe operation skills training through a feedback system. The training program consists of several modules to teach how to perform the basic tasks of forklift operation, such as driving, loading and unloading, following the safety guidelines. The system provides instantaneous instructions and feedback regarding safe operation. This training system is based on the model of "learning-by-doing". The user can repeat the training modules as many times as necessary before being able to perform the given task without violating any safety guidelines. The last training module tests the user's acquisition of all safety skills required. The user feedback from several demonstration sessions showed the potential usefulness of the proposed training system.

For a library to be able provide information services and fulfill its function as a knowledge convergence center capable of responding to various information demands, the development of next-generation information systems based on the latest information and communication technology is needed. The development of mobile information services using portable devices such smart phones and tablet PCs and information systems which incorporate the concepts of cloud computing, SaaS (Software as a Service), annotation and Library2.0 is also required. This paper describes a library information system that utilizes collective intelligence and cloud computing. The information system developed for this study adopts the SaaS-based cloud computing service concept to cope with the shift in the mobile service paradigm in libraries and the explosion of electronic data. The strengths of such a conceptual model include the sharing of resources, support of multi-tenants, and the configuration and support of metadata. The user services are provided in the form of software on-demand. To test the performance of the developed system, the efficiency analysis and TTA certification test were conducted. The results of performance tests, It is encouraging that, at least up to 100MB, the job time is approximately linear and with only a moderate overhead of less than one second. The system also passed the level-3 or higher criteria in the certification test, which includes the SaaS maturity, performance and application program functions.

The goal of this study is to determine, based on survey results, the underlying factors that affect the intention of the farmers who have not adopted the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system for the rearing phase of pig production to adopt this system in the future. The research model for this study was con structed based on strategic contingency theory, the theory of the diffusion of innovation, and the technology acceptance model (TAM). Using structural equation modeling with partial least squares (PLS), this study analyzes the effects of the intensity of competition, the environmental uncertainty, the innovativeness and self-efficacy of the individual farmers, and the impact of the credibility of the Agricultural Technology Service Center (ATSC), which acts as the principal agent of technology dissemination and as a leader of change, on the perceived usefulness of technology and the farmers' intention to adopt the system. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, with regard to the underlying factors affecting the intention to adopt the new system, the intensity of competition within the industry and the institutional credibility of the ATSC were inferred to underlie the perceived usefulness. Second, institutional credibility has a positive impact on the perceived usefulness of the system, and the perceived usefulness, in turn, has a positive impact on the intention to adopt. The perceived ease of use also has a positive impact on the intention to adopt. Because the factor that has the biggest impact on the intention of a farm to adopt is the credibility of the ATSC, it is crucial for extension organizations, such as the ATSC, to make greater efforts to promote the expansion of the HACCP system. Because farmers feel that the implementation of the HACCP system is an instrumental strategy for coping with the high intensity of competition within the industry, they attempt to gain a competitive edge through the production of safe livestock products.

최근 정보보안 사건의 상당 부분을 의료 분야에서 차지함에도 불구하고 기존의 연구는 기업 중심으로 이루어졌다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 의료기관의 조직원을 대상으로 정보시스템을 사용한 오남용 의도에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 정보보안 관리 중 보안 소프트웨어가 인지된 제재 효과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 보안정책, 보안 인식 프로그램, 모니터링 실시는 본 설문의 변수의 경우의 수의 부족으로 신뢰성을 확보할 수 없었으나, 보안 소프트웨어와 동등한 제재효과가 있을 것으로 판단되어 추가 분석이 필요할 것으로 나타났다.

가상건설시스템 개발연구단은 국토해양부와 한국건설교통기술평가원의 지원 하에 설립되었다. 본 연구단은 건설프로젝트의 생산성 향상, 고 부가가치 사업 창출, 해외건설시장에서의 경쟁력 확보라는 목표를 가지고 연구를 수행 중에 있다. 가상건설 시스템은 건축물의 전 생애주기에서 발생되는 정보를 효과적으로 공유할 수 있도록 3D 및 정보 기반의 설계, 엔지니어링, 건설관리 업무를 지원하게 된다. 위의 목표를 달성하기 위해서 연구단은 가상건설시스템 하위에 다양한 기능을 수행하는 모듈들을 개발하는 데에 연구의 초점을 맞추고 있다. 첫째, 3D 기반 구조 설계 설비 및 견적시스템 개발이다. 둘째, 가상현실 기법을 활용한 기획단계에서의 프로세스 시뮬레이션 및 사업성 분석 시스템 개발이다. 셋째, 건설프로젝트에서 다루어지는 모든 정보를 관리할 수 있는 CPLM(Construction Project Life-cycle Management)을 개발하는 것이다. CPLM은 3D 기술과 정보 기반 협업을 통한 의사결정 지원 시스템이다. 이와 같은 본 연구단의 최종목표에 도달하기 위하여 2차 년도에 가상건설 프로토타입 시스템을 개발 완료하였고, 3차 년도 가상건설 시스템의 각 모듈 완성 및 시스템 통합을 목표로 연구를 진행하고 있다. 본 연구는 향후 건설산업에서 필수개념으로 자리잡게 될 BIM의 국가적 차원의 연구라는 점에서 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다.

기존 이메일 프로그램은 비싼 통신요금과 저속의 위성통신환경에서 최대한 통신비를 줄이기 위한 목적으로 개발되었고, 그 결과 프로그램에 유연성이 떨어져, 새로운 기능의 추가나 업그레이드가 용이하지 않았다. 또한 기존 프로그램의 경우 이메일 전용으로서 다양한 육상과 해상간 업무용 프로그램과 연동시키는 데에 어려움이 많았으며, 개발자 입장에서도 무선위성통신의 특성상 개발이 쉽지 않았다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 프로그램과는 달리 데이터를 패킷 분리하여 전송함으로써 프로토콜에 유연성을 주고, 실시간으로 여러 종류의 데이터를 전송할 수 있게 하여 동시에 E-mail뿐만 아니라, 모니터링 데이터, SMS, PMS를 위한 DB 데이터 등의 다양한 데이터를 전송할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 또한 프로그램 개발자들이 까다로운 위성통신환경을 몰라도 쉽게 개발할 수 있게 하고자, 컴포넌트를 윈도우즈 서비스 프로그램화 하였다.

기존의 산업현장에서 안전사고 및 산업재해들이 끊임없이 발생하고 있다. 또한, 근로자의 육체적·정신적 피로로 인해 안전사고가 발생할 확률이 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라, 근로자의 안전을 위해 체계적인 관리 및 다양한 시스템의 도입이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 산업현장에서 생체정보를 이용한 출입 관리 시스템의 개발로 근로자의 효율적인 건강관리, 출입통제관리 기능 개발을 수행한다. 출입통제를 위해 얼굴인식을 통해 근로자를 확인하고, 건강상태 유무는 홍채인식을 통해 판별한다. 근로자의 홍채 및 눈의 충혈 상태를 통해 건강이상 징후를 진단하여 정확도를 높이고 보다 효율적인 관리 시스템의 개발을 목표로 한다. 최종적으로 개발 내용은 현장 출입관리 시스템, 관리자용 출입통제 프로그램, 사용자 건강이상 징후 진단을 위한 진단하는 메인 서버 시스템으로 구성된다.

본 논문에서는 하드웨어 장비의 성능 및 기능을 검증하기 위한 방법으로 시험장비와 하드웨어 장비간의 연동시험을 하기 위한 점검 프로그램 설계 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 점검 프로그램은 장비 스트레스를 최악의 조건에서 기능을 검증하여 사전에 고장 유무를 확인하고 수리함으로써, 비행체에 탑재하여 발생하는 고장률을 최소화하는 방안이다. 그리고 UML을 이용하여 객체 지향적으로 소프트웨어를 설계함으로써 다른 장비에 쉽게 적용할 수 있다. 점검 프로그램은 Architecture package와 Hardware package로 구성되어 있다. Architecture package는 시스템 관리, 로그분석, 메시지 수신 및 분석하는 역할을 한다. 시스템 관리에서 사용하는 메시지는 점검하기 위한 정보를 정의하고, 정의된 메시지는 이더넷으로 시험장비와 송수신한다. Hardware package는 점검해야 하는 하드웨어 및 시스템 관련 하드웨어를 관리하는 역할을 한다. 점검해야 하는 하드웨어는 내부 점검과 송수신 점검으로 구별되어 있다. 내부 점검은 하드웨어 자체적으로 점검하여 그 결과를 시험장비로 전송하는 방법이다. 송수신 점검은 통신디바이스 점검으로써 데이터를 전송하거나 수신하여 점검하는 방법이다. 모든 점검은 병렬적으로 점검함으로써 최악의 조건에서 장비의 고장유무를 확인한다. 시험한 결과는 약 1시간 동안에 디바이스들은 적게는 482번에서 많게는 15003번 점검하는 것을 확인하였다. 점검 프로그램은 하드웨어 장비의 신뢰성을 검증하는 환경/EMI 시험에 사용한다.

The purpose of this study is to provide marital information that premarital preparation education program is to actively help families happiness, to be reinforced by the developmental service and the protective service. The premarital education program to help unmarried or premarital couples to begin initial adaptation for successful marriage. This program is to enrich the marital relationship provided with the wholesome, potent marital system as center of a family. and further to development preserve. enhance a healthy, genial family relationship. Particularly the elevated marital relationship. The data were collected for 122 collage students. The data were analyzed by statistical methods such as frequency percentage. This program is for college students as curriculum. So it was consisted of fourteen-sessions. The sessions included as follows: Intimacy & Love. Mate Selection. Understanding Together, Communication, Family Stress & Coping, Understanding Marriage & Family Dynamics. Gender Role & Power Intimacy. Sexuality & Relationship. Financial Management, Marriage Preparation. Evaluation.

In dealing with representing knowledge under uncertainty there is a sustain tendency to increase flexibility in order to avoid problems of inconsistency in the knowledge. Many knowledge systems(information retrieval systems, expert system) include hybrid representation models. Funny retrieval systems appear as a complement or as an enrichment of this models. In this paper, we describe dynamic rule modification through situation assessment for uncertainty management.
