본 논문은 상하수도관리를 위해 각종 공사자료를 데이터베이스화하고 보고서 작성 및 자료 검색을 용이하게 하는 관리방법에 대하여 연구하고, 이를 위한 관리 툴을 개발하였다. 상하수도관리 툴은 상하수도를 과학적이고 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 시스템 및 관리방법으로서 상하수도 공사를 실시하는 공사업체에서부터 지역 관리청, 또는 관리청과 관리청을 데이터베이스로 연계하는 통합시스템이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 상하수도 관리방법상의 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 개선할 수 있는 상하수도관리 툴의 여러 가지 기능 설명과 활용 시 기대효과 등을 분석하였다.

교통관제시스템을 구축하려면 이동체들의 실시간 위치데이터를 제공할 수 있는 GPS-MDT(Mobile Data Terminal : 이동데이터단말기)와 이동체들의 위치데이터를 수신하여 GIS 상에 위치를 표시할 수 있는 교통관제용 S/W가 필요하다. 이동체의 위치데이터를 VHF 송수신기를 이용하여 전송하기 위해서는 GPS 정보를 취득하고 데이터를 전송하기 위한 모뎀이 필요하며, 관제실에는 GIS기반 이동체들의 교통상황을 모니터링하는 프로그램을 개발하여야 한다. 이동체들과 관제실 간에서 자동으로 이동체의 ID를 포함하여 GPS의 시각 및 위치정보를 지속적으로 전송하여 취득할 수 있는 통신프로토콜도 연구되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 음성과 문자정보를 동시에 전송할 수 있는 VHF 송수신기용 모뎀과 GIS-tool을 이용한 관제용 S/W에 대하여 연구하였다.

This paper presents a Prototype system developed for a Bluetooth interfaced VoIP system. The VoIP phone is developed based on tile implementation of a CELP coder on the TI 16bit DSP Processor A PC interfaced with Bluetooth module is used to designing a access point system. Host controller protocol stack is implemented to realize gateway between the wireless and wired line networks. A server application program for user management and call processing, which is based on TCP/IP peer to peer connection, is implemented for tile evaluation of overall interface system.

Information technology is a useful strategic weapon that can create competitive advantage and new business opportunity by applying it in the organization' value chain. IT convergence can be understood as an attempt of industrial level IT adoption to facilitate the innovation of the industry and the birth of a new industry. This study provides the comprehensive review of the Korean government' three IT assimilation programs, ubiquitous technology diffusion program of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, u-service program of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, and u-Defence cooperation program of the Department of Defense. The analysis is done through the interpretation of the existing literature and the logic model. The result proposes inter-agency cooperation and building of new technology road-map in the planning stage, flexible management in the execution phase, and failure tolerant evaluation system. The proposal for developing competencies and institutional foundations for IT convergence also presented.

본 연구는 국내에서 북스타트 운동을 전개하고 있는 모든 주체를 대상으로 현황과 문제점, 추진과정의 어려움과 제도적 보완장치 등에 대한 인식도를 조사하고 활성화 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 그 가운데 특히 이동성과 접근성의 제약이 심한 영유아를 위해서는 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 공공도서관이 북스타트 운동의 거점으로 간주되어야 한다는 판단 하에 공공도서관 중심의 활성화 방안을 제시하는 데 치중하였다.

최근 증가하고 있는 도심재생사업은 그 유형이 다양하고 관련 법규가 지속적으로 개정되고 있어 정형화된 절차를 제시하기 어렵다. 절차의 가변성과 함께 도심재생사업에 참여하는 다양한 주체의 이해상충이 도심재생사업의 추진 및 관리를 어렵게 하고 있다. 언급된 도심재생사업의 특성을 감안해 이의 관리를 지원하는 시스템의 필요성이 제기되었다. 도심재생사업은 다수의 프로젝트가 결합된 프로그램 수준에서 접근되어야 하기 때문에 이 시스템은 프로젝트 수준뿐만 아니라 프로그램 수준의 관리 기능도 지원해야 한다. 이 시스템이 충족해야 할 요구사항으로는 가변적인 절차를 지원할 수 있는 시스템 구성 방법 포함, 다양한 이해관계자에게 사업비 및 일정에 대한 투명한 정보 제공, 전문적인 지식이 없는 이해관계자도 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 하는 시각화 기능의 강화 등으로 규명되었다. 이번 논문은 이와 같은 요구사항을 반영해 개발되고 있는 도심재생사업 지원 프로그램관리지원 시스템의 개념, 기능 및 기대효과를 다루고자 한다.

Harbor function has been changed into physical distribution position harbor system for providing most suitable physical distribution service with comprehensive rationalization of international physical distribution over simple loading unloading, and change function by far. Thus, to change our country into advanced economy, the factor of growth obstacles was to be eliminated, or it is so important that the physical distribution base establishment enlarges to improve potential productivity. That is, self effort is needed for physical distribution competition system, adjustable arrangement of physical distribution area, the establishment of comprehensive informations system, physical distribution rationalization. Also, to enforce harbor productivity, harbor should be developed systemically to able to function of comprehensive harbor for enlargement of harbor establishment, the device of advanced harbor function height, the linkage between and city program, harbor operation or investment system provement, harbor technique or international cooperation advancement.

It is concentrated their efforts on expanding establishment mind like creating regular subject about establishment business of students and establishment business supporting center in University. Students creation enterprise club for establishment business with this hot wind of change and it seems to be success with hot wind of venture creation and gather many students for it. But practical result of research says that there are many problems like absence of education program, insufficient of professional leader, missing exact purpose so members decreased and activity itself piled up. Also creation business supporting system for student didn't conveyed to students evenly and effectively as much as original purpose and feeling effect is short of expectation. Therefore it will be required to reorganize supporting system and operate existed club to raise their ability of basic quality and gift that needs to do company activity and create basic mind about principal of free enterprise through activity of establishment enterprise by students. And we have to interest in their activity for creation enterprise with exact consciousness of purpose and prepare systematic, material, human supporting system that needs to establish enterprise with our knowledge and ability.

The original element for development in current society is recognized as knowledge, technology and information. It has been developed and improved the human resources development system through the occupational standards that closely connected system among work, education training and qualification in every country. This study is for development of the occupation standards that was standardized the required competency element, performance criteria, range statement, assessment guideline in machinery industry, also developing the education training program based on competency to be able to apply department of relevant machinery industry in vocational high school. Occupational standards and key competencies were developed by expert in field engineer and verified about contents and level system by questionnaire and interviewing. Education training program was developed on SCID model, and the effectiveness and suitability of the training program was verified by teacher, professor and student belonging to training organization.

Objective: The purpose of this paper is to review, with the main focus on aviation safety technology and management program, how human factors are currently taken into consideration within transportation sectors, especially aviation, and to further share related information. Background: Human factors account for the majority of aviation accidents/incidents. Thus, the aviation sector has been comparatively quick in developing and applying technologies and management programs that deal with human factors. This paper reviews the latest safety technologies and management programs regarding human factors and aims to identify the trend. Method: This paper, based on literature research and practical experience, examines the latest international standards on technologies and management programs, those that deal with human factors and are adopted by international and domestic aviation organization. The main focus of discussion is how human factors are reflected during the system design and operation process. Results: The current most important issue in designing is the consideration of human factors in Cockpit, Automation, and Safety system technology design. From an operational point of view, the issues at hand are screening and training aviation workers to promote aviation safety, providing education on human factors and CRM/TEM, and running a safety management program to implement SMS. They were discussed based on the operational experience within the aviation sector. Conclusion: Major examples of a human factors approach to promote aviation safety are safety programs and various safety and monitoring technologies applied to aviation personnel for error management. These programs must be managed in an integrated manner that takes both the system designing and operational point of view into account. Application: It is thought that the human factors approach for promoting aviation safety reviewed in this paper can be extended and applied to safety management programs in other transportation sectors such as the railroad, maritime, road traffic etc.
